I am holding hdfc bisiness regalia credit card [protected], on 14th sept'2018 bank had debited rs.2500 for renewal membership fee, at the time of issuing card our bank rm had inform us there will be no charges for cards.

Kindly refund the amount in our account.
Expecting the issue to resolve on urgent basis.

    This dmat account does not belong to me but all my personal details such as my mail address, residential address, phone number, even nominee details linked to this account. My email box is being flooded with all the information of the listed share holdings in this account which i never bought. I am also receiving demat holding statements from from csdl and share holding companies. Obviously, this dmat account and bank details belong to somebody....

    While booking flight tickets through goibibo using upi - hdfc bank, a sum of rs. 51048/- was deducted from my hdfc bank account (A/c no. [protected]) on 19.09.2018. More than 48 hrs has gone and i have not received back my money.

    The payu txn id is[protected]
    And bank reference no. Is[protected].

    Hdfc txn id is - kisx64ukbn42706w/payugoibibo

    No action has take by the bank to rectify the same and refund my money.

But at that moment they denied to take my admission under ergo mediclaim.. Then what is the meaning of this insurance?? Kindly let me know..             I opened NRE account in HDFC Bank through online. My account ([protected]) was opened in No Debit status and told to me that it will be removed once the 1st amount is remitted. I work in the Philippines and I wire transferred 800$ through a Philippine bank(Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation) on 12-Sep-2018. They said my account will be activated and the amount will be credited to my account within 5 to 6 Working days. But until now neither my account is activated nor my amount is credited. My personal commitments failed and my money is stuck for no reason. Please help me resolving this issue as soon as possible because I worked very hard to earn that money.

              Dear sir/madam
              I have been intervied in hdfc bank, kolkata on 23rd july 2017, received my offer letter on 5th august 2017, and joined the company on 16th auguat 2017, since than i was associated with the bank, have completed all joining formalities and was going good, on 16th feb 2018, i received my confirmation letter on completion of my probation period of 6 months, things were going well untill on 7th july i. E 11 months post joining i received a show - cause notice from hr that my previous company work exp documents are fake and not genuine, i submitted bank attested and verified salary bank statement of the total tenure of 2.5 years of my employment with my previous company, followed by my offer letters and apprisal and promotion letters, things were quite untill on 23rd jully i was asked to submit my appointment letter and releasing letter, my previous company was not co-operation and it took me some time to collect the releasing letter, finally i collected and forwarded my releasing letter to the current hr of hdfc bank, sinc than next communication i received from hr was on 16th august 2018 when they appraised me and wished me on completion of one year, sockingly enough on 31st august i received my termination letter without any prior notice, even there was no specific reason mentioned in the termination letter and i was asked to leave. All i feel i have been hmilated and insulted by hdfc bank who took 1 year and 15 days to complete my previous company verification and terminate me. Due to calaus ness and casual approach of hdfc bank hr. Who took 1 year to complete my verification and who terminated me without explaining any reasons. Have approached ministry of labour too, need guidence from consumer forum too.
              Have all documents and evidences with me, please suggest me how to go ahead against the same.

                          Hi team,

                          Please note that i am writing this post with lots of frustration & dissatisfaction. I am a customer of hdfc for the past 11 years & really fed up with the services been provided from the bank. On aug 17th i withdraw an amount of 10k at sbi atm @ sungam which has been dispatched successfully, then i tried to withdraw another 10k which hasn’t been dispatched at the same atm. For this issue i raised a complaint on the same week & waited for 7 business days & the amount hasn't been credited to my account & the complaint has been closed without proper information to the customer. Actually i was due for delivery & admitted in the hospital on the next week & unable to make a proper follow up on the same. On sep 5th i raised a complaint & there is no response still, then on sep 11th i raised a complaint for the cctv footage & still the 7 working days is in progress. Almost its been a month today & i havent received the amount still. The amount is a huge one & i was wanting the same for my personal purpose & i am at my postpartum period now & this is giving me a lot of stress. Being a privileged customer i havent expected such a response from the hdfc bank, also there was no response from the hdfc branch office too.

                            My brothet used a credit card of HDFC BANK 3 months back of Rs.10000 but now they are saying to pay Rs.55000. my brother is suffering with mental illness and he was admitted to ICU last month. the bank, s angent is now harrassing us. his name is sham rahwal and mob:[protected]. please help me out we are sending attachement file. we are unemployed and unable to make payment.

                              Rs. 118 has been debited from my account in the name of adhoc stmt chgs incl gst 150918 on 18th september 2018, without informing me or sending message about that transaction. I have never visited any branch of hdfc bank and never requested for any statement. I want to understand why this amount is taken from me. I tried calling the customer care number but did not receive any proper response. Please help.

                                Fastag was issued and the same was billed at the time of purchase. Inr 500 was charged and the sticker was put up by the car (Mody ford) representative. No follow up post that. It's been 6 months. No one called regarding activation. There's no way to follow up now.

                                  Hdfc bank — unethically charged for the credit card membership

                                  I had opted for hdfc bank regalia credit card recently and as per my personal banker this card will be free for me because i am hdfc bank classic customer
                                  And there wont be any yearly membership charges or yearly fee for this credit card.

                                  However when i received credit card and i did first transaction and i can see rs 2950 has been billed for me on my credit card as a yearly membership fee.
                                  This is just cheating with the customers and duping the money from customers. When i raised the complaint with hdfc customer care as per them this is conditionally chargeable and you had to link the credit card with payzapp account and then it would not have been chargeable and so on.
                                  And now i must have to pay membership fee.

                                  I did get false information from personal banker and bank is unethically charging me rs 2950 as annual membership fee.

                                    Sir my name is ritesh ashok magre i have recived bill for credit card which i have not used
                                    Customer care saying it is annual fee and you have to pay it but at the time of taking credit card it was told me it is free card. I have not used the credit card from the date when i have received it. Marketting department decived me for this card. The process of card closing is also complicated. I have to close the card and i will not pay the bill which is generated.
                                    Please help me.
