Verified Support Nov 04, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, At the outset, we thank you for the interest shown in the Bank’s product. We wish to reassure you that your application was forwarded and put through the application approval process as per existing guidelines. We take this opportunity to inform you that address verification forms an important leg in the card application approval process. To proceed further with the same, we request you to forward the below-mentioned document ( duly signed by you ) to our mailing address. 1. Salaried - Attested copy of the latest payslip which is not beyond 45 days old and copy of the visiting card or Office Id card. 2. Self Employed - Attested copy of the latest ITR ( Income Tax Return ) and copy of the Pan card along with Computation of Income ( this is a part of the income tax returns form which the card holder submits, which lists out the individual breakup of the total income i.e Income from House Property, Income from business, etc. ).
