I purchased policy from HDFC LIFE for which i got 2 mails but didnt got any policy documents. i already complaint many times to customer care but they are not responding positively. there are many things fishy actually. firstly wrong contact no, secondly i got cal that your loan is sanctioned against policy. even policy has not been recieved but loan people got that documents. kindly help me to got my policy or refund my amount....

Very unfair and fraud bank - hdfc bank. I checked my account and found deduction of rs. 115 for the period july to september, 2016 and that is for deduction of program management fee. What type of fees is this... No intimation from bank for such deduction, no news highlight.. It is clear to close the account in hdfc bank. Even i will suggest every body to close account in hdfc bank....

It is really surprising that money got debited without my knowledge and consent. I have never opted for such kind of programme but they started calling me as "preferred"....

I never got my new Debit card after old one expired.

Out of nowhere why was there a charge of ₹1098 to my account [protected]? There has been no notification at all. And whatever it is it needs to be clarified and credit it back in. Even if you charge ₹50 per ₹50, 000 deposit it should only be just ₹50 and not ₹1098. I want my money back in ASAP. Its a loot! a Scam! The so called most renowned HDFC the second biggest Private Bank still takes money like this from all the others...
