As per your statement dtd 17.09.16 the total dues of Rs.11260.07 were paid on 03.10.16. The balance should be nil. Again your statement dtd 17.10.16 shows an amount of Rs.332.22 as total dues despite transactions being nil. I did not pay. You have again sent an SMS dtd 25.11.2016 increasing the amount to 617.29. I am holding hdfc bank Regalia credit card no xxxx7078. A sum of Rs 6492/- is billed against my card as per sms received by me. While a sum of Rs 65 was spent by me at I TUNES, the balance amount of Rs 6427/- is wrongly charged.
Please clarify and refund if this is a wrong deduction.
