I have paid 5000 rs as said by collection agency of hdfc. The agent mr. Manoj shinde collected the money 1 year ago and he said he will give me settlement letter in 2 days.
Still i have not received settlement letter and bill is getting increased day by day.
Attached herewith is receipt of payment.
Also from collection department no one is providing the mail id for registering the compliant.
Please look into this n clear it out asap

    Hi

    My HDFC Auto Loan pending payment on my company name in the year 2016 March. However I had called the collection folks and setted the account. Also got a No object letter from HDFC bank. but the status in CIBIL as of today is “written-off” and Current Balance is also showing. When I paid amount to Hdfc Collection Executives, they promised that they would clear the CIBIL status from “written-off” to “NIL”. still they didn't do.
    What should I do & whom to contact for this issue?

    Hi,

    I had taken a Jumbo loan for 4L in Dec/2014 with an EMI for 2 years. Everything was going fine for 6 months and due to the financial crunch, I could not pay two installments. Every month, I paid one due . They demanded a fine of 560 rupees every month and I was paying that.

    Last month, when there are four dues were pending and a new manager took over. He called and demanded that the installments to be paid off.

    In the next two days, they blocked my HDFC credit card without my knowledge. I faced two embarrassing situations with the blocking of my card. Could have told me atleast..

    Now they are calling me and threatening to block the entire HDFC account. Being a Preferred Customer, had a Relationship Manager and since the Balance was minimum, do not have a person to talk and resolve the issue.

    I see almost daily two agents coming for me early in the morning and in the evenings..

    It started to look like a big harrassment... How can I get over this? Need time to settle and the agents are not understanding the financial issues..

      Hi,

      I am credit card holder of HDFC bank since 2013. But from last 3-4 months failed make payment in time. However, I am making payments towards my card in regular interval. But from last 2 months i failed to make payments in time due to some financial crises. Today 30/11/2016 i am getting so many harassment/vulgar calls from a representative and he asking to pay the whole outstanding amount, I already requested him for a day to make minimum payment due on my card but he refused for one more day.

      Please allow some more days to settle my whole amount. However i am ready to pay the minimum balance every month. I am an old customer of you bank. (Phone number : [protected])

        On Dt 29th Nov 2016 I have visited SF road, Siliguri HDFC bank branch to deposit some amount in to my saving account. After almost 2 1/2 hrs of waiting when my turn came, the cashier/other staffs told me that as my account is a salary account I could not deposit any money into it.

        But I receive sms from Bank that my account already converted into savings account long ago, and bank deducts maintenance charges when account balance reduced to its minimum level.

        Bank staffs send me to one lady to share my issue to her but in vein.

        is this the right way to provide customer service to any customer?
        I have showed all prof of SMS which I got from HDFC bank related to this but it seems bank staffs just done want to understand anything.

          Hi Team,

          On 13th October i have recharged my TATASKY DTH account using my HDFC credit card (Rs 1000/-). But HDFC credit card payment gateway did not submit the payment to tatasky account. However, the bank has debited Rs 1000 from my credit card account.

          Then i have filed a complaint about the transaction with HDFC bank. Complaint reference number - [protected].

          Even after submitting the requested documents they are just playing around without resolving my issue. Every time i get a different responses whenever i tried to contact them. I have contacted more than 6 times and its been more than 45 days, still my issue is not resolved.

          Please help..!!

            Hello sir,

            My name is Kuhan Walia, holding an account of HDFC with account no. [protected]. I also hold a credit card from HDFC which is payback card with card no. [protected]. As per the billing statement of this month i have to pay 42, 202 Rs. till the date 9th dec. 2016. I apologize for all the inconvenience that has been caused every time i could not pay my bill on time.

            I am not having job right now that is the reason i could not pay bills on time. If you go through my billing statements you will find that i have not spent even a single penny on this credit card after the month of July. The bill is all about end no. of taxes, intrestes and late payment fee. I pay every month to lessen the amount, but instead of decreasing i see the amount is increasing. And all that just because of the taxes and all, like i told you earlier, i have not spent any thing on this card after the month of July.
            My credit card limit is 50, 000 rs., and i have payed almost more than 1 Lakh rs. to the bank till now just because of these taxes and late payment fees.

            I am really in trouble now and not in the condition to bear all that amount since i have already payed a lot to the bank and left with nothing since i don't have the job. I feel helpless. Really don't know how to pay that much. I know if i will pay the min. amount this month bank will again charge me late payment fee, taxes, interests and all, and the amount will increase again.
            I have tried a lot to finish this amount but now i don't have any more money to pay as i said i am out of job now.

