This is regaring about HDFC salary account, i havent used this account from last 2.5 years, but still i am getting SMS from HDFC bank for every month sayting that "your account money debited with 650 INR " .

Now i am worrying about amount they are trying to detect. even i dont have aomunt in that account, but thiniking that they will come up asking for me to pay that amount.

if i try to deactivate the account using my account details through the Customer care details, its saying that, this facilty no longer avaiable .

Please suggest me the next steps. please.

    This account is my old hdfc account and recently i have activated this account and im using this account as salary account. From past 2 months im using this account, my salary is credited in this account only and there is no issues with this aacount from past 2 months but today i have checked my account in net banking in that it is showing -309 negative balance and with out my money was debited for neft chgs incl st & cess 311016 and debit card annual charges aug[protected]. What is this i have taken my debit card in sep month then 270 or etc debited in my account for debit card charges again now debited.. See from past 2 years i have not used my account recently i have activated so, past 2 years annual charges debited now.. I dont like this, please refund my amount and please remove negative balance in my account. Now i'm transforming 7000rs in this hdfc bank, if any money debited in this account i will not bare, i will definitely close this account, previously i have tolerated many issues with this hdfc account. So im requesting you to refund my money and remove negative (Minus) balance please.

    I hate to write this complaints again.. These is my second complaint... recently i have raised one complaint against debited money from my account without any information.. HDFC Bank people are not responding for my complaints.. Why you people are debiting my money from my salary account.. I want my money back so please respond for this.. Recently i have seen that -390rs was in my account.. and some some money also debited from my account for Debit card charges from aug 2016, but i have taken my debit card in sep. so how you can cut money.. day before yesterday only i have credited 7000rs in my account, so from in that money that -360rs was debited.. See im fully irritated for this issue.. I cant bare any more charges...Now i need my money back and if any charges will be there in future i will definately close this account also.. Recently i thought to take credit card also.. but now i wont think to take credit card from HDFC Bank.. I wont.. Already two days gone.. So now immediately i want response from you HDFC bank.. Below you can see the attachement files.. My account details...

    Sir, I have applied for personal loan on 03.11.2011 application no.43596805 still process I track application from online page was blank nobady response even loan handling persin Mr. Deepak [protected] he was told sat 05.11.2016 before 8:00 PM will credit but still not credit urgent purpose only applied loan please help me...I am in hospital..

        This is to inform you that my hdfc salary account was created by the company 1 year ago and after which i had resigned my job and had been to abroad.My salary account i had maintained zero after drawing the last salary.now it shows a negative balance of Rs 3000 for which i am not responsible because it was not intimated to me before.

        Thus i request to take an action against the same.

        THEY DEDUCTED 2000 RS FOR MONTHLY AMB CHARGES INCD ST AND CESS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE and information on 8th november2016 AND REFUSED TO SEND BACK. thet said you have to maintain minium 10, 000 balance but i have opened salary account . they said terms are told to your company hr, but they didnot give any notice to me.

          I had a salary account with hdfc since 2012. After i changed my job i switched to a different salary account. So my salary account with hdfc got changed to a normal savings account. However i was never informed about the same via mail. I have never received any written or verbal communication from hdfc about the same. Everytime i try to reach the customer support i have to go through a lot of options in ivr but they do not give the option to speak to the customer care representative or even an option of account closure procedure. There is nothing clearly mentioned in here website either, no option to reach out for the customer support at all. Therefore i could not close my account and i dont even know the procedure. Now i have a negetive balance of inr 9700.
          It only makes me feel that this is an intentional step to harass customers by not letting them close accounts and make money.

            This is dr. M. K. Karthik.
            I have been using your hdfc diners credit card for a year. My card numbr is[protected], diners club international. Name on the card is dr m k karthik. I want to cancel my policy which i have on my name.. I am dissapointed with ur services.
            I had issues with my policy and my credit card e-statement.

            My uncle on my behalf went to your hdfc bank at bowenpally to enquire about the recent credit card e-statement which i received and to enquire about my policy for which the hdfc bank employee replied he does'nt even know what my uncle was talking about lacking courtesy towards elders and clarity on the bank knowledge and lacked respet towards customers.
            . Is that the way to treat your customers.. The what the heck is that hdfc bank employee being payed for? What is the management doing? I am unable to reach you guys from here and i sent my uncle to verify on my behalf and what did he got in response? A shameful response and a heavy heart walking home after being ill-treated..

