Hi,

I have raised the claim (C[protected] Policy no. [protected] for my CAR accident happened and car got hit from back side and front side, HDFC person did the car inspection and he has approved both the side in insurance but later he has denied saying that its an previous impact and will not cover in this claim. I have taken an zero depth insurance from the company and now they are denying claim the damage happens to my car. I have told and explained the situation saying that the part got damage due to hit to the front vehicle I was not in the situation to see what happen to car as my two year daughter got injure but still they are not listening to me. I need to be address this issue on high level, I am going to put the blog for HDFC ergo on social media as well.

Note: I have attached the accident photos and the estimate given by the showroom and the surveyors approval marking where he has approve or denied for front side damage.

    I have requested to change my email id with hdfc credit cards division 2 months back. I have sent 2 requests in the past 2 months and the back end team has come up with different reason to reject my request.
    1st time i sent my request they rejected it saying signature mismatch
    2nd time i have sent my request with signature mismatch form and they have rejected it saying kyc not provided.
    I have called customer services the 1st time and asked them what required documents needs to be sent, they only asked for signature mismatch form.
    Now they need a kyc form. I have updated my phone no and billing address providing my signature mismatch form 3 months back and i don't know within a month how your back-end team finds another signature mismatch when i requested for email id updation. If i call the customer service they are not providing the right details in one call, instead they give out some information to end the call. Contact details or mail id updation should be easier process, where you can do it through online instead hdfc card services makes it difficult and asks us to send the reuqest through post and finally they reject it. I need to get my mail id updated in emergency basis as i have issues with the mail id which is registered with them

      Hi my name is sanjeev khushalani and i’m a premier member of hdfc and hold a hdfc credit card.. I got a call today from miss sneha bhise and i had the worst experience ever from an employee regarding the payment collection.. She was being extremely rude and impolite to me and being a hdfc premium customer for years this is the least i could have expected.. Anyways to cut it short make sure you sack employees like her at an immediate effect or end up loosing clients like me..

        remove lien from my saving account

        I have been using your credit and debit card for last 4 years. I met an accident and requested you guys to make the payment in small amount every month. I was making payment till month of october, sometime i paid 8 k and sometime it was 10 k.

        Then, there was month of november, 2018, i requested to wait for one month i will make the payment in the month of december, 2018. But i don’t understand how you guys work for your valued...

        Dear sir;

        This is in regard to our overdraft account no. [protected] in your lajpat nagar ring road branch ; which we had been operating with your bank since june 2012. We wish to bring to your kind notice that when we opened this account in 2012 it was confirmed to us that there will be no fixed charges for operating this account (Schedule 1 of loan agreement dtd 18/06/2012) but since april 2016 you had been charging rs.5000/- plus taxes on quarterly basis as non usage charges apart from agreed annual maintenance charges of rs.3000/-. We were very surprised & had requested for reversal of these charges but it was told to us that from now onwards these charges will be applicable & nothing can be done on this.

        We were not needing these funds & were using these on very few occasions; but were forced to pay the non usage charges on quarterly basis. So we decided to get this overdraft limit closed & in this respect we had mailed to mr. Vijay pal (Relation ship manager from hdfc to our account) on 31st aug.2018 (Please go through the trail mail in this respect). Mr. Vijay pal gave a number of mr. Rahul & told us that he takes care of the loan department / od accounts. We had been regularly following up with mr. Rahul about this; but there was no response from his end. After repeated requests & reminders after approx. 75 days it was informed to us that we have to get some papers signed & we have to visit your sarojani nagar branch. After confirmation mr. Atul girdhar visited there, but it was told to him that they don’t deal with this & papers can be collected from janakpuri office.
        Again we started checking with mr. Rahul that from whom we have to collect the papers of our property; than mr. Rahul informed us that we had to again go to sarojani nagar branch to get some foreclosure papers signed. After again going to sarojani nagar ; mr. Manish suri (Customer care executive) handed over a document which stated a foreclosure charges & annual maintenance charges amounting to rs. 44942/-
        We had been customer of hdfc bank limited for last more than 15 years & have our all saving & current accounts running with your bank & get regular calls from bank stating that we are preferred customer of your bank ; but the kind of service & response we had got this time from your team is very pathetic & unprofessional.in case you treat your preferred customers like this than we really pity with general customers.
        We are feeling cheated by hdfc bank limited; as you had been charging us for non usage of limit & now when we wish to withdraw this limit you are charging an hefty amount of rs.44942/- which is not at all acceptable to us.
        We request to kindly with draw these foreclosure charges & maintenance charges & accordingly withdraw this overdraft limit from our account ; otherwise we will be forced to take up the matter with consumer forum.

