I'm using hdfc cc since 14-15months earlier is use to pay dues on time and if at all any late payments happens i use to pay full amount at a time within 2days
As i'm suffering from medical problem i lost my job and i'm taking treatment for that as i was unable to pay my bills i use to get calls collection agents use to call me and i make sure that i attends the call and asks them for time and tries to explain my situation but never ignored them at that time a person named siddeshwar amrutham and his mobile number:[protected] use to call me and use to talk rashly but i ignored as it was my mistake but he use to call me informes me that he is going to my home and not even wait for my reply and cut the call i use to call him several times after that but he ignores my calls and after a week again he called me and told me that i can settle ur amount for 40000 rs and for that u need to pay 5000 rs intially to bank and after reflection of payment i'll call u we will make sure issue to be sorted out. On his words i payed 5000 sent him screen shot he was okay with that and after he is not even lifting my calls after 15days he called me back and telling that i'll try i can't guarantee u about payment and proceed legally while i was talking to him in between he is scolding me and he is very rude on me and he is stating that i will come to your home and we will see there... This guy promised me that if i make payment he i'll calls me back and cnf the amount for settlement and he is scolding in our local language telugu and dropping my calls i'll see ur
I will come to ur home and he is threatening me...
I[censored] want i have every call recording... I can prove...
Please consider my request...

I went for cash deposit anushka a new recruit said my id has been blocked come after some time then after 1 hour i came back standing in que that girl was'nt there and noone was there at the counter then after 15 mins she came when my turn came i gave her the slip and the amount she counted it and smashed it on the counter and said sahi se gino mai baad mein aati hu and she went i counted it and it was ok everything was ok except i wrote 42 notes and there were 44 notes so i said sorry please give me pen so that i can make it 44 and she said no we dont have pen then i said vo rakha hua hai tab she gave it to me,

VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT GIRL.

    I make minimum balance due on my credit card thru, net banking in regular & on or before due date. For last two months i made he payments but bank against debited the minimum balance thru' auto pay even after a massage "please avoid if paid" to registered mobile. I have not applied or instructed hdfc for auto payment of credit card dues. Credit card also charges finance fees, igst without any reason. I try to give a complain to customer care over phone. The reply always, i dont here you (Veru much intetional). The local bank official at khandagiri branch, bhubaneswar also not interested to resolve my problem.

      Hi,

      My concern is regarding refund not reflecting in my bank account.
      I placed an order on amazon on 09/02/2020 but cancelled it later for which i was suppose to be refunded as i had already paid for the order. The next day, i recieved a message from hdfc bank stating "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending * for rs. 2699.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:05:14:53".
      I request you to look into the matter urgently and do the needful.

      It may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement to the merchant end. In case if the merchant denies of having received the funds for the said transaction or there is no revert from the merchant, do write back to us with the merchant confirmation of non-receipt of funds.

My application ref. Number. Hfr01423864 till date i have not received the fastag. I am unable to contact them by email nor toll free no. Since both are faulty. Such a poor service from hdfc bank never expected.

            I have settled my hdfc credit card in 2014. Now i opened a new account with hdfc and they have put a hold on my account. I spoke to collections team and recovery they don't see any outstanding for me. And nobody is able to get the hold removed from my account.
            I am really pissed off and u want to file an fir against hdfc bank as inspite of paying my account is on hold.
            I need a resolution for this issue.

              Hello Team,

              I have cancelled my fastag in december month but still the amount is not refunded to my account/ didn't get any DD for it . I have called and emailed to customer care multiple times but still no response. Every time when I cal to customer care they are saying it is under process but haven't received even a single acknowledgement from them. Not sure why they are keeping our money and not refunding properly. Will they pay penalty for this ? I guess No. Atleast refund our money at the earliest.

I have cancelled in dec month and now almost 2 months gone. Is the way you treat your customers ? If we don't pay EMI for 2 months will you ignore it ?

                I done recharge through payzapp 699 amount date 28/01/2020 mobile number is [protected] vodaphone. But recharge is pending... I still wait i call in payzapp custmer payzapp custmer care is told me recharge is succsess is our side plz call your vodaphone care and tell that... I call in vodaphone care he deny this he tell me not done recharge any kind of this... Then i agin call payzapp care now he says ohk no problem you care in vodaphone care and tell that plz give me in return through mail that the recharge is not done... Then u forward same mail to our custmer care then i ll process to your refund now i call in vodaphone 7-8 time but vodaphone cleary deny that kind of recharge and also said this is not fault by vodaphone... Payzapp is third party app and he is responsible fr your recharge and call payzapp and told it... Now i call in payzapp but payzapp custmer care excutive worst talk to me and full deny to my refund he againt want proof... What i do vodaphone not give me... And payzapp want... I fully furstated what i do where i m going both r dnt knw where is my money and recharge is also. Plz i want to request you refund my amount is 699

                  Hi, past fifteen years i am reputed customer in hdfc. Dec'19 - i am relieved from my company, so salary not received for 60 days, waiting for settlement amount, i clearly projected to this customer care, but poor response from collection agent, i am searching job,
                  Either i got the job in next month / settlement amount, i will settle the card account and closed. Till such time give me the excuse from phone torture.

