Dear sir/madam,

I have a savings account with hdfc bank my account no is [protected]. It was my salary account. I used it when my salary used to get credited into this account. I went to their dhantoli branch and informed them that now onwards my salary will not get credited into this account they told me that sir you can use this account as a zero balance savings account despite i told them that i was informed at the time of account opening that if salary doesn't get credited for consecutive 3 months you will have to maintain balance of rs. 5000/-

Still hdfc bank charged me heavily with account maintenance charges. I had got my birla sunlife mutual fund redemption into this account and they debited all the amount towards account maintainance charges.

Kindly help me to recover my amount

I had got a call from Branch Manager of HDFC Bank Dhule Branch and he reversed the charges

    Bank employee confirmed me that your hdfc bank account is mapped successful as salary account, then also hdfc bank charged me april month charge 515.25 rs as not maintain account charge and 343.5 rs for month march not maintain account charge. Please reverse the charged amount.

    Due to this if my cibil is effected then who is responsible.

      What is this ecs dr charges and why it is deducted now for my account.
      Rupees 400.75 has been deducted on 12.05.2016 in my hdfc salary account.

      If i don't get proper justification for this i'll escalate to higher levels

      What type of banking you are providing?
      Looting customers money without proper and prior information.

      I demand a proper solution and the amount must be refunded

        Regarding my account [protected].
        I got a call from rakhee bhatia under docket number[protected]. She told me that my deducted charged are reversed, i am thankful for that but then she told me a shocking information that to avoid further amb i have to maintain my account monthly with 300000 or 10, 000 on a daily basis for every month.
        It sound ridiculous as who maintain amount of 3 lakhs on saving account monthly if a person is employed and getting only 15000 monthly
        I asked her again and again if she is saying correct and everytime is told yes maam, you have to maintain 300000 monthly to avoid charges.
        I wrote to niti malhotra too but she did not respond.
        Then i checked the website and there they has mention amb for saving account is 10, 000 for a month and that seems okay but 10, 000 on daily basis is ridiculous.

          I faced a fraud transaction on my hdfc credit card in november, 2015 of rs 36, 780. This was accepted as fraud transaction by hdfc bank and they agreed to return my money as demand draft sometime around 7th april, 2016. Also, i was mentioned that this process usually takes not more than 7 business days to process the dd and dispatch for home address. Earlier i was trying to reach them and everytime they mentioned that system was under partial maintenance and they cannot fetch more information about my request.

          Finally today 12th may, 2016, i was able to get information and found that the request was never approved by the risk department of hdfc bank located in chennai. This activity was supposed to be completed 1 month back and even now i hear the same. They have provided a new request number : [protected]

          Also, every time i email the hdfc bank support team they respond that there team is working on it and never provided any eta on the process completion.

          I am putting this complaint in consumer complaint forum to have an update on how much time exactly will it take to have my money dispatch as demand draft to my home location.

            From my account 28.07 has got deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) but i have withdrawn only 1 time for the month of may... How could be possible that they are changing for 1st time withdrawal itself and i know the clear rules from rbi that 3 times we can withdraw from other banks and 5 time in own banks...

              Hi!
              I was using credit card of HDFC from last 4 years but due to some medical emergency i was not able to make payment but was depositing minimum amount on the card account
              but in the month of march i was offered settlement of the outstanding but no one called my for next 1 month
              on may 4th there was lien on my savings account without any prior notice after the salary was credited in my account and i was stuck with no money for the entire month.

              as there is medical emergency in my family today i am stuck with no money and not able to complete the medical treatment.

              I tried contacting credit card team, Nodel office and much more but no solution was provided by any of them.

              I would request too all people never go through any relation with HDFC BANK because its worst bank ever in my life in india. I have many complaints here wrote on complaint board share with bank never resolve single one. please read and aware with HDFC BANK frauds.

