I had bad experience in hdfc insurance process, please do necessary action for below incident or let me know what is the process to close my salary account and insurance policy,
1. I had a call from hdfc life insurance people and explained the policy 36000 (Policy number:[protected] to claim to my name, so i accepted and did transaction through onlie using my credit card, it was successful and policy document also sent to my email. I have converted the amount 36000 as monthly emi, this is what i know from my side
2. I tried to pay the monthly emi for the above action, then only i noticed 50000 (Policy number:[protected] policy was taken to name without my knowledge on same day which i had on 36, 000 policy. Also this 50000 was debited from my credit card. I dont know how the hell happened without knowledge. I was using hdfc bank for 4 years and it never happened before,
I have spoke with my personal banker karthick and also contacted near by branch am not getting any proper solution from them.