          My earlier complaaint id-2149267 is still pending. Kindly resolved as soon as possible.in this context i have been sent all proof of complaint site and also talk to the hdfc ltd. Bank authoritythe earlier / previous/ starting email man has been cheated me as mr. Rahul tripathi and he says i am in hdfc headquarter and resolved the all type of complaint. He said that your payment will have done through gateway/ payzap and transfer my money rs.1999/ in twice and total rs.3998/ in his account. Kindly resolve my issue.

            Hi! I ordered something on amazon india through my credit card in an emi and
            Due to some reasons i cancelled the product within 10 hours and ordered some other product through emi again. But as contacted to amazon, the customer care executive told me that they refunded the money to the bank. But when i checked my account, i got a message that both of my payements has been converted to emi. I would be grateful to the bank, if they refund or cancel the first emi payment.

              I have registered for dnd but still i am getting calls for personal loan marketing.

              I have received call today (18th-dec-2018:12:04) from +[protected].
              When asked form employee details, person on the calls said we are sorry just let us know if you want a personal load from hdfc or not.

              I am not sure if hdfc have hired a marketing agency but we are still getting calls after registering dnd on hdfc bank site.

                Also tried to contact our rm but unable to get any solution for this issue.
                We are facing this issue since long, but unable to get any satisfactory and permanent solution.

                They tell us to delete temporary files and do login, the same method works sometime but not always, no permanent solution.

                Not expected from a private bank.

                    Hi this is govind kumar.
                    I have been suffering because of hdfc bank and it's just a headache for all the people to pay so many charges for maintaining an account.
                    Even after asking to close the account for hdfc it never closed and now i keep getting notifications for negative balance.
                    This is really frustrating for us as we can't keep paying to hdfc for no reason.
                    Please protect us from banks.
                    Otherwise there will be a huge mess between customers and bankers... As people are getting frustrated by this.

                      I have taken a loan from hdfc in the year 2016 and while applying loan, my id proofs and documents has been misused and credit card has been taken and used by unknown person, which is impacting my cibil score and also my registered mobile and email address is nowhere connected to it. But in cibil score report is shows 23 delay payments. I want resolve the query. Or i want to file a complaint against the person who has taken a credit card and also on hdfc, for providing credit card without my consent.

                        Hi,

                        I bought jewellery from tanishq on 8th sep 2018 (Rs 57990) as per the offer going on hdfc bank debit/credit card was supposed to receive 5% cashback within 90 days, but haven’t received till date (Already 90 days are passed). I have already followed up on [protected]@hdfcbank.com, but i am not getting any proper response, and i don’t see them making any effort to provide cashback.
                        I am very dissapointed with this, and if i don’t get my cashback by this month (December) will close the account. Pathetic experience.

                          I want to file a complaint against one of the customer of hdfc bank. Customer name is krishna gopal sarkar. He has opened an account under his name in purana bazar branch, dimapur, nagaland pin - 797116 using my personal details and address fraudulently without my knowledge. I don't know who this person is and how did he get my address. Please check into the matter urgently. It is really surprising how come you allow anyone to open any account without cross checking. This person might be of criminal intention. I want you to take immediate action against this man and block his account. Otherwise i will file a compaint against your bank. Reply me back.