                I was trying to do a online recharge for airtel, which got failed twice somehow, but the amount was deducted from my account for Rs 755 twice on 1 may, 2016.
                When checked with airtel, they said, money has been refunded to HDFC, it is pending at your bank's end.
                they informed that generally it takes 7-8 working days.
                it is 12th today, still money is not refunded to my account.
                Reaching out to Customer care people is a challenge, moreover when spoke to them they said we have logged in a complaint also visit the branch and file a written complaint. i cannot visit the branch so i told them . so they said that this complaint will also work but written is also a form of complaint.
                More or less money is not credited back even after written email complaint.
                Pls. Look into this.

                Worst experience of banking as of now.

                They Only reply on the complaints, more or less which says "Will get back to you with 5-7 working days" Since 1st of may. Please help me understand the calculation, which you use while saying 5-7 working days, how does HDFC bank calculate 7 working days?
                It's been 24 days, and no progress is there!!!
                HDFC has really took it up on priority.

                Only thing which surprises me is, what if they wouldn't have taken it on priority.
                No resolution till now,
                After a month as well there is no refund against the transaction.
                Wow Finally received a too much valuable reply which says if amount is not credited back to your account by 7th of july, then write back to us.

                i don't need money now.
                I need a clarification on the process that why it is taking so long to resolve this.
                68 days, is it worth?
                Pathetic services, Now HDFC has deducted some odd Rs800...with no information

                Don't go for HDFC bank, slowest process, no resolution of complaints, cannot reach the customer care people, if somehow you reached, you'll get hang up or wrong deptt. which indirectly lead to again a hung up.

                Also, this consumer portal is of no use, i have no idea what have they done till now.
                HDFC IS NOT EVEN REPLYING TO POSTS!!

On 11th May, 2016 i.e. today, I have received continued three (3) SMS from HDFC Bank stating that withdrawal of Rs. 25, 000/- has been done using HDFC Bank Card, but ATM card was me that time. I was in Delhi and the transaction was done in Sonipat. The details of transactions are as follows :

                  2. I was shocked to receive the messages, as I was very much present in Delhi and the transactions have been done from Sonipat. Immediately, after receiving the SMS, I tried to call customer care, but to no avail. However, after desperate follow up I could contact customer care and blocked the ATM card and Internet banking.
                  3. On 11.05.2016 at 11.15 AM, I visited the branch at Uttam Nagar, New Delhi and filled the Cardholder Dispute Form. At the time of visit to the branch, I was carrying the ATM card with me.
                  4. In view of the above, I would request the transactions made above may be investigated which has been made by some unscrupulous elements for no fault of mine. I would also request you to please resolve the problem within 48 hours of the receipt of this mail and refund the amount and debited the same in my Salary account. Because of the salary account, I am facing money crisis.

                    I am pawan kumar patial having hdfc regalia credit card no. [protected] has made double payment of rs. 50000/- i am requesting to bank to reimburse me the excess payment made by me but bank is not ready to reimburse and adjusting in current day to day transactions which is not justified because as per credit card statement there is bill period and allowable period for making the payment of monthly bill.

                      When i saw the offer from HDFC that i am getting a watch worth Rs 2499 for free, i thought it was something good a bank can provide to its loyal customer as a gift. And when i picked the same i was forced to pay Rs.299 as shipping charges( in fact 299 was the worst SHIPPING charges i have paid till now). Then i thought let it be anyway they are proving me a watch worth Rs 2499. After all that when i received the very valuable watch worth RS.2499 i should say i felt like i am the worst stupid to this item paying Rs.299. This is dint even have a value of Rs.200. Very nice business trick Provogue and HDFC. And as a customer i lost the morale about the company and its products and offers though. There is something named 'Word of the mouth" and i believe that is the best advertisement method ever. From now on as a cheated customer i will be forced to provide very worse reviews only about your products and offers.

