I am shweta shetty taken personal loan from hdfc bank mumbai. loan no:34281028, i had not paid last month and this month emi. nw m not working i dont have money. because my 2 year baby got open heart surgery nw 2 month back. so i spend all money over ther. i was paying regurary, last month and this month i didnt pay the emi. i am getting a call from hdfc recovery people harressing me a lot and abusive me and my mother. they are calling me at night also.is this is the way hdfc bank hire a people.they visit my place every day. i dont know what to do.i am felling like killing myself. because of harressing ang abusive alot me and my mother.
the lady name pooja she is a limit in all this. her rude language and abusive me a lot. i told her give a time buit she is not listening and abusive me contiune.i get very upset of this service.. dont no what to do nw because of harressing. give me few month will clear it. otherwise i have to do suicide because of harresssing and abusive. i cant tolerate. plz stopp harressing me and abusive and comingh to my mother place.plz stop. if i will do suicide who will pay the emi no one is there for me.plz wait for a month. i dont want to die so soon want to livee. because of hdfc recovery i hv to take dis step. plz giv me the reply . i am waiting or take action with that people.

i am also having the same issues in Chennai. collection agent named Rajesh ([protected]) say he hime self a advocate and will bring 10 people to my in-laws house and make noises and simply says like he will do anything he want to us??????? did i got the loan from a RBI ruled bank or a local financial persons to do personal harassment????

    I'm attached with hdfc last six years
    I'm taken first loan 7th april 2011 agreement no. 18226141 loan amount 270000 7th march 2014 close. Second loan 7th february 20 11 agreement no. 2364376 amount 100000 7th january 2016 essely complete, now apply loan applications amount 150000 our loan applications form no uap 2890582 and reference no 40038386 massage received your loan applications accepted but after two days come to a call your loan on hold if you accept 18% will be accept other wise rejected.

      I had received my hdfc credit card (5241 * * 3426) in 2012 and was using it. Unfortunately due to rescission i lost my job and was unable to pay any dues on my credit card for almost 2 years which results my credit card was totally blocked. I was unable to pay my dues due to economical crisis at home and job. At-last i got job in reputed company in september 2014. This job helped me to clear my credit card due of 81000 and hdfc bank has issuesd me letter for clearing due and card blocked for further usage on 10-march-2015 (Attached). My credit limit was 45000 and including interest i have paid 81000.

      Currently i earn 50000 monthly but even my salary account back is not issuing me credit card or loans. This is major loss and hdfc bank has impacted me negatively as i am unable to upcome economically nor help my parents to build their house neither am not getting loan for my future plannings. When ever i apply for loan or credit card my applications are rejected due to bad score and i am unable to take care of my parents hospitalization charges as well. I feel shame and guilty for applying new cards n loans.

      I kindly request hdfc bank to mandatory issue me credit card with the details already they have in their database or i can provide the latest required details this helps me to maintain good cibil for my future references. Also hdfc bank to provide me no-objection certificate to issue credit card and loans and this helps me to apply loans or credit card with other banks.

        I have already made a complaint regarding the credit card payment
        Dispute and there is no proper action take regarding the rs.43000 payment
        That i have paid from my sbicard online using credit card and the mode of
        Payment is visa. As per your request i have attached the third party
        Dispute form and i have sent the form to hdtv credit card division already 3
        Weeks back and i am again sending the form to you by email rightnow and i
        Have sent the third party dispute form to the address given in form in
        Professional courier today and this is the courier number: maa[protected] for
        Reference and it will reach you on monday. Please take necessary action
        Regarding the rs.430000 that i have paid. It's been 2 months now and i written 3letters to hdtv credit card division not action taken regarding this issue. Resolution : whether you revert the 43000 payment to my correct hdtv credit card or revert the payment to my sbi card where i have made the payment through online. Sine there a no action taken that's the reason i am complaining in this forum.! Please help me with resolution. Without my permission they are taking among from my salary account without customer permission. And no information cascaded to me regarding payment taken from my account. If hdfc is going to take money from customer account without there permission why bank are saying your account is secured and we feel your privacy is more important. My bank account is invaded and my money a taken without my permission. If rbi is seeing this please take necessary action against hdfc credit card division as well as hdfc bank.           My name mr. Aditya p. Jagtap i told a hdfc times card [protected] since 4th month of 2014. And for your kind information when i was allotted this card i was informed by your employee that "this card is absolutely free and no charges to be paid to use this card"
          But all of a sudden after 2 years i receive an obvious monthly bill with addition of "renewal mem fee incl st & sbc".
          So i would request you to tell me the logic that till date i have completed 2 long years holding this card in that manner,
          1. Will u charge this kind of frees after every two years.
          2. If yes. Why do u people not give this info.In advance. As this info. Is not provided to us prior, your business practices are unethical
          3. Please provide an written explanation for my query till then i wont pay this amount of 572.50. But rest of the bill i will pay which is indeed my responsibility.
          Note :- i even had an tele. Dated 23 rd may 2016 @ 8:26pm in which i requested the same but my request was denied. But yes the way your employee managed to continence was pretty well. As he dint had much in this hands so he couldn't assured me for any thing.

