Dear team,

I have been misguided by your agent... I have an account in hdfc whereas due to job change i enquired about the change of saving account to salary acc again to avoid maintaince charges since i have been already charged rs. 300 in ths month of jan.

She replied me that i can use this account to my new office so that if 3 months continues amount get credited in account it will be change to salary account again hence you will not be charged further for next 5 months.

Due to this i have enabled this acc to my new office and getting salary this account or else i would have created an new acc. But today i am suprised to see that i have been charged rs. 885 for annual maintaince etc. This is real bogus from hdfc customer service who is not aware of the process.

Now who will bare my rs. 885. I need hdfc to credit back the amount and change the acc back to salary with immediate effect.

Or else i will be pushed to take this further to next level until i get my refund.

    I never requested for a priority pass card, it was provided as a privileged customer gesture shown by hdfc bank to me. I felt extremely happy and the letter sent to me along with the pp card said that 12 lounge accesses in a year are complimentary with it. I accessed the lounges at the different airports at a few occasions and yes they were complimentary till i used it at mumbai on 25/08/2017 and delhi on 26/08/2017. To my surprise in one of my subsequent statements (Nov 17) i was charged rs. 1, 786.86 per visit. On enquiring about the charges through helpline i was told that the free accesses have been stopped but i contested that i never received a letter/communication from the bank about the same and i always had instructed the bank to send me all communications and statements as hard copies as i am not an internet savvy person. The bank on my repeated complaints showed another gesture of reversing one of those charges but are refusing to reverse the second charge. Please help me to get the second charges as well reversed.
    My request is for the reversal of the charges (1788.88 twice + igst) reflecting in my november 2017 month's statement. I have realized that one of the charges have already been reversed in my feb-18 statement but the reversal of the second charge is still pending.
    My simple questions to hdfc are :
    1. Why wasn't the hard copy of the charges of accessing lounges at the
    Airport with your pp cards sent, when all of a sudden it was decided by
    Hdfc and that too in the middle of a year that the free accesses provided
    Earlier would be chargeable?
    2. The hard copies of charges could have been simply sent with the
    Statement along with the free brochures of jumbo loans, discount
    Vouchers etc.
    Isn't it a clear case of conveniently hiding the charges from customers?
    3. An email or an sms can be easily lost or junked or for a person like me it
    Can be easily missed if one does not check one's emails regularly. To be
    Honest, i cant even find any email regarding the charges of pp card usage
    At the lounges that hdfc executives have been saying, apart from the
    Ones that have started coming ever since i have been requesting for a
    Reversal of the charges.
    4. Please mark that the pp card was sent to me without my requests for
    It or the complimentary services that came along with the pp
    Card. We and i'm sure many customers like me were lured into using them
    By the kind gesture hdfc showed towards us saying we were its valued
    And privileged customers-isn't it true?
    5. Please seek an answer from hdfc bank as to why it should not be
    Considered another banking fraud?

      I have credit card from hdfc bank for which payment was due and when it got late, bank lien the total balance amount from my savings account.

      Now even if i understand this is bank's right, i made complete payment of credit card more than two weeks ago and now asking for refund of the amount bank had lien before.

      I am not in india so cannot go to bank, so they are sending me emails for two weeks saying that they would reach out to me in 7 business days or two weeks. they are unnecessarily delaying the refund. they asked me how do i want refund, i told them already that i need refund in my savings account but to every email they only respond with standard statement that bank would reach out to me.

      I need urgent assistance. also, bank charged late fee for credit card which i paid, now bank is late in making my refund and i ought to charge late fee to bank as well, bank needs to refund my money with interest that they charged me for overdue payment and the penalty for keeping my money when i owe nothing to bank anymore.

        I quit my job 8 months ago and since then i haven't been using this account i had in hdfc. Now all of sudden it shows me message of -2000 odd charges. How can i pay as i'm not working too. I really wish to close this account and i don't wanna play a single penny as it's quote unfair to levy such huge amount. Also when ac was created it clearly mentioned and i was told as zero balance account and no changes will be levied. Please help. I can't pay and i don't wanna use this account too anymore.

          Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company..
          The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 7000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidelines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
          I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
          Plz juistice to me. 7000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
          What is the action will take against this bank. I have received statutory bonus of rs 4500 which has been deducted as well. Please do the needful. I have raised so many issues online however, nothing worked for me. Now the last option is to complain to rbi.

            account showing negative balance

            Dear sir/mam,
            I had salary account with hdfc when i was working in a company. After leaving the company i didn't have much transaction with hdfc account. Today i received a message that my account is debited with 600 rs for some average monthly balance. When i logged in to check it's showing negative balance of 839 rs.
            According to rbi rule banks are not supposed to charge any balance for not maintaining minimum balance in...

            Policy no. 15580919 the premium receipt has not received along back. After given the mail id no response from the staff. Several time i visited to the hdfc insurance office they only advice this is your password. What i will do if the password mismatched with my mail id. The another problem original policy document has not recieved sofar. Plz send me the all premium receipt.

                My name is kunal pradhan and account holder of hdfc band saving account .i habe a jumbo loan on my credit card .the Feb month emi of Inr 6134 was not deducted due to -50 rupees less. The amount should be reverted back in my account bu they blocked it so its showing in the closing balance but not in available balance.And after that I called the bank immediately and ask them is their a way I can pay because I never default a payment.the executive mentioned it will automatically be deducted . After 2 days i checked my account amount deposited back to my account was blocked and was reflecting in my ledger balance but not available balance ..I went to cbd belapur branch hdfc after unsatisfied with the customer service revert..their no one was to help and they asked to call credit card department again .They asked me to add beneficiary account and make manual payment so my blocked amount in saving account A/c [protected] will be released. I made the payment reference number 3759A1.now still I see the amount is reflecting in closing balance and not in available balance ..pls help

                Even after making the payment manually the amount is blocked.customer service department is not at all helpfully.

