I had 9000+ amount due to pay on credit card. The hdfc collections team blocked my hdfc account and debited 33308 rupees from my account which was total credit limit on the card and blocked the amount making it to negative 33308 rupees. I paid 33308 rupees that is more than my current salary and waited for account to get released and thought my credit card had no due on me. After paying 33308 rupees the credit cards department still asking me to pay 9000+ amount to the credit card which I cannot arrange as my salary 23600+ lended amount making 33308 rupees already deposited to the account. And another bill date is on 20th this month fearing me of additional interest getting levied on me... I have contacted hdfc customer care transferred to credit card deptt. They said I will get a call from collections which never came... It's injustice... Plz help me.

        Double ecs by hdfc for my personal loan

        I have availed rs.2, 00, 000/- personal loan from hdfc on 9.8.2017.
        Emi of rs.5365.00 was being debited from my axis bank with ecs.
        Loan a/ct number was 49856409.
        After that i have taken top up for the personal loan. New total personal loan amount is rs. 450, 000.00 only.
        New loan account number is 61213185. New emi is rs.12, 072.00.
        Accordingly my first emi of rs. 12, 072.00 is deducted on 6.11.2018 from hdfc savings account which hdfc bank has asked me to open.
        But simultaneously hdfc has sent an ecs of rs.12005.90 to my axis bank on 6.11.2018 regarding my personal loan emi. So my axis account also got debited by rs.12005.90 on 6.11.2018. But hdfc has credited it back to my axis account on the same the day. But because of this transaction axis bank has fined me consolidated charge of rs.250 + gst rs.45 for violation of ecs. (Statement of axis bank is attached.) it is not my fault at all. Hdfc staff has not told me from which account emi will be debited. So i did not axis bank to stop ecs. So i request you to repay me this rs.295.0 penalty amount. Also i request you to stop the sending ecs to my axis account. Simultaneously i have asked axis to stop hdfc bank ecs.

              Cancellation of one assist membership
              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1674 without my concern on date:28/11/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                I have closed my credit card and want the credit card closure letter from the bank and the customer service is not responding to me not is it being redirected the proper officials. The credit card details are being reflected on my cibil score and on the cibil report and i am recently applying for a loan and this statement of closure is very important and i'd like to get this as soon as possible.

                It has been more than 2 weeks now and I haven't received any call backs or any mails regarding the same . Is this the way you people respond to customers ? All the lines are always busy and none of them connect. I have told my prior importance of this documents as it's the only documents delaying my loan procedure and even after raising multiple requests I've got no response . Truly horrible customer feedback !

                      I manish v upadhyay, have credit card of hdfc no. [protected]. Of which આ payment was due on 6th december. I was out of the town and i tried ample time to pay the bill on 4th 5th and 6th december but was unable to do so. Then i got to know by sms that my new credit card is on the way to be delivered at my address but as i was not present in town is was returned. Which i got to know by email on 6th december. As the hdfc app was also upgraded in the mean time and there is no reason to believe that i chose to pay late.                         On 10th dec 2018 there was a debit of rs 177 from my savings account [protected] with cust id 24396461, this was a cash cheque issued to my wife for cash withdrawl and she has withdrawn the same from her branch. Please check and arrange to reverse these charges and revert. Please don't tell me these are charges for cash withdrawl from other branch and not home branch.in that case you are defeating the purpose of anywhere banking.

                            My unit statement was sent to my email id without password protection.
                            How can you breach/violate security, hdfc life is putting customer data on risk.
                            I already wrote to [protected]@hdfclife.com, my query was not resolved.

                            Hdfc life keep asking me apologies but not addressing for the damage already caused to me.

                            Here is the email from hdfc life.

                              Hi,
                              This is regarding the insurance issue which i had recently. I have not opted in for any insurance ever since i started the bank account from hdfc (It's been a year since i created this account). All of a sudden i received message from "aditya birla health insurance" saying that for renewal of policy they have debited 2600 from my account. I would like to how come an insurance policy got automatically created without the knowledge of customer.
                              I would like to have my amount back in my my hdfc account. Kindly consider this issue seriously.

                                Applied for hdfc fastag on 28th nov'18. Reference # - hfr091024. Got a mail which said that we will get the fastag within 7 working days. Every time we call the toll free number, we are told to keep sending mail asking for update. Have sent rc and aadhar copy as well again. It is told that the representative well call back within 48 hours. There had been no update so far.

                                  With you reference that, your side charge to me used over limit charges. But i don't know card is limit crossing swipe time. Any limit crossing message is not to me my card time, card swipe perfectly but don't any message card swipe time. After this day your office is charges to me over limit crossing. So i request to you to please reverse my over limit charges. I will promise second time don't any mistakes.

                                  Dear Customer,

                                  We observe from our records that, your card usage has exceeded the credit limit assigned to your credit card account and hence over limit fee was levied to your card. To explain it further, when the outstanding on your card account exceeds your assigned credit limit, an over-limit fee of 2.5% of the amount exceeded the limit subject to a minimum of Rs.500.00 plus GST would get levied. We request you to effect payment of the over the limit amount ( if not done earlier ) to regularise and make your card account available for further usage and also suggest you to henceforth make use of your card within the assigned credit limit to avoid being a levy of charges.                                     wrong charge to hdfc credit card - offus emi + payment of minimum due attracts interest!

                                    1. My credit card is showing a charge: offus emi, prin nb:04, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980819001793847) for 5, 399.27. There is another charge for 177.38.

                                    Other charges as follows:
                                    19/05/2018 offus emi, prin nb:01, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980519001696673) 5, 227.53
                                    19/05/2018 offus emi, int nbr:01, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980519001696681) 349.12

                                    I was mistakenly charged 800/- at "kalpana bhargava educational and health" greater noida, delhi ncr. And the merchant has cancelled the transaction from his machine generating a receipt stating void sale dated 28/11/2018. As promised by the merchant the refund would be reflected in my account in 4 to 5 working day which has not happened yet.

                                      Today morning without my consent some amount of 1249.62 has been deducted from my credit card which is an unauthorized / fradulant transaction. Hence i have contacted credit card department and they have blocked my card also they informed me to drop an email for that transaction as a complaint. Could you please help me in getting the amount reversed.

                                      better refund my money RS. 1899/- which has been deducted from my card on 07, Dec, 2018 immediately and cancel this subscription or plan from my card. I don’t need it, this is completely fraudulent transaction
