I have applied for hdfc credit card through online on 07/12/18 and till now i haven't received any official communication from hdfc regarding the credit card approval. When i am checking the status it is showing me under review since the past six days. My mobile number is [protected] and my application reference number is dcc[protected]. I hope hdfc looks into this issue and contacts me to solve this issue.

    I made 3 calls to the phone banking no. [protected] today i.e 13th dec. 2018. The 1st call was made at 8:13PM and was waiting for about 12mins before someone recieved it. He spoke and welcome (it was a male voice) but when i asked for his name he didnt speak. I could here the background sound but he was not willing to speak. So I disconnected the call and called back on the same no. At 8:26pm. After waiting for about 6 to 7 mins someone again recieved the call. Thi time i started with my query and he was not able to resolve it. So i asked him to transfer to supervisor or someone else. He was not willing to do that. After some time he put the call on hold saying he us transferring the call and recieved it himself. On asking his name he said its Rohit Dodkar which I didnt believe looking at his overall approach.
    So i called again this time at 8:42pm and waited for about 13 mins. Again i could here the same voice. On asking the name he didnt speak. I could clearly hear the background voice. This time I didnt disconnect but the executive disconnected the call immidiately.
    Once hdfc had very good customer service but now its disheartening to get such service. Really sad.

      This is regarding the transaction performed in sbi atm on 9th june 2018.

      I have performed total 2 transaction in sbi on that day.

      Sbi bank in karvenagar branch atm for rs. 2000 both got failed, i have received refund for 1 transaction, but for the second still i have not received.

      As per the response received from the sbi the 2nd transaction was successful, and which is not the case, so i have requested to get the cc tv footage and complaint was raised.
      Complaint (Reference id 7483416, 1590579) for cc tv footage was raised 11/07/2018 but i have not received any updated on it.
      So i have raised the grievance hbl=[protected] and hbl=[protected] i am not getting proper response on this.
      I have visited the hdfc branch in karve nagar and raised the dispute form on 14/08/2018 for that also there is no update and when i visited the bank they have raised the request once again and now waiting for cc tv footage. It is more than 6 months,
      Please help me in getting my money back.

        Hi,

        I am Supriya Kijakkar. I had closed my credit card (ending 2639) account by calling customer care in the month of November 2016. I had made final settlement by paying all the due amount to the Chennai hdfc branch account. I was confirmed by the customer care executive that my credit card account is closed. From then I am not able to access my credit card account. I believed it is closed. but i keep getting mails for payment reminder and statement. As i do not remember full card number i am not able to talk to any customer care executive also. These mails have become mental harassment now as it includes threatening statements. Even after making final settlement and getting confirmation from the customer care executive I am going through this now after 2years of closing the account. When I asked customer care people to send me confirmation mail saying account is closed they told they dont have mailing procedure. I went by their confirmation over call. So request everyone to be careful about HDFC bank. I think they make us suffer even after doing everything from our side. I am still struggling get in contact with one customer care person to get a clarification and come out of this torture.

          I received a debit message yesterday for my account (Rs 130), with the Car parked nicely at home. So I go online to check and HDFC guys have updated some unknown car number in my account.

          And the helpline number[protected] is a waste of time, will never reach a customer rep, seems like they have just one guys sitting and handling the entire country.

            I never created a demat account but recently when a depository charge of around rs 885 was deducted from my account. This was regarding the demat account that was opened without my consent. This is a fraud case and i have seen many bank customers facing the same issue. I never created a demat account and i don't do any kind of trading. Also, i tried contacting hdfc through phone but i got no response

            Effective September 01, 2010 there is a revision in the ‘standard’ tariff with respect to the Annual Folio Maintenance Charges (FMC) from Rs. 500/- p.a. to Rs. 750/- p.a. We have introduced a differential transaction based FMC pricing model. Basis this model, the FMC payable by you would be based on the various slabs applicable to the transactions made in your Demat account. This flexibility will give you an opportunity to reduce the FMC in the subsequent year, basis the level of transactions carried out in the current billing cycle (1 year prior to the levy of FMC). Note: All transactions (Market, Off- Market, Demat and Remat) made over the current billing cycle would be considered for computing the subsequent year’s FMC.               I am getting unlimited calls from various numbers of hdfc for making payment for outstanding amount clear. They literally behave very badly with ladies and send unauthorized people to home for collections. Even after requesting to stop all this they dont stop just to complete their targets they give recovery agencies and recovery agencies are behaving very inappropriate. I am going to file a complain now in police station for this harassment as it is mentally disturbing alot and spoiling the health.

                    I had bad experience in hdfc insurance process, please do necessary action for below incident or let me know what is the process to close my salary account and insurance policy,

                    1. I had a call from hdfc life insurance people and explained the policy 36000 (Policy number:[protected] to claim to my name, so i accepted and did transaction through onlie using my credit card, it was successful and policy document also sent to my email. I have converted the amount 36000 as monthly emi, this is what i know from my side

                    2. I tried to pay the monthly emi for the above action, then only i noticed 50000 (Policy number:[protected] policy was taken to name without my knowledge on same day which i had on 36, 000 policy. Also this 50000 was debited from my credit card. I dont know how the hell happened without knowledge. I was using hdfc bank for 4 years and it never happened before,

                    I have spoke with my personal banker karthick and also contacted near by branch am not getting any proper solution from them.