            Hi,
            Today morning when I checked my bank account, I saw my account balance less compared to the trasactions I did, When I checked my bank account, I saw that all the transactions including the EMI for bank loan has been deducted twice from my account by bank . An extra account of 38000 rs is taken by bank from my account.

            How to handle situations like this . How can we trust a this bank and put from our money safely there. Please take necessary action against this bank. Bank itself automatically deducts money and take it from customers.

              I have received my new card since the old one is expiring this month.

              1) I called customer care last month and asked for address change. He said i need to download form and submit in any HDFC atm and it will get updated. I called customer care and that guys says we never received any application. I[censored] want, send it to chennai office he said rudely. What the hell is this in the digital era? who will send application to chennai every time when there are so many branches in bangalore? he

              2) now i have received new money back card today and asked Cust care as to how to convert them to cash back points? he says again send it to chennai office?
              are you kidding me? every time you expect customer to send applications to chennai with courier charges? if you dont have setup in bangalore you should not have offered it to me.

              I just told him to cancel this card and i can get some other provider who makes this process simple and easy for customer.

                When applied for it the same has been rejected due to unknown reason.

Its has been 35 days i didn't received my refund. please Help me

                    We have raised a chargeback for the disputed transaction. As per Visa/MasterCard TAT, the referred amount will get credited to your account by June 28, 2016, provided we do not receive any valid proof of transaction from the acquiring bank.

                    However, in case we receive a proof of the transaction from the acquiring bank, the same will be sent to the branch where your account is held.

                      My name is k. V. Supreet. My atm was not working for that i applied for new card with reference of hdfc mandaveli branch bank person on 3rd may. Still i am waiting for my atm card. I called in the phone banking person they told me again i have to applied for that because nobody registered my complain.
                      Because of my atm card my lots of work are delayed and when i asked this to the bank they told me my card is under process.

                      Kindly suggest me what should i do. I am planing to change my bank but since its my company salary account so i cant change.

                        I was misguided by your sr branch mgr Kunal Kr Singh of 30 sa/2, block B, shivnath shastri Lane, kolkata 700053. I was told a single premium policy. I was shocked to see your mail saying its a 15. Yrs plan & I hv to pay two lacs every year. Being a reputed organisation like yours how can your sr branch manager mis guide an investor like us.                           Hello, i applied for credit card a month agao from hdfc bank, i received all verification call from this number[protected] and provided all the necessary document with proper address and all. They told me that card will be dispatched on your address and will receive it on 10days i do not understand why they disapproved my application with some nasty reason. I dont have any account with this bank, how do they know my financial stability??? I am more than eligible to get this credit card. I dont understand why this company is even doing business where they can't process simple credit card application

                          I called their call center[protected] and spoke to amruta, gave her my app id, she was able to see the details but she was totally unprofessional when i asked reason why the application was disapproved. She said i dont have the information, i asked her if i am calling the hdfc bank credit card department she said yes, then why you guys dont have the information about my credit card status. I requested her to speak to her supervisor/manager then she put me on hold almost 20 mins and disconnected my call. (Total waste of my time and money (Call charges) their toll free numbers sucks i cannot reach any of them. All are disconnected (So poor and cheap service.)

