dcd amount deducted from atm

Hi this is sumayya samreen

On 17th jan there is a false transaction happened in debit card.

Rs. 885 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a dcd transaction. Today when i visited an nearest atm i came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use hdfc bank because i feel my money...

Firstly i received my fast tag after 2 months after a several calls and when i received wrong number was updated although rc copy was also attached and provided. For the correction i am regularly making a call and also dropped a mail but still no hear. I applied for fast tag on 02nd dec'19 and still i am suffering. No one is there to hear.
Whenever i call they just say it will be with in a day. Sicne 02nd jan'20 continuously i am calling....

fastag blacklisted

My fastag (Customer id:[protected] card seems to have been blacklisted despite having adequate funds in the account. Please let me know why it has been blacklisted and what needs to be done to white list it

I have written to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com on 30th dec 2019 and 6th jan 2020 and havent received a response yet.

I had also spoken to my relatioship manager, ms sneghashri on this a few times...

physical fastag not received

I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

Almost 2months has passed still didnt get physical...

Rs. 5000 un authorization done from my credit and without otp access has been done..! I called customer care 'n' no of times after that received and they agreed it was a mistake, so clearly asked anything to pay?? They told not required..! But recently i applied personal loan so they rejected due to due to my cibil score is very less.. I asked same person why?? He told some amount bounce has happened from your account......

Applied for a new fastag on the hdfc bank fastag website on 2/jan. The application number is hfr01296507.
The application was submitted successfully along with the required documents. However the payment transaction of rs. 500/- done via my credit card failed. The portal asked me to retry the transaction. So i did another transaction of rs. 500/-. That too failed. I called up the customer care number immediately and reported the issue....

cancelation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 on dated 14/01/2020 without my concern from my credit cards ending number 2170. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs 1399.

Tarun kumar chakraborty, i regret to inform you that inspite of repeated telephonic calls, trailing mail commitment and verbal assurance given by your customer care representatives on different occasions, the fastag is yet pending to get delivered to residential address.

regarding unauthorised transaction

I have received following message today

Alert:rs.129.00 spent via credit card xx1291 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:15:01:23 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected].

I have not made any such transection. Require refund and want to stop further such transactions.

Can you please help me in getting the refund of the same.

hdfc fastag - adjustment entry

Today i travelled from ahmednagar to pune and no toll plaza was visited.
Still i got a debit message for fastag.
Message -
Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 190 for adjustment entry on 1/20/2020 6:30:41 pm. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 60 - hdfc bank ltd.

What is adjustment entry?
Even if we didn't pass toll plaza can fastag be debited for just using highway?...

About 3 weeks back (on 1st of Jan 2020) HDFC manually debited INR 335 from my Fastag account with no clarity on why this was deducted. I emailed them multiple times - there was no response to the emails, called 3 times (I was told that the system is down every single time) and contacted on Twitter (first time they asked me to email and call, there was no response for subsequent messages). I have been incorrectly charged from my fastag account few times. I called customer service and they provided me with email address to which i sent email with screen shots of sms messages more than 10 days ago and few reminders after that. I also called customer service four days ago and they told me someone will respond in 24 hours. No response and money drained from my account....

non refund of my cancelled railway ticket , bought through hdfc gateway

Please find a mail from IRCTC for refund amount of a Railway ticket which is self explanatory. While buying the ticket, payment was made by me through BHIM UPI using HDFC gateway (from my SBI account) and the detail reads as : TO TRANSFER-UPI/DR/[protected]/INDIAN R/HDFC/irctcrailt/IRCTC--.
To date I have not recd Rs 215/- that is due. Kindly take action

misuse of credit card with otp

Just got a msg from Amazon 1258399 stating they have charged Rs.169 from my credit card without otp. How is this even possible. I have never made any subscriptions with Amazon. I want my money back. And people are claiming HDFC to be the best banker in India, and this is how you offer security to our card details and money in the account. Never expected this from HDFC. Corporate frauds....

fastag id

I got my fastag from hdfc when i brought my car. But now i have to recharge my account but i don't have customer id & wallet id. So couldn't recharge my fastag. I havent received welcome mailer too. I tried to call customer care no, but it's not working. And i didn't find customer mail id.
Please let me know how can i recover my cutomer id & wallet id....

fastag debited amount is not reverse till today

I have crossed the manor toll on 12/1/2020 around 12:53 pm. As per toll collector scanner is not able to read the fastag. So we decided to give toll manually. Reciept is attached. But after some time amount rs. 70/- deducted from my fastag account. Please reverse the charges as we have paid the same manually.
