On sept 4th 2018, I ordered fastag from HDFC and its almost 20 days taht I haven't received my fastag. Every time when I call customer care they say it will be delivered and some time they say that they have lost documents uploaded.
They have one of the pathetic customer services, they don't even bother about customer.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I had my salary account in hdfc which automatically after resigning converted to savings and for jot mainting the balance I was charged penalty ...I did not had any job than but now i have and my penalty is high can you please help me with this.
    Positive help will be appreciated and looking forward for banking with hdfc again

      I had bought iPhone 8plus on 22nd Feb 2018, from reliance digital through HDFC consumer durable loan I had closed the loan after 4 months I was promised by HDFC that I would receive 10, 000 rs cash back after 90 days .. I did not receive it... Later it was credited to my HDFC consumer durable loan, i had paid 324 excess amount on closing my loan... Now HDFC bank has to owe me 10324.. with repeated calls and complaints they have still not g8ve my amount... It's already been 7 months HDFC bank has cheated me...         Dear sir i have hdfc credit card last 3 years approx two years before i have some critical financially problem so that we take money from credit card and want to give by installment and i have try to by mail by phone to lots of time to convert this amount to emi but its still not done i have paying minimum amount last 24 months currently i want to if any possibility to get convert amount to emi or settlement this card because i have no option to get total amount to pay kindly look this matter to serious and do the needful.

We take this opportunity to apprise that the loan offers are time bound and will vary basis the internal parameters set by the Bank at its discretion and the same is not a standard product offering. We wish to assure you that the EMI offer on the credit card is reviewed periodically based on usage and payment pattern on the card account. Having mentioned above, we regret the inconvenience in this regard.

          I'm hdfc bank customer from last 3-4 years. I was having a salary account with hdfc bank at panchkula haryana then i moved to j&k and started my own business and also requested local hdfc bank branch to move my account from panchkula to j&k. And soon after that i opened my current account with the same branch. But the issue is whenever i'm in hurry and want to transfer my money from my account. Most of the time this branch manager is absent. And cashier can't deposit money more than 50k. So always i have to wait to branch manager to deposit my money. Or i have only option to deposit my money in j&k bank account.

            I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

            I'm using hdfc credit card since 1 month. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1 rs 1300 with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

            Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
            And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

            This is the 2nd year i'm requesting again for the cancellation of this one assist plan. Please kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and repay my amount rs.1299 as soon as possible.

            So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 459+100+21=580 from my credit card number ending with 7937 without my concern on date:24/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.580/-

                Such a headache options having in hdfc netbanking. There is no cancel option for any product. Then what is the use of having net banking.? I just verified how does smart emi works. After some times smart emi activated immediately and processing fee rs 100 debited from credit card ending 7937. Already i registered a compliant for one assist mfee cancellation. Rs 1299 +100 total rs 1399 debited from credit card. Such a worst service from hdfc bank. How to cancel smart emi.? You guys are very fast for activate or selling any product but you will act like tortoise when it comes deactivate process. Customer id# 67108930.

                      Hi sir... Iam a hdfc debit card holder... On 23rd june 2018 at 6.16 pm i made a debit card payment at chennai lifestyle for the amount of ₹ 952. First time the transaction was failed & the second time it was successful but the amount was deducted both the times. I called upon to the customer care & they sent me a complaint reference id no. 1601057 on 26 june followed by a txt that the complaint is on progress... On 2nd july & 7 the july an another txt implies that the merchant is yet to bill the txn and has 9 days to do so... 3 months over but not yet d money was refunded & no proper response... I request you to refund my money as soon as possible... Thanking you.

                          I purchased an iphone x on 7th jan 2018. Hdfc bank promised to give cashback of rs 10000/- within 90 days on iphone x on hdfc card loan and in the bill receipt also it's clearly mentioned the same.

                          I have been told by the shopkeeper (Mr karan) of ‘mobile point’ situated in ghaziabad that i will soon get the credit and that the finance head mr atul of hdfc bank is responsible (Who again decline the fact for any cashback offer) for the delay. Everytime i ask hdfc and also the shopkeeper they ask for 5 days and say a mail has been forwarded to the bank.
                          I never get to see the mail.

                          Now it's been more than 7 months. I have not yet received the cashback and hdfc support team is not responding to my query promptly.

                          Now i feel like hdfc bank cheated me by promising rs 10000/- cashback on iphone x.

