HDFC Bank — deactivation of one assist membership | |||
I received credit card statement today that rs1899/- deducted from my card ending 1307 to one assist membership fees hdfc customer rang information. I don't even know the company and this kind on solicited charging of my credit card and use my credit card by the company is really criminal act and the co. I don't want this type of acts in future. I want my money back. Don't dare again to do this. Please deactivate and refund my money asap. Name. Receiving calls from many people offering HDFC personal loan even after informing not to call me. I'm receiving 4 to 5 calls everyday with different numbers.. I'm very much disturbed while in important meetings in office and working with my managers and clients.
