I have shared my issue with customer support 5-6 times but they have not solved my problem yet and they have not sent any reply to me.Please provide a way to solve my problem.

When I applied for the first time in HDFC Bank For Personal Loan, I gave all my documents to the bank that were Genuine. But when the verification for my loan went to my landlord, he told to the verification person that I should not get the loan done on my rent agreement. So that verification person went to the bank and gave a false report. The bankers have updated that my karyanama(Rent Agrrement) is fake. But I had got my landlord signed on that Rent Agreement. That kirayanama(Rent Agreement) was Genuine. I want 'the signature of that Rent Agreement to be verified' and I want to be out from this problem. I am facing this problem when I have no fault.

It's been 20 days. There is no response yet from Customer Support. Is HDFC Bank not working properly.

I received this message on 17/02/2020. And today it was 25/02/2020. "We are working on your concern vide Ref ID:[protected] and will revert to you within 4 working days. "

Has not 4 days been held in the Calender of HDFC bank yet.

    Hello Sir,

    It was horrible that experienced before might be this mail will find helpful for me and u will consider it.
    If not then I will take certain actions for this issue and raise till Consumer forum and HDFC Social Media Platforms hence seeking Positive Response.

    On 11/02/2020 at night I received a call from HDFC Mumbai it was an Internet call might be yes it's authorized and I feel that.

    Time: 7:59 PM ( Done Call For 43min22seconds )
    Received Call on : [protected]

    A lady was in a call, and it was Regarding the OverDraft Facility of HDFC bank. Saying there is offered in Overdraft Limit for you.
    As I had some sort of knowledge regarding this before so I asked some questions to her regarding this and other facilities and she was not mature enough to answer the questions.

    So she handover the call to one of her colleagues and then finally I have a long conversation on it with that guy.

    That man convinced me to Opt the OD limit but it was useless to me as I already have a Credit card and I am Already Earning much so it's useless | Why I am saying it you will find the answer below?

    As that person gained my trust because he was not having the complete information as he was not that much trained as his senior mentioned later after the mistake.

    He said me to log in from my Laptop Netbanking of HDFC and opt it and he says the Processing Fees of 1180/- and 100/- Stamp Duty Charge that is Total amount of 1280/- will be deducted from your 25k Limit of Overdraft and Rest Amount[protected] = 23720/-)
    will be credited in your account and also I was like how this is possible.

    Such a Good limit as if it's free to me as I have to not to pay anything from my pocket as he mentioned and he says the rest charge will be there as per the interest when u will use that amount on daily basis that I agree and also this feature will be for 1 year and approx amount 25k Will be like loan available every time for this 1 year
    So anyone will opt it and no will say NO to it.

    But I was in concerned and for this, I Confirmed with that guy and asked 100 times for the same processing fees and charges (That whether it will deduct from my pocket or from OD limit he mentioned Always OD Limit)
    is it true that it will be deducted from OD Limit he always says yes - "Lock kardo Sir Yehi he." and he also confirmed from his senior and other colleagues too.

    So I did the procedure on my own and on my laptop as he was explaining side by side the procedure to complete.
    but I remember in the procedure they asked me to place their employee number and branch number and two-three fields to get some good benefits out of it as they are employees of HDFC for reference purposes.

    The main Thing after this happen successfully actually that person given the call to Its higher Person Named Nilesh and He said that he will talk to the product team and will get back to me earliest and he also mentioned
    that he will send this issue which was by mistake by his employee and he accepts too to the higher team and product team (This all Conversation i have in my call recording in my phone).

    So Main issue in Simple Language is:-
    -- They gave Me Wrong Information for The Offer and instead of the money cut from OD limit is deducted from my Pocket or account of HDFC.

    Solution Or The things that I want from HDFC is:-
    -- Please get back to me earliest with the solution I don't want the OD limit revert back and revert back my Deducted amount.
    -- Or If the OD limit is not possible to revert then please give back my money and deduct that amount(1280/-) from the OD limit as mentioned by your employee.

      Hello i have open a hdfc salary account in month of january 30th january 2020. Hdfc bank deducted my balance 11.80 out of which rs-3 is deducted and 8.80 balance keep it on hold fund showing it mi revenue charges hold through gefu. What is this salary account is always open as zero balance then why hdfc bank deducted fund & keep it hold as mi revenue charges as gefu. Please reslove my issues i below the attached screenshot related to my account.

          debit card adj dt money deduction

          I used my debit card in uae and i got charged for the amount (Product i bought) but i also got charged for adj dt why i am i getting charged for it
          Card type international card (Mastercard).?

          Main issue : - pur adj dt,. Dc intl pos txn markup

          Please explain.
          And can i use any other card just to avoid this type of charges incoming future???

