My wife was without money on foreign land as we trusted hdfc bank forex card;
Hdfc bank forex card is one of very expensive forex card;
And how much of pain it si if a prepaid forex card does not work overseas...

Shame on poor and unreliable services of hdfc bank; never trust hdfc forex cards and their poor networks..

- we have even tried to change forex pin and retried at atm; but it does not work;

- my spouse sarika ahuja (Holder of forex card) - hdfc cust id 23394547 ;called up ahsaan quereshi; who has not provided any help and behaved very irresponsibly and has not helped on our issue despite calling home multiple times on international call;

Hdfc bank and ehsan quereshi have behave irresponsibly and are causing of all stress and harassment as my wife struggles for forex in europe;

Hdfc forex has made no effort to deliver forex as atm are not running and no offer to help us; and despite knowing our problem - ehsan quereshi... (Bas-tard) is not picking international calls

HDFC FOREX CARD ARE UNRELIABLE – HDFCBANK is inethical- customer care lazy

This is regarding our forex card taken by my spouse Sarika from HDFC bank branch sector 23 Gurgaon from HDFC Bank employee: Ahsaan quereishi loading 900 euros to card; and the same was immediately debited by HDFC Bank.

When my spouse landed in Europe she did not had any euros trusting the HDFC BANK forex card which did not worked despite using the new PIN shared to her in sealed envelope; She tried the same on multiple ATM and it failed every time.And was blocked.

She tried reaching out Ahsaan querieshi through international calling; but that irresponsible guy(I cannot write abuses on this article which I would have otherwise) offered no help;

Sarika being a privileged customer has a dedicated RM named Aleifiya(alefiya.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) in HDFC bank(I emailed her to and called her to inform this and take help; But like other irresponsible executives there was no help.

My spouse was in serious problem with no money on foreign land and that was only because of poor system in HDFC bank. And such a poor reputation of HDFC Bank that no one was accepting HDFC Cards in Netherlands; and FOREX CARD OF HDFC WAS NOT WORKING IN ANY ATM despite resetting password of the same by Internet banking login, it was shameful. And Sarika was in conference which was miles away from Hotel and it was difficult to try is repeatedly with limited ATMs around specially as HDFC forex was not working in any of these ATMs or shops;

I had a feeling like other PSU banks, HDFC bank has become an unprofessional company and employees make no attempt beyond their comfort to help customers; I CALL THIS AS FRAUD FROM HDFCBANK AS THEY SOLD A FOREX AMOUNT IN CARD, AND CARD NEVER WORKED. HDFCBANK EARNS BY CHEATING AND FOOLING CUSTOMERS AND LATER GIVE NO SUPPORT,

Readers, please see how HDFC bank mistreats privileged customers and you can estimate, what it will do to other non-privileged customers; THIS ARTICLE IS JUST TO ENSURE THAT NOT EVERYBODY HAS TO GO THROUH THESE APINFULE XPERIENECS TRUSTING HDFC FOREX CARD….DO NOT EVER ATKE HDFC BANK SERVICES AND HDFC BANK CARDS…HDFC BANK IS POOR WITH CARDS.

I read your mags too late, at this moment I am looking for complete reversal of forex amount card at same rate in which I bought the euro.

Else I will never ever take forex services from Hdfc ever in life and will continue to publish bad reviews against Hdfc all my life. As we faced lot of problem due to Hdfc forex card issue.
Forex cards from Hdfc were never used.
HDFC Bank Branch - Vaishali Sector 3, Ghaziabad is refusing to provide separate line for cash deposit. Rest all other banks having two lines.
One for Cash deposit another for withdrawal & exchange.
I hv received ur card about six months before but I could NT use this card as l lost password or pin issued by u. Plz send password on my registers contact no [protected].

        I want to complaint about one branch manager of hdfc bank (lonavala, maharashtra) due to ban of 1000 & 500 note we all were standing in que he might be indulge in some illegal activity. when i visit the bank one person came to deposit rs.60000 of change rupees (all the note are of 100, 20, 10), after depositing change also the manager declare us that he don't have many to give us... than what does it mean??? for me he might b using that change money to exchange with third party illegally.. and might be receiving commission

        He will show that he received 60000 of banned currancy and then he will use that unbanned currancy of 60000 which he actually received and exchange it to the third party illegally.

          I hold an account i hdfc bank, mumbai central branch,

          Today i was in a queue 9am and along with e their were 50-60 people in a queue but hardly 6-7 people were allowed to enter and that to took hours for one customer's transaction. The reason was given that the server is down, but the employees were busy on calling.in the nearby bank about a 100-150 people were done with their work, but in my branch the same thing is happening daily which is unbearable. No employees nor manager is available to answer our queries. Is this the way we are expecting the change in our country where high worth customers are given more priority and others are fooled by pleasing words. This issues have became a daily dose o our life now from the day new system is announced. Near about straight 5-6 hours are wasted daily i the queue outside the branch and no work is been done. People who came out o the branch after their work done they complaint that there are 4 counters in a branch but 2 are opened where one is for senior citizens and one is for account holders all work are done by a single employee. I am hoping for a beneficial solution for this.

