I was booking ticket from irctc on 21st September 2018.Money (Rs/- 710) got deducted but ticket didn't get book.ASAP short out this issue and please initiate the refund.

    Mr. Manoj goyal is the represntative of hdfc bank for credit card collection he visit my home many time and i will submit the amount time to time but from last 2 month i lost my card and call to manoj but he don't help me regarding that. Even he visit my home for collection without knowing the card number how can i make the payment. Today he came to my house and he come inside of my room and miss behave with my mother when i warn regarding this he said that i will give your number to legal department and they will take care of your card and we will take legal action against you.
    When i was stanch his bike key then he show me the his card from spl services from janakpuri.

    Please help me out this he warn me that hey will give me legal notice for that.

        I have taken 10sec instant loan on 3rd feb'18 amount of 3.5lacs tenure for 60months but due to some technical error it is selected for 12 months tenure period and loan amount was also disbursed that means now i have to pay 3.5lacs in 12 months.

        So i want to inform you that i am not at the condition to pay this loan amount of 5years tenure period in one year. I can't pay 30k emi per month because i have so much responsibility on my shoulders being a single source of earning in my family.

        So, kindly extend my loan tenure period from 1 year to 5 years otherwise this is not possible to pay a single emi of this huge amount 30k per month. Some how i managed to pay two emi from my savings but now it's not possible to continue.

        We would like to state that the loan was disbursed post-execution and signing of loan agreement cum schedule and issuance o[censored]nencashed security cheques along with repayment instructions in favor of the Bank for the equated monthly installment (EMI). Once the customers execute the agreement, they are deemed to have accepted all terms/conditions and agreed to abide by the same. The interest rate, EMI amount, processing fees and loan tenure were clearly communicated to and accepted by you and the loan application has been processed on that basis only.         Hi,

        I do agree that loan was applied online but I just wanted to understand, do you have any mechanism to define the eligibility of the loan amount and tenure respectively as per the capacity of customer??

        Or you just give loan to anyone without taking measures of these points..?

        In my case same thing happened
        My salary is INR 41000 and my monthly expenditure is INR 37000, and monthly emi of this loan is for one year is 31000 .
        So no matter how much pressure you put on me I would not be able to pay this much EMI with this tenure, so my request was increase the tenure to 5 years so that i can pay the EMI .

        I don't expect this kind of mistake from a nationalize bank.

        I have already sent so many mail to HDFC support as well as (MD) Aditya puri to extend tenure of loan but didn't get any resolution. If you want that mail I can forward to you.

        I have kept my all points, now it is up to you how do you help me to increase the tenure because this mental trauma will not help neither you and nor me to reach any conclusion.

          Sir/madam,

          My titanium credit card no - [protected].
          I have received my first credit card statement in the month of june 18. I am surprised to see that they have charged mtnl charges 100 rs which is not inform the same.

          I raised the complaint & reverse the cahrges. Again same thing happend in every month added the charges for (Mtnl).

          From last month i have not received credit card hard copy of bills and also not received message on mobiles. Till dated not received the same.

          Received message outstanding balance on 15th sep, 18 which is added the late fee charges & mtnl charges which is added all in current outstaning.

          Also received mails every month but last month had some problem's i have not operate my mails, if you send the hard copy & message on mobile then i would have paid the money last month but not recdeived message & hard copy.

          Request to reveiw my account & waiver the both charges.

          Looking forward for an early resolution.

            I m very unsatisfied customer of hdfc, as they levy charges on customers for their system issues. I didn’t get the billing details on my cell phone, however when i called them, they say that it’s my problem that i have not paid on time and that they charge late payment charges. And later calling their call center again, they said they have taken request for reversal, but i realized that it’s only for financial charges. But the late payment is still put on my head for no reason. The call centre disconnect calls ubruptly. I am not certain if they really care for customers. I m sooooo very unsatisfied customer of hdfc, as most of the transactions with hdfc is bad.

            I don’t want to continue to use hdfc services for anything. The service agents want me to pay the unnecessary charges and wait for several days for refund. If we delay payment by day they charge heavy amount, however they want customers to lock their money with HDFC and wait in length to get refunds

              Claim id : 3990538

              The above health insurance reimbursement claim was rejected with reason that policy holder's hypertension was not disclosed at the time of taking the policy. However this is not true. Not only was it disclosed but its only mentioned in the exclusion clause of the policy.

              Also the reimbursement claim is not for hypertension or anything related to it.

              So no grounds for the insurer to reject the claim.

              Have written to the hdfc life review committe to reconsider the claim with all necessary documents

              Please inform the company to look into this matter.

                I have blocked my card on 1 aug 2018 still getting statement to pay renewable fees, i have sent closure form by post.my card number is[protected].so please close it as i have already blocked and no transaction is pending except renewable fee, i will not pay renewable fee as i dont want to continue with it. Number of times i made complaint on hdfc but they are only giving repetetive answers.