                        There were no email notifications regarding the amount deduction. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                          One of the worst banks i have ever visited... We were intending to establish salary relationship with the so called duplicitous hdfc bank based on the recommendations of one of our business partners, having strength of 50+ employees

                          To our astonishment, first, at the time of walking into the branch there was no courtesy or welcoming attitude displayed at all, not even by the branch manager. He was rather dedicated to attending some other high profile party from where he might had some material gains expected and showed least interest to our business query, he was infact trying to ignore us somehow relentlessly called up some relationship managment to help us to proceed with the process, surprisingly the relationship manager gave us fake and misleading commitment and didn't even bother to recieve calls post finalization of documents to be picked

                          That was the extremes o[censored]nprofessionalism and haughty attitude, but we somehow got an opportunity to elope from the clutches of this duplicitous and misleading business, we would otherwise definitely have regretted for our choice to establish our vast business relationship with a mismanaged entity who are way far afield from the actual concept of business etiquettes and professionalism...

                          You should be ashamed of yourselves...

                            This is regarding my old credit card 489377xxxxx9324 under my name abhishek chanda mobile [protected].
                            I raised concerns with grevievances end number of times that my card has fraudly charged two years back without any notification to me. I don't even know what the card number was... And hdfc is continuously adding up unnecessarily late fees and calling me repeatedly to make the minimum payment. I have documented email exchanges with your grievenances team, where i had requested this to settle my fraudulent transactions and all late fees added up without any justifications. Hdfc guys are pressing on saying same thing they can't investigate such old fraud transaction, so payment is applicable to me. Over 4000 rps late fee already laid on my statement which is not appropriate.
                            I urge to take necessary action this time to stop this as i getting harassed by your collection team without any solution in hand.
                            I am regular layer of credit cards of other banks with no default history and don't like to spoil my image for such thing in hdfc.

Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account.                               I am anoop gowtham purchased i phone x mobile through hdfc bank consumer durable loan on[protected] and my loan number is [protected]. During purchase they promised me 10000/- cash back and i will receive that cash back after 3 emi payments. They said offer is valid till 10 june 2018. I paid 5 installments but cash back offer is not yet received. I complained issue to the concern department. Now they are saying offer was expired in 11 march 2018 and i don't receive any cash back.
                              -if that was the scenario why they promised me cashback during purchase
                              -i store sales person asked for reconfirmation of the offer (Hdfc executive said offer is valid till 10 june 2018)

                                I would request you to send me credit card statements from start of the card till december 2017. Also i would like you to check into my credit card bills for whole period till now. There are some charges charged twice. I have a limit of 50k and in last 4 months including every month payment, i have paid 16000 +2000 every month. Still my balance shows 44000. Please check this adn explain this [censored].                                   Hi,

                                  I have been following up for my grievances since last 1 month now. I have got in touch with my personal banker, visited the branch (Kalpatru, mumbai). However, there has been absolutely very little or no help from all these sources.
                                  Kindly go through the below following grievance:

                                  1) when i open netbanking, the total available balance and total closing balance are showing two different amounts. Why so?
                                  The available balance is always lesser than the closing balance. For eg. If i have inr 1500 in my savings account, the total available balance will show as some inr 750-800 and the closing balance would be inr 1500. The problem here is that i cannot make any transaction over and above 800 even when i have inr 1500 in my account.

                                  2) i had blocked my credit card around 3 months back and had requested for a duplicate one. However, couldn't get hands on the same as the card was sent on my old office address where i don't work anymore. Anyway, i went to the branch and requested them to change my address so that i can receive the card at my current home address. The address has been changed but no card had has been received by me yet.
                                  Moreover, when i talked to the same branch people, they suggested me to deregister and deactivate all the existing cards which i did. Now, i want to apply for a new card which i am not able to because there is some error showing on the netbanking platform since last 15 days.

                                  3) moreover, when i spoke to my personal banker.. I came to know that i need to make a payment of inr 560 against my credit card. Why so? And how do i understand the nature of this transaction now when i am unable to access any sort of credit card statement on netbanking platform?

                                  4) the hdfc customer care number[protected] is pathetic. There is no option where i can directly speak with the customer care executive by choosing any bloody option.

                                  5) lastly, i want to order a new credit card. Can somebody help me to get that as soon as possible?

                                  I need hdfc to take action against my grievances on an immediate and urgent basis.

                                    This is with respect to credit card ending 1721 associated with customer id 28030716.

                                    In the month of january 2018, there was an inadvertent delayed payment as i was travelling out of town. During these months, i was occupied in my pre marriage functions as well.

                                    I have been associated with this bank for more than 9 years now. I have requested for a reversal of finance charges as a gesture which was neveer granted.

                                    In every subsequent month, i have paid all other amounts barring these finance charges. Now, these finance charges have got accumulated to rs. 54, 000.

                                    As they have neither reversed these charges and have been charging interest in this every month. I have never expected such a behavior from this bank with whom i am associated with so long and have recommended this to not only my spouse but other 20 freinds and colleagues..

                                    I am still being told that they are looking into this and i am still awaiting their response.

                                        I was offered credit card with my salary account so i applied for it . My address verification was done and i got the message the credit card has been processed and i can check its status . When i tracked it after 2 days it showed declined . I dont know the reason and when call on customer care number i am unable to talk to customer executive as there are automated replies.