                        My self Mahendra vadecha and i am from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.I am having your bank Titanium Credit card no: [protected] I am doing settalement of above metioned card due some financial crisis on 22.03.2016 for Rs.65000/- and that time upfront pay Rs.10000/- to collection Executive towards settalement amount. Also i was told your collection manager Mr.Sandeep Pandey at the time of settalment that your no one executive will go to my home because i am not available from 9AM to 8PM daily due job.but Then after next month(Apr-2016) your bank collection executive reach at my home for collect money of settalemet installment and pressuring to my wife for settalment money and that time my wife was called to me n tell that collection guys is speak bad words to me and pressurise for payment.then i was talk with collection guys and he was connect his boss Mr.sandeep Pandey on concall with me and i was tell him that i was in hospital of my home town due to brother's bike accident and he was some medical emergency and assure to him for card dues when i was come after 3-4 days.after 3-4 days when i was reach at ahmedabad again collection manager Mr.sandeep Pandey call me on 30.04.2016 morning and pressurise me for card dues.I was told him that i am currenlty come out from my brother medical emergency and i have only Rs.5000 plus arrange another Rs.5000 and pay total Rs.10000 towards settalment and rest will pay on 2/5/16 but your collection manager pressurise again to me with abusive words which recording is attach herewith for your reference for all card dues pay today anyhow otherwise collection guys is sitting till payment not receive.For come out from this situation of mental harrasement i was taken help of my friend jitendra patel and aware him for my problem.He will also talked with mr.sandeep pandey and assure him for mr card payment.In evening around 4:30pm my friend talk with colletion manager and tell him if i am paying one short payment of my friend's card due, how much i can pay and close this card with zerorised.Your collection manager tell that jitubhai pay Rs.40000 one short s right now i am sending its for close and zerorised.Aslo he will assure that on monday(02.05.16) or tuesday, you will get letter for no dues of card no.[protected]and zerorised limit.After Tuesday i was call again to sandeep pandey on his mobile no.[protected]. and tell him for no dues letter but he was answerd that its take 20 days for zerorised. I am wait for that days and again one person reach at home with some letter ask another Rs.10000.so i was shocked that why this people come at my home even after pay of all cards dues as per his manager talk with me on 30.04.16.when i was call again to your collection manager Mr.sandeep Pandey, he was told me that if you pay Rs.10000 then after your card will close otherwise not.So i would like knew that whom he was asked when i was pay Rs.40000 towards card settalement and assure me for no dues letter.So kindly request to look into this matter of mental harrasement and hope to take approciate action against your colletion manager and its staff.I am also attached all recording with your Colletion Manager Mr.Sandeep Paahmedabad, Gujarat.

                          My loan account no is: 37250000

                          I have applied for loan amount of rs. 300000/- @ 9.65% rate of interest. Along with that i have applied for loan suraksha worth rs. 6561/-. After that my loan amount is supposed to be rs. 306561/-.

                          But when i got the repayment later the loan amount is showing rs. 325511/- because your auto loan manager mr. Bonta prakash rao added a gps tracker of rs. 18950/- into my loan account without my consent.

                          I have given complaint to "[protected]@hdfcbank.com" & "[protected]@hdfcbank.com" but till now i have not got any resolution the extra amount is not removed from my loan till now.

                          Even on 27th feb 2016 i have received a mail from "bontaprakash. [protected]@hdfcbank.com" stating that the amount of gps tracker will be refunded into my bank account within 7-10 working days.

                          Pfb the screen shot. But the amount is not credited back into my account till date.

                          I really appreciate the services of hdfc bank but this time i am really disappointed by the behaviour/attitude of your employee mr. Bonta prakash rao. I had a lots of conversations with him & every time i humbly requested to refund the amount but always he said that it is under process & it will take some time. I am really frustrated with procedure & now i am bound to write this mail to you.

                          This is only the reason i have not paid the instalment of april & may 2016. My cibil score is getting affected just because of mr. Bonta prakash rao.

                          I am from a lower middle class family. I am working in a private company & it was a big dream of mine which i have fulfilled to buy a small car. I don't have so much money to waste all these things. Please try to understand my pain. Hope you people can understand what is the situation i am going through. I humbly request you to please investigate the matter & refund my extra amount rs. 18950/- into my bank account so that i can pay the overdue instalments.

