I m very unsatisfied customer of hdfc, as they levy charges on customers for their system issues. I didn’t get the billing details on my cell phone, however when i called them, they say that it’s my problem that i have not paid on time and that they charge late payment charges. And later calling their call center again, they said they have taken request for reversal, but i realized that it’s only for financial charges. But the late payment is still put on my head for no reason. The call centre disconnect calls ubruptly. I am not certain if they really care for customers. I m sooooo very unsatisfied customer of hdfc, as most of the transactions with hdfc is bad.

Updated by Balu_al I don’t want to continue to use hdfc services for anything. The service agents want me to pay the unnecessary charges and wait for several days for refund. If we delay payment by day they charge heavy amount, however they want customers to lock their money with HDFC and wait in length to get refunds
