On behalf of me, my father visited the warangal branch on 06-sept-2018 to pay the partial payment i. E. Rs. 1, 50, 183 towards tenure reduction for my home loan[protected]. The warangal branch associate misguided my father, saying that there is an rbi rule to reduce only the emi but not the tenure while accepting the partial payment check. I spoke to hdfc bank customer care, they confirmed that there is no such kind of rbi rule.
Later the bank associate ganesh, agreed to reflect the partpayment towards tenure reduction, upon the payment cheque clearence. The check had been cleared on 12-sept-2018. So ideally it should have been reflected from my september emi onwards i. E.20-sept-2018, but it did not happen. I was surprised to see my emi reduction for sept then i approached bank associate ganesh but he again misguided me that it will be effective from oct 1 2018. Due to this, my sept emi got reduced but not the tenure. Please take the action to correct from sept emi onwards immediately without any delay.

Hi HDFC Home Loans Team,

I am unable to raise a concern in the provided link i.e. http://bit.ly/1GG54RP since my mobile is not updated in HDFC Home Loan profile. I requested multiple times to the Warangal HDFC Home Loan Branch to update my mobile number but my request was not addressed in fact I reached out HDFC Home Loan customer care also. They said the only branch have the privilege to update the mobile number.

I am in stuck status. Without updating my mobile in HDFC Home Loan profile, I can't raise the complaint in HDFC Home Loan portal and as I am complaining on HDFC Warangal Branch, they are not updating my mobile number. Now I can only rely on this forum to provide the solution for my problem.

Recently the Warangal branch manager Mr. Vikram Ponnam reiterated that there is an RBI rule which enforces to reduce the EMI but not the tenure. But he is not ready to share the RBI rule details and I did not hear such kind of RBI rules from other banks.

I am surprised to hear that why Warangal branch guys are giving pain like this when the customer is remote and he also warned my father that he will not encourage the tenure reduction for future partial payments. That was really worst. How can Mr. Vikram Ponnam (HDFC Warangal Branch Manager) frighten customer (the Senior citizen who does not have much knowledge about Bank functions and RBI rules) with such kind of behavior and comments?

I really did not expect this kind of customer service from HDFC Organization. I do operation bank account in HDFC Bank. It was smooth and good.

Need your immediate attention else I may be forced take next actions may be legal. Thank you!

      I have hdfc life sampoorn samridhi plan which matured on 6.9.18. I paid total of 500, 000 (Rs.100, 000 every year for 5 years) and the assured me of giving me 725, 000 when i paid last premium in 2017 but they deposited only 516, 892/- to my a/c few days back.
      I have been mailing to their customer service several times and called dubai office also as i am a nri but they are trying to avoid me now. I am really feeling cheated by hdfc...

      Hello this is bishal dhar, i had applied credit card on 17.09.2018 and it is still on process status. Even though all verification was completely done. As your bank told me i will get credit card before my birthday which is on 1st october and i'm eagerly waiting for the credit although i called customer care but no one responded me, i wish i could apply for other credit card so that i can enjoy my birthday with good smile.

        I am holding the credit card for hdfc bank in 2004 and i have closed it in 6 months time only but till now after 14 years it is not closed and effect my cibil score badly due to negligence of bank. I have the receipt also if it is outside india i sue this bank for this negligence and charge huge fine. I want to settle this on high priority please help

          Hi me my friend apply for hdfc credit card from same office, she got card in 10 days but i got a mail from after 15 days that is -

          "we wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank."

          But still status show in process

          Can you please help me out to understand the exact status of my reference number and if application rejected then give me the reason why rejected after 15 days.

            On[protected] Morning around 11:00, I got SMS stating that a transaction of 7708.86 Rs. has been done in VIU - WEBPAY/IE APP FES NANAIMO on my HDFC Credit card.

            I disputed this as illegal transaction done with my card. That morning I called the Customer care and blocked the card. They have given me the complaint no. [protected].

            Then I was totally confused as I did not know this and I didn’t even get a SMS for this. Their billing system and internet security is very weak so that any one can hack and transact.
            The case is now lingering for almost 7 Months and HDFC is telling only one answer that 'you are liable for the transactions'. They are unable to provide me any authentic details that I'm responsible for those transactions. I forwarded the case to their Grievance redressal team and progressive dispute team but all effort in vain -- No response at all.
            I would advice all readers, please do not use HDFC Credit card and they are not secured enough and weak in billing.