            I maintain account number [protected] at hdfc bank sector 14 gurgaon branch for the past 10 years and today because of the hdfc branch team i had the worst day of my life.
            I visited the bahadurgarh branch today at 8:00pm to deposit my money and because of the mismanagement and arrogant behavior of the branch manager (Rajendra khatri – [protected]) and kamal saini i had a torrid time. They treated us like slaves and because of the mismanagement i don’t have even a single penny in my pocket. I told him that the way you are treating us is not good, his reaction was “go out – we don’t care for our customers”
            I would like to share the same on social media
            I want to discontinue with the bank now, please tell me way forward

              I would like to file fraud case against hdfc bank ltd,

              I opened s/b with hdfc bank and when their executive approached me for opening s/b account, he did not give me any information regarding demat account linked to it. They are deducting depository charges rs 842) oct 2014 and 855 in oct 2015 annually as annual maintenance charges whereas i am never aware of that i have such account. It's typical fraud case where executive did not educate customer with all the details. Stil i have closed trading and demate account, please refund "depository charges" asap.

                My company name is glowba skin and hair clinic for buisiness transaction i installed a card machine from hdfcbank, we used to do many transactions via card swiping. We never used to check physically whether this money really getting credited to my accounts, to my surprise... Yes... It isnot getting credited to my account, shocked by seeing it i called hdfc people they said they will settle my issues, i sent many maled to concerned department but all in vain and even went to somajiguda branch met mt sarit pujari, he also promised but nothing happened it is almost 22 months over my money and interest who will take responsibility. Details are as follws rs 2040 and rs 760 and transaction invoice nos 000485, 000482 and tid no 42049861,. So i reguest yu the public when ever you do transaction by card machine check physically that the amount is getting credited to your account otherwise hdfc people will eat your hard earned money. Please stay away from hdfc bank. I am submitting my all details and documents by add photos option soi request kindly look into matter and do needful

                  Without my permission they transferred my a/c to preferred a/c and also charges fees of rs 230 (April-september). I complaint about it four months earlier also that i don't want preferred a/c and refund my money which they charge but they didn't do so infact they charged fees for above three months also.
                  Refund my money back to my a/c and also disconnect my account from preferred a/c
                  I will close my account from your bank if i don't get my money back within 2-3 days. I am too much disappointed from your service

Every time my mother wanted to block her credit card your bank employees had misled her in kolkata Rajarhat Branch. My mother was force to make police complain as well due the HDFC pathetic service. You bank employees are also harassing mother. Since, she lives alone in kolkata and also a senior citizen and maybe that's the reason your bank is taking undue advantage of my mother.

                    My total OS amount Rs 85, 000

                    Based on this Credit Card I got some JUMBO CASH LOAN on 2014 each & every month I cleared all EMI'S

                    Next 2 months JUMBO CASH LOAN will be closed without any due pending's & late payment charges!!!

                    More than one and half years I'm paying my Bike loan also in your HDFC BANK without any due pending's & late payment charges!!!

                    Due to Personal reasons from Dec 2017 I am not able to pay my credit card OS amount on time

                    Day by day interest amount was RAISING HIGH & HIGH which I can't able to clear the due

                    Requesting you to kindly convert EMI FOR 24 months CREDIT CARD DUE AMOUNT OF RS 85, 000/- easily I can close it….

                    And kindly stop sending COLLECT AGENCY PERSON TO VISITING MY HOUSE !!!

                    Only EMI OPTION only I can close it …

                    I requested to HDFC CALL CENTRE 2 times, Visited your Nelson manickam road, Chooalimedu branch, Chennai & COLLECTION MANAGER WITH COLLECTION BOY

                    They are not ready to provide this facility !!!

                    If you are also not willing to give this benefit, Kindly block my card with immediate effort with current OS amount of Rs 85, 000 ) & send me a legal notice

                    I will close thru COURT ….

                    my customer ID is 42288306, on 10th of April-18, i made ATM transection at Nacharam, hyderabad sum of amount @40, 000 had not been dispensed inspite of debited amount from my savings accounts with referance number 839 after that loged complaint at net banking and phone banking said TAT minimum 7days, tell me one thing are you giving your harderned money from your pocket to take long time or adopted the alternate way looting/cheating the customer money for your apprisales. No where i am getting positve responce with HDFC personal that my money will revarsal on so and so date, shame on your pathatic banking process and rusted soft ware adopted in ATM development, your HDFC bankers asking to take loans and credit cards to face this problem? if you not in a position to support/help the customer i will log complaint at consumer forum with mental igony will take compensation tripul if things not get it done as per TAT

