I have fastag issued by hdfc bank with wallet id as [protected]. I have received an email and sms for deduction of rs.290 from my fastag account on 31st dec. The reason was listed as manual debit. Though my car was parked at home on that day. I called n sent emails to customer support many times but there is no conclusion. Moreover, there is no escalation option available. It is the worst customer service i ever faced. Not sure how to proceed further.

Can anyone please help me on this issue?

I have already dropped email on this id many times however no response yet.
I was going through my bank statements, I came to know there was a transaction of Rs.951 named as DC Intl Pos Txn Markup+st, the amount was deducted without any notice and I tried to call the customer care, still, there isn't any response.

    Cancellation of one assist membership
    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number without my concern on date:03/02/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

      My fast tag[protected] has balance and showing active in hdfc fast tag portal but at toll plaza after scanning it is showing blacklisted. I called nhai also they also confirmed that my fast tag is blacklisted. I am trying to contact hdfc customer care ([protected]) and raised a service request (Sr[protected] also but no one is there to receive the call or respond for the ticket.

      Fastag for my vehicle MH-46-BA-7144 NOT RECEIVED
      PL REVERT MY FASTAG MONEY FEE 500/- TO MY ACCOUNT
      There happened to be negative amount in my HDFC account three times and for this, the bank deducted 590 INR three times for each time the amount went negative.

      Is it some kind of rule or it's just something illegal happening?

      Kindly respond and help if the amount can be refunded.

        Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 355 for adjustment entry on 1/31/2020 6:12:53 pm. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 0 - hdfc bank ltd.
        This was the message i recieved on 31st and on 31 st i never passed any toll.
        I asked the toll guy when i was returning and he said there was technical error and contact hdfc i didn’t find any help from the help line number though.

          I had applied for fastag in nov 2019, but did not get the fastag rfid for vehicle. Instead, i received messages indicating that my fastag rfid is in use at toll gates in tamilnadu and karnataka. I gave numerous complaints via hdfc toll free number to cancel my fastag and refund the amount of 500 rs which was misused.
          As of date february 2020, the issue has not been resolved. Hdfc sent me a cheque for 40 rs instead of 500.
          They have no info how my rfid was misused and made no efforts to refund my money.
          I strongly believe that either hdfc employee or the courier company thru which my fastag rfid was sent is involved in this fraud and has misused customer's trust and money.

          A person called me for verification in office and i gave him my correct address.
          He never come to me for verification because that day it was heavy rainfall in Gurgaon. But HDFC kept my credit card application on hold because of this i am getting issue in getting loans

              fastag

              Double toll was deducted from my fastag on 1st jan 2020 while driving from alibaug to pune on the mumbai-pune expressway. First an amount of 115 was deducted at khalapur and subsequently 173 was deducted at talegaon.

              The same evening i tried to login to their website to file a service request, but it said my user id is invalid. I then managed to login from mobile using the same user id, but was unable to file service request...

              Hi, my salary account which was used in my previous company, has been charged monthly for not maintaining balance.
              If it is a salary account, why don't you close it when we leave the company? Did i invite you to give me account at the time of joining? No!
              Again its your responsibility to reach us whether we want to maintain account or not!
              And you didn't take my permission for converting my salary account to savings account.
              Even after converting to savings account you are charging 600 every month. For savings account there wont be charges for no balance as per rules.
              No one is responding on my emails which i sent to hdfc customer support,

              Amount of Rs 177 has been debited from my saving/salary account with narration 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GST 240120 on 28thJan, 2020. Kindly check an revert back the debited amount.
              I had received some brn transaction charges and that were deducted directly from my bank with out any notice.

              Can I know what are brn charges and why the money is deducted?
              My fast tag recharge of INR 1000 against my wallet ID [protected] is not reflecting in my account .

              I have done two recharge transactions of INR 1000 each, only one received in my account .

              Payment transferred through ICICI Bank Net Banking

              Payment transfer, 2 transactions @ INR 1000 each

                I got refund with arn number from booking.com on 24/12/2019 amounting 1000 inr but the amount hasn't yet reflected in the transferred bank account.

                I even tried to contact hdfc customer service but they said they don't know anything about anr number.