                I don't see anyone bother yet it's not credited yet on my account...hdfc bank doesn't seems interested to provide customer service and don't want to unblock the amount even after me paying the money manually

                  My company had opened a salary account in hdfc a couple of years back. The account has been lying dormant since the past 11 months. I checked my balance today and it was showing negative. Not only have you stolen whatever little was left in my account you have in fact charged me!! How can you charge me on a salary account?? And what service are you charging me for, exactly??? To top it off, i have never till today got a message from you informing me that money is being deducted from my account! It's just that today i got two messages simultaneously that i have been charged rs. 600 for jan and feb so i thought of checking my account.

                  In 2015 rbi made in illegal to charge customers for not maintaining a threshold balance. I want to close my account asap. And i'm not going to let you arm twist me into paying for making the mistake of choosing hdfc for opening a salary account. You can take me to court. But i'm not going to let you steal from me.

                    I have following Complaint against Hdfc bank.

                    when I opened the account with Hdfc it was specially said to me it's a zero balance account. for that I was told to maintain 25000 for three months. I Maintanence more than 25000 And for more than three months. and I have also maintained mostly all the time with an mab of 12000. lately my personal representative from hdfc is telling me your will be charged 115 for every three months because you not maintain the account. before it was said it's a completely zero balance account given to me and now they say they will charge me for not maintaining. Hdfc is cheating customer this way is not good. I already have many other bank account with zero balance and they never say me like this charging issues. if Hdfc can't keep it's word then I am happy to close the account there are many banks. Hdfc don't be obsessed with your services and keep your word.

                      I am not in india and it has been a month i have moved to france.
                      The card always remains with me. The debit card is with me and still, 50, 000 inr (Each transaction of 10, 000) has been withdrawn from my account in south delhi area.
                      These are clearly some fraud transactions and i have no information regarding them.

                      I have written all this to risk control unit of hdfc bank. They have just provided cardholder dispute form which asks that these transaction has never been approved by me.
                      I have filled the form and shared with cardholder dispute team and risk control unit. But they did not give any confirmation that my money will be recovered.
                      I doubt my hard earned money is safe with hdfc bank.

                        Your deducted rs708 from my account. How can u deduct the money with out any info and am never expect from you guys hdfc i always take hdfc as a good bank but now think i was wrong. I’m not understanding what is this amb chrg incl gst for JAN 2018 & FEB 2018 mir[protected]. If you people want to do such things let me inform once. I don’t know from how long you guys are detecting my money.

                        How can you deduct variable money FOR TWO MONTHS ? remove my account from HDFC

                        Please don't say any stupid reasons, send me my money immediatly

                            Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                            I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 5335 without my concern on date:06/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.2999/-

                              On 21st february i load the amount ₹ 2100 to the payzapp wallet, amount was deducted by my credit card but it not shown in payzapp wallet and suddenly once again ₹2100 amount was deducted by my credit card, totally ₹4200 amount deducted by my credit card but not shown in payzapp wallet. So i mailed the payzapp team they said amount will be credit your source card within 5 days but stii the amount was not return to the source card.
                              Rrn number=[protected]. Please return my money i am in critical condition. Its very bad experience with payzapp.

                                My mobile no is [protected], i loaded my wallet with money to transfer money to my other bank account, after loading money when i tried to send money it is showing please update your kyc, it is okk i will verify my ekyc.
                                Now after giving my all details for aadhar verification it the error message showed otp process is not responding, what a irresponsible behaviour from payzapp, i want my money back or verification of aadhar.
                                HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  My name thennarasu ([protected], k k nagar) i am salaried person i have hdfc account in chennai kk, nagar branch. When i was open this account one employee from hdfc told me savings will change salary account. Today morning i check netbanking i am shocked totally

                                  Even i am not from chennai, my native madurai. I am salaried person. Amount deducted without any information. Today morning i spoke that guy who is helps open this account. He said i will helps to refund your amount, this is second time, toally its make me frustration. Please refund my money as it is my hard earned amount. Otherwise i will complaint to rbi and close my account. This is not fair that you are harrasing your customer by such deductions without prior information. Please check every month of first week my received my salary this account. Its not my mistake. I also need to get in touch with my account manager for further clarifications for the future, that would help me decide whether to continue with hdfc or close my account.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    With due respect i would like to state that my father (Satyavan bhardwaj) had purchased a life insurance from your esteemed organization on 19309961 the policy no is as mentioned.
                                    The policy premium was of 30000 and we made the policy premium payement on due date 18 may on 22nd may my father expirienced sevear pain in heart and on diagnosis at rml hospital it was diagonised as a major heart attack but after operation and stud fixing he got recoverd and was released from hospital.in 30 th of may he again felt the same problems and that time angioplasty was done, and released from hospital well on 13th june a routine checup was done and all was found satisfactory, all reports i am attaching below, and earlier also
                                    I have submitted the same.
                                    On 14th june around 6pm again he felt chest pain and while driving him to esi hospital but before we reach there he got expired. On 15th the final rituals were performed and cremation was done.
                                    After that we applied for the death claim of policy.
                                    But few days back on 08oct i received a msg stating that 30131.16 rs has been transfered in my mother's account.
                                    I am unable to understand how, i am fully trying to my end but i am fail hdfc life want my father medical certficate, but where i give, he saying that your father ill sugar, dibites, heart stock, first - my father purchase the policy those times why dont want health medical certificate, without medical how to sell hdfc policy,
