Cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8652 without my concern on date:25/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So, please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

    I also having same problem, in my hdfc account -7000 rs it showing.in the year of 2014 september i joined in a company there they provide me hdfc salary account. After 2 months i quit that company. After 2 years recently i joined in my dream organisation here i am facing problem with opening a new hdfc account. They said they wont provide new account after 7000 clearance only they will open new account. With out any intimations how it come -7000. Can you please any one help me how to handle this issue. Please provide suggestion.

        My idea recharge validity was expiring yesterday 24/09/2018, so i did recharge paying 409 from idea application with BHIM upi option amount deducted from my hdfc account. And the recharge was successful and amount was debited, but benefits are not credited, service provider said upi is third party interface, so we cant say anything about it.

        Please solve it ASAP

          My credit card number is[protected], i lost my card and i have blocked in on 1 aug 2018. On 13 aug bank generated statement which include renewable fee for the year, in next month they levied late payment charge. If i have blocked the card and i dont want to continue with it why would i pay renewable fee for card. No other charges are pending against me.

            This is regarding the transaction performed in sbi atm on 9th june 2018.

            I have performed total 2 transaction in sbi on that day.

            Sbi bank in karvenagar branch atm for rs. 2000 both got failed, i have received refund for 1 transaction, but for the second still i have not received.

            As per the response received from the sbi the 2nd transaction was successful, and which is not the case, so i have requested to get the cc tv footage and complaint was raised.
            Complaint (Reference id 7483416, 1590579) for cc tv footage was raised 11/07/2018 but i have not received any updated on it.
            So i have raised the grievance hbl=[protected] and hbl=[protected] i am not getting proper response on this.
            I have visited the hdfc branch in karve nagar and raised the dispute form on 14/08/2018 for that also there is no update and when i visited the bank they have raised the request once again and now waiting for cc tv footage. It is more than 3 months,
            Please help me in getting my money back.

              I, ve been using hdfc bank business money-back card since last eighteen months and so far my experience has been the worst. To begin with Interest rates charged by the bank are unreasonable and in exorbitant. Even after paying such a high interest charges bank puts late payment charges which is ₹500 per month and whereas bank only provides the information by sms which only mentions the minimum amount payable and not total outstanding amount and interest charged by them.

                Hi CC, I have made a IMPS transfer on 23-9-18 at 9.30 pm the money got debited in my hdfc account but not credited to the beneficiary account,

                Im waiting this from past few days but it is not rectified please do something to get this done asap and this find is required for medical expenses

                Please let me know how can i resolve this issue.

                  I am not a customer of your bank/ organisation.
                  Your company has got all our phone numbers, personal details and feel free to call us anytime to sell your products.
                  Today morning a lady from your company called up and when instructed that we are not interested, she starting abusing me.
                  Moreover she has my fathers number too, and did the same with him.
                  On asking her name, which branch shes calling from she didn't answer the same.
                  Continuously she is calling me finally i had to put her number on dnd.
                  The said mobile number is+91 [protected].
                  Kindly look into the matter seriously as your tele callers keep disturbing us and we are not here to listen to your abusive language.
                  And we are not interested in doing business with such a company whose staff is uses un parliamentary language.
                  Its a shame on such an organisation whose staff doesn't know to talk without abusive words.

                  Telecalling is an offence as you have taken my number without my consent.
                  Trai has strict rules for the same.
                  Also it is a criminal offence as per indian law, calling up someone and starting to abuse, what sort of a company hdfc is???


                  Kindly look int this matter seriously and firstly kindly stop disturbing us with your useless calls and mails.

                    Hello team,

                    I have purchased finger ring from tanishq aundh pune branch on 07/01/2018. At that time there was cashback offer going on from hdfc bank, so i transacted using hdfc debit card. The offer stated 90 days of cashback credit time. Now its been approx. 240 days yet i have not received any cashback. I tried to contact customer care but ivr doesn't have any option for direct communication. Also emailing option doesn't give any option to log complaint for cashback/offers. Now i am feeling helpless and being fooled. Seems like its a fraud because there is no track on such offers.
                    I want my cashback as mentioned in the offer.

                      Complaint no. 1:

                      I have booked air ticket for two people on 26th may 2018 from goibibo using my hdfc credit card. However a duplicate ticket was booked with same details due to technical error and my account was debited twice. Finding two bookings of same details and same flight goibibo team called me up and cancelled the duplicate one. As per the mail and verbal communication from goibibo team they have refunded the entire amount of the duplicate booking on the very same date. However that refund amount is not reflecting in my credit card statement. More over that is showing as outstanding amount. The booking id is gofldmob5c1c07300082.

