Just got a msg from Amazon 1258399 stating they have charged Rs.169 from my credit card without otp. How is this even possible. I have never made any subscriptions with Amazon. I want my money back. And people are claiming HDFC to be the best banker in India, and this is how you offer security to our card details and money in the account. Never expected this from HDFC. Corporate frauds....

I got my fastag from hdfc when i brought my car. But now i have to recharge my account but i don't have customer id & wallet id. So couldn't recharge my fastag. I havent received welcome mailer too. I tried to call customer care no, but it's not working. And i didn't find customer mail id.
Please let me know how can i recover my cutomer id & wallet id....

I have crossed the manor toll on 12/1/2020 around 12:53 pm. As per toll collector scanner is not able to read the fastag. So we decided to give toll manually. Reciept is attached. I have an account with hdfc shahabad markanda. Because of some financial problems i did not maintain min balance (Not closed also). They deducted 5000rs amount. That is very big amount for me. I have applied for hdfc fastag on 31/12/2019. I have received customer id and wallet id on 31/12/2019. Its been 19 days after applying and i haven't received fastag sticker. Due to this i am unable to travel due to heavy queues in cash lanes. There is no tracking number nor any information related to fastag sticker from company yet. Max 15 days were given to receive fastag and it's 19 now....

I have applied for fastag in 24th november and paid 600rs and then i opted to upload rc pictures later but i never got contacted and i even emailed their customer support but their service is very poor and they don't even give a valid reason for why i have not received my fastag yet. I claimed my reimbursement but they are not clearing my claim. Hospital tpa submitted all the document related to reimbursement, but hdfc ergo claim team not clearing my claim. I have been using hdfc credit card for more than 3 years. Recently i lost my card while travelling and called the customer service to block the card and issue a new one. Today again, 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst". I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

Around more than 6 months, i have initiated and submitted form for pmay-clss subsidy for my home loan from hdfc, but still i have not received subsidy in my account.

Whenever i have followed up with hdfc, they are replying same answer as it is under process. Can i have exact status of my file and can know by when i will get subsidy in my account..??