            I have cleared my credit card bills with a payment of 1 lakh a month ago.

            Today i received my e-statement of pending due. Total amount due:
            698.41. Payment date:immediate.
            I want to cancel my policy with you people too. No need of your poor services.

            I dont want any services with you people. I am trying to lodge a complaint through hdfc website but it is not accepting my credit card number eve when i am typing the correct 16 digits.. What kind of complaint link is that which is not accepting the correct credit card number?
            I left india on 11/09/2016.

            I am in canada right now since then, i am not even in india to use my card. My phone number here is +[protected]. I am unable to reach you guys through phone..

              I am existing customer of HDFC. Bank has offered Provogue goggle for their long time netbanking users. I have accepted this offer and paid delivery charges. but on receipt, found this goggle is fake product and worthless. as soons as i opened the box both the glasses of goggle fell down. I really shocked that largest banking sector of this country is duping their cusotmer by providing such fake product.
              dear bank management can you please explain and please arrange to revert my money as I am not accepting this fake Provogue product.

                Dear sir, myself Nilesh Narayanrao Jadhav BSO hdfc bank wardhman nagar branch Nagpur Employee code 173500 sir i was joined wardhman nagar branch from 14th sep 2016 my interview was taken by Branch Manager Mr sudeep Chavhan & my mentor is PBA mrs Neha Tiwary sir when i was joined i am doing hard work for sales casa & other product & doing all branch work sir i am simple guy therfore BM doing all unusual branch work from me branch manager behaviour is very bad with me he is not sent my offer letter acceptance to mumbai headoffice when i was joined my account has been open very late not updated my salary account till date when i ask about salary he say ask with mentor and mentor say ask with bm when i call hr then i tell my mentor neha tiwari mam you only can sent my acceptance letter and update salary account and attendance mark of me can do updated in the system sir My mentor PBA not know this think also salary account has been update for credit salary not even bm not take this thing seriously when i ask bm is doing pressurised me to give my resignation and another blackmail me for termination he will ask for confession letter two times not any reason i am new candidate and branch cant support me even cso doing his personal form filling from me which forms mention his code when i say no he complaint me any small reasons from bm nobody support me mentor and bm my father was expired 04 oct 2016 therefore i was leave some day after leave bm pressurised me for casa and say give me your resignation or say i will do terminate for so and so reason sir i have family problem& financial problem and require some time me to settle but bm and others behaviour bad with me any reason he ask me about confession letter with resignation sir i am very tense after that sir my small accident is happened 04 nov 2016 my time is going in that day and bm told what have do entire day i give him dsr and ask me for resignation 05th nov for not convert the call into account and not completing target give me confession letter and resignation letter then i will relieved you sir when u not sent my job acceptance letter till date and told me about resignation termination & about confession i am frustrated sir now i worry about my salary also sir my mob no.                   Dear sir,
                  I am account holder of your esteemed hdfc bank keorak branch kaithal.
                  Today i went to keorak branch to deposit some money to my account as well as to my mother's account. My mother also have account in keorak branch.
                  What the shocking thing i found there, the branch manager refuse me to deposit money in my mother bank account and said if my mother come than only he would allow me to deposit money to my mother account.
                  I told him my mother is ill and he replied in a very brutal way.
                  One more thing we r the first customer of this keorak branch who have 6 accounts of ourself in this.

                      Hi,

                      This is in regards to HDFC Regalia Credit Card. Few days back I received a call from your executive Sunny (Mobile Number –[protected] and he also connected me with his supervisor Shreya (Mobile Number – [protected]).

                      Sunny completed all the formalities with me and asked one of your executive – Suraj (Mobile Number [protected]) to collect the documents (PAN Card, Salary Slip, Photograph, Mobile Invoice Copy, Adhaar Card).

                      Suraj collected the documents on 20th of October and mine verification call and physical visit verification too completed.

                      Suraj given me the acknowledge slip with APP No CC29605063 and I received the message from HDFC bank (AD-HDFCBK) with Ref No [protected].

                      Now I am continuously checking for the current status but I am getting the message of no records found.

                      I am trying to reach Shreya but her number is continuously switched off. I am trying to reach Sunny for this but he is not responding and if any chance responds to calls, he has used abusing words with me.

