Hi this is rajkumar and i would like to inform that i had been getting calls from your bank since a long time for a credit card payment for one of my far cousin. I have the card number as [protected] and the name on the card is sujan gowda. I wanted to know if this guy is been blacklisted and if you want details about this person i have his phone number : [protected]... You can take legal action against him.

    I am using HDFC credit card for almost 4 years now, recently i have made some purchase on a Amazon. I have to cancel two of the purchases due to some issues. Amazon has already refunded the amount but HDFC credit card is still showing me the total balance as it is without any refund. When i tried to contact the customer care many times they kept my call on hold for 10-15 mins and after that they disconnect the call, even after that when i called few times and enter my last 4 digit of the card they say incorrect and disconnect the call. After several attempts not been able to connect to the customer care

      Hdfc grievance team/ Hdfc preferred customer team,

      Nirmala Priyadarshini, and alagu Nachiappan should be ashamed of bringing poor reputation to hdfc bank.

      I told Nirmala and Alagu about fraudulent transaction on my card.

      I am an old and proveledged customer with Hdfc.

      But will like to report that Alagu and Nirmala are waste employees of Hdfc bank.they have not picked up my complaint and have tried to ignore my card complaint for last 10 days.

      Due to Alagu and Nirmala( Nirmalapriyadarshini.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, ALAGU.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) have written anti Hdfc and anti regalia blogs against Hdfc bank.demoting and defaming Hdfc for poor pervices provided to family of priveledged customers.

      Request your mediate attention.

      And if you cannot fire the lazy and inefficient employees Alagu and Nirmala.

      You should take action against them.

      I ahev found discrepanceis manay aa teims in hdfc bank credit card satteements;
      My custoemr id is 5089771 and my card ending with 5430 has discrepancy in its transactions;

      I have already emailed and send the dispute form to nirmala (Nirmalapriyadarshini. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) and alagu (Alagu. [protected]@hdfcbank.com), who are my re;relationship managers;

      But theey were extreemly slow to reacta nd haev not taken any action to helep em sinec alst 7 days...

      I have marked and copied dispute form on 5 different emails in since last 8 days.. Including copying to (Hdfc bank support, grievance redressal, [protected]@hdfcbank.com),

      But hdfc bank has ashamed me as privileged custeomr by taking no action... Regalia credit card is faulty and erroneous calculation and transaction..
      I will not like to recommend regalia credit card and hdfc bank to any of my friends and families..

        Since the past 4 months i have trying to get my credit card settled. I have spoken to en number of your agents in regards to the issue, but nobody was of help.
        They keep on asking me to pay my min amt due every month and promise me to help me with my settlement but nothing has happened since the past 4 months.
        The same story repeats every month and till yet havent got any resolution.

          My HDFC LOAN File No is[protected]. My loan is not transfered from lic till date and my loan installment for the month of Aug 18 has been detected on 10 Aug 18. A check of rs 14259/- also put up by in favor of HDFC ltd by hdfc on 14 Aug 18 and same amount on 13 sep 18. Once my loan not transfered and installment detected by lic, how hdfc can put up check before completion of paper work.
          I want refund of both the installments in my bank account on priority.

            My payment date for rupees 21, 750 was 5th May 2018, proactively I had processed a complete payment through SBI Credit card on 3rd May 2018. but the amount was reflected in HDFC on 8th May 2018. I had already explained this issue with HDFC Credit card collection team (multiple representatives), Customer Service (Multiple executives) and Personal banker (Ishwariya). Following up this case through phone for past 3 months. But everyone is helpless. Now my penalty charges was 3900 rupees and still keep increasing day by day.
            on 7th September nearly 4000 rupees was blocked from my savings account by HDFC Credit card department without any notification.

            Past 10 days I have escalated this issue to Grievance team through email / Applied in online complaint form(HBL=[protected], but no luck.

            Kindly help me on this issue to get back my blocked money and needs to solve my issue by cancelling unwanted charges initiated by credit card team.

            Along with this mail, I have attached necessary documents.

              I'm using hdfc credit card. I got a message stating that an amount of 1399/- was debited from my credit card without my permission on 30 aug 2018.

              Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1399/-. Please deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

              Kindly, refund my amount.

                Cancellation of one assist membership.

                I am a new hdfc bank credit card holder. I didn't done even a single transaction. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2803 without my concern on date:17/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-.

                  Yesterday i have done the transaction through my hdfc credit card. The amount of 151125/- transaction is declined but the amount is debited from my account. I have raised a compliant, the compliant no is [protected]. I done this transaction on yesterday. And i raised the compliant also.

                            I have applied home loan in hdfc salem, tamilnadu branch and got approved. To be frank the staff behaviour is really worst and they does know process. They will ask you to round for small things.in my case it happened many times. I have the worst think is at the time of disbursement. They are thinking that if say any at last moment borrower accept. I came to know that insurance is optional but they told its compulsary for your property. If property is in risk then why should you approved the laon or at the time of inspection you would rejected. Last moment manager told if you are intrested you can avail the loan else we can cancel.
                            I mean you have to insurance compulsary otherwise will cancel your loan.
                            Their grivience system also very worst. I have raised level 1 complaint many times but not able raise level 2 complaint because again and again asking me to raise level 1 complaint.
                            The hdfc home finance people thinking that borrowers are begger and staff are giving the loan from their pocket.

                              pre closure of jumbo loan on credit card

                              Need to pre-close my hdfc insta jumbo loan on credit card. There is no process mentioned on hdfc bank website or netbanking account. Since the process to take loan is easy then why they do not have any process to close the same online as well. On customer care number it is very difficult to talk to customer care executive. They have everything computerized. It was mentioned that i can pre-close it after 1 year with 3%...

                                  This refers to my online complaint lodged vide complaint no: hbl=[protected] and hbl=[protected] on september 17, 2018 for unauthorized transaction done from my debit card no: [protected] connecting to my savings account no. [protected].

                                  In this regard, i would like to inform you that while i was travelling to chicago for my business trip on september 17, 2018 and was boarding flight emirates ek501 from chatrapati shivaji maharaj international airport, terminal 2, mumbai, i received a sms on my registered mobile number as under:
                                  “thank you for using debit card ending 8891 for rs.17785.36 in valencia at h&m0378 on[protected]:03:40:48 avl bal: rs 1165.54”

                                  Copy of my cardholder dispute form is enclosed herewith for your ready reference and record which i have already submitted to address given of said form.

                                  On receipt of this message, i was shocked and surprised to see such transaction which debited the huge amount from my account no: [protected] as my debit card was in my possession at all times and i was busy with boarding formalities and had not done any such transaction. I received call from hdfc bank confirming the transaction and i immediately reverted them in denial and also asked them to block my debit card to ensure any further loss.

                                  I hereby declare and confirm that aforesaid transaction is not done by me and is unauthorized. I request you to credit the said amount immediately to my account. Further, also request you to investigate that how such transaction was executed when my debit card was intact with me and password, cvv details or card details were never shared with anyone.

                                  Requesting you to ensure action is taken timely to avoid any further loss and trauma to me. Hope your esteemed organization will help me to recover my hard-earned money at earliest.

                                    My hdfc money back policy no;12940998, i pay my wife debit card on 18/5/18, this payment reciept 21/5/18 sent to me, after 3 monts, then from7/8/18 will have to call your payment again, i asking you where is my first payment? It was already deducted from my wife bank a/c. One month before i already submitted those things in aluva office but there told they have no information about these, so kindly do need fully.
