I have closed my credit card and want the credit card closure letter from the bank and the customer service is not responding to me not is it being redirected the proper officials. The credit card details are being reflected on my cibil score and on the cibil report and i am recently applying for a loan and this statement of closure is very important and i'd like to get this as soon as possible.

It has been more than 2 weeks now and I haven't received any call backs or any mails regarding the same . Is this the way you people respond to customers ? All the lines are always busy and none of them connect. I have told my prior importance of this documents as it's the only documents delaying my loan procedure and even after raising multiple requests I've got no response . Truly horrible customer feedback !

        I manish v upadhyay, have credit card of hdfc no. [protected]. Of which આ payment was due on 6th december. I was out of the town and i tried ample time to pay the bill on 4th 5th and 6th december but was unable to do so. Then i got to know by sms that my new credit card is on the way to be delivered at my address but as i was not present in town is was returned. Which i got to know by email on 6th december. As the hdfc app was also upgraded in the mean time and there is no reason to believe that i chose to pay late.           On 10th dec 2018 there was a debit of rs 177 from my savings account [protected] with cust id 24396461, this was a cash cheque issued to my wife for cash withdrawl and she has withdrawn the same from her branch. Please check and arrange to reverse these charges and revert. Please don't tell me these are charges for cash withdrawl from other branch and not home branch.in that case you are defeating the purpose of anywhere banking.

              Hi,

              My unit statement was sent to my email id without password protection.
              How can you breach/violate security, hdfc life is putting customer data on risk.
              I already wrote to [protected]@hdfclife.com, my query was not resolved.

              Hdfc life keep asking me apologies but not addressing for the damage already caused to me.

              Here is the email from hdfc life.

                Hi,
                This is regarding the insurance issue which i had recently. I have not opted in for any insurance ever since i started the bank account from hdfc (It's been a year since i created this account). All of a sudden i received message from "aditya birla health insurance" saying that for renewal of policy they have debited 2600 from my account. I would like to how come an insurance policy got automatically created without the knowledge of customer.
                I would like to have my amount back in my my hdfc account. Kindly consider this issue seriously.

                  Applied for hdfc fastag on 28th nov'18. Reference # - hfr091024. Got a mail which said that we will get the fastag within 7 working days. Every time we call the toll free number, we are told to keep sending mail asking for update. Have sent rc and aadhar copy as well again. It is told that the representative well call back within 48 hours. There had been no update so far.

To explain it further, when the outstanding on your card account exceeds your assigned credit limit, an over-limit fee of 2.5% of the amount exceeded the limit subject to a minimum of Rs.500.00 plus GST would get levied. We request you to effect payment of the over the limit amount ( if not done earlier ) to regularise and make your card account available for further usage and also suggest you to henceforth make use of your card within the assigned credit limit to avoid being a levy of charges.                       wrong charge to hdfc credit card - offus emi + payment of minimum due attracts interest!

                      1. My credit card is showing a charge: offus emi, prin nb:04, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980819001793847) for 5, 399.27. There is another charge for 177.38.

                      I was mistakenly charged 800/- at "kalpana bhargava educational and health" greater noida, delhi ncr. And the merchant has cancelled the transaction from his machine generating a receipt stating void sale dated 28/11/2018. As promised by the merchant the refund would be reflected in my account in 4 to 5 working day which has not happened yet.

                        Today morning without my consent some amount of 1249.62 has been deducted from my credit card which is an unauthorized / fradulant transaction. Hence i have contacted credit card department and they have blocked my card also they informed me to drop an email for that transaction as a complaint.                         Ad hoc statment charge ₹118 deduct from my account

                        But my point is that if i cant visit at branch on 11/12/2018 and dont take any statment according to my account so why they charge me ₹118
                        So need to clearification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account
                        I didn’t asked for ONE ASSIST MFEE so how can deduct Rs, 1899/- without my consent from my card.
                        better refund my money RS. 1899/- which has been deducted from my card on 07, Dec, 2018 immediately and cancel this subscription or plan from my card. I don’t need it, this is completely fraudulent transaction

