I am very disappointed for your service as a banker.I applied for credit card on 27/11/2018 and my application ref no 18K[protected] DD .But after 15 days of my application still it shows your application IN PROCESS.I can not understand whether it approved or not?

    From evening i am trying to book a payment using my hdfc credit card, where its going to otp page and i have tried several times to get otp sms... It was not generating.. I have switched off my phone... And checked sending sms to phone... Everything looks fine... I need a solution, as now it's showing that it's the last attempt.. I fear it might block my credit card due to this service fault of hdfc. Please fix this issue asap

      Dear sir/mam

      I, somnath bhosale, am a credit card holder with your bank since the year 2005. I have used the card and was regularly paying back the bank for quiet some time as the records would show. But recently last 4 month i was hospitalized. So i am unable to pay the bill. My financial condition has been very bad. From last month i was withdraw my advance pf. That will same credit in my hdfc bank account
      But hdfc bank has block my account regarding from credit card payment. I have pay the bill more then my credit limit. My credit limit is 50k. And i have pay tho the bank 77k. But still card is not activated. So i humble request to please activate my card. I'll do the payment regularly.

      why should i discuss with your Management officer about settlement?? as i paid bill 55000 thousand this month. more then my credit limit November 2018 i did also paid 7500/- to your bank. and still current outstanding is 12000/-
      is it okay i am ready to pay. total bill i have to pay your bank 77000 thousand. it means 30000 thousand rupee interest i am going pay your bank. i agreed it's my fault i did not pay to the amount time to time. now see the card detail. why are you not activated my card. still that card will be not working. atleast active my card.

        I am using HDFC fastag since Sept 2018(previously i used ICICI in my old car). My dealer said they provide only HDFC. I tried reaching them but the call center wont work most of the time and even if they picks the call they ask to email. I have crossed 2 toll plazas on 13th Nov same day and returned on same day. However they deducted 2 single travel fees instead of 2 way charges(2 way charges in less), this happened in both tolls. I have raised this concern and no response till date. ICICI was soo good compared to HDFC, they did refund while closing my old account.

          My credit card payment was on 7 and i made payment on that only through internet banking yet they charged 750 as late payment charges because 8 and 9 were holidays and amount takes 3 working days to credit now that is surely not my problem as payment was made on 7. Now that late payment charges had to be credited back to my account at the earliest.

              I had invested in a syndicate bank corporate fd in 2013 (O6-dec 2013) for five years or 1826 days. It had subsequently matured on 06-dec this year. However, it is almost a week since and the money has not yet been credited in my savings bank account that was configured with the hdfc securities account.

              I called up the hdfc customer service number and spoke to one punita. She told me that she will call back in some time. However, there was no call from their side. When i called back, i was told (By another person, as a result of hunting by the epabx) that they will be contacting me after two working days.

              This has left a sour after taste in me especially when i have been a loyal customer with hdfc bank since the last 15 years and hdfc securities since three years.

                  On date of 7/12/2018, time 7.30 pm, ahmedabad atm, i meghna account no:[protected], went to withdraw 7500rs from adc bank atm at thaltej branch after entering all detail and my password i did not got my money, then i again withdraw 7000rs as i have urjent requirment of cash again cash is not received but money debited from my account both the time total money debited is 14500rs, then next day i registered complaint for both the transaction i went to hdfc branch they told me my money will get refunded in 7 days, i also went to adc bank they told hdfc bank will refund but now it's 4 days till i am waiting, i have already locked complaint to hdfc but waiting for refund please

                  I have withdrawn 15000/- from HDFC ATM with an HDFC card. I didn't get the money, but my account was debited. It's been a week. The brach people told me to wait for a week and I did. I have also written an email to HDFC. No response yet. The customer service support is worst, no proper response.
                  I don't even know if my money gets back to me.

