My hdfc money back policy no;12940998, i pay my wife debit card on 18/5/18, this payment reciept 21/5/18 sent to me, after 3 monts, then from7/8/18 will have to call your payment again, i asking you where is my first payment? It was already deducted from my wife bank a/c. One month before i already submitted those things in aluva office but there told they have no information about these, so kindly do need fully.

      I transferred RS.1000 From my hdfc account [protected] to SBI account through chillar app on 13th September the money got debited but the money was not credited in SBI account.. how will I refund my 1000 to my hdfc account? Please help me with to his issue..

      I don't know that the chillar app was banned on 31st August onwards.. I contacted the customers care but I didn't get the option to talk with customer representative.. so please can some one help me how to contact and how to talk directly with customer representative?

        Hdfc bank — unauthorized charges for an account that should have been closed

        I have been working on closing a hdb financial services ltd account with hdfc bank barasat branch since 2017, separate closure requests were submitted and none were honored. As i had withdrawn the account balance based on the bank's suggestion, they however, did not close the account and i incurred charges for not maintaining balance within the account.

        As it was a salary account, my company deposited some funds in there and the negative balance was sufficed by the bank withdrawing all these charges. I am posted outside india due to a job relocation.

        I have raised complaints with the ombudsman and nodal officer, been to the back several times, however, no action has been taken so far.

        Recently, upon my arrival in india, i requested the bank to reverse the charges incurred due to non-maintenance of minimum balance. They delayed the reversal charges.
        Because of non-closure of my account, i have incurred rs. 8, 706.34 plus ecs return charges of rs. 1, 087.41.

        The bank officials refuse to acknowledge that closure forms were submitted, insist that closure could have been done online.
        Even i cleared credit cards payment.

        I have been thoroughly harassed and incurred charges trying to retrieve the amount from them. Transportation charges to keep going back to the bank again and again, troubling my senior citizen parents to no end.

              I had applied for credit card in month of june. Hdfc bank person had told me that your courier will deliver in july 17 . I was awaiting for it. After that i submit my complaint to so many time to my hdfc branch peoples . They are not answering my queries . Still i did not get my credit card courier. Hdfc bank peoples are so careless and did not attend my calls even . I am fed up from this ... Please help me.

                Hello,
                The person on the other side, said his name was dipankar and mentioned, and knew the home branch of my account. He said that he has been appointed as my relationship manager and that i could call him whenever i needed help. He said his employee id is 99774. I asked him where he got the details of my account from, and he said that i got it from, he said that he was my relationship manager and will therefore have all information of my account. I hope you try and take cognisance of this. This was an effort of phishing. The phone number was +[protected].

                    I have cancelled a order on google tinder, i immediately got a msg from hdfc that

                    Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 1404 for rs. 1900.00 has been credited/reversed by google *tinder on[protected]:01:16:44

                    I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

                      I was using hdfc credit card no [protected] in past . bank had updated wrong details of card holder like adders, contact no etc . they are sending intimation of billing and all details on wrong adders. due to this so many plenty and charges occurred on credit card. bank offer me to settle in lusum amount Rs. 11000 and I paid same, after that they treat me in a their blocklist customer for credit card without informing, I has paid mentioned amount after this agreement .. which was total due is 15000 approx.

                      now I want to just request to hdfc bank with long term relation with hdfc bank I don't want spoil relationship for just 4000/- would request to them kindly re-issue my credit card, I will pay whatever amount is due as on as per their record .. I really want to close this dispute and want to use credit card facility of hdfc bank. my salary account, saving account, Home loan account is with hdfc bank . I hope hdfc will consider my request to re-issuing of credit card request.. I assure to bank in future this kind of issue never face by them,

                        As i had cleared the said amount and had contacted customer support for the noc. They told me that i will receive noc within 48 hours. I waited but no noc i had received. Again i had called customer support again they said i will receive noc within 48 hours, but the same thing happened. I didn't received noc. Again and again i am calling them but same response i am getting and i am still waiting for noc. For how long i have to call and ask for noc. You bankers are all same. When you have to collect debts from customers, you keep calling them and sending summons. Once you receive money you people go for a deep sleep. Now it's my turn to summon you bankers. I am going to consumer forum with all my documents, payment slips and letters from you.

                          Cancellation of one assist membership
                          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 9471 without my concern on date:15/09/2018.                             Ordered speakers through amazon, order couldnt complete but payment was done for the same, message received with refund initiation from amazon india on 2nd september with ref id[protected].
                            Refund not received yet.
                            Contacted amazon service, they informed that refund is processed from their side but stuck in bank.

                              I have opened an account while my job in wipro. One executive asked me to open hdfc salaried account. As i was having my salary account in sbi, i told that i won't change my salary account but i[censored] still want i can take this account. He gave me and told there is no charges to keep. U can keep multiple accounts. Some days i used it and then i stopped using that account. After one or two years i deposited some amount in that account that got debited immediately. I complained to bank and bank told that it is amb amount that is for keeping the amount minimum in the bank. I said i was not aware and i sent a mail to bank to close the account. Bank revert me saying that on mail account can not be closed. I have to fill one attached form and deposit in bank but there was no form enclosed. I waited for some days but later on i went my hometown because of my father's immediate death. That time i was using one hdfc credit card. Somehow i came in debts after my father and for some days i was not able to clear my card. Then after 2-3 years, i got a call from hdfc saying that they are offering waivers where i can clear my credit card by paying some less amount around 32k. I said okay for the same. That executive name was sunil. I paid the amount and he promised that my cibil will be fine and i am eligible for loan and credit cards in future. He asked me to collect the clearance letter from bank which my fiance reaceived from naini banch. Now i tried to open one account in hdfc because of my new job. I got to know that my account is still active not dormant and some 59k i have to pay. I went to bank they said that it is credit card amount. I told them that i have celared the credit card as per clearance letter that i received. Later they told that it is amb and they told that your account is in dormant. I said if it is dormant how come charges are applicable on my account. No one is helping me. They have put dpd for late payments. My cibil is good but i am not able to apply loan. I don't have my parents. I am begging these bank ppl to help me. No one is supporting. Kindly help. I need to apply loan fory family emergency.

                                Have been using credit card since september-2015.
                                I was lured to take credit card by offering me lifetime free membership card. I asked them thoroughly whether there are any hidden terms and conditions as per which i may be charged year after year. They categorically denied that i will never be charged for my membership.                                 On purchase of Jewellery, on 5th AUgust, 2018, I was told a 5% cash back was available on HDFC cards. I even checked whether it was there, It was. However, no cash back has been deposited till now in my account, till date. Most unfortunate, please look into the matter.

                                  I have applied hdfc fastag through online and i have paid 500/-, they said 7 to 10 working days will get it. But till i didnt get any response from their side.

                                  Note: applied on sep5th 2018,
                                  My application reference no. Is hfr076117.

                                  Please tell me that when will i receive my fastag. See if i go directly to the toll gate office i will get it immediately. This is very worst response from hdfc bank. I want to know how can i get the refund, so that i will get it with some other vendor.

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 3354 without my concern on date:16/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
