My name is ABHISHEK KUMAR GAUTAM, need a resolution regarding a complain I made with your CUSTOMER CARE, reminder no is Belc[protected], I used my Hdfc bank debit card in a pnb bank ATM machine, I use the card to widthraw an amount of 10000â¹, but the transaction declined because suddenly the ATM got shut down and after 2-3 minutes it got started and then after that I was still hoping that my money can be widthraw now as wee, but after sometime nothing happened then I tried my card one again for a widthraw of 100â¹ which was successfully done, but now the problem is that my 10000â¹ amount has been debited from my account on 7th of March 2018, but today is 19th of March, now the CUSTOMER CARE is not responding anything sensible, ###, illetrate executive, doesn't know how to talk to a customer,
I have a salary account with Hdfc bank where the account no.is [protected]
Fix the issue or now I m going file a legal complain to CONSUMER COURT and take both PNB BANK AND HDFC BANK to RBI
NOT EXPECTED THESE CHEAP THING FROM INDIA'S NO.2 BANK
GIVE ME A PROPER RESPONSE OR I WILL JUST FILE A LEGAL COMPLAIN

Kindly note that basis your complaint we had logged an ATM Chargeback Dispute with the PNB and the Bank has represented the chargeback by providing an ATM transaction log on March 16, 2018. vide Reference Number: NFS815501 which shows that the cash withdrawal was successful and the requested amount was dispensed from the ATM.