                  My hdfc credit card number is [protected].
                  I have been using this card for over 5 years. I have not been getting my hard copy statements from them despite multiple requests, due to which we had avoided using our hdfc card.in the month of march 2018, we had spent rs 1340 on the card, and we received a statement in june 2018 amounting to rs 3597. How do we make the payment without receiving an invoice? When questioned about this, we are informed that it is due to late payment fee and the customer care was not ready to talk further on this and instead gave us a number - [protected] to sort this. But unfortunately, this number is always busy/ unreachable and they do not provide an alternate contact or call back as well. We then paid them a part amount by cheque to sort the issue but the cheque did not get cleared till date and we are not informed anything on this, nor do we know the reason. The next month, we received a statement for rs 4218, for which we had written a letter to the hdfc, and till date there is no response from them on this. The next month we have received a statement for rs 2701, and it states that the issue would be referred to rbi approved credit bureaus.
                  There has been an unnecessary harassment from hdfc bank. Firstly they had updated wrong mail id on the card and they do not respond to mails sent from other ids. They give a contact which cannot be reached any moment. The customer care does not sort the issue. There is no response to the letter. They do not send hard copy statements on time. How will a customer sort an issue if this is the way they work?

                  After this series, we have stopped our hdfc bank account as well, and would never recommend anyone to have an account with the hdfc.

                    Dear sir i have a personal loan with hdfc bank which is seteled in 2017 in 4 installment. And i paid all the installment on time. Now again i am getting calls for payment. When i call hdfc bank and told them that i already setteled the loan in 2017 they refused and they told me that they recived only 3 installment and so my settelment letter is void. I paid all the emi online so i have all the prove of payment but they not ready to accept. I request you to please look into this. My personal loan account no is 33027271. Herby i am sending the online recipt and mail which i sent to hdfc bank.
                    I hope rbi will resolve this issue.

                      I am writing this email to inform you that i have not disputed any transaction for below mentioned card details. This is purely your agent assumption and he just block my card and dispute the amount as he not understand what i am asking him and he himself not equipped with right piece of information. I just create the netsafe virtual card and asked him how will i get money back from virtual card into my credit card. He not even know what is netsafe virtual card according to him its third party, he not aware of virtual card facility offer by bank, whereas, its purely hdfc product. He gave me misleading information instead of telling me right piece of information. Because of his wrong action i am facing so much trouble and my card is blocked and my money is stuck. I really appreciate if you can look into the issue and refund the money back into the credit card as this is not disputed transaction. I have spoke to the suchimita at customer services she also sent and email for the same issue.

                            This dmat account does not belong to me but all my personal details such as my mail address, residential address, phone number, even nominee details linked to this account. My email box is being flooded with all the information of the listed share holdings in this account which i never bought. I am also receiving demat holding statements from from csdl and share holding companies. Obviously, this dmat account and bank details belong to somebody....

                            While booking flight tickets through goibibo using upi - hdfc bank, a sum of rs. 51048/- was deducted from my hdfc bank account (A/c no. [protected]) on 19.09.2018. More than 48 hrs has gone and i have not received back my money.

                            No action has take by the bank to rectify the same and refund my money.

                                  As of today the amount has not been claimed by the acquiring bank. In case the acquiring bank does not claim the transaction amount by the 9th day, the amount will be re-credited to your account. In case, you do not find any credit to your account after the above-mentioned time frames (as applicable), we request you to refer to the Dispute process as follows: Kindly fill in the Card holder Dispute form & the proof that you have attempted to resolve the dispute with the Merchant ( (i.e. Email comm.or letter) and fax it across to us on[protected] to the kind attention of Charge-back Unit mentioning the reference number in the subject line of this e-mail, so that we can initiate a charge-back. Please write back to us confirming the date when you have faxed the same, to enable us to confirm its receipt.                                     I opened NRE account in HDFC Bank through online. My account ([protected]) was opened in No Debit status and told to me that it will be removed once the 1st amount is remitted. I work in the Philippines and I wire transferred 800$ through a Philippine bank(Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation) on 12-Sep-2018. They said my account will be activated and the amount will be credited to my account within 5 to 6 Working days. But until now neither my account is activated nor my amount is credited. My personal commitments failed and my money is stuck for no reason. Please help me resolving this issue as soon as possible because I worked very hard to earn that money.

                                      Dear sir/madam
                                      I have been intervied in hdfc bank, kolkata on 23rd july 2017, received my offer letter on 5th august 2017, and joined the company on 16th auguat 2017, since than i was associated with the bank, have completed all joining formalities and was going good, on 16th feb 2018, i received my confirmation letter on completion of my probation period of 6 months, things were going well untill on 7th july i. E 11 months post joining i received a show - cause notice from hr that my previous company work exp documents are fake and not genuine, i submitted bank attested and verified salary bank statement of the total tenure of 2.5 years of my employment with my previous company, followed by my offer letters and apprisal and promotion letters, things were quite untill on 23rd jully i was asked to submit my appointment letter and releasing letter, my previous company was not co-operation and it took me some time to collect the releasing letter, finally i collected and forwarded my releasing letter to the current hr of hdfc bank, sinc than next communication i received from hr was on 16th august 2018 when they appraised me and wished me on completion of one year, sockingly enough on 31st august i received my termination letter without any prior notice, even there was no specific reason mentioned in the termination letter and i was asked to leave. All i feel i have been hmilated and insulted by hdfc bank who took 1 year and 15 days to complete my previous company verification and terminate me. Due to calaus ness and casual approach of hdfc bank hr. Who took 1 year to complete my verification and who terminated me without explaining any reasons. Have approached ministry of labour too, need guidence from consumer forum too.
                                      Have all documents and evidences with me, please suggest me how to go ahead against the same.

                                      Standing on 20th day since I have registered my complain, still awaiting for a feedback from HDFC, pathetic HR and pathetic process.
                                      I need support from Consumer complaints team to further escalate the complain.Please help