            Finally after trying everything i am reaching out to the bank to help me out. I request you to please spare me the amount of money i have to pay to the bank out of mutual understanding as a settlement. I am really not in the condition to pay any more. I would be highly obliged to the bank for this act of kindness.
            Please help me out.

              the manger was misbehaving with my cousin as she went to deposit the old 1000 notes in the bank
              he refused to take the notes if she visits again the bank next day and started shouting at her infrant of all. this is not the first time he is doing this he insulted her infront of all. as if we are begging for money infront of him. we are poor we should accept the old notes if the owner gives ous as payment
              if we din accept then the payment will be delayed and we will not get our daily need for food
              please i beg infront of you to take some action on him
              or else we with all my cousin and freinds drop your HDFC account

                I am a recent victim of the cybercrime. I did a transaction of 45k and Nigeria and lost all of it.
                For which I needed support from my HDFC personal banker Abhishek and branch manager Srikant from Bund Garden Road Branch, whom I engaged on the very same day, but both were too busy that they couldn’t help and I lost all my money.
                I been an HDFC customer from 10 years and I always keep getting this calls and emails that says I am a Privileged customer and to contact the Personal banker directly. By when the time came no one was there to help. The bank representatives weren't event bothered to reply to my emails.

                  I am having a personal loan with HDFC Loan Account number: 42690256 with an option ECS (Kotak Bank). This is just a month old loan. Due to my personal reason I closed my Kotak bank account. I went to HDFC bank Indira Nagar CMH road branch today and formally informed that I closed my account with Kotak and I requested for ECS change to a different bank.

                  HDFC executive told me that they cant change that before 6 months. I told them I will pay in person for the next 5 months.

                  Now I have been told that I will be charged for each ECS bounce (every month).
                  I couldn't understand that I am clearly informing HDFC that my bank account is not available for ECS well in advance. But still HDFC will go and hit Kotak account every month and will charge me for that.

                  I am requesting your action on this, I am ready to pay my EMI inn person every month and I will not pay any penalty for my ECS return.

                  Finally I am thinking to go for myself into defaulter list by not paying the loan.

                    I am operating a current account with HDFC bank since November 2015. Also i am using a HDFC Credit card (which is in the blocked status since June 2016 and I am being updated about the blocked status of this card only today, whereas the payments are collected from my end in June and in Sep 2016) which was taken much earlier to opening of this current account. Untill last week, I have received calls for making payments of minimum amount due on this card and which i was suppose to make on 30 November 2016 with the credit card team.

                    But suddenly the credit card team has marked a lien on my current account for an amount of RS. 96, 500 approx. I think blocking my current account is illegal and has scuttled my business activity. I am unable to honor cheque payment against the cheque already issued by me against my current account and also to pay salaries to my employees. I am shocked to note when these guys kept calling me for payments untill last week, none of them told me about the card being blocked and today i am being told by Deepali from collections team that even when you will make the full payment against this card, your card will not get activated as the same is in the permanent blocked statge.

                    While opening the current account, i am being asked for different set of documents as the legal entity holding the current account with hdfc is different and its not in my name whereas the credit card is in my name only.

                    I refer a earlier supreme court judgement in the case Purewal & Associates Vs Punjab National Bank on 9, March 1992 the bench has clearly stated " the respondent bank may not deny banking facilities for operation of a current account to enable them to keep their business going" it also states " so as to enable the appellant to carry on its normal day to day business transactions, to enable payment of salaries, taxes, raw materials etc which are the usual business requirements of a manufacturing unit.

                    1). I request someone from HDFC bank to look into this issue as Deepali from collections team also read out the HDFC bank's terms and conditions for marking lien for me and even those does not mention about charging lien on customers current account specifically. I do understand that you might charge lien on current account as well untill and unless the lien is charged customers current account where the name of the current account and the name of the credit card is same i.e. in the case of 2 separate legal entities you can not initiate a charge of lien on current account where the name of account holder is different.

                    2) I have not been notified about the lien process earlier by bank in any manner i.e. sms, email or physical correspondence. I do understand this for saving account but not against current account as it is in different legal entity name.

                    3) I also learned from Deepali that the amount is kept on hold in the current account and not used for "set off" against the credit card overdues. So untill and unless i make full payment the amount will be kept on hold and will not get set off against my credit card. So the bank will still keep charging interest on overdues of my card and will keep charging lien on my current account, how can this be justified for the amount which is kept on hold by you and which is not getting used by either urself as setoff against the card or even being used by me. While you will continue to charge interest on the outstanding amount, what happens on my interest for the amount being held by you.

                    Please help me resolve this issue

                      This is to inform you that at hdfc bank rajouri garden branch the clerk and one female teller has misbehaved very badly to me ..just to let you know they were blaming on me that I was forcly entered in the branch however I was the first person for deposits ..and the girl at the teller she was very rude to me ..I have two accounts in hdfc bank .I will make sure that I will close both the accounts ...

                        Credit card hidden Charges

                        As am the Credit card holder of HDFC, as i got card on March 2016, till August it was good, all the charges i used to pay correctly and also they were not charging any extra, but september they have been charging unnecessarily, telling those taxes service taxes, overlimit taxes minus balance taxes, even my account would have went minus balance why they allowed to swipe the card, they could have stopped the payment, , , every month my bill...

                        I have been closed two no. PL recently A/C no. 35590183 & 33705078. I have taken these Loan through the third party(Ms. Muskan, Iqwal and Harshit pandey). at the time of taking loan these third party says to me that if you closed the loan after 12 months there is no any penalty with you.
                        but at this time when I closed the loan HDFC bank posed the penalty Rs.50.000(approx) on me. regarding this matter i talked to third party, they says to me Ist you deposit the loan along with penalty after that HDFC bank return you penalty money with settlement.
                        But after a long time no refund will be given by HDFC bank to me. if this blunder with me then no one belive on third party and HDFC bank.
                        so please take the necessary action like that no body can not misguide the costumers. I am waiting for your positive response.