                    My fastag wallet for vehicle hp06a3459 has been debited with rs 173.00, 35.00 and 57.00 on 7th of feb and today also debited with 173.00 at khalapur and talegaon toll plaza but i am at shimla and never visited the said toll plaza on 7th and today on 8th of feb.
                    It is requested to verify and reverse the debited amt as shown below in my massage box:

                        money deducted from account but not dispensed by atm machine

                        I went for withdrawal of cash at bank of india atm, railway station, gwalior, mp. I entered the amount of rs. 5000.00 after completing the formalities of the atm. The process of counting the amount was in process in the atm meanwhile there was power cut in the atm and when it was restored after about 15 -20 minutes my money was not dispensed but deducted from my account....

                        Respected madam/sir,

                        I am getting threaten on my door step from hdfc employee suman jaiswal. I made his complaint last year as well, and in between as well. I guess hdfc has nothing to do with the life of people. They need their money and can go to any level.

                        Suman jaiswal came to my place on 7th feb, 2020 and said "jisko bulana bula le, main nahi darta. Monday ko police complaint leke aunga sharafat se sign kardiyo". Wow this is hdfc "the so called reputed bank". I told this guy so many times, we don't even have food to eat. I sold my jewlery and with that i got my last month grocery, milk, and medicine with that. You people are so shameless and insensitive. I am not running anywhere, attending your threatening calls.

                        This guy suman jaiswal has threatened me if i will not pay him, he will go to my locality people, relatives and tell about all this. Talking to third party is illegal. What do you want that i commit suicide as suman jaiswal is destroying my mental peace.

                        I have 5 yeard old grandson, he got so afraid of such threats that he was admitted in the hospital.
                        Who is responsible. Have patience i am not running anywhere. I don;t have money to pay, kill me and take money.

                        Your executive suman jaiswal is purposefully spoiling my name in front of my neighbors. Sit on the stairs and screem loud. Yesterday without my permission, that too when i was alone at home, he took pictures, and my video. He said "humein bank mein, aur police station me ye deni hoti hai:. Kick this person out from the company. After this i will lodge a complaint against your bank, this guy in women cell, nhrc, and twitter.

                            I have made an online payment of application fee for rs 11000 as on february 2, 2020 using my hdfc debit card. The same got processed successfully as on same day (And it was an otp-based debit), than after this transaction an auto-debit by hdfc bank has been made stating 'mctf 16/01' for the whole / same amt. Of rs 11000 (For which i am totally unaware for which purpose, it has been deducted from my savings a/c)'.

                            I confirmed from original beneficiary about the same, but they said only 16/01/2019 is charge is applicable to them. Rest they are also unaware of 18/01/2019 deduction of rs 11000/- which has no reference no. As stated in my bank a/c statement.

                              My immediate supervisor mr. Shakti ranjan swaim (Asm) auto loans odisha is forcing me to resign and harrasshing me by not giving petrol bills, no system and already issued me a termination letter which is not issued by hr. I was working as sales manager auto loans cuttack. One of his colleagues mr. Satyasis mohanty is also entangled with this and mr. Naba mullick is also entangled with this even mr. Rakesh jain is also entangled with this. They have forced me to take hdfc bank car insurance when buying my own car last year in the delivery if car time the showroom manager yltold me that mr. Shakti has told that if i will not take hdfc insurance then i can not take delivery of vehicle then my brother asked him where is the rule if someone is not taking hdfc car insurance then his vehicle will not be delivered though his loan has already been approved through normal process not hr loan. From the very after that day without any valid reason he started harassed me in many ways and dismapped my all channels and harassed me in either or way. He has spoiled my career

                                My self rajiv kumar residing in tirupur, tamilnadu using various hdfc services including banking, home loan, personal loan, jumbo loan and have both savings and current account.

                                Based on local aristo branch employees request and guidance i had booked hdfc fastag through online on 27th nov 2019.

                                I got sms on 30th nov 2019 stating that the order is confirmed and i will get the tag within 4 days. But even after 66 days now 7th feb 2020 i havent recieved my tag and ending up stading in big q in tolls.

                                I even contacted my local branch and there is no proper response. They asked me to contact toll free number and no one picks the call in that. Also the branch employee says it is normal that tag delivery is getting delayed by 1 month and u might get anytime in future. What a iresponsible answer they give to customers.

                                There is no proper tracking in hdfc websites. I was really shocked by the way hdfc handled fastag implementation. Which is completly a negative remark for such a fantastic banker in records.

                                Kindly do the needful deliver my tag else return the money so that i shall proceed other options to get.

                                  I am ram babu pandit. From my account 1383 something money debited my account without any information. I am requested to you sir my money credited hurry up pls... And inform that what is the reason of dedused money. Without any information money is debited is prove that hdfc is not believable bank. I requested to you. Pls my complain will be solved fast.

                                    I have bought an item through myntra app through bhim upi and they have processed the refund and the bank hasn't validated the refund yet thus it is not reflected in my account.
                                    Amount - rs. - 1295.00 - bank reference number is[protected]

                                    This is what they quoted me when i complained-

                                    "dear anuj,
                                    I understand your concern regarding the refund of nike men grey flip-flops.

                                    The refund has been successfully processed into bhim upi on 12 dec, 2019 and the amount should have reflected in your account by 12 dec, 2019.

                                    I request you to get in touch with your bank support team with the following reference number/s and request them to validate the refund transaction/s. The contact details of the bank support team will be printed on the flip side of the debit/credit card issued.

                                    Amount - rs. - 1295.00 - bank reference number is[protected]

                                    Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount. If your bank support team is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed' with them. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund."
                                    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
