I am the Customer of HDFC credit card services.

HDFC credit card services is cheating pubilc with Unauthorized Credit Card Charges.

In my last month bill cycle and current month bill there was a huge Unauthorized Credit Card Charges applied as i validated the statement there was huge mismatch.

This is not Fare at all.

On 11th Oct, We had gone to this HDFC bank ATM near our house to withdraw some money. On 14th, i found the atm not working at hdfc, kapurbavdi branch. The atm attached with old branch at kapurbavdi is stopped for last 10-15 days. I am having normal saving bank account since 10 years and now they have charged me quarterly around 150/ (from March 2016 and I have lodged the complaint and till date not refunded)- in the name of program management fee which i do not know what it is and charged without my consent and also not sent any notification to us.

Amount 26.82 and 28.07 has got deducted from the current account and salary account respectively with the description nwd dec chg (atm withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc.
There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. this is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide...

Since october 2015 my debit card has been blocked for online transaction. once it got blocked i received a msg saying it will be unblocked in 24hrs which never happened.several times i have droppped mail regarding the same issue but no action have been taken, and online transaction is so very important in present day .. but due to careless behaviour of bank i am not been able to use my debit card.

Amount deducted from account without intimation which is not in use, we have been asking for the statement of the credit card no proper response from HDFC executive even thought we go branch and ask for it.

I have HDFC credit card 489377XXXXXX6577 but i lost this card so i Hotlisted this card from my net banking. For this card i have paid due amount 2765 on 06 October 2016 before due date.