                    Hi, i m irfaan khan - i had a salary account when i was used to do job, which was opened by company in jaipur (Ajmer road branch) after resigning from that job. I leave mine hdfc bank using for salary purposes, after some month when i checked out my account it showed me -4200 rupees, hdfc didn't call or msg me and without informing me they changed my salary account into saving account and then they continuously send msg for charging non mentainance account and increasing mine account in negative amount

                    I also call customer care and also visited brance but they misbehaved me

                    I request you to resolve my problem, now i just wanna to close that account

                    I had applied for regalia first card . After almost 1 month I received my card and to.my utter disappointment it was moneyback card. How do I replace the same.                     I have no option in payzapp to update my kyc even though I e-mail to customer care they are not responding kindly solve the problem.

                      My name is Arinjit Chandradhwaryyu I'm from kajora gram west bengal near Asansol.
                      I got a call from a number on 8/9/2018 saying I'm calling from hdfc kolkata branch your resume has been selected for walk-in for the post of financial advisor with the salary scale of 16400/- tomorrow is your interview in burdwan opposite wbbse she says you have pay 510/- for enrollment if you get rejected then we will refund your enrollment amount i said ok then she send me a massage with the details which I pasted below.

                      (Enroll no-Xc441/247, , document-(1copy bio-data, 4copy photo, mp/hs last qualification all document xerox, pan card/votar card/adhaar card), Enrollment fees 510/-, Interview date- 09/09/18, 10/09/18 time-10.30 to 2pm, Venue-Burdwan(unit-I building)1 minits walking from BDN JUNCTION)

                      I went to interview after reaching that place a female named priya says we are hiring people from around westbengal we have vacancies in your nearest residential place I asked about is there any vacancy in raniganj ?? she says yes then asked me about enrollment fee 510/- i gave her then I walked in another room where another girl was sitting she told me fillup some forms and gave me a question paper after solving that, after I think more than 2 hours of waiting they finally called me for interview there were two females sitting beside each other one of them took my interview asked few questions then said you are selected for financial advisor and signed this documents I signed without reading any of them it was my mistake huge mistake (never ever do that) and told to submit Scan copies of residential certificate, aadhar, salary account, electricity Bill and pan card within 72 hours on a whatsapp number i did that after that I got no response for more than weeks after that I got a call from another number she says your offer letter will be sent soon and you Will collect it form local branch (this message)

                      (Congratulation! We are Pleased to inform that you are completed your verification round with successfully. We will send your call letter very soon.You are select of our company's financial sector as financial advisor...For enquiry contact this no ).

                      i was so excited next day I got another massage from that number asking to deposit 4760/-

                      (We are inform to you that you are selected of our company and company will release your call letter.So, kindly you will pay 4698 INR for training processing fees within 27th September 2018 and collect your call letter from company.For details contact this no-[protected]).

                      asked her why I need to pay this money ?? she says you are new in banking sector so it's mandatory to pay trust me im srutilekha chatterjee Head hr and i paid i wish I didn't 😔 then she told me to send screenshot of that transaction that whatsapp number i did that to.

                      Then 29/09/2018 i got another call from her asking 2950/- for salary gst which they will pay me during training period.
                      I paid that too with the total amount of rupees 8220/- include enrollment fee i thought my posting will be in hdfc raniganj branch
                      Next day got a call from another number she says your posting has done in kolkata SGF more salt lake sector 5 i was shattered hearing that my heart filled with pain and I was shivering thinking I lost my money i was literally crying she says why are you crying ?? I said why did you do that why ?? She says there is few more things you need to write down before getting appointment letter then says you have to provide a residential certificate, voter id, pan id, aadhar id and electricity bill submit all these documents within 72 hours of that person in who's house you will stay here nearby as a local proof on behalf of your absence he will receive your letter and essential documents I said I don't know anyone in kolkata in that area and how will anyone provide me all his personal details just saying I will stay here as a resident and my company needs it ??
                      She says you keep trying ofcourse you will find someone i was crying and saying how ? My father i can't left my father alone his health is not good just because of him i was trying to get a job as near as possible so I'll able to look after him.