                      Complaint no. 2:
                      As per the last statement rs. 509 has been deducted as financial charge on 16.09.2018 without any prior information. Please let me know what for this charge has been deducted.

                        On behalf of me, my father visited the warangal branch on 06-sept-2018 to pay the partial payment i. E. Rs. 1, 50, 183 towards tenure reduction for my home loan[protected]. The warangal branch associate misguided my father, saying that there is an rbi rule to reduce only the emi but not the tenure while accepting the partial payment check. I spoke to hdfc bank customer care, they confirmed that there is no such kind of rbi rule.
                        Later the bank associate ganesh, agreed to reflect the partpayment towards tenure reduction, upon the payment cheque clearence. The check had been cleared on 12-sept-2018. So ideally it should have been reflected from my september emi onwards i. E.20-sept-2018, but it did not happen. I was surprised to see my emi reduction for sept then i approached bank associate ganesh but he again misguided me that it will be effective from oct 1 2018. Due to this, my sept emi got reduced but not the tenure. Please take the action to correct from sept emi onwards immediately without any delay.

                        Hi HDFC Home Loans Team,

                        I am unable to raise a concern in the provided link i.e. http://bit.ly/1GG54RP since my mobile is not updated in HDFC Home Loan profile. I requested multiple times to the Warangal HDFC Home Loan Branch to update my mobile number but my request was not addressed in fact I reached out HDFC Home Loan customer care also. They said the only branch have the privilege to update the mobile number.

                        I am in stuck status. Without updating my mobile in HDFC Home Loan profile, I can't raise the complaint in HDFC Home Loan portal and as I am complaining on HDFC Warangal Branch, they are not updating my mobile number. Now I can only rely on this forum to provide the solution for my problem.

                        Recently the Warangal branch manager Mr. Vikram Ponnam reiterated that there is an RBI rule which enforces to reduce the EMI but not the tenure. But he is not ready to share the RBI rule details and I did not hear such kind of RBI rules from other banks.

                        I am surprised to hear that why Warangal branch guys are giving pain like this when the customer is remote and he also warned my father that he will not encourage the tenure reduction for future partial payments. That was really worst. How can Mr. Vikram Ponnam (HDFC Warangal Branch Manager) frighten customer (the Senior citizen who does not have much knowledge about Bank functions and RBI rules) with such kind of behavior and comments?

                        I really did not expect this kind of customer service from HDFC Organization. I do operation bank account in HDFC Bank. It was smooth and good.

                        Need your immediate attention else I may be forced take next actions may be legal. Thank you!

                            I have hdfc life sampoorn samridhi plan which matured on 6.9.18. I paid total of 500, 000 (Rs.100, 000 every year for 5 years) and the assured me of giving me 725, 000 when i paid last premium in 2017 but they deposited only 516, 892/- to my a/c few days back.
                            I have been mailing to their customer service several times and called dubai office also as i am a nri but they are trying to avoid me now. I am really feeling cheated by hdfc...

                              I am holding the credit card for hdfc bank in 2004 and i have closed it in 6 months time only but till now after 14 years it is not closed and effect my cibil score badly due to negligence of bank. I have the receipt also if it is outside india i sue this bank for this negligence and charge huge fine. I want to settle this on high priority please help

                                Hi me my friend apply for hdfc credit card from same office, she got card in 10 days but i got a mail from after 15 days that is -

                                "we wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank."

                                But still status show in process

                                  On[protected] Morning around 11:00, I got SMS stating that a transaction of 7708.86 Rs. has been done in VIU - WEBPAY/IE APP FES NANAIMO on my HDFC Credit card.

                                  I disputed this as illegal transaction done with my card. That morning I called the Customer care and blocked the card. They have given me the complaint no. [protected].

                                  Then I was totally confused as I did not know this and I didn’t even get a SMS for this. Their billing system and internet security is very weak so that any one can hack and transact.
                                  The case is now lingering for almost 7 Months and HDFC is telling only one answer that 'you are liable for the transactions'. They are unable to provide me any authentic details that I'm responsible for those transactions. I forwarded the case to their Grievance redressal team and progressive dispute team but all effort in vain -- No response at all.
                                  I would advice all readers, please do not use HDFC Credit card and they are not secured enough and weak in billing.

                                    On sept 4th 2018, I ordered fastag from HDFC and its almost 20 days taht I haven't received my fastag. Every time when I call customer care they say it will be delivered and some time they say that they have lost documents uploaded.
                                    They have one of the pathetic customer services, they don't even bother about customer.
                                    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I had my salary account in hdfc which automatically after resigning converted to savings and for jot mainting the balance I was charged penalty ...I did not had any job than but now i have and my penalty is high can you please help me with this.
                                      Positive help will be appreciated and looking forward for banking with hdfc again
