I had sent my employee today sda branch delhi and he had to return back with nill amount as he was asked these questions on cash withdrawal from my account and all tough i am preferred customer nobody bothered to call me before sending him empty handed. I need this money for family wedding coming up...

My name is sagar verma i joined a company in the year 2013 and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after few month because of study reason. I am not using that a/c from 1 year. And now i. E. After 1 year i am totally shocked and worrying about the same.

I had purchced an item from amazon on emi which was supposed to be no cost emi, i understant that the interest on emi was reduced by amazon from the device price. But now in my e statement i could see that i have been charged with two components namely mer emi int nbr and finance charges. According to me it should have been only a single charge rather than two things.

On 2nd december 2018 i did an imps transfer of rs. 5, 000/- from my hdfc saving account to ubi. The amount has been debited but not credited to the beneficiary account. Its been more than 4 days and still the amount is nowhere to be traced.in the hdfc application for mobile banking the status of the transaction shows as processor down.
