I had applied for hdfc dinerss club miles credit card on[protected]. But haven't get any revert from therir side till now even my application is not processed. They had just collected my documents. Even the executive who had collected my docs is not reverting. Also they had collected my documents twice.
My credit card application number - cc38578252.
Attaching the acknowledge receipt below.
Very illiterate and irresponsible staff.
Worst experience with hdfc.

    I received call from Neha ( [protected]) 3 times in last 2 months. The latest is today i.e 19.09.18
    She told me that I have a policy HDFC life Classic Assure plus no 11403946 dt 23.03.10 and paid rs 50000/= towards the same. Since I have not paid any further and it is lapsing. I can revive the same by paying 2 instalments of Rs 50000/= each i.e 100000/=. Then I can claim 208000/= immediately. She asked me to contact one Manish Chauhan ( [protected]), RM, HDFC life Mumbai.

    I called up HDFC life customer care and they told me that this is fraudulent call and I need to immediately give them a written complaint.

    I saw more such complaint like this on this site, but the response of HDFC life is very bureaucratic without any botheration of customers or their own brand value.

      I have cancelled one bus ticket and train ticket booked using hdfc credit card. I am yet to get the refund money on my card. I am following up with hdfc for last 3-4 months. They are replying with same copy and paste email every time.
      I want to close this credit card asap, as i feel completely insecure using hdfc credit card. I have a strong feeling that i am risking my money using hdfc services.

      I will also provide my email reference number to hdfc regarding this issue.

        Dear Sir,
        i have health policy of Hdfc ergo.My policy no. [protected]. i have this policy from last 5 yrs. i have child in 26 may 2016. i have added my child in this policy. I take no claim till now. My child have some viral fever on 14 sep 2018, i take to local doctor he gave medicine, but on 16 sep night he is shivering so much and he have 103.7"f temp. i got worried.

        I go to colombia Asia hospital which is 60 km from our town. when i reach there the MO checked and asked me he has viral we have to admit in the hospital. i told which viral she is we took some blood test then we will tell you. i said ok.
        He admit my son and take sample of blood. After 1 hour reports come, she asked me your son have hybrid viral due to bacterial.
        They start their treatment and asked me to submit money or medical insurnace card. i submit card they mail to HDFC ERGO they gave 20000 rs pre approval for this.
        i feel good due to service. now today on 19 sep when they asked to discharge the doctor write down this is tonsillopharyngitis.
        the company rejected the claim.

        This is first time i claim for insurance in 5 yrs. First day the said this is viral now they said tonsillopharyngitis. i dont know even that what is this ???

        Even when every year i renewed my policy nobody tell me about this. i have to pay 38000/- for this. if they said on 1st day that this is not covered in insurance i will admit somewhere else. because i took the insurance for my family safety and money. but i have to pay money and not covered in insurance why should i took policy.
        On first day when they check my son they must to ask that he have tonsills but they said this is hybrid viral due to bacterial. if they said on first day i must prepare for this.

        i called toll free numbers 2-3 times, they said we make call to you, but no call recieved till now. because they are making fools to customers.

        this is cheating with me. i urge please and humble request to check all this matter seriously. they betrayed me.
        please check all reports they do with laboratory.

        1. dengue fever
        2.kidney function
        3.liver function
        4.complete blood count
        and so many tests.


        sir please do favor i am so much in tension. i am paying premium from last 5 yrs. but today they betrayed me. please sir give justice to me.

            I urge all customera not to use this policy of Hdfc ergo.
            I really urge to all peoples dont take policy of hdfc ergo. They are making fool to all peoples.

              Hi,

              My name is nishanth and i am an hdfc account holder since 2015. This was my salaried account when i was working back in india, however, i did not use it ever since i left the job. I am in canada now pursuing a master's degree. I had a bit of financial crisis and remembered that i had some money left in the hdfc account. To my surprise when i opened my account, around 2500 inr has been deducted over several months. I have not been intimated about this apriori and i have not received any emails regarding the change in account type. It's really painful to see all the savings go away especially when you are a student and in the financial crisis. I would really appreciate if you can provide me with a refund of the deducted money.

                  Dear sir i received unauthorized message regarding receiving and spending money on gift cards. This message is comes from hdfc bank. I already complaint about this in hdfc customer service operatior. These messages comes on my jio number ([protected]). I my thought someone is miss using my phone number for thier personal banefits.                       I am using HDFC credit card for almost 4 years now, recently i have made some purchase on a Amazon. I have to cancel two of the purchases due to some issues. Amazon has already refunded the amount but HDFC credit card is still showing me the total balance as it is without any refund. When i tried to contact the customer care many times they kept my call on hold for 10-15 mins and after that they disconnect the call, even after that when i called few times and enter my last 4 digit of the card they say incorrect and disconnect the call. After several attempts not been able to connect to the customer care

                        Hdfc grievance team/ Hdfc preferred customer team,

                        Nirmala Priyadarshini, and alagu Nachiappan should be ashamed of bringing poor reputation to hdfc bank.