              On sept 4th 2018, I ordered fastag from HDFC and its almost 20 days taht I haven't received my fastag. Every time when I call customer care they say it will be delivered and some time they say that they have lost documents uploaded.
              They have one of the pathetic customer services, they don't even bother about customer.

                  I had bought iPhone 8plus on 22nd Feb 2018, from reliance digital through HDFC consumer durable loan I had closed the loan after 4 months I was promised by HDFC that I would receive 10, 000 rs cash back after 90 days .. I did not receive it... Later it was credited to my HDFC consumer durable loan, i had paid 324 excess amount on closing my loan... Now HDFC bank has to owe me 10324.. with repeated calls and complaints they have still not g8ve my amount... It's already been 7 months HDFC bank has cheated me...                       I'm hdfc bank customer from last 3-4 years. I was having a salary account with hdfc bank at panchkula haryana then i moved to j&k and started my own business and also requested local hdfc bank branch to move my account from panchkula to j&k. And soon after that i opened my current account with the same branch. But the issue is whenever i'm in hurry and want to transfer my money from my account. Most of the time this branch manager is absent. And cashier can't deposit money more than 50k. So always i have to wait to branch manager to deposit my money. Or i have only option to deposit my money in j&k bank account.

                        I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                        I'm using hdfc credit card since 1 month. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1 rs 1300 with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                        Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                        And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                        This is the 2nd year i'm requesting again for the cancellation of this one assist plan. Please kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and repay my amount rs.1299 as soon as possible.

                        So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

                          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 459+100+21=580 from my credit card number ending with 7937 without my concern on date:24/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.580/-

                            Such a headache options having in hdfc netbanking. There is no cancel option for any product. Then what is the use of having net banking.? I just verified how does smart emi works. After some times smart emi activated immediately and processing fee rs 100 debited from credit card ending 7937. Already i registered a compliant for one assist mfee cancellation. Rs 1299 +100 total rs 1399 debited from credit card. Such a worst service from hdfc bank. How to cancel smart emi.? You guys are very fast for activate or selling any product but you will act like tortoise when it comes deactivate process. Customer id# 67108930.

                                  Hi sir... Iam a hdfc debit card holder... On 23rd june 2018 at 6.16 pm i made a debit card payment at chennai lifestyle for the amount of ₹ 952. First time the transaction was failed & the second time it was successful but the amount was deducted both the times. I called upon to the customer care & they sent me a complaint reference id no. 1601057 on 26 june followed by a txt that the complaint is on progress... On 2nd july & 7 the july an another txt implies that the merchant is yet to bill the txn and has 9 days to do so... 3 months over but not yet d money was refunded & no proper response... I request you to refund my money as soon as possible... Thanking you.

                                    Hi sir... Iam using hdfc debit card... On 23rd june at 6.16 pm at chennai lifestyle i bought some clothes & paid through my debit card. First time d transaction was failed & the second time it was successful but the amount of ₹952 was disputed both the time... I call up to d customer care & they sent me complaint reference id no. 1601057 following a msg tht ur complaint is on progress... It will refunded with in 9 days but 3 months over the amount was not yet credited... I request you to refund the as soon as possible... Thanking you

                                      I purchased an iphone x on 7th jan 2018. Hdfc bank promised to give cashback of rs 10000/- within 90 days on iphone x on hdfc card loan and in the bill receipt also it's clearly mentioned the same.

                                      I have been told by the shopkeeper (Mr karan) of ‘mobile point’ situated in ghaziabad that i will soon get the credit and that the finance head mr atul of hdfc bank is responsible (Who again decline the fact for any cashback offer) for the delay. Everytime i ask hdfc and also the shopkeeper they ask for 5 days and say a mail has been forwarded to the bank.
                                      I never get to see the mail.

                                      Now it's been more than 7 months. I have not yet received the cashback and hdfc support team is not responding to my query promptly.

                                      Now i feel like hdfc bank cheated me by promising rs 10000/- cashback on iphone x.