                          Now i cannot apply for credit card for 6 months and i am helpless.

                          I dont agree with this reason.

                            Hi, It is around 2nd may 2016. I sent an application for reward point encase application on 27th April, which reached there around 2-3rd May.
                            Then I got a call from HDFC bank regarding My Credit card upgrade. at That time i know about my request, So I told them directly. So, they told, they would call me after 7-9 days. 2nd Time I got a call regarding upgrade on 12th May and I upgrade my credit card from moneyback to ALLmiles. Every thing went well. Here, I note to mentioned that i was trapped by their marketing representative. Meanwhile, The procedure of encasement put in shelf and they updated my credit card in no time. But they did not consider my previous application which was there since 2nd may.
                            The Rule says, " They will consider Reward point as per last statement, I apply to encase 11000 (approx 4400 INR) for my card. which is not done till this date.
                            there is something more, Now when I complained about this issue, They are grabbing me and saying, "You should have mention your request", "You should not trust call",
                            So, My Point is
                            1. If as a customer, I have to mention everything and every procedure, then what is the need of fees
                            2. IF call is not from HDFC (i.e. Fraud call), then how i got updated credit card? is it false?

                            This is what they do to their 4 years loyal customer. I have lost the trust in them. looking for another option.

                            Please Don't Buy HDFC Product, they will loot you and they will betray you.

                              I lost my food card ([protected]) in october 2015 and had notified it to hdfc. They had blocked my food card which is having amount of around 3500.
                              Later in the call the person told me that he has re-applied for my new food card.
                              Thereafter i didn't receive nay food card or mails regarding the food card.

                              I have tried several times calling customer care. Most of the times they don't receive and the other times they pass on the calls to different persons saying that they will sort out your problem.

                                Then on 16.05.2016 personally i went to hdfc bank, ahura center, andheri
                                East branch, i meet loan department, branch manager and she said your case
                                Is handling by mr swapnil singhad (Sales manager) so please contact him
                                Only.

                                Same day i have contact mr. Swapnil singhad, he said our man will come and will collect all require documents from you, on 17.05.2016 mr. Swapnil
                                Singhad sent his person name mr. Vinod kurthdkar on 17.05.2016, mr vinod
                                Had came to my office and took all require documents copy like original
                                Proforma invoice of vehicle, addhar card, pan card, 3 months’ salary slip,
                                3 months bank statement, one pass port size photo, employee i card xerox
                                Copy and sign on original application form. Till 23.05.2016, afternoon
                                Neither i have receive any call nor message from swapnil or vinod.
                                Afternoon i have given a call to mr. Vinod and he given me shocking news
                                That your application has been rejected when i ask reason he given me
                                Tupid answer that your earlier online application is been approved but
                                Your file got rejected when i ask which file then he said what i had put
                                Application file that got rejected and then he cut my phone. Immediate i
                                Have try mr. Swapnil singhad mobile no [protected] but he is not pick up my phone.

                                  My name is ashok behera, before2.5 years i was using hdfcbank creditcard. Countinue pay my bill amt[protected] every month but outstanding is heavy, i had lost my job. I did not know about that company. Then i started work in that company. But after 1 month i did not get my sallary, only food money they had provide everymonth. That time my hdfcbank credit card bill was 65000 now 98000. So many time i mailed to hdfcbank credit card regarding this they did not rply to me. I am unable to pay all money. Please do something for me. Help me out of this problem.

                                  I want to settle 2 year my account because now i am not in position to pay all amount.

                                    My salary account(in HDFC bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account(without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. after that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card(lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on 22nd May 2016 and i see that i have Rs -6881.5 in my account. I request you to please close my account .You guys have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

                                      I would like to bring the following to your notice and want justice for the same.

                                      Policy Number :[protected]
                                      Vehicle Number: KA03ES 1475
                                      Name of Insured : Nihar Kanungo
                                      Incident : Flat Tire

                                      23-May :9:21 PM : Nihar Called[protected] number and reported that he got a flat tire and need support through Emergency Roadside assistance. The call got disconnected.

