Dear sir,

I had taken policy no. (Hdfc life assured plus classic plan) – 19921968 in the name of manish dutt for the amount of rs. 50000/- (Payment made on date –[protected] through online payment receipt no. - [protected]).
And in the initial telephonic conversations with hdfc life employees they said that had to make single payment. And commitment was made to provide medical voucher, welcome kit with bond papers and 20% cash back as well as benefits.
On 10 jan 2018 after policy premium payment made i came to know through your employ that new policy has been generated in an agent id. But in telephonic conversation they committed me to generate policy in direct hdfc life behalf. When i have come to know this thing then i give the cancellation request to the person (Mr. Raghav mishra) who booked my policy and he give the cancellation no. – cn22634801e dated[protected]. But till to date i have not received any hard copy of my policy bond or my payment received back.
For any information about my policy and in branch the people are sitting they do not have any information or they do not want give exactly information to client for their policy status.
I also working with mnc and such kind of negligence behaviour from the hdfc life branch staff making to feel unhappy with services of your esteemed organization. As they, miscommunication with customer and all necessary information they are hiding.
Last 3 month still i am not having any hard copy of my policy only received one pager on my mail id.
Kindly refund my money or i will complain in consumer court for miss communication and for not providing necessary documents.
And last i have only option to logged complained to ombudsment.

I am writing this letter on behalf of kamaljeet kaur Hdfc bank will not fix metting face to face with Sonia Kapoor.

-On the first point if she should have been educated enough to read and write why will KAMALJEET KAUR start the policy which she is not happy with today or how can she read or understand it when it came on address as already explained she is not educated enough

-if SONIA KAPOOR. had explained her exactly the same this which was written in the policy KAMALJEET KAUR will 100% refuse to sign the policy . As she has been mislead by HDFC employee.

- it came in my notice that her occupation is totally mentioned wrong in the policy

- KAMALJEET KAUR has been HDFC coustmer from very very long time and never every faced anything like this everyone in MOHALI branch know her and their family members . This was the reason when SONIA KAPOOR came to know that anyone from her family are not educated enough and she took an advantage of it and make her do the policy and misleaded . SONIA KAPOOR might have achieved the monthly target but it have to be a genuine policy not by misleading clients

- At the end I would like to request you to arrange meetings face to face with MOHALI HDFC MANAGEMENT TEAM with SONIA KAPOOR so that we can tell everything face to face in that meeting .
HDFC have got a good reputation don’t loose it by not following it this case . we need a fair result on this case .

    I have had a credit card with hdfc bank since 2008. Recently, my card was misused, which cost me rs.169. I was told to send a request for this to the chennai address so that the charges could be reverted. This means i should spend more money to get something waived that i didn't use, despite reporting and closing card within 2 hours!

    Anyways, i gave up, and i requested that my card not be closed, and be put on hold, until i request a reissue of the card. That was not done, and i was issued a new card, and was charged rs.100 again for the reissue, without my permission.

    I still had some faith left in hdfc bank and its services. Now, i have changed my address temporarily, so i asked one of the customer care guys to tell me what my options are. He hold me that i can request the manager of the nearby branch to send an email to hdfc, requesting that the new card be delivered at the branch itself.

    I visited the ashoke enclave, faridabad branch this morning, and i was told that they cannot do it, and this is not allowed due to security restrictions. How much harrassment will i take? I was again asked to cut the card, which i did like 2 months ago, and send it to the chennai address. I have to write an application for this, meaning waste my time, my resources, my energy, on a bank that does not care at all for its 10-year old customer.

    Hi Manoj,

    I do not intend to change my address, as the current one is my temporary address. I do not have address proof of my temporary address, and I do not wish to change it anyways.

    I hope you have read my entire complaint, because not once have I asked for an address change. I wanted to get the delivery in the HDFC bank itself or be given to someone on by behalf on my original address. I was told that this is not possible.

    Do give me an option I have, which can help me get the refund of the money I was charged without my consent. I know that is not possible, then help me get my card delivered at the only options I want to go for. I was told anyone with my ID can collect the parcel, or the bank manager can send an email to the main branch to receive the delivery according to my inconvenience.

    Your help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

      I am a customer of your bank and i lost my atm card, i blocked my card. So i need a new debit card when i go to in my branch joya amroha, uttar pradesh every employee of your bank not giving the right answer and i was very disturbed by the behaviour of bank staff and they not give me the card and also give me a suggestion to close my account in this bank so i am not happy with your service and i want to close my account in this bank.

          Please refund my money which was deducted from my hdfc credit card with reason "one assist mfee" of rupees 2, 999.00 charged on 13/03.2018. This was charged without my knowledge and i did not enroll my credit card for this one assist plan. I have often received email from one assist for enrollment but i never enrolled it for. I need more justification on this. Refund the as soon as possible. This is really ridiculous.

            I have the negative balance -4700. Already got deducted rs 2000 from saving contacted phone banker but asked me to pay for low balance. I can't pay that much money, ready to maintain the balance. I was not aware of this process. I tried to negotiate but didn't get any positive feedback. Now i either have to pay or leave as it is and don't get back to account till there's any change in process by government.