                      I called that hr number told her that I want my posting in raniganj she says ok let me see.
                      That drama goes week to month one day she says it's not going to happen arinjit i said then refund my money she says we don't have refund policy i told her I have call records of her and and masseges im going file a police complain against you she says we have your signed documents we can do this too i said I don't care do whatever you want.
                      She told me write an application and Send it to that whatsapp number i did it few days later she told me that your application has been rejected due misbehaving with account department i had small chat with that whatsapp number, I was surprised by what company will hire someone illiterate guy like him that's what she says.

                      (Right now they're threatening me that if you file police complain against us we will Sue you a notice amount of 10 lakh due to company harassment because we have your signed documents.)

                      Is it possible please someone help me out ??

                        I paid outstanding credit card payment through net banking but the remaining amount is not shown in the credit card statement. Only deduction is shown in my bank statement. My outstanding balance was 52000 and i paid 14000, but still i have to pay 52000. I went to the bank and talked to the employee but couldn't give me any solution. They have no knowledge regarding this. My card was blocked earlier but i called customer care number and unblocked it.

                              सन 2016 में एक Fccp प्रोग्राम को क्वालीफायर कर 11 अप्रैल 2016 को सेल्स डेवेलपमेंट मैनेजर पर सालाना 180000 पैकेज पर जॉइन किया
                              उसके 1 साल बाद 01 APRIL 2017 को मैंने जबरदस्त मेहनत करके और निष्ठा और लगन के साथ में मैंने प्रमोशन लिया बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट मैनेजर जिसमें मेरा 225000 का पैकेज का सालाना था
                              और सन 1 APRIL 2018 में मेरे सैलरी में इंक्रीमेंट लगा उस समय मेरी सेलेरी 249763 हो गई
                              और अगस्त 2018 में मेरी पारिवारिक परिस्थिति अनुकूल नहीं होने के कारण मैंने इसी एचडीएफसी लाइफ से 13अगस्त2018 को कंपनी के सिस्टम से रिजनिंग दिया
                              और 17अगस्त2018 को मेरे रिपोर्टिंग मैनेजर अरुण शर्मा ने मेरा रिजनिंग स्वीकार कर ली
                              और HR निशा सिन्हा मेरा रिजाइन एक्सेप्ट नहीं कर रही थी वह बोल रहे थे कि आप को 30 दिन नोटिस पीरियड सर्व करना पड़ेगा तब मैंने बोला मैं जब आप आफ ऑफर लेटर जनरेट करते हो उस समय तो उसमें लिखा होता है कि आप अगर नोटिस पीरियड से पहला जाते हो तब आपको बेसिक सैलरी में कुछ अमाउंट देना पैक करना पड़ेगा तो मैंने उसके लिए अग्रि था फिर भी Hr निशा सिन्हा ने संतोष पुर्वक जवाब नही दिया तब इस कारण मुझे कुछ उच्च अधिकारियों पर मेल करना पड़ी
                              और मैंने मेल में स्पष्ट रूप से लिख दिया था कि मैं आज लास्ट वर्किंग डे 19अगस्त2018 है और उससे पहले मुझे रिलीविंग दे तो तब 20अगस्त2018 को HR निशा सिन्हा ने रिजाइन एक्सेप्ट कर ली
                              और जब मैं 21अगस्त2018 को मेरे ऑफिस गया कन्फर्मेशन के लिए रिजाइन एक्सेप्ट हो गया है या नहीं तब मेरी रिपोर्टिंग मैनेजर अरुण शर्मा ने बोल दिया कि कि आपका रिजनिंग एक्सेप्ट हो गए अभी आप इस कंपनी से फ्री हो गए हो तो उन्होंने रजिस्ट्री से मेरा नाम भी काट लिया है और एप्पलीकेशन डिलेक्ट करने को बोला तो मैने उन्हों के सामने HDFC LIFE की सारी एप्पलीकेशन एंड मेल डिलेक्ट कर ली ओर वहाँ से शला आया और मैंने दूसरी कंपनी ज्वाइन कर ली
                              11सितम्बर2018 को मैं रिलीविंग लेटर का पता करने के लिए एचडीएफसी लाइफ गया तो मुझे मेरे वहां पर मुझे मेरे अब्सकॉन्डिंग लेटर और टर्मिनेशन लेटर एक साथ दे दिया
                              और मैं भयभीत हो गया था मैंने सोचा कि ऐसा मेरे कैसे हो सकता है मैंने कंपनी के साथ में कुछ फ्रॉड भी नहीं किया और कंपनी ने मुझे कुछ सूचित भी नहीं किया तो मेरे साथ में गलत कैसे किया तो मैंने सीधा ही Reporting manager अरुण शर्मा को पहले फोन किया फिर circle head भुवनेश दवे फिर HR निशा सिन्हा ने फोन किया तो उसने मुझे कोई संतोष पूर्ण जवाब नहीं दिया
                              मैन कंपनी के ग्राहक देखभाल से फोन किआ मुजे कोई संतोषपुर कोई जवाब नही मिला
                              तब हमने कंपनी के एचआर टीम को मेल किया यह जानने के लिए कि हमारा टर्मिनेशन किस बात पर हुआ
                              तो उन्होंने बताया आप अब्सकॉन्डिंग थे इसलिए आपका टर्मिनेशन हो चुका है आप21सितम्बर2018 से 11सितम्बर2018 तक आपका एचडीएफसी लाइफ में अनुपस्थित थे
                              मैंने वही ईमेल फॉरवर्ड करके उनको बताया जब मैं 21अगस्त2018 को आपके ऑफिस आया था तब आपने मेरा नाम रजिस्ट्री से क्यों काटा और आपने ऐसा क्यों बोला कि मैं आपके यहां से रिलीविंग हो चुके हैं और आप ने क्यों बोले की आप आज से HDFC LIFEसे फ्री गहे हो और आप को आज से HDFC LIFE आने की कोही जरूरत नही है
                              और इसके बीच में मुझे कई मानसिक स्थिति से गुजरना पड़ा और मेरे पैसे भी फिजूल खर्च हुए कंपनी के मेरे फुल एंड फाइनल है और पीएफ का अमाउंट मुझे नहीं मिला
                              मुझे कंपनी से कोई शिकायत नहीं है कंपनी मेरा टर्मिनेशन हटा ले और मेरा फुल एण्ड फाइनलor pf दे दे बस यही मेरी रिक्वेस्ट है कंपनी के प्रति

