I had to purchase and electronic device so i called and iquired about the emi option to hdfc credit card customer case on 3rd may 2016, they confirmed me that i can go ahead with the purchase and they would convert it to emi as i have the offer, , after i did the purchase i called them again to covert the amount to emi, however they ask me to call after 2 days as the pay will reflect only then, . Today 6th may when i called they just told that i dont have emi offer and it is expired .

I proceeded with hdfc credit card only after they confirmed i have emi option available .
The customer care lady asked me to call after 2 days and promised they would do after 2 days .
Now when the payment is done they say i dont have any such offer .

In hdfc bank sector - 8 branch panchkula ( haryana ) but for some reason bank has not approved our loan, that time we submitted documents for loan, till date we got nothing as we requested so many times, if our company documents will misused we are not responsible & bank will responsible for the same. So we are request to do the needful .

      I applied for my credit card in hdfc bank in last month that is showing in progress from last month, when i call in customer care they are a asking me to wait or mail on e-mail id and i write a mail on email id of customer support.[protected]@hdfcbank.com.They reply me that there customer cars person call me shortly but no body call it's happened twice time.Today i again call then they ask me to wait for 10 days again.Dear sir i am waiting from last 1.5 month already and my friend who applied his credit card after mine he got it.I am disappointed please do it as soon as possible.I will be very thankful to you.

        Worst service my salary account created but still indint get my salary update and in net banking it telling that there is no current or saving account for my ID and now without any intimation they debit my money 3000rs, and for that no proper customer care number and wasting time with IVR voice my mobile balance is getting wasted no email complaint desk.. Really worst n non user fenrd bank n there useless app.

        It's now been more than 3 months, and neither I am having any cheque book, nor atm, nor internet banking for our current account. By mistake our CA selected HDFC bank while applying for the incorporation of company. On its suggestion we deposited 1 lakh also in our account.
        Neither we received any phone or email from any representative from the bank.
        This account we opened for business purposes to use it for our newly incorporated company. I already shared it at my RAZORPAY account, but since I am not having access to this account, my razorpay account is also not activated yet.

        As director of this company I sincerely requested at neary by branches to look into this matter and resolve our problem as soon as possible. So far result is that, after three months we dont have access to our account, where we deposited money as well.
        We had not expected that HDFC would handle its customers in such a way. Now we want that Either HDFC refund our deposited money as earliest or provide us the access to this account. Otherwise we have to take necessary action. We already contacted two or three nearby branches, but they just provided us with excuses without any logical explanation.

          Hdfc bank manager, has tried to threw me out of the bank, by putting his hands on my shoulder. he has insulted me very much. so please give me the justice for what has happened. acually i visited the branch to make the account of my wife, on monday 2-5-2016 around 3-00 pm. bank has commited to activate the account immediately, as they have done the mistake of my hdfc insurance, with a wrong beneficiary. so till today morning, it has not been activated. so i visited today, to ask that. but the manager insulted me. so please take action against this. thank q.

            Sir,
            This mail is in respect to the credit card no:[protected] . I have been using this card since last dec 2015 and since 4 -6 months i am facing severe issue to pay off the debts . Every month i have been depositing the minimum amount, and still the amount does not seems to be reduced as because the finance charges applicable thoroughly on the card. This has resulted in the accumulation of the debt to an amount of rs. 55, 000/- as of today. I called up the customer care, bangalore for conversion of the outstanding into emi so that it would be a ease for me and also the late charges does not gets applicable.

            However, the executives told me that that comes as an offer and presently the card does not have the offer. I am financially broken down presently and i really expect a helping hand to sort it out. And also they said that they have raised a request to the back-end team regarding this[protected]. I have already contacted the customer care services more than 20 times and i'm following up this for almost three months.

            While promoting the credit cards they showcase all features and now when it is required, they denied to provide the feature.

            Please consider my request and convert the outstanding amount to emi so that it's a ease to pay the amount and also does not have a bad credit ratings. Looking forward for a positive response.

                Due to my financial condition, i decided to surrender my hdfc policy and submitted the policy on 02-apr-2016 . During surreder time, hdfc representatives are confirm that i will get the money with in 07 working days but till now am not got my money. I tried to contact customer care executive and write main to customer care officer and visited to nearest branch but i could not get any response.

                Actually i paid rs 1.08 but they are providing me only 62, 000.00, i asked explanation but they are telling many stories and policy scheme like that only but am not aware during policy taken .

                Pls consider my complaints and take action against hdfc standard life insurance company

                  It has been about 4 months and ur bankers could not get my a trading account opened. I am a preferred customers since more than 15 years.I am being harassed by bankers at SEC 5 dwarka branch and no one .can do anything to them. the seem to be the managers of the bank have no intertest to safeguard reputation. How does the bank select such people. 4 Months with unlimited reminders. Only assurances without performance. If I bring it out in public forum it will be an eye opener for people. Will someone Call me?

