Hello team,

I have been paying interest on my credit card for the last 1 and a half year and they keep coming back to me asking me to pay more. I have informed them to close it and give me emi option, so that i can pay the principal and clear it off. However the collections guy comes to my house and threatens me to pay right now and tries to talk to me like i have taken his money. I have paid them more interest than my principal. Now they are telling me that i need to pay them 65 thousand. Please look into it and let me know how i can manage this. Thank you.

    M using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card without my permission on 31 aug 2018.

    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1399. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

    Kindly, refund my amount or i will not pay it.

      I have tried to do a transaction two days before for a train booking on goibibo. my money from the credit card has been deducted but goibibo is saying transaction was not successful twice. they have sent me an image saying that transtion has failed. where has my money gone? it's neither with goibibo nor in my account? my credit card number ends with 0981. please do solve the issue.

        I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 6029 without my consent on date:12/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-.

        I called One Assist Customer care instead of helping me with my situation, A customer care executive called Kruthika kept on repeating the benefits of the plan.

        Are you trying to save us from the frauds?
        Did you know Debiting the amount without customer consent is Fraud.

        I want to know about my refund. I am not interested in your plan anymore.

          Bought this policy in 2008 at annual premium of rs 1 lakh plus applicable service tax. For 10 years this policy neither give any financial returns nor any service from hdfc life. The plan was sold as savings/investment plan inside the hdfcbank branch of hdfc bank and not hdfc life showing unethical misselling which did not give even simple fixed deposit returns. Many people lost money and the losses destroyed their lives. After completion of term of 10 years, hdfclife does not give details of maturity claim. All efforts through phone calls, emails, online logging into my account, elle facility created by hdfclife have failed. Ordinary poor citizens need to be cautioned about hdfclife doing financial frauds on their hard earned savings.

            My Self Sukumar Some 61 years old man, I received a call from Mr. Sourav on 28/08/18 and informed me regarding One Assist Scheme and told me this is an offer for me and this is not chargeable.I didn't not confirm anything from my end. But bank has debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 9717 without my concern on date:30/08/2018. I complained to One Assist toll-free no-[protected] and I told that I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more but no one bother to Cancel it. Kindly cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/- immediately.

              My savings bank funds have been put on hold and i have not been intimated or informed regarding the process. There has been no response from the team and call center people are responding my multiple requests.

              One of the bank officials called me later and was very rude and disrespectful to me, he provided no solution to the matter and was talking in a threatening tone.

I haven't recieved my fastag till now which was promised in 7-8 working days.As per telephonic discussion with customer care he told me an system, servor error last 15 days but my problem is still pending. I want my fastag or the money back as soon as possible. This is no kind of behavior expected from such a big organisation...

                  I withdrew rs.5000/- from yes bank atm (Kashmere gate, delhi) using hdfc debit card on 27 feb 2018. Cash was not dispensed but amount deducted from my hdfc account. From then i raised several complaint in hdfc but still i have not got my amount.
                  I also submitted fir and card dispute form to hdfc as per their request in april 2018.

                    When i visit the dehradun branch thay not co - operating and asking to apply new card than i have to pay double charges of card.

                        I have given a request for salary account on 08 aug. Application no. Sa[protected]. I have provided all the documents even aadhar card 2 times.
                        After 1 month account still not open.
                        Hdfc executive filled account opening form online as well manually. Very pathetic service by a private bank.
                        Govt sector bank takes only three days to open a account. Due to my company tie up i am going with hdfc otherwise no need of hdfc....

                          Amount of rupess - 1951.50 has been debited from my hdfc credit card dated on 22/10/2017 which i havnt use, after complaint on hdfc coustomer care number, they have credited amount of rupess-1945.44 dated 22/11/2017 and same have been debited from my hdfc credit card on the same day. And they have charged interest on this amount till the date.
                          On the behalf of hdfc credit card department they are calling me and threatened me to pay bill.