                                I have recently received new hdfc bank credit card as old card expired. I am facing 2 issues
                                1) login issue in internet banking
                                2) pay wave card security issue

                                I want to change my card to compulsory pin credit card. I havnt opted for this card & hdfc team has issued it as renewal. I tried contacting customer team but they were very ineffective.

                                  I had applied for an hdfc credit card and i was eligible in all the criteria and they had done both work and residence verification. They said that everything is proper and card will be approved soon. But without any reason they have declined the card.

                                    Hello sir,

                                    I am ex-employee of hdfc (Branch sales officer - 89462) struggling since last 6 months to get my pf money.

                                    100s of mails and escalations but no body cares.
                                    Their first escalation manager never ever replied to any of the mails and 2nd escalation email bounce back.

                                    Raised the issue on twitter marked with labour ministry and still no one cares for those.

                                    There a long mail chain following them and hardly any reply.
                                    It tough time at my end, due to health issues and these kind of mental challenges, i am not even able to look for jobs.

                                    The great HDFC people did not give a single update on the issue yet irrespective of 10s of reminders.
                                    I have hdfc credit card, which i get in june 2018, i not using it neither activate it till date. But they given me a bill of 2000 rupeesb and say please deposit this amount immediately .What i can do ?.
                                    I have an HDFC Fastag registered on vehicle TN14A5940. I am unable to access the retail account portal and only shows no records. No customer care or anything. The least to expect from HDFC.
                                    I regret chosing HDFC bank. This banks app is down since 2 days and these people are not even rectifying it. Moreover they don't even have an option to talk to customer care executive on their helpline number.
