* above i have provided my details, this mail regards that there is the difference amount which i am getting after the policy maturity.
* the moment when i logged into this policy the hdfc guy as assured me (Please see the attachemt in this mail, what-noted. Jpg) somthing, this is total different what i am getting now.
* i have paid the policy rs.1, 28, 000 — (12, 800 (Half yearly)*10=1, 28, 000
* now i am getting rs.1, 31, 000 as my policy return, the difference amount which i am getting only rs.3, 000.
* for getting rs.3, 000 of return do i need to wait for 5 years?
* first thing hdfc guy as misguided me (Assurence return given in brochure is rs.94, 418, calculated like rs.50, 000 cash back + 30% of avg return on my investment).
* no proper refernce from the hdfc people.
* sure i am going to rise this complaint in "insurance ombudsman", i have proof of what hdfc product seller told.
Finally, i met the hdfc life manager mg road, he said he is helpless in this, write a mail and get the reply from the hdfc service he said.
Please i am requesting, take the initiate in this and give me the proper benifit.