                      Sir my name is ramandeep arora, am from bhadson (disitt-patiala), my branch code is -2391, date of the incident is 18 november 2016, and the time was 2:30, sir i rest in the queue estimatlly 30-40 minutes for cash withdrawl via cheque, but the cashier says no cash available, and then the another person who was rich come into bank after me and withdrawl the cheque directly from the cash counter before me, then i ask from manager and she says i cannot do anything, the cashier name is parul gupta, and her assistent told to rich person sir plz sit down ..you are important for us, we will service you better tan another, it is too bad for our banking system, i just requested you to check the cctv recording and take the suitable action against bank manager and cashier and also the assistent cashier immidetly, ...

                        I have booked two train ticket from chennai to coimbatore through irctc on 11th july for the date of journey 8th oct and i have cancelled that ticket on 5th oct. Irctc told that refunded amount 330 is refunded and even the status of refund is refundend, but in my account the refunded amount is not yet credited.

                          I applied for HDFC Credit Card and got Reference No : [protected]S2. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification.
                          Today got checked in HDFC Link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application Reference Number [protected]S2 Status DISAPPROVED.
                          Kirthi is the Executive called and i given all papers and verification also done positively. I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any reason for Rejection. i Verified as per RBI GUIDELINE CIRCULAR NO - RBI/[protected]/100 BOD.FSD.BC.23/24.01.011/2008-09 DATED[protected]. HDFC Bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman.
                          We want Reason for Rejection as it will hit my CIBIL. My CIBIL was all clear and i got Home Loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court against HDFC.

Please let exact issue. so that i can close my HDFC account. change my salary pay account. if i reach Costumer care no response from them . if call them also... no proper ans from the HDFC costumer. the telling we will tell our person to reach out to you.                               1.They are simply charging for depositing money into our own account which is completely ridiculous, they simply will create their own rules and they will say we understand your world, don't open any account in this bank.
                              2.They are charging 11 rs for every fuel transaction if we use their debit card for fuel purpose which is not reversible to the card, due to the ban of 500, 1000 notes there are no ATM's to with draw the money and if we use their card for fuel purpose they are leveraging this situation and trying to charge more.
                              List never ends here if you use their credit card you will be a scape goat for them.

                                I have salary account in HDFC Bank. I am still using this account for all the transactions. My both the accounts (Salary & Reimbursement) became negative (-1, 521.92 & -8, 391.47 respectively )which is against RBI guidelines/rules. This is not legal . Please provide me with a solution .

                                Moreover, i visited their branch in Greater Noida. Staff was not willing to help or listen to my concern. Please help.

                                  Hello,

                                  I have purchased an under construction property in Noida and availed Loan from ICICI bank.
                                  I transferred my loan from ICICI to HDFC in July 2016 on lower interest rate. HDFC executive told me that interest rates on loan will automatically reduced when RBI announced any reduction in rates.
                                  Now HDFC is not reducing my loan interest whereas they are offering new loans at lower rate.
                                  They have cheated me. Kindly help me and let me know how I can get my issue resolved.

                                    Dear Sir Madam.. I have taken the Personal Loan (Loan Number :[protected] of Rs. 80000 and completed 29 EMI out of 60 EMI. Last 6 months i could not able to pay the monthly EMI Rs. 1903 due to Financial Crisis and Father Death. I have explained the situation to HDFC bank by mails many times and asked the Settlement. But Last 3 days i have received the call from[protected] & [protected] (Mr. Justin) and i have clearly telling about my situation and confirmed i will make the settlement on Jan 2017. But he was not understand and listening my words and used unwanted words and also he was continuous called to my office manager and discussed with him about my transactions . He was threatened me bu telling unrelated words. Kindly consider my request and Situation and stop this type of mis activities. Also i have asked the Official Mail ID from him to send the previous correspondence but he was not at all confirmed his identity . How i believe he was the HDFC Bank Staff.Please take immediate action against him and confirm.

                                      Sir I took a personal loan from HDFC Kakinada, East Godavari, Andhra pradesh with loan account number 22332228.

                                      I cleared all of my instalments.

                                      Today i got a phone call asking me to pay 300 rupees due.

                                      when i asked for which month you are charging, the bank employ did not answer properly and threatened me to refer to CIBIL. I recorded the phone call
                                      She threatened to Spoil my CIBIL scoring.

                                      I wonder is this the way to behave with the customers.

                                      If any dues are there give in writing the details, I will check with the receipts i have. after all everything is Electronic clearence only.
                                      Such are the cheats of HDFC .
                                      arrogant and Irresponsible behaviour by the staff (the Phone call is received at 5:30pm 17/11/2016)
                                      Please update my CIBIL scoring