          A calller name hr. Shivani singh and ronit kapoor ask me to send money in behalf of registraion and joining in hdfc bank siliguri.. I have given the fees of 1850 at first then after interview they again ask me to deposit 4999.. After that payment the numbers are switched off and they r not giving me any other informations..             I received a message by hdfc bank that, "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card has been credited/reversed by paypal on 09/02/2020.
            But when i checked online on hdfc account no amount has been credited. What should i do? When will i get the amount credited to my account?

              Kindly note that my previous hdfc credit card no [protected] was lapsed in the month
              Of may 2019. During may 2019 i have used previous hdfc prirority pass against card
              No [protected] for lounge access costing rs 1885+gst. After the month of may
              2019 my old hdfc card [protected] expired.
              Since i was transferred to bangalore on 21st february 2019 from gandhinagar, gujarat to
              Bangalore so new hdfc card 430570xxxxxx2943 returned undelivered &
              Returned to hdfc only.
              Till now i have not received new hdfc credit card 430570xxxxxx2943.
              Now, hdfc card department harassing me continuously over phone, letter asking an hefty amount of
              Rs 16576.
              Enclosed letter from lawyer of hdfc and copy of my previous card asking me to pay rs 16576.11.
              This charge is against a lounge access cost of rs 1885 occurred in the month of may 2019. Even
              Hdfc downgrade my cibil score too. Since i have did not have new hdfc card, so i am not able to
              Pay rs 1885 + gst in june 2019.
              Why should i pay rs 16576.11 in place of rs 1885+gst without my fault.
              It was communicated to hdfc so many times but nothing happen.

              Now i need your help.

                    My account balance is rs.2932 on feb 3 and the ecs cheque amount rs.2874 but the cheque is returned by bank side

                    Again my account balance is rs. 2932 on feb 4 and the ecs amount is rs.2874 but returned by the bank side

                    And now my account balance is rs. 3232 on feb 6 and the ecs amount is rs.2874 and also returned by the bank side

                    What's wrong with the bank side.. Kindly solve this issue and now finance side asking rs.972 extra for the cheque bounce who is responsible for this..

                    Here i attached my bank statement and complaint letter given to bank..

                      Hdfc bank — eaw - amount deducted


                      Amount 29.5 is getting deducted with the description eaw dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) on dated 11.02.2020 eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide...

                      I need clarification about negative money in my account.

                            I have paid toll charges 173 rs manually as i was not in fastag lane on 19th jan 2020 16:22 at khalapur toll plaza mumbai pune express way.

                            After that when i reached talegaon toll plaza again they deducted the 173 rs from fastag account. I showed them the receipt also but still they deducted.

                            So please refund the charges which was deducted from fastag account.

                            I have shared the receipt, rc copy and below is the deduction sms from hdfc to email id of fastag 'fastag. [protected]@insolutionglobal.com'

                            "dear customer, your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 173 for transaction by vehicle mh# at toll talegaon toll plaza on[protected]t17:52:26. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 281 - hdfc bank ltd.

                            Please refund the money asap. There is no response on this. I have raised this on fastag portal and sent email also but no luck. This is very pathetic service by hdfc bank. Fastag portal also is very rediculous.

                                On 11/feb/2020, hdfc fastag charged me an adjustment entry of 150/- wrongly for my car ts15eq3113. When i check my transactions list, there is no reference of this adjustment entry in report generated in hdfc fastag portal for my car.

                                I expect refund of the deducted amount or information on why 150/- was deducted with transaction reference.

                                As i do not have transaction reference, i cannot attach image of the transaction.

                                Dear customer mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued HDFCLTD with value Rs.11498.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.
                                During airtel payment using net banking, an amount of 506 was deducted but payment was unsuccessful, afterwards again i did the payment of 506 and was successful, but i didn't receive the payment which was unsuccessful till date. Payment was done on 30th January 2020.
                                I'm apply HDFC fastag 12/1/20 but not receive, no any response by customer care executive who responsible my botheration and loss.

                                  Today, 11.02.2020, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction the detail is showing there as "3rd party cash txn inc gst". I am not aware about this deduction? Why the account has been deducted on such an amount without informing to the customer? It is really unsafe to keep funds in account.

                                    On 28/11/19, i have swiped my card in KLM airways Delhi airport for extra baggage (Rs.7150) and extra weight (Rs.7150). total Rs.15020.
                                    The transaction was successful and amount has been debited from my account successfully.
                                    Next on 01/12/19, i have not swiped my card anywhere and i have not used my card. But suddenly i received two messages saying that amount Rs.7510 was debited twice. so total Rs.15020 was debited from my account without any authorization.
                                    I have contacted HDFC customer care for last 2 months, but no proper response and i tried mailing them.
                                    Receiving only acknowledge mail and there is no action taken from their end to refund my amount and there is no proper root cause for the issue is found.
                                    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