                  Mr Shubham choudhary, Area sales Manager and Mr Gulshan Raj need to be removed from their positions for harassing a preferred account holder so ruthlessly..
                  Unfortunately, I have brand loyalty with HDFC bank which no hdfc banker cares, it appears. No one called me to check my problem has been resolved or not. Which world are we living in. Is it a big thing I am asking.

                  Is there anybody to help me HDFC bank or I have to be compelled to open trading and demat account elsewhere. I think No one cares inspite of my repeated complaints. Every body seems to save each other at the cost of your reputation.

                    Loan account no 3210182 loan disbursed on 02/05/2008 at 14% and it increased upto 18% upto march 2014. After request as complaint they changed as base rate i. E. 12%

                    We are so sorry that you have not think deeply. You had received more interest from us by charging higher interest rate other than base rate without knowing to us as a money lender amounting approx. Rs. 160000/- since 2009 to 2014.
                    As human being it was loan which is secured for better development life of young entrepreneur.
                    There was so loss in business and your recovery officer was recovering amount from house but no body given idea for best and for lower emi today even we doing same business by paying regular installments and requesting to your institute for reverse the higher interest charged in excess of 12% since 2009.
                    The bank charged interest rate from 2008 at 14% and it was increased to 18% and not consider rate as base rate.
                    We have already mate at your loan process center but they unable do so.
                    My humble request to consider to change interest rate as base rate since 2009 to 2014 and reverse excess interest charged to this loan account.

                      This is really pathetic! I have a problem with my internet account and I dont have a handy solution from any source of contact.                         I was having HDFC Credit Card. in my credit card 6000 point was redeem by bank as cash Rs 2400. Aug 2015 i have given request to HDFC bank for redeem my point and i have paid payed credit card payment and Rs. 2400 have to adjust from my redeem point. but bank did not redeem my point and making penalty, interest and all charges.
                        i have communicate to customer care and by mail also settall my account and close my credit card.
                        now HDFC bank forcefully debited Rs. 9100 from my saving account.

                          The servises of hdfc are very poor.Yesterday i had went to bank but your executive not contact ne directly he tell another third party perso who is not a bank employee And wearing visitor card in unitech branch. I had applied many time for creadit card but your executive dont tell me the proper reason for dis approval. What a faltu service ad when ever i am calling they dis connexted my call. The poor service provided by any bank.

                          I have applied for credit card many times and all the times it was got dis approved. I dont get any call or messege regarding verification anf dont know the proper reason of dis approval. Before verifying all these thing bank always dis approve my application. I have applied for more than 6-7 times for credit card. If i am not financially strong then please let me infrom without doing nothing you are always suddenly disapprove how. I got always a message that your application number this is please check after 4 woriking days and after that it always got dis approved. If bank think that i am not strong in credit then plaease let me know rather that wasting my time and labour. Please let me know what are the challanges you are facing. Other wise i ll change my salary account to other bank because i dnt get any benefit from your bank. I have also called phone banking executives but they always pick the phone and suddenly disconnect the same. Is it the right manner to treat a custome? Are they dont know how to behave with a customer? Similarly i have went for Unitech, Rajrahat, Newtown, 700156 branch but your executive not contact me directly they send a third party agent who wearing visitor card in bank. Requesting you please confim i ll get credit card or not accoringly that i have to change my salary account.

                            My user id 53069043 have a salary account & a linked credit card(**** 0289). I registered smart pay to pay cesc electricity bill automatically but in my statement hdfc charging same amount two times with declaration that " cesc direct pay" & "samrt pay" since november, 2015 as rs 1080, 710 & 810...
                            I have logged a complaint from my account last month to deactivae the direct pay or why this is shown in my statement?
                            No response was made from hdfc again i submitted same request on last week & to day also. There is a fake feeling from & acknoeledgement mail from system... No actual response or investigation i felt on my complaint.

                            In addition i called to toll no[protected], seen on hdfc care page, to followup my resolution but the auto voice is asking credit card no, expiry date etc & after putting all the card details the call disconnects automatically. Dont know whether the phone no is also a spam or not!

                            I preferred hdfc credit card & transacts over lacs during few months but i think the support experience really bitter than axis or citi card & today again wrote to non responsive hdfc customer care to resolve it asap or tell the procedure to surrender.

                              My hdfc policy no. is 14370552. I have not recieved the payment of my policy amount around one lakh sixty five thousand, although my policy lock in period has completed. company is telling that, the amount would be credited to the beneficiary account. but i dont know that, i have made my wife as nominee, but not beneficiary. she dont have the account.
                              actually iam still alive, the amount should be credited to me, as a policy holder.
                              so iam in need of amount immediately, for my needs. but company is troubling me to give the amount.
                              so, iam writing this complaint to aware the public, about hdfc policies.

