Dear Sir,
i have health policy of Hdfc ergo.My policy no. [protected]. i have this policy from last 5 yrs. i have child in 26 may 2016. i have added my child in this policy. I take no claim till now. My child have some viral fever on 14 sep 2018, i take to local doctor he gave medicine, but on 16 sep night he is shivering so much and he have 103.7"f temp. i got worried.
I go to colombia Asia hospital which is 60 km from our town. when i reach there the MO checked and asked me he has viral we have to admit in the hospital. i told which viral she is we took some blood test then we will tell you. i said ok.
He admit my son and take sample of blood. After 1 hour reports come, she asked me your son have hybrid viral due to bacterial.
They start their treatment and asked me to submit money or medical insurnace card. i submit card they mail to HDFC ERGO they gave 20000 rs pre approval for this.
i feel good due to service. now today on 19 sep when they asked to discharge the doctor write down this is tonsillopharyngitis.
the company rejected the claim.
This is first time i claim for insurance in 5 yrs. First day the said this is viral now they said tonsillopharyngitis. i dont know even that what is this ???
Even when every year i renewed my policy nobody tell me about this. i have to pay 38000/- for this. if they said on 1st day that this is not covered in insurance i will admit somewhere else. because i took the insurance for my family safety and money. but i have to pay money and not covered in insurance why should i took policy.
On first day when they check my son they must to ask that he have tonsills but they said this is hybrid viral due to bacterial. if they said on first day i must prepare for this.
i called toll free numbers 2-3 times, they said we make call to you, but no call recieved till now. because they are making fools to customers.
this is cheating with me. i urge please and humble request to check all this matter seriously. they betrayed me.
please check all reports they do with laboratory.
1. dengue fever
2.kidney function
3.liver function
4.complete blood count
and so many tests.
sir please do favor i am so much in tension. i am paying premium from last 5 yrs. but today they betrayed me. please sir give justice to me.