                            My name is g rangaswamy, recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. Luckily, i got the card after eligibility check. After 39 days, rs. 623.60 got deducted from my card for "smartemi".

                            I did not opt for any of the credit loans and any policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

                            So, i request hdfc customer care to please refund rs.623.60 +my smart loan emi fee of rs. 100 + any taxes which were charged to my credit card. Please cancel all the loans and policies and smart emi's permanently as i don't want to buy any loans.

                              They did it without given any alert or information about it.

                                Dear Customer,

                                As per August 2018 statement, the total amount payable is Rs. 21, 033.00 and Minimum amount payable is Rs. 1, 060.00 with the payment due date on 05/09/2018. We have reviewed our records and note that we were in receipt of your payment of Rs. 1, 100.00 and the same has been credited on 13/09/2018 which is post payment due date. Hence, late payment fee of Rs. 750.00 has been levied to your card account.

                                Basis your post, we have taken a detailed review of your card account and we again wish to inform you that in the event of non receipt of payment, delayed payment or payment less than the total minimum amount due the applicable late payment charges/finance charges would be levied to the card account. You will appreciate that the bank charges levied is legitimate and in accordance with the Schedule of Charges shared along with the Most Important Terms & Conditions as well as on the reverse of the credit card statement.

                                I get unwanted calls from HDFC Bank for personal loan everyday even though I have requested them to remove my number from their list.

                                How do I stop these annoying call?
                                Please assist.

                                I have not given my mobile number nor inquired for loan with HDFC bank. However, I keep getting unwanted calls from HDFC Bank for personal loan everyday even though I have requested them to remove my number from their list. Everytime I have informed them that I do not need any loans but they keep bothering me by calling me from different mobile phone numbers.

                                How do I stop these annoying calls?
                                Please assist.

                                I have a received a message from HDFC regarding my credit card aplication 18L[protected]N1.

                                to send a TWV with passcode 316525 to 5676712 to further process my application.

                                i have tried everything possible to send the message but it always shows Invalid keyword.

                                  I had 9000+ amount due to pay on credit card. The hdfc collections team blocked my hdfc account and debited 33308 rupees from my account which was total credit limit on the card and blocked the amount making it to negative 33308 rupees. I paid 33308 rupees that is more than my current salary and waited for account to get released and thought my credit card had no due on me. After paying 33308 rupees the credit cards department still asking me to pay 9000+ amount to the credit card which I cannot arrange as my salary 23600+ lended amount making 33308 rupees already deposited to the account. And another bill date is on 20th this month fearing me of additional interest getting levied on me... I have contacted hdfc customer care transferred to credit card deptt. They said I will get a call from collections which never came... It's injustice... Plz help me.

                                      I do not wish to continue with hdfc credit card no.[protected] any more as i am not using it. So please cancel the same and bill sent for annual membership fee may please be withdrawn and oblige. Moreover, i am unable to handle this card and to make unnecessary payment. Your relationship is important to us and we request you to reconsider your decision of closing the card account giving us an opportunity to be of continuous service to you. If you still wish to close the card account, we request you to forward us a duly signed letter seeking closure of credit card to the following address to enable us to do the needful. HDFC Bank Cards Division, PO BOX # 8654, Thiruvanmiyur P.O., Chennai 600 041. For security reasons, we would be unable to process card closure request received through e-mail / Post. We confirm that the renewal fee will be auto reversed when your card usage spends during the previous 12 months period exceeds Rs. 1, 00, 000.00. We confirm that the membership fee is applicable as the spend criteria is not met. We request you to effect payment towards the same to avoid levy of further charges.

                                      While opening my ppf account online i apply for harchowal punjab but it is open at annanagar I which is in chennai..so it is not possible for me to visit there so please transfer it to harchowal or gorakhpur uttarpradesh