                This is with respect to my fastag id[protected]. On 24th january i have been charged for two one way toll trips taken in the space of 2 hours. Have raised this issue with hdfc on thier portal but have still not received any response or refund for the same for the last 10 days. On speaking with hdfc they asked me to send an email to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com

                  There was a transaction in my bank account. I called customer care about that transaction. Customer care considered it as a fraud and blocked my account. So now my hdfc a/c is locked.net banking is blocked.

                  I visited bank to enable my account and net banking. They asked me to fill a form. I did. As per them i will get my net-banking credentials in next 7 days. Its almost 15 days and i have not received any message/mail from bank end.

                    I have made the payment in my credit card via phonepe with amount 31778 rs by mistake and asked for refund.

                      Hi i have ordered realme x polar white 128 gb in october 2019 it had the offer of 10%cashback upto 31/01/2020 when paid through hdfc debit card ..
                      I paid it but have not recieved any cashback i have complained to flipcard they said they have raised a compliant and suggested me to contact the bank customer care and by the time its unreachable ..

                        I bought a car (Wagon R Reg No MH31FE4776) in May 2019. Got an HDFC Bank Fastag along with it. No terms & Conditions were mentioned nor any communication was made from the bank. On 28th Jan when we went for a trip to MP & Gujarat the Fastag was not accepted on any toll plazas. It showed Blacklisted. It has a balance of Rs. 656. After several attempts to call the customer care number of HDFC bank, one executive told me that it has been blacklisted as it was not used for the last 3 months. On second call another executive told me since the balance had gone below Rs. 200 it was blacklisted. The request to activate it was made on 28th Jan 2020 and it was promised by the bank that the card will be activated within 3 days i.e. by 31st Jan 2020. But it was not activated till 2nd Feb 2020. As a result, we had to wait in long ques on all the toll plazas despite having and being paid for a fast tag.

                          I attempted to add money into my PayZApp wallet on 2nd Feb in connection with some bill payment. Unfortunately, Rs 1054 got deducted from my account and could not be loaded into the wallet. Where has my money gone? I have contacted my bank, but they have refused to help. Even the PayZApp customer care is not providing any resolution. This is harassment and cheating of the customer. The TransactionID as per the bank records for the failed transaction is OTHPG[protected]. Please help me to recover my hard earned money.

                            "dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc0000*11*2244* issued to bajaj finanace limited with value rs. 50000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

                            I don't understand why i'm receiving this message and what this means.
                            I don't want hdfc to process this amount or request.

                              I stopped receiving OTP on my registered mobile number from Jan 1 2020. Is there anything I can do ? I used to receive them correctly over my international registered number for past two years. I am not able to reach any customer care nor are there any options to check this. I have written to Hdfc over mail but no one has responded yet.

                              It has been more than 1 month but I still have not got fastag stickers.

                                I have try to purchase mobile from mibikwik app by hdfc crdit card. But payment failed. Amount deducted and credited back on 26th jan 2020. But on 1st feb 2020 its shows again the same amount as emi conversion and processing fee. As aggregator emi - offus. I didn't use that amount. It shows as unbilled amount.                                   My hdfc fastag has more than 700 in balance but still can not use it as the toll person says its blacklisted. now my money is blocked. can you enlighten me as to what purpose my blocked money is serving in fastag account if it can not be used at a toll.

                                    HDFC Bank customer care IVR system is so difficult and pathetic that getting connected to a representative to explain your problem is like penetrating a high-security red alert zone where you will have to go through almost endless points of checking and still no surety that you will reach to your destination. :)
                                    I am confused if you have put in place such a great service to help your customers or to torture them.
                                    What is the problem if a customer will get access to a representative in just one or two click/tap?
                                    You can believe that you have implemented a great IVR system but for us, this system is- time-consuming, torturing, leading to frustration, and it is not creating any value to us at all.
                                    Salute to your teams for implementing such a system that creates little or no value to us but increase our BP, anger, and frustrations. :)

                                    I applied for fastag 03.11.2019 and my application reference no is HFR314667 but I did not received my fastag till 30.01.2020, when I contact to customer care they did not give me a satisfaction reason, I am facing many problems due to fastag.