                              Hi, i am using hdfc credit card from 2016, i have failed to repay my credit card dues from past 2-3 months from aug 2018 reason cause i have lost my job and i'm currently looking for a new job. After a month of my missed due date few executives kept calling me in different number to my registered mobile number asking me to repay the dues, every time i explained them my situation that i have lost my job, give me some time to repay but no one understood or was ready to understand my concern instead they started harassing me through whatsapp texting me from different numbers and threatening me and abusing me in local language that is kannada.in reply i told them please don't use whatsapp to communicate instead call me to my registered number or email me then i immediately called up the hdfc credit card customer care [protected] and explained, they said me that we are not responsible, kindly contact this number [protected], which i did then a executive told me that this will not repeat again and took all the details of the people who contacted me in whatsapp like there multiple numbers and told me that within evening our bangalore collection head will speak to you but no one contacted me regarding this issue instead the collection executive kept making voice call in whatsapp, saying that tell me where you are now, i'm coming with 4 other people to meet you and more than 4 to 5 people had contacted me saying that i'm hdfc manager from richmond circle branch and i'm dealing your case but non of the executive told me their real names. I always told them that give me some more will repay and always responded to the calls but now the collection executive is saying that we are from collection department so we can use whatsapp and facebook to communicate and come to your address and loot things of which belongs to you and even he said that i will be using these social media as the collection procedure, do whatever you can do. So i am planning to put complaint in consumer court cause i'm worried about my safely and again i contacted hdfc phone banking ([protected]) and raised a complaint on 12 nov 2018 and they told me that we will contact you within 7-10 working dates and in the last week of nov, a lady spoke to me regarding this compliant and i explained everything and shared all the whatsapp phone call number to her and even i told her i want to go for settlement cause i can't take all these anymore and the lady told we would contact you within 48 hours regarding settlement then later nobody contacted me, my complaint number is [protected] and even i mailed hdfc at (Customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) but they did response saying thank you for writing to us, the calls/visits by collection agents, these are as per our process of recovery of overdues but they never considered about whatsapp calls and texts and i want to know is social media is legal platform to communicate the customers.?
                              And
                              In the first week of dec, a collection agent name mahesh (His phone number is [protected]) and asked me regarding monthly pending dues and i told him that i have raised a compliant regarding settlement and waiting for the reply but he didn't understand what i said cause he only knew the local language and he told that evening i will call and my manager will talk to you but that evening he didn't call me and again after 2 days he called and asking for monthly pending dues, then again i explained him and cut the call. Now today 15th dec, that same agent (Mahesh) has gone to my house address and asked for monthly dues, where only my parents live in the house and spoke in the local language cause the agent didn't know english, now after i raised a compliant and ready for the settlement. Why do the collection agent ask for monthly pending dues? What's happening, if this continues then i may have to complaint to banking ombudsman (Rbi).

                              I had previous written a complaint regarding the same issue to www.consumercomplaints.in and i got a reply to contact [protected]@hdfcbank.com to share my credit card and contact details. Which i did but no responses.
                              So, again i'm writing to consumer complaints with all the attached screenshots of executives who contacted me in whatsapp.

                                I am a non resident indian now visiting bangalore. I have savings account and linked online reading account with hdfc bank and hdfc securities since long. I am frantically repeatedly trying to contact for some information reg demat account and trading account when the customer turns as n r i from your richmond road branch. My experience is awful. You try the tel line and experience yourself. I could not even contact your customer dare no. I need to contact them urgently. You tell me whom to contact now? You give me a number where somebody will answer the call in the first instance. Let me see how much time you will take. Then i decide whether to continue my relation with hdfc or not.

                                  I bought a pixel phone from flipkart on sun, may 13th '18. The offer was avail the 6 months emi on debit card and 10000 inr will be credited as cash back. It's been more than 7 months and cash back has not be credited to the account. Its becoming a hell of a job to follow up and go through # hdfc customer care. Virtual relationship manager assigned is just a gimmick and they will never be reachable when you have any query...

                                    I am using payzapp for online transactions since a long time. As we know payzapp allows loading of money in to pay zapp card only through debit/credit cards. I have added 2 cards to my payzapp wallet. One of icici and second bank of india. I am trying to load money to my payzapp wallet for last 10 days. I used both the cards (Icici & boi), but every time transaction gets failed with the use of both the cards. I contacted payzapp customer care and mr. Sadiq from their customer help desk replied me that it is the problem of banks and not of payzapp. I am successfully doing all transactions with both the cards at other shopping outlets and wallets. The problem is only with payzapp. I uninstalled payzapp and re-installed and tried but the same problem exists. Payzapp is not answering to me. I believe payzapp is not going to wind up and close the app. I am not getting help and solution to my problem. Expecting a solution to my problem through this portal.

                                      I have surrendered my plan and submitted all requested details.

                                      Hdfc is playing games, first they wrote my name wrong so that the payment does not go through. Once this was fixed, after 2 days they need neft proof and kyc which were given at the branch.

                                      There is absolutely no integrity and morale value for this company. They trap you into a policy and wont process surrender or closure. I hope i get my money.
