I have done a imps transaction from hdfc to sbi of rs 6425. The amount got debited from my account but dint went to other account. In the morning I got message the your transfer of 6425 got time out.

Can anyone please check and refund my money. It is really frustrating.

    I am Pranam Pakhrin holder of acctt.no.[protected] and credit card no.[protected].
    Firstly l received a call from your costomer agent namely Mr.Rahul Ganguly by through phone no.[protected] in connection of HDFC ergo Health Insurance.He convinced me the mentioned insurance the amount something the amount rs.12000/-which has given by bank as a beneficial and also convinced me that this amount will not debited from my saving account and credit card also.And also convinced me if any problem call the above no.So as according his convinced I agreed to do the mentioned insurance.But the amount has debited from my saving accounts and not refund at my accounts.
    In which causes I have canceled 03 insurance which I have done at HDFC ergo Insurance through your costomer exucative and he told me the bank has accept my request and the invested amount will automatically refund to my saving account with in 02 december2016.
    But till date the amount has not been refund at my saving account.
    So it is request to refund my money as earliest otherwise I will forcely to closed my saving account and now I am present at Kolkata and will reach your branch office.please give mecompliance or feedback report as earliest through email or by telephone.

          My account with you, & when im opened my SB account with you, your executive told 10000 monthly balance should maintain. I have always maintained minimum balance & my balance never below 10000 in any day.
          Now on 05.12.2016 your are debited my account with 690/-. i was also maintained 300000 avg balance (10000x30 days) as per your guideline.
          if you avg. balance changed, you have to inform me. i will maint. revised avg. balance or switch my account.
          This is unfair & not acceptable, please credit 690/- in account.

            I am an HDFC BANK customer, my a/c no is "[protected]" on 05/12/2016 RS-690 is deducted twice from my a/c for AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS for OCT2016 and NOV2016. My account was salary account, suddenly it gets change into saving account with some min balance limit, without any Intimation from bank. Now when i deposit some money in my account. they deducted 1380 rs for two months. without any confirmation and call how can someone take my money. and second thing its a bank mistake they must inform me that your acoount is now become salary account please maintain balance. please refund my whole money into my account.

                My salary account(in HDFC bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account(without informing me or warning me). Now it is showing my balnce in -1000 Rs. I was told that no any limit of minimum cash for your account at the time of opening.
                According to new RBI guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts.
                Where should i approach now. Please help

                I had Purchased of rs 40800, and converted for 22 months EMI. but I had received sms that loan requested has been processed for 12 EMI's...
                I ad been calling customer care more than 15 times but no response from them..So requesting you to make 22 months EMI ...date of purchase was 28th Nov

                  Worst bank i ever seen in my life.
                  Tupid peoples are working in bank dont have sence, my 1799/- got debited from my hdfc credit crad without my permission, without my sign any documents, without informing me, and with out give me complite information for that.

                      I have been using hdfc visa credit card for over 05 years. I had got credit card refund of 166500 from one merchant on nov. 12, 2016. As my credit card is linked to savings account. I requested hdfc team to transfer the amount to my savings account on nov. 15, 2016. I was told by hdfc credit card department that they will send me demand draft to my registered address in 7 working days.
                      When, after 10 days i did not receive any demand draft. I started making calls to check the status with hdfc regularly. But all my efforts turned out to be futile. All these days they made false promises.
                      Today after more than 20 days i am still struggling to get my money back in my saving account. Hdfc has lost its credibility. I thought putting a grievance in consumer forum will get me justice.

                        Instead of it avl bal should be 23370/-..

                          I had an account in hdfc which was started when i was in my first company. I left the job in feb 2016 and there after i withdrawn all the amount in the account since i will not be receiving any more funds and not going to use further. Now when i got to check the account details i see that there is a negative balance of rs -2046 in it.

                          As per the rbi rule, "according to the rbi notification, banks should not take undue advantage of customer difficulty or inattention. Instead of levying penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance in ordinary savings bank accounts, banks should limit services available on such accounts to those available to basic savings bank deposit accounts and restore the services when the balances improve to the minimum required level.""

                          Also it says clearly that : as per a directive from the reserve bank of india (Rbi), banks have been asked to stop imposing charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance once the balance touches zero, the times of india reported. The central bank has also given the customers an option to approach the banking ombudsman in case lenders continue to debit charges on such accounts, creating negative balance.""

                          I have another friend of mine with hdfc bank having 8000 negative balance of the same reason.

                          We all will be forced to go through the banking ombudsman and write to rbi about this if no actions taken.

                              On dated 14th Nov, 2016 from my account the amount of rs 7500 had been deducted
                              For some transaction .but after enquiry rs 5000 has been credited in my account.but still rs 2500 has been not refund, so please revert of that immediately.
                              I made a purchase of 1200 rs through my debit card on 15 oct 2016.
                              transaction was declined however amount got debited. I submitted forms and also given the proof of transaction declined details to bank.
                              Bank is not ready to reverse the credit.. they are just pushing the details ..

                              My food Plus card is damaged, I couldn't use my Food plus card properly . I have to swipe 3/4 times for the machine to detect my card. Can you provide me new Food plus card on this regard.

                                Bill has been deducted twice from my hdfc account debit card.
                                Transaction reference numbers as mentioned below:

                                Pos 532676xxxxxx5128 reference number 001567 has deducted inr 450
                                Pos 532676xxxxxx5128reference number 001566 deducted has inr 450
                                From my account.

                                Kindly refund my 450 to my account immediately.

                                Swiped at big bazaar ammerpet.

Maine nazdiki branch me policy Cancelation requirement papers aur ek cancellation checqe diya h lekin uske bad bhi cancel karne ke bajye dhoke se use phir continue Kiya gaya.                                         My grand daughter has come from overseas, i had given her a bearer cheque for rs 10000.00 and had attested her signature at the back of cheques. The cheque was given as gift to my grand daughter out of my love. She is about 17 years of her age. She was accompanied by her mother who is an ex defence officer. Even my on personal requested to branch manager on telephone she was refused payment. Reason given was that she is not an adult. My main aim was that as student she learns the process of cheque payment system at the and realises about the affection of her grand father which is very much defeated with the kind courtsey of bank which in addition to inconvenience and harassment by bank.
                                        2 please ask the bank to send me a copy of authority ie rbi or any other govt organisation for my knowledge and appropriate action if any or please take suitable action at ur end. This has happened on 03/12/2016 at about 12.30 p. M. At hdfc bank brs nagar ludhiana.141012.