                                    I have send the letter to closed the a/c number [protected] in the month of april 2015 but still it is not closed. Through this a/c i took car loan and had clear everything on 10/04/2015 at patna the loan account number was 20442045. I could not access to the branch since i left the place and also will not able to maintain the balance requirement. Now i have not plan to used the account so please kindly closed the a/c.

                                      Greetings for the day!

                                      I am writing you today to report and escalate multiple charges levied on my credit card billed statement for the month of April, 2016 that was not informed to me.

                                      I am an active credit card user of your esteem bank for 6+ years and have been truly happy with the services your guys provide for the credit cards.

                                      This time it was an unpleasant experience when I saw some unknown and unexplained alien charges on my account. I called in your bank to know if there is any extra charge for the cash withdrawals using the credit card. I was made assured that there is no "additional" charge for cash transactions and it's free of charge for you. But when I saw my bill this month, I was shocked because I was charged Rs.300 for each Rs.10000 withdrawn. In addition to this, I was charged with something Rs.1110 as finance charges.

                                      I am sorry to say but this is not the way to carry on the business. The representatives are always helpful but this bitter experience has caused me immense trouble. I have been laid off from work for a month due to some medical issues and you guys billed me with something which I was not informed of. This is making me to take my business somewhere else from your bank.

                                      I have been a happy user of HDFC credit card until this happened. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to take my business somewhere else and the organization I work for(Concentrix), will also be forced to remove tie ups with your bank. I won't hesitate to report this to the social media as well about the lies told to the customers and billing them with hefty unknown charges.

                                      I request you to please look into this matter and kindly refund the charges for me which were not informed to me at the time I called in to enquire about it. This is a huge inconvenience. I hope you guys would understand.

                                      I emailed them and their reply was: charges are valid and you will have to pay. that's it. not resolved
                                      HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      they didn't do anything except telling me: PAY THIS!!! Caused immense trouble. I have reported them with the RBI now.
                                      I already have an on going Loan with hdfc and they called me after three months for a top up and I was ok with it.. gave all the documents required and have never failed in returning the emi's.. yet the credit manager declined my Loan because he was in a bad mood that's it
                                      This was the reply I got please help and look into it for me

                                      it was resolved but there is another scam now.i am going to file a f.i.r. someone called me claiming they r from hdfc bank and they r gonna credit my acct.ibstead they debited my acct for 4000 rs. that was done from my kotak bank account. good job hdfc guys!!!

                                        I would like to bring in your notice that my husband late sh. Suresh kumar gupta has mortgaged our residential house property paper a-1 / 31 ground floor, satyawati colony, phase 3, ashok vihar, delhi -110052 with your bank in exchange of credit limit for sng agro impex pvt ltd & sng trading company, shop no - 4091, naya bazar, delhi - 110006 with your hdfc bank branch, naya bazar, lahori gate, delhi-110006.

                                        My husband sh. Suresh kumar gupta expired on 08 december 2014. I went to the bank and met authorised officer mr mohit garg on 18 april 2015. I submitted him the application dated 18 april 2015 for withdrawal of all types of guarantee/surety with immediate effect and requested him for release of my house property immediately. Mr mohit garg assured me to release residential house property papers within one month.

                                        Mr mohit garg did not keep his words after contacting many times on telephone which forced me to met mr inderdeep on 02 june 2015 at hdfc bank branch, naya bazar, lahori gate, delhi -110006. I handed the application to mr inderdeep dated 02 june 2015 for release of my residential house property papers. Mr inderdeep assured me to release my papers within 15 days but no action has been taken by him. T

                                        It came to my notice that hdfc bank branch, naya bazar, lahori gate, delhi-110006 has increased the credit limit of sng agro impex pvt ltd & sng trading company, shop no -4091, naya bazar, delhi -110006 in september 2014 without consent of my husband because my husband refused to sign the surety/guarantee papers.

                                        I would also like to bring in your notice that bank has increased the credit limit of sng agro impex pvt ltd & sng trading company, shop no -4091, naya bazar, delhi -110006 in january 2015, after the death of my husband i. E 08 december 2014 without our consent.

                                        Currently the bank and its officials is not disclosing us the nature of loan and related details. Further i doubt on the morality of the mr mohit garg and mr inderdeep with regard to granting of huge credit limit and for not disclosing any information with regard nature of loan and its details in this case.

                                        I had communicated with the bank officer several times but no result came. Attaching all the documents for your reference.

                                        It is requested to you to help us to release of our property papers and save us from unethical practices of hdfc bank.