                                      23-May :9:23 PM : Nihar Called[protected] number and reported that he got a flat tire and need support through Emergency Roadside assistance. The CSE tried to connect to roadside assistance number but could not. Hence suggested to call[protected]

                                      23-May :9:27 PM : Nihar Called[protected] and explained the problem and the exact location. The CSE said he will get back in five minutes after contacting the rescue team.

                                      23-May : 9:34 PM : Nihar got a call from +[protected] and the CSE conference Resue team lead. He asked Nihar the exact location and Nihar updated . Upon asking for the time it will take to get help, the Resue team said they will update in 5 minutes.

                                      23-May : 9:35 PM : The team again called and confirmed the location

                                      23-May : 9:44 PM : Nihar again got the call from the same number and disconnected after 1 ring.
                                      23-May : 9:45 PM : Nihar tried calling this number but could not as incoming was bared to this number.
                                      23-May : 9:46 PM : Nihar called the number[protected] again and spoke to the CSE.The CSE asked for the reference number and Nihar said he is yet to get that and explained all over again along with the address again
                                      The CSE gave the reference no as "385959" and said the maximum time for the technician to reach is 45 minutes.

                                      23-May: 10:34 PM : Nihar called the number[protected] again as no one contacted him . The CSE connected the call to rescue and updated that the Technician is in marathalli. He also updated that it will take maximum 20 minutes more to reach. Again confirmed the address.

                                      23-May : 10:58PM : After again waiting for 24 minutes Nihar called[protected] and the CSE said they are unable to contact resue team. Nihar asked about what to do in that case as the only place near that he could park his bike is ITPL and that may get closed by 11 PM. The CSE said he will call back in 5 minutes. Nihar updated that he has the only option left now is to Push the vehicle towards ITPL mall and park. Otherwise he will have to leave the vehicle on road and go home as his family is already tensed and the density in that area is going down leaving few rowdies who may be a potential danger.

                                      23-May : 11:16 PM : Nihar got a call from +[protected]Naveen) and the CSE connected to the resue team and the technician. Upon asking the technician said he is in marathalli. Nihar asked what he was doing since last 1hr 30 minutes in marathalli, he said he was waiting for the instruction even after the rescue team lead updated nihar many times that the technician is in transit to the place.He also updated that due to limited number of technician he had to tell this kind if false updates to the customer. The CSE again asked to wait 20 minutes more to which nihar denied that he don't trust anymore and waiting more may create a risk to the property and individual as there were no one nearby and all parking places were already closed.The resue also suggested nihar to park the vehicle and they will do the work next day morning. Nihar asked if he had to do this then why he took the insurance with roadside assistance.


                                      23-May :11:24 PM : Nihar again got a call from +[protected] asking to wait another 20 minutes to which nihar denied as it was too late and there was a risk to stand in the street alone.
                                      23- May : 11:31 PM : Nihar parked the vehicle in ITPL after pushing the vehicle close to 500-800 meters.

                                      23-May :11:55 PM : Nihar missed the call from number +[protected]
                                      23-May :11:58 PM : Nihar missed the call from +91 [protected] & +91 [protected].
                                      24-May:12:00 : Nihar received the call from number +91 [protected] and technician said he is reaching the spot in sometime. Nihar said he has already parked the vehicle in ITPL, booked the cab and will board to go home
                                      24-May:12:01 : Nihar Booked Ola Cabs with premium Night rate and board the vehicle to reach home.


                                      Potential Loss

                                      Time on the road : 2 hours 40 Minutes
                                      Financial Loss : Parking fee (To be paid) + Ola cab charges (1.4X premium rate) + The Tube could have damaged due to pushing it for more than 700-800 meters
                                      Physical Loss : Pushing the Vehicle for 800 meters or more, standing on the road for 2 hours 40 minutes
                                      Mental stress while waiting & calling many times
                                      Emotional Loss : Mental stress of self and family members,


                                      Now also i am so depressed and shocked due to the unprofessional service that I am not able to get sleep without writing to you.