                      I have doubt of misusing of my documents so request you to kindly check on this and take proper action against this.

                      I would request a proper reply else will go for proper legal action since Sunny is not responding to my message where I have asked to return my documents if credit card cannot be made.

                      ** I also tried Suraj number, but he has given me the wrong number.

                      Look forward for a revert on priority.

I have an account for the last 14 years and this is not the way to be treated whereas other banks do not charge any such fee for similar services. I wrote but the bank never replies in writing about this programme management fee. I do not understand why no reason is given for charging such fees and first of all WHY in the first place.

                        I have got the HDFC credit card No:- [protected] dated on 09/01
                        This card issued me as complementary gift . At the time of discussion HDFC representative told me that the this is the complementary gift so you dont need to pay any dispatch & other charges.but in the last 3 days I have got 4-5 messages from hdfc bank for the dispatch bill & min due charges. Due to this reason i am not interested to use the credit card.

                          I have done transaction Rs.100 dated 30/9/2016 for the payment of SSCWR, Mumbai exam by using HDFC card .The actual amt disputed was 100.85 but still the payment status on my SSC exam profile showing that the payment is 'pending'.So, I contacted to my home HDFC branch and as per their instructions called to customer care.Then I done offline transaction by offline challan to SBI bank as the last payment date remained only 1 day.
                          After that I submitted 'cardholder dispute form' as per instructions of customer care.
                          1.5 month is over now, but the Rs.100 not credited to my account.

                              I am a customer of hdfc bank from 2007. i see a deduction of rs. 115 against programmanagement fee jul-sep16 121016. this is surprising!!

                              Neither i authorized anyone nor i am aware of this transaction. the customer should be informed before any transaction is made in the customer's account.

                              Clarify and refund asap. i do not want to be part of any such program.

                              Also without consent of the customer, how can you deduct such amount from his account?

                                Today i went to exchange currency notes at ur bowenpally branch there staff first asked me if i am coming for the first time to exchange or not i replied yes and then they issued me the form to fill when asking why are they asking me so they replied that our branch is going to issue one time 4000 rupees in exchange and that to only obe time in next fifty days on my asking them they showed me the notice on their board that they are doing so as they have got the orders from rbi this was very disappointing on the part of such staff as they are misguiding people

                                  I am an employee of hdfc life pathankot. Sir we had a customer named (Rajesh kumar luthra). He bought an insurance policy from our branch of hdfc life pathankot. So his policy bond was sent blue dart. Awb no.- [protected] and date of dispatch - 30/09/2016. Customer mobile no.- [protected]. Sir your employees communicated with him. They said to customer that sir we shall deliver you your bond but they didn't does the same and they sent policy bond back to origin. Sir now i am facing a great problem to produce it again.
                                  Sir please do something about this. I shall be very thankful to you.

                                    This is deepak from bangalore & my contact number is [protected].
                                    There was a personal commitment in between & could not pay the minimum due also due to unavoidable circumstances. Later i got legal notice to my permanent address & went to your richmond town credit card division office. I met a officer named as mr. Vinod (Mob no: [protected]). At the discussion he took a signature of mine saying that the over all outstanding is freezed & there will be no interest charged henceforth. Now when i am paying regularly from the month of may 2016 as per my convenience, the amount freezed is not getting reduced. I was shocket seeing my statement of every month. I do not get payment confirmation through mail. I just get statement. But my main concern is that when the officer (Mr. Vinod - richmond town branch) took signature on a paper to freeze the amount then why is it not getting reduced every month? I have not gone for settlement, i have decided to clear over all outstanding & requested not to charge any more interest when i had met hdfc officer in the month april/may month.

                                      I have made transaction on flipkart using my hdfc bank credit card but i have cancelled my transaction. I have not received the refund yet. I have made transaction of 4244 using my credit card and i have received only 649 rupees. I still have to receive 3595 rupees. I have contacted hdfc bank multiple times and more than 1500 balance from my mobile has gone. They are saying that there are no transaction from the merchant and they don't have any details regarding that. Also the amount for that transaction which was debited from my account is not reflecting on my statement. My available credit was deducted at the same time but i never received the balance. And when i raised the complain to grivances and nodal officer, they have again debited 2000 rupees and there is no record in the statement that why it has been debited.