                        I told Nirmala and Alagu about fraudulent transaction on my card.

                        I am an old and proveledged customer with Hdfc.

                        But will like to report that Alagu and Nirmala are waste employees of Hdfc bank.they have not picked up my complaint and have tried to ignore my card complaint for last 10 days.

                        Due to Alagu and Nirmala( Nirmalapriyadarshini.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, ALAGU.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) have written anti Hdfc and anti regalia blogs against Hdfc bank.demoting and defaming Hdfc for poor pervices provided to family of priveledged customers.

                        Request your mediate attention.

                        And if you cannot fire the lazy and inefficient employees Alagu and Nirmala.

                        You should take action against them.

                        I ahev found discrepanceis manay aa teims in hdfc bank credit card satteements;
                        My custoemr id is 5089771 and my card ending with 5430 has discrepancy in its transactions;

                        I have already emailed and send the dispute form to nirmala (Nirmalapriyadarshini. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) and alagu (Alagu. [protected]@hdfcbank.com), who are my re;relationship managers;

                        But theey were extreemly slow to reacta nd haev not taken any action to helep em sinec alst 7 days...

                        I have marked and copied dispute form on 5 different emails in since last 8 days.. Including copying to (Hdfc bank support, grievance redressal, [protected]@hdfcbank.com),

                        But hdfc bank has ashamed me as privileged custeomr by taking no action... Regalia credit card is faulty and erroneous calculation and transaction..
                        I will not like to recommend regalia credit card and hdfc bank to any of my friends and families..

                            My HDFC LOAN File No is[protected]. My loan is not transfered from lic till date and my loan installment for the month of Aug 18 has been detected on 10 Aug 18. A check of rs 14259/- also put up by in favor of HDFC ltd by hdfc on 14 Aug 18 and same amount on 13 sep 18. Once my loan not transfered and installment detected by lic, how hdfc can put up check before completion of paper work.
                            I want refund of both the installments in my bank account on priority.

                              My payment date for rupees 21, 750 was 5th May 2018, proactively I had processed a complete payment through SBI Credit card on 3rd May 2018. but the amount was reflected in HDFC on 8th May 2018. I had already explained this issue with HDFC Credit card collection team (multiple representatives), Customer Service (Multiple executives) and Personal banker (Ishwariya). Following up this case through phone for past 3 months. But everyone is helpless. Now my penalty charges was 3900 rupees and still keep increasing day by day.
                              on 7th September nearly 4000 rupees was blocked from my savings account by HDFC Credit card department without any notification.

                              Past 10 days I have escalated this issue to Grievance team through email / Applied in online complaint form(HBL=[protected], but no luck.

                              Kindly help me on this issue to get back my blocked money and needs to solve my issue by cancelling unwanted charges initiated by credit card team.

                              Along with this mail, I have attached necessary documents.

                                I'm using hdfc credit card. I got a message stating that an amount of 1399/- was debited from my credit card without my permission on 30 aug 2018.

                                Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1399/-. Please deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

                                Kindly, refund my amount.

                                  Cancellation of one assist membership.

                                  I am a new hdfc bank credit card holder. I didn't done even a single transaction. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2803 without my concern on date:17/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-.

                                      मै hdfc bank balotra में current account holder हू...
                                      दिनांक 5 सितंबर को मेरा चेक (फर्म नाम त्रुटि)के कारण रद्द कर दिया गया...बाद में कर्मचारी ने मुझे बेंक मे fdr करने के लिए उकसाया गया जिसे मेने स्वीकारा...दिनांक 18 सितंबर को मेरे चेक को कर्मचारी ने फिर स्वीकार करने से मना कर दिया गया और कहा कि जब तक मै hdfc मे invest ना करू मेरा चेक पास नहीं किया जाएगा...मै hdfc balotra branch का नियमित उपयोगकर्ता हू... आशा करता हू की उक्त विवाद का निपटारा कर muje जल्द सूचित किया जाए...

                                        I ravi manral and my wife indu manral have been harassed for a loan which we have not taken. We have received multiple calls from a no. [protected], vinita and even telling her that we are not connected to any such person but she started calling our friends and colleagues which has spoiled our reputation. We don't even know from where she has got the personal information and also who has given them the rights to call our friends and colleagues. I have already called police & will file a police complaint also against hdfc bank but still she is calling our colleagues which is embarrassing. My number is[protected]