                          I visited hdfc bank several times and deposited complaint letter online on the same issue but all in vain. And they were forcing me to pay whole bill amount that was pending which i did not use, only after they accepted my complaint on the same issue.
                          I am requesting you to resolve my issue.

Please close the account since i am not in india anymore and could not collect the latest card as well. I don't need the card anymore.                                 My name is NADAR VISHALRAJ S. I am one of your HDFC pollachi branch customers. I have NRE account from 24.01.2017. I am seaman working on ship as 2nd officer. I have good transaction since 2017. My wife also having saving account in your bank since 12.05.2015 she is running textile business at home. My monthly salary is 1200 USD and my wife earning 20 to 30 thousand per month, now coming to the point directly.

                                1. I applied for the personal loan from pollachi branch on 18.07.2018. Application number is 59260491 my application process took care by Mr. murali. He told me I will confirm the status I also called him so many times same reply I will do it sir and after one month he said not possible. Even not take proper documents from me only bank statement, adhaar card, pan card and one photo.
                                2. Again I applied for personal loan from Coimbatore loan centre on 23.08.2018 one day before Eid. Application number is 60399507. I got message from HDFC bank that application is has been accepted on 28.08.2018. I submitted all the documents passport, seaman book (coc), last 8 months salary slip, salary certificate from company, per ship joining letter and etc. Today I got personally message from bank staff that your loan has been rejected.

                                I ask why they said last 3 month’s salary was not credited in your NRE account. I said I am on vacation because my last contract on ship for 11 months apart from family. They said we need continue transaction. Please talk logically according to them don’t come to home stay on ship and send salary every month then apply. When I opened the account they said we will give good facilities.
                                My question is simple there is no any facilities for me on your bank as NRE customer and for my wife account also. For my wife account showing on net banking pre approved loan for 2.74 lakh when we go to ask them same reply no we can’t do anything. Even bank staff is saying please try at kotak Mahindra or bajaj finance. What is the use for keep my account in your bank???
                                They are not understanding my profession or not helping the good customer also.

                                This is my first loan at your bank and worst experience I am facing.

                                  This is to inform you that on 30/08/2018, I had gone to your Bank branch with my all documents to enquire a bank loan of Rs. 5, 00, 000/- which was the urgently required by me. I had shown my all documents to your Bank Staff namely Mr. Saptarshi Misra and after seeing my all documents Mr. Saptarshi Misra said me that you have to provide your Net Banking ID And Password for checking your Bank Offer. According to his advice, Innocently I have offered my Net BANKING ID and PASSWORD to him because as a bank staff I had believed him.When he was checking my Bank Offer he had ( Forgery No 1) made a Recurring Deposit from My CD a/c without my consent, I understood when a Mobile Message come to me. ( Forgery No 2 ) After checked my Bank Offer he assured me that your Bank loan can be approved within two or three days but first you have to take a Life insurance of HDFC BANK as a GUARANTEE. I asked him is it necessary ? Unfortunately He replied me that if you die after taking the Bank Loan that who will responsible and pay your Loan Amount..He also told me that in case if you die, the Bank will recover the bank loan amount from your Insurance Policy. Because BANK Loan was my urgently required so according to his saying I was agreed with him and took a HDFC LIFE INSURANCE POLICY NO 20674255, e- insurance a/c no[protected] The Premium I had paid @ Rs 53753/- Which is directly debited by Saptatarshi Misra from my savings A/C by using of my NET BANKING Password and ID, Which I have offered him before.
                                  But Alas ! Now my needed loan is not approved and return my torn documents to me except my loan application form.

                                  Therefore I request you to cancel my above Hdfc Life Insurance policy no 20674255 and as well as return my paid amt. Which was credited from my savings a/c @ Rs 53753/- and take a proper action of forgery against fraud YOUR BANK STAFF Mr. Saptarshi Misra.
