    I was an account holder of hdfc prahladnagar branch Ahmedabad. Hdfc bank has wrongly deducted amount from my account. On complaining to the executive named Denis about the same he responded that the amount will be refunded in 30 days.its been 3 months my money is not refunded. Now the executive is not responding to my call. Then I complained to customer care when the raised a complain and informed me that I will get call from branch in 24 hrs. It's been month I have not heard from branch. When I again complained I heard the same response. Pathetic service from hdfc branch. I have closed my account with hdfc Brach with a loss of 1600 Rs.       Hdfc guys has been harassing me by making repetitious phone calls that are intended to annoy me, even though i have requested an extension for the payment of the due amount.
      I have been facing this issue for 10 days, i tried requesting them, that payment will be done by next month but, they wouldn't listen.
      I humbly request them to please allow me to make the payment in the coming month. But they wouldn't listen.

      They are making more 20 calls in a day to make me say that i can't do it right now...

      And after multiple requests, today i receive a message from hdfc that, they are sending some executive to collect the payment at my office address.
      The number was +919833*5*7
      Also, the connecting number they ask me to call is[protected]

      It is making me hate being a customer of hdfc

        This is a complaint i first made on 9 august 2018 to the gurgaon (Sector 53 branch) and the complaint is still not fully resolved despite repeated requests.

        I have been charged "debit card charges" every year since 2015 for an amount of approximately inr 460 each year.in total, since 2015, i have been charged inr 1, 827!! The debit card i hold is the easyshop debit card, the most basic card on offer. I only realised these wrong charges recently when i was going carefully through my bank statements and immediately raised this issue with the bank. The bank has reversed 1, 295 of the total charges but 532 still remains to be refunded, plus lost interest.

        There is absolutely no basis for these charges because i maintained a balance of over 1 lakh in my account during 2013 to 2015 and since 2016, of 30-40 lakhs! Hdfc should have enrolled me in the appropriate hnw customer programme as my account balance kept increasing, but they did not. For accounts having a balance of over 1lac, there should be no debit card fees as per hdfc's own guidelines.

        Not only was i denied the privileges associated with being a high value customer by being enrolled into the hnw customer programmes (Such as a higher value debit card and reduced banking charged), i have on the other hand incurred baseless charges and so much inconvenience thanks to hdfc's fraud transactions and incompetence.

        The relationship managers i spoke to at the gurgaon branch said that the debit card charges were justified and they have reversed inr 1, 295 as a "service gesture"!! On what basis can you charge a customer holding over 1 lac in their account, debit card fees for the most basic debit card???

        I have been thoroughly disappointed with my experience with hdfc bank. Not only did the bank personnel not seem to understand how serious a matter these wrong charges are, they have been more like cars salesmen in their behaviour, often providing misleading information and trying to weave long stories based on sketchy facts. This complaint has been outstanding for over 6 weeks and i have faced much mental harassment and stress over this. I have been shocked that hdfc does not understand what proper banking practices are and are out to fleece their customers and mislead and dupe them. This is nothing short of fraud dealings.

        If this is not rectified by hdfc asap, i will take legal action including complaining to the rbi about hdfc's fraud transactions and unethical banking practices.

          As I taken personal loan from HDFC before two years, my record was very good with paying emis, hence they offer me a top up, which I took and continue after 10 emi, I lost my job and due to non job I am not able to pay emi's. my last three emi is pending due to strong financial problems.
          Hence I requested to HDFC Loan dept to please reschedule/restructure my personal loan with minimal emi's but they denied. Said as per bank policy their no reschedule/restructure happen once the agreement is done. I am jobless last from six of months not getting job as per my same salary, hence I am searching for good one. I genuinely wants to pay my emis but in this financial situation I am not able to manage that much emi which is very high for me.
          Please suggest us what should option i have to restructure of personal, or where should i contact.

            I would like to highlight that Mr. Manish Shukla has 0 knowledge of dealing with the customers.
            This was regarding the payment of CC and never till date I have skipped the payment. I got his text on 25th Sep '18 to pay the amt immediately however I told him that il pay once am out of office.
            Since it was already 9:30, I could not and therefore decided to pay the amount the next day.
            However, today (26th Sep '18) I got his text and thereafter started his series of calls non-stop. I had to wait for my meeting to be over to attend his call. When I called him back, some employee answered the call and she was not even interested in listening to me and immediately transferred the call to her manager Mr. Manish Shukla.
            I tried explaining him that the payment will be made by today eve 5 pm.. but he was shouting at me continuously. He was simply picking up words and fighting on it. For eg: I said 3400/- is a minor amt and obviously I have no issue in paying such a small amount.
            He picked up the word "issue' and started shouting. Quoting what he said "kya issue hain, bolo kya issue hain". Kyun nahi ho raha payment. Abhi batao and kept saying all this.
            HDFC being a reputed bank, I am highly surprised by such behavior.
            This is not at all acceptable. I can understand repeated calls/reminders but not such downgraded tone and that too for an amount like 3400/-.
            I am really surprised with the hiring policy of HDFC who employees such people.
            Manish Shukla requires counselling on how to talk to employees in a professional manner.

              When I was not on job however I had arranged some money and asked HDFC to settle the loan as I was informed by the representative when my payments bounced.
              And settlement was done on 30.07.2016. As per your communication that i will get my NOC on email and on postal address.
              But i have not received my NOC Letter or Settlement letter till now.