                          Hi Sir,

                          I have been paying my credit card bills on monthly basis but my outstanding amount doesn’t seems to be reducing.

                          Eg : 21000 was my outstanding amount, i keep paying amount every month but the outstanding amount goes increasing i.e. today my current outstanding amount is 23000.

                          Just wanted to understand from HDFC what happens to the money I pay every month? Why my outstanding balance goes on increasing?

                          I understand there was some delay in paying amounts everything but why the paid amount is not deducted from the total balance. I feel I'm getting cheated by the Bank people.

                          Please help with the compliant, I have already raised my concern with HDFC people through call and email but there was no proper response.

                            I have redeemed an ipod 16gb touch for 47025 points on 27th october 2016, did not receive any information from the bank so raised a compliant on 12th november 2016 that i did not receive the ipod. The executive to whom i spoke said that the product was delivered to abdul gaffor, then i informed her i do not know anyone by that name. I requested her for the courier tracking number and found out that it was delivered in perintalmanna a small town in kerala, to my surprise once again i asked her to check my address updated in their records, she replied it is hyderabad only.
                            But now after so much follow up i am getting a very negative responses from the executives, first thing is they do not know what to do, so every time i call they say 15 more working days to resolve and if i ask them what is the solution they say we cannot say anything till 15 working days are over.
                            Is this the way they answer,

                            Request the responsible and authorized personal to respond on this and give a solution.

                            If you are unable to solve it please credit my points back.

                              Hi,

                              To start with, it was the biggest mistake of my life to take personal loan from HDFC Bangalore. HDFC financed loan amount of Rs 55, 000 on 23/04/2014 (Loan Account No:[protected]. Due to signature mismatch, ECS mandate was rejected and due to my household issues I could not follow to resolve the matter till 15th May 2015 and by then I had already been levied with cheque bounce charges. But I did clear the payments through "Bill Desk" and bill desk never allows the customer to make payments on the due date. Hence the late fee charges which you have levied is illegal.

                              On 15th May 2015, I went to Citi bank and got my Signature verified. Also, submitted a copy of verified signature with the HDFC bank, Sahakarnagar Branch, Bangalore. The ECS mandate was approved and the loan amount of Rs 1266 towards Personal Loan Account Number : 27867221 went through. For your reference, find the Cheque Serial number which was cleared provided below

                              Cheque Serial No: E27867221/13-2 Dt:04/06/2015 Amount: 1266 (NOTE: You can verify the same in the Loan Account Statement (Section: List of PDCs Cleared) which is attached to the mail)

                              As per mail trail, when I complained for the first time, an amount worth Rs5690 was waived off but that's not reflected anywhere in the loan account statement. I am not satisfied with the level of solution provided.

                              My concern is, why HDFC is charging me even after the ECS mandate has gone through since 04/06/2015 and also late payment charges. All these charges are not legitimate. Requesting to look into it on priority and provide a satisfactory solution to proceed further. I would appreciate a speedy response.
                              Now they have put me a fine of Rs 10000 where as my loan amount is 55000, where i have not done any mistake . It is really unacceptable.

                              In spite of sending mails, there is no response from HDFC. There is no proper number also where we can get in touch with them. Never expected such pathetic disappointing customer service from such a reputed bank like HDFC. There is no one to help me from the bank making my life more miserable.

                                I am dharani ellanti mohan and have savings a/c in hdfc bank, but i don't have hdfc credit card.

                                I am receiving hdfc credit card statement to my mail id dharani. [protected]@gmail.com for which i am not the owner of the credit card, please take necessary action if the credit card email id mismatched or the owner of the credit card used my personal data without my knowledge. Please acknowledge and let me know where it went wrong. Also i dont have any hdfc credit card.

                                  My daughter, a medico earning about rs.15 lakhs per annum, wanted to open a
                                  Sb a/c with hdfc bank, teen hath naka branch, thane west. I sent a request
                                  For this purpose to hdfc bank through their website on 21.11.2016.
                                  Their automated reply came promptly telling me that somebody would get in
                                  Touch with me within one working day and if not i am to contact them again on their
                                  Customer care no. Or through email etc. Etc.
                                  As they had washed away their responsibility they did not contact me.
                                  So i went to the branch on 23.11.2016 and some lady took down my contact details.
                                  They too have not contacted me as yet. If this is their attitude even before opening
                                  An account, what would be their attitude once i open the a/c!!!

                                    HDFC bank has decided solely to promote me to the status of 'Preferred Customer' and counter intuitively, charge me INR 400 + tax for it annually. This is bizarre to say the least.

                                    The bank has never sought my consent towards to the same. This high handedness - especially towards those who are considered the best customers - reflects poorly upon the bank and its services.

                                    Please revert the charges deducted towards the same. I'd gladly remain a non-preferred customer.