              I closed my hdfc personal loan on 27 feb 2018. Bank deduct 25660 excess amount as an emi on 5 march 2018 and refund only 17842 on 8 march remaining 8198 rates is charged against my hdfc car loan. Also again 8198 charges from my bank account as car loan emi now my excess amount of rent 8198 is not refunded by bank. Today is 16 of march and i am calling them again and again for refund but no response they are again asking for 7 working days for refund.

                What the hell is this,, when i never got any letter, how could they say that they sent a letter?

                I saw the status and understand which is got disapproved due to not responding the letter copy which is sent from you for me. Let me know which address you sent the letter, because i didn't not any letter copy from hdfc bank.

                I already wasted 10-15 days on it... For god sake tell me the reason so that peacefully i can choose credit card from some other bank rather than wasting my time on this.

                If i am not eligible for credit card please put back my all document that i had been submitted to your executive.

                  Because of insufficient amount on emi due date they hold my account balance, first time i did this mistake i agree. After 2 days i paid that amount. Almost 9 days over still bank holding my amount. Yesterday i went to hospital n i had an mri scanning but i can't pay the hospital bill because i can't draw the amount... This is how hdfc bank treating customer. So many times i called customer care and i requested to release my amount, nobody responding properly... Am very sad about this service..

                    My wife have salary account opened by company... After 1 year she quiet the company... Immediately hdfc bank converted her salary account into personal without any intimation and now they started charging for not maintaing the minimum balance... Actually last 2 years we both are in out of station when we came back to india and check the account balance is shows in negative amount... Called the hdfc customer care to close the account but they asked us to visit respective branch... It's very worst service... We are not ready to pay the amount charged by bank since if the account is idle for many years they have to close it instead of charging... As per the rbi rule, no were mentioned for personal account to goes till negative amount... So please close my wife account...

                      * above i have provided my details, this mail regards that there is the difference amount which i am getting after the policy maturity.

                      * the moment when i logged into this policy the hdfc guy as assured me (Please see the attachemt in this mail, what-noted. Jpg) somthing, this is total different what i am getting now.

                      * i have paid the policy rs.1, 28, 000 — (12, 800 (Half yearly)*10=1, 28, 000

                      * now i am getting rs.1, 31, 000 as my policy return, the difference amount which i am getting only rs.3, 000.

                      * for getting rs.3, 000 of return do i need to wait for 5 years?

                      * first thing hdfc guy as misguided me (Assurence return given in brochure is rs.94, 418, calculated like rs.50, 000 cash back + 30% of avg return on my investment).

                      * no proper refernce from the hdfc people.

                      * sure i am going to rise this complaint in "insurance ombudsman", i have proof of what hdfc product seller told.

                      Finally, i met the hdfc life manager mg road, he said he is helpless in this, write a mail and get the reply from the hdfc service he said.

                      Please i am requesting, take the initiate in this and give me the proper benifit.

                          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3363 without my concern on date:13/03/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs. 1399/-

                            Hdfc blocked my account for non payment of credit card due for two months. However i have paid the minimum amount due 8676rs, 15 days back. Still they are not releasing the amount in my bank account. Now they have sent next month bill to pay. I am trying to contact the collection department in chennai but they are not responding to my calls.
                            Total outstanding due is 48524 i paid the minimum due 8676 rs.
                            They blocked 30000 in my account and its still showing -18000.

                            If hdfc is not releasing the account i am not going to repay the rest of the amount.
                            Hdfc credit card collection department is the worst and unprofessional deprtment i have ever seen.

                                I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr037720.

                                I have recived few massage from hdfc regarding fastag with below text
                                "your fastag has beeb issued successfully. Your customer id is[protected]"

                                Still not get fastag or any massage regarding to courier details.

At that time i submitted the resignation letter to hdfc and i got cessation certificate from hdfc on 22/07/2016. But still pan number looked up irda portal.                                     On 11th jan 2018, i received text message saying that "thank you for using hdfc debit card xxxxxxxxx for rs.5000 to paytm123419.
                                    I had not done this transaction first thing. Secondly without my knowledge from my debit card the money got transferred.

                                    I requested hdfc bank for reverting my lost amount and still hdfc bank is saying that it was valid transaction.

                                    Its very unfaithful and not secured bank service i would say here onward

                                      My group have around 25 account with hdfc bank ltd, paldi branch, ahmedabad since 8 years.

                                      From last 3 years, branch manager and our group relationship manager (Rm) change.

                                      Our preferred group, alloted rm mrs. Kruti is very irresponsible and rough language lady. She always avoid to take any responsibility and blame always customers. We compalint branch manager, but he also safely cover her as a overloaded rm. But most of preferred group clients are known about her irregularity and irresponsibility towards branch customers.

                                      We also request other higher authorities about that issue, but no one take any action against her.

                                      We request you people, before opening account with hdfc bank kindly confirm that branch services, otherwise u are suffering from irritation and harrassment.

                                      I m going to close all my 25 accounts and dmat account now onwards from hdfc bank ltd.