                    I am extremely upset with the way HDFC treats a customer who has been with them for years, the way they handle a complaint and reject a justified request. In the month of August, the due on my credit card was approximately 129000. Accordingly, I paid 1lac within the time given, whereas 29 thousand reached them three days after the due date due to some net banking error. Surprisingly, when I received the September bill, I saw a finance charge of more than 3000 for a 3 days’ delay!! I immediately called the customer care, I was told it would be reversed since the delay was only 3 days, it did not. I called again on the 18th of September, in which I was assured by a representative that it would be reversed since she had spoken to the supervisor and that in 2 days I would get a confirmation message. I waited, the message never came. I called back on the 23rd as my payment was due for the next month. I again got the assurance that it would happen. I even managed to record a little of the conversation. Based on that assurance, I made a payment of INR 21138 on the 25th of September. Today, I received a message that my request for reversal could not be processed. After all the guarantee, the assurance from their end, they fooled me into making this month's payment and after the payment for this month is received, I immediately received a message that the reversal could not be processed!! I can’t believe that they could cheat a customer to this level. I am all set to raise this issue through social media if required, but I will not tolerate such false commitments, that too on a complain /request which is justified.

                      Applied for a Credit card with them only because I happen to also bank with them.
                      They are so rude. Supposed to be pre-approved, etc. Submit all docs. No response from any human person. Kept getting delayed. Finally found out that due to some clerical error on their side some info wasn't matching up. The sales manager in CC said he would fix it and I would get my card in 2 days. After no response from this irresponsible fellow, Mr. Abhishek Kumar, I got contact details of his boss. Each new person is very cordial and apologetic at first. I had to resend some doc to fix their error. He also promised 2 day delivery .. last week.
                      At the latest I was supposed to get my card day-before-yesterday, Monday. Now its Wednesday. Neither the boss, Mr. Nishant Kumar nor Abhishek Kumar will answer my calls or respond to my many SMS or WhatsApp messages. What is going on?? If HDFC does not want new customers, they should just say so. Why play all these games? And waste people's valuable time?

                      Going to close all my and family accounts with HDFC which will be substantial.
                      Despicable inhumane arrogant business.

                          I have purchased iphone x in apr -18 from bhushan radios jammu wherein i was suppose to get cashback of rs 8000 within 90 days.. Its been now more than 120 days, i have not received my cashback.

                          Everytime i call hdfc customer care, they give some timeline by saying that they have not received cashback from i-phone whereas nothing as such was mentioned in offer scheme.

                          Its sole responsibility of hdfc to give me cashback in stipulated timeline

                              As per advertisement it is shown that 5 % cash back will be provided in case of purchase from tanishq showroom and payment made through hdfc debit card & credit card.

                              I have purchased jewelry from tanishq showroom bund garden pune on 9th sep 2018 with hdfc credit card for rs 55592. And eligible to get 5 % refund.

                              But proper information is not provided by the vendor and also in hdfc advertisement when such refund will be credited in account.

                              Please provide complete details regarding such offers.

                              Hello i received call from hdfc bank saying hat loan against policy they told me to purchase the policy and i purchased later in 18 days they were supposed to send my loan amount but not any mail or contact please resolve

                              I bought an iPhone in Feburary, and the loan deduction started from June, but now it's been more than 90 days and I have not recieved the cashback yet.
                              No prior information in activating the plans.. nd no proper reply form customer care. Now am receiving a bill of RS 2600. What am I supposed to do now pay ? But for whose mistake. Am not using credit card for nearly 7 months. Kindly look into the issue. I want u to deduce the bill amount. I can't pay full amount

                                I have an outstanding of nearly 94000against credit card bearing no[protected]. I want to settle the amount. But your representative is not listening to me. More than that she is behaving like a rowdy and treating me. I want to pay after settlement. Pls look into the matter as early as possible. Only one payment was not paid last month. There is some economic problem on my behalf. I have tried several times to contact customer care representative of credit card of hdfc bank. But all my attempts were in vain. U can check this profile for last 2 and half years. Every payment was done in time. I want to talk to one of your representative who is gentle, polite and have patience to sort out the situation.                                   Hi,
                                  I have applied for money back credit card through card to card. As per that i have provided the valid documents for him and also i have received the message of acknowledge application references number and application number, while tracking the application it's showing an no records found and more over tracking with application number is showing me as invalid application number. And applying for compliant in hdfc bank application number is showing invalid so, look in foward realize the issue.

                                    I have received following sms from bank today:

                                    Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to mswipe techonologies pvt ltd with value rs. 7080.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                                    I have not given any mandate. Kindly cancel and make sure that no money is removed from my account. Please resolve the issue.

                                      Dear hdfc team,
                                      This is the complaint towards my money got deducted due to the slow network. I was trying to make 1000rs payment for tsddcf on 16thaug18. I have confirmed with tsddcf the payment has not happened. It has been more than a month i didn't receive money back to my account. Can you please go through the attachment and do the needful.

                                        My name is sandeep sharma. At 11 aug 2018 atm fraud by someone and cash was widraw from my account. I report the police and bank, nobody take action in this case. So please help me.

                                        This is fraud transaction without my atm cash was widrawn by using indusind bank atm (Mn004107 atm code), while i was in my home. I already compined to bank but no proper reply by the bank, i want refund my money.