                                I have applied new hdfc credit card through online last month. (Ref. No : [protected]s1). After that all verification process over. They send my credit card through bluedart courier (Waybill. No:[protected]). But still i did't received my credit card. If i contact phone banking care na they told me "your mailing address is incomplete, so kindly go to your nearest branch fill and submit the address change form". If my address incompleted means, then how they people make address verification process?

                                I have received call from hdfc insurance department. I have choosed one insurance policy from my applied creditcard. (Policy no:[protected]. They debited 4599 from my credit card and generate emi for that amount. Still i did't received my creditcard. Then how they debit amount from my credit card and how they generate emi?

                                Is this all my fault? Or their fault? What can i do next?

                                I don't know what is going on. Still i did not received my credit card. But EMI bill generated. I don't know how it is possible.

                                    My daughter got a credit card from HDFC. A sum of about Rs8000 was which was paid promptly and my daughters account was debited before due date. But due to some technical problem with the bank it appears the bank did not get payment from the drawee bank. It is an internal issue between the collecting bank and paying bank. HDFC Bank is demanding another payment. We requested the bank to return the cheque to make another payment. But HDFC Bank refuses to return the cheque and penalising the customer for no fault on part of the customer. The high handed behavior of a reputed bank is very much regretable

                                        This complaint is to address how hdfc bank and citi bank are harassing me.

                                        Background:
                                        I took personal loan of rs 55000 in 2014 from hdfc bank. The hdfc loan account number is rs 27867221. As agreed the emi rs 1266 was supposed to be deducted automatically under ecs from my salaried account which is citi bank. The ecs mendate was rejected due to signature mismatch. Due to my busy schedule i could not follow up with the bank until may 2015. But in the meanwhile i paid the emi via billdesk. With great difficulty i managed sometime and on 15th may 2015, i went to citi bank and got my signature verified. Also, submitted a copy of verified signature with the hdfc bank, sahakarnagar branch. The ecs mandate was approved and the loan amount of rs 1266 towards personal loan account number : 27867221 went through successfully. However, in the month of july, i again got a message on my mobile stating that the ecs mandate has been rejected. I raised so many requests with hdfc bank and citi bank but none of the banks taking the ownership of resolving this issue.

                                        Hdfc have told that they are not responsible as there is problem with my salaried bank which is citi bank. Citi bank have confirmed that there is something wrong with hdfc side. But both the banks agree that ecs mendate was approved in the month of may 2015 and emi of rs1266 was deducted automatically.

                                        I have few action items for both hdfc and citi banks.

                                        1) how many times does a customer submit ecs mendate? If the ecs was approved and emi was deducted in the month of may 2015, why are you harassing me and charging me the ecs mendate reject charges for no mistake of mine.

                                        2) i am plannning to close this loan now, but i am not ready to pay the charges which hdfc levied for ecs rejection.

                                        3) both hdfc and citi bank need to do an extensive investigation and come up with facts as to where the issue is.

                                        I am sick and tired of following up with the banks. Never expected such disgusting service from banks claiming to be the best in the market. If there is any shame left, do take some ownership and try to solve the issue asap. I want both the banks to coordinate and get this sorted instead of asking me to follow up.

I dont have time to run behind you people. I strongly suggest you guys to find out how the ECS mendate went through successfully in May 2015 and why it was rejected again. Dont give me standard rebuttals that you understand my concern and all that crap because you people dont understand anything. Also dont advise me to follow up with CITI bank. If this is not sorted for sure I am going to file a case against both HDFC and CITI bank for harassing me.

HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO VERIFY MY SIGNATURE ? DO I NEED TO DO THIS EVERYMONTH TILL THE EMI IS COMPLETE. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. WHY THE HELL IS IT SO DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO FOLLOW UP WITH CITI BANK AND FIND OUT THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS VERIFIED HIS SIGNATURE AND SUBMITTED THE DOCS IN THE MONTH OF MAY 2015...