                              Mr. Manoj goyal is the represntative of hdfc bank for credit card collection he visit my home many time and i will submit the amount time to time but from last 2 month i lost my card and call to manoj but he don't help me regarding that. Even he visit my home for collection without knowing the card number how can i make the payment. Today he came to my house and he come inside of my room and miss behave with my mother when i warn regarding this he said that i will give your number to legal department and they will take care of your card and we will take legal action against you.
                              When i was stanch his bike key then he show me the his card from spl services from janakpuri.

                              Please help me out this he warn me that hey will give me legal notice for that.

                                  I have taken 10sec instant loan on 3rd feb'18 amount of 3.5lacs tenure for 60months but due to some technical error it is selected for 12 months tenure period and loan amount was also disbursed that means now i have to pay 3.5lacs in 12 months.

                                  So i want to inform you that i am not at the condition to pay this loan amount of 5years tenure period in one year. I can't pay 30k emi per month because i have so much responsibility on my shoulders being a single source of earning in my family.

                                  So, kindly extend my loan tenure period from 1 year to 5 years otherwise this is not possible to pay a single emi of this huge amount 30k per month. Some how i managed to pay two emi from my savings but now it's not possible to continue.

                                  We would like to state that the loan was disbursed post-execution and signing of loan agreement cum schedule and issuance o[censored]nencashed security cheques along with repayment instructions in favor of the Bank for the equated monthly installment (EMI). Once the customers execute the agreement, they are deemed to have accepted all terms/conditions and agreed to abide by the same. The interest rate, EMI amount, processing fees and loan tenure were clearly communicated to and accepted by you and the loan application has been processed on that basis only.                                   I do agree that loan was applied online but I just wanted to understand, do you have any mechanism to define the eligibility of the loan amount and tenure respectively as per the capacity of customer??

                                  Or you just give loan to anyone without taking measures of these points..?

                                  In my case same thing happened
                                  My salary is INR 41000 and my monthly expenditure is INR 37000, and monthly emi of this loan is for one year is 31000 .
                                  So no matter how much pressure you put on me I would not be able to pay this much EMI with this tenure, so my request was increase the tenure to 5 years so that i can pay the EMI .

                                  I don't expect this kind of mistake from a nationalize bank.

                                  I have already sent so many mail to HDFC support as well as (MD) Aditya puri to extend tenure of loan but didn't get any resolution. If you want that mail I can forward to you.

                                  I have kept my all points, now it is up to you how do you help me to increase the tenure because this mental trauma will not help neither you and nor me to reach any conclusion.

                                    My titanium credit card no - [protected].
                                    I have received my first credit card statement in the month of june 18. I am surprised to see that they have charged mtnl charges 100 rs which is not inform the same.

                                    I raised the complaint & reverse the cahrges. Again same thing happend in every month added the charges for (Mtnl).

                                    From last month i have not received credit card hard copy of bills and also not received message on mobiles. Till dated not received the same.

                                    Received message outstanding balance on 15th sep, 18 which is added the late fee charges & mtnl charges which is added all in current outstaning.

                                    Also received mails every month but last month had some problem's i have not operate my mails, if you send the hard copy & message on mobile then i would have paid the money last month but not recdeived message & hard copy.

                                    Request to reveiw my account & waiver the both charges.

                                    Looking forward for an early resolution.

                                      I m very unsatisfied customer of hdfc, as they levy charges on customers for their system issues. I didn’t get the billing details on my cell phone, however when i called them, they say that it’s my problem that i have not paid on time and that they charge late payment charges. And later calling their call center again, they said they have taken request for reversal, but i realized that it’s only for financial charges. But the late payment is still put on my head for no reason. The call centre disconnect calls ubruptly. I am not certain if they really care for customers. I m sooooo very unsatisfied customer of hdfc, as most of the transactions with hdfc is bad.

                                      I don’t want to continue to use hdfc services for anything. The service agents want me to pay the unnecessary charges and wait for several days for refund. If we delay payment by day they charge heavy amount, however they want customers to lock their money with HDFC and wait in length to get refunds

                                        Claim id : 3990538

                                        The above health insurance reimbursement claim was rejected with reason that policy holder's hypertension was not disclosed at the time of taking the policy. However this is not true. Not only was it disclosed but its only mentioned in the exclusion clause of the policy.

                                        Also the reimbursement claim is not for hypertension or anything related to it.

                                        So no grounds for the insurer to reject the claim.

                                        Have written to the hdfc life review committe to reconsider the claim with all necessary documents

                                        Please inform the company to look into this matter.
