Hello, My name is M.Vinodh Kumar.I had a bike loan with you from this year August and Loan Number is 29161076. Every month of 5th EMI amount of 4655 will be debited from my account and today i deposited 5000 on 12.00PM but already you people made it in to Overdue EMI.Is this fair? You never sent me an email statement regarding the EMI debit time on due date but you made my EMI now as overdue which is not acceptable.I tried to make a compliant on this to customer care and tried reaching them for around 2 hours but till end no one answered my call. My account have sufficient balance on due date as per the loan statement so i wont pay any extra charges irrespective of time. Kindly take some serious action on this issue and try to solve this as soon as possible.I would like to have a long relation with your bank and services if you can solve this fruitfully. I look forward hearing from you soon.

Finally i got call from customer care and they solved it.. They gave me one more day time to pay me EMI due and finally no extra charges which will effect my ratings to get next loan in HDFC. Thank you HDFC.

ALOK VARMA sales person who was miss guide me i have voice recording, he told me please invest single premium rs. 60000/- and you will get 112790/- after five years and you will also get medical insurance 5 times for your paying money @ 300000/- and we are offer you direct so you will also 20% agent commision for this policy i was already invest in my daughter name rs.60000/- and rs 39000/- on 29/10/2014 and same policy are cancelled by me on 26/11/2014 and recieve amount on 04/12/2014 but this case i requist you to do not miss guide public and take action on him his mobile number is [protected]

      Every month of 5th my loan EMI will be debited from my account but today i have sufficient balance even they made it in to overdue with extra charges. To make this complaint i am trying to reach the customer care for around 2 hours to all the useless numbers mentioned in their website but no one spoke to me till end only i can hear pre recorded voice.HDFC Bank loan services is the worst service i ever had with any other banks.Please learn how to serve a customer easily and try to make a better commute with them.I never want to have relation with this kind of banks.

        I have already raised a complaint before regarding the same Policy Number 17139698 on 28th Nov 2014 and got a response back that my issue will be taken care within 2days. Unfortunately that didn't happen and I am back again here writing all in vain. No body has given any right to any bank to hold anyone's money for that long whatever is the amount. It will be 2months since I have applied for the insurance but till date there is no response from the bank. This is a shame that I raised a customer complaint but still no action was taken which means all this complaints and all are just waste of time but I am not going to leave it all here, I will escalate this issues to high level people in HDFC from where ever possible. You people really cant play around with our time and money. This is not accpetable to no one has given the right to you. I am done here.. You guys have tested my patience way much and this is and disgusting. I know this email will be read by any other email you get and wont even responded may be.         And I have informed before and now, I AM NOT GOING TO PAY TO ANY CANCELLATION OR MEDICAL CHARGES. Please keep that in mind.

          I have taken health policy on M.sirisha name. Policy number is : HN[protected]. I have taken this policy for eye laser treatment (Lasic laser) only .I know that Lasic laser treatment will cover any policy.But HDFC customer care team and sales representative clearly confirmed that Lasic laser treatment will be covered from 3rd year. Before renewing I have called customer care 3 times and all 3 agents confirmed that it will be covered.When i asked mail confirmation no one given the same confirmation. I have raised Service ID=[protected]' raised for providing wrong information by customer care.They replied that "inadvertent error made by customer care executive and necessary action has already been taken against the said executive".But finally I lost the money for the wrong information given. In the same mail they are saying lies that no one given such confirmation . Be careful with these type of fraud guy's.           The laser eye treatment is not covered as per our policy terms and conditions. However, we request you to submit your
          original claim documents along with treating doctor's certificate in indication for the laser surgery of the eye to process the claim.

          Further, there was no such confirmation provided on call for the coverage of laser treatment and
          neither the insured raised any such query on the verification call made during the issuance of policy.
          Hence, our stand on the laser surgery of eye will remain the same.

          If laser eye treatment is not covered as per our policy terms why you are asking to submit original claim documents along with treating doctor's certificate .If it is not covered then I will take this some other time.I have attached mail received by DFC customer care stating "inadvertent error made by customer care executive and necessary action has already been taken against the said executive" . Same mail screen shot is attached.

          Same information is updated in Service ID=[protected].It gives clear itend that HDFC team will intentionally giving false commitments at the time of policy taking and later on saying lies on the given commitments.

            Hi, Someone tried to make fraud transaction through my credit card but he was unable to do that as he was unable to type OTP. Transaction details:- 1.S.P Jain Institute of Ma 2.XLRI PROSPECT COLLECTIONS I receive both the messages on my phone i.e [protected]. At the same I called the HDFC credit card department but they refused to help me even they were not interested to help me. They simply told me to block the card which I did.                 Trade accounts:2268774 and 210481. The service rendered by the company to email is ver bad. I get only auto replies which reads that response will be done within one business day. That is the end. Your personnel appear to cheat the company by not doing any work. A complaint regarding the non functioning of PDF download from History/Contract note/common contract note was made in the middle of Oct 2014. Till date the problem is not attended. At times some one telephone and inform that it is working, possibly the IT personnel concerned also cheats them by giving wrong information without doing anything. Do this company have any responsible sr. Management to be contacted like other company? Please let me know so that I can bring this to their notice. In the meanwhile I am searching for the same. Do anyone track auto replies received from their site?? In all an Irresponsible company for work cheats!!!

                  Dear Sir, I, introduce myself to you as Baidyanath Karmakar date of birth: 05/07/1958 residing at Gayenpara, Raydighi, 110 South 24 pgs, PIN: 743383 has been cheated by your much renowned insurance company very badly. I have lost all my savings and no wish to survive anymore as I am broken down morally and been cheated so badly by your company. I have been cheated by your company with an amount in total Rs. 6, 00, 000/- in the name of Life Insurance in my name and in my wife's name, Mrs. Pranati Karmakar. The details of the amount I have cheatedly invested with you and policy number detail is given below: Name Invested Amount Policy Number 1)Baidyanath Karmakar 3, 00, 000/- Policy no:[protected] Client id:[protected] 2)Pranati Karmakar 3, 00, 000/- Policy no:[protected] Client id:[protected] I paid this money as I was told by your executive that HDFC has come up with Fixed Deposit Plans where I will pay and I will receive a bond paper and after 7 years I will get approximately double the amount I am keeping as fixed deposit.hence, I invested one by one, my entire savings i did in my whole lifetime with the hope that I will get a lumsome amount after 10years. I was not provided with the policy bonds in time and when I received the policy bonds, I was totally looted by your company as I found them to be regular policied where I do have to pay premiums every year to rertain the same and failing which will lapse my policicies. Not only that I was also promised that I can get a 10 times loan i, e (10*premium) anytime after i get my fixed deposit bonds.But all these commitmnents were fake as I enquired that there is no loan options in these policies and they are not at all fixed deposit bonds, they are simply regular policy bonds. HDFC my sigtnature is forged in the benefit illustration of the bond papers. I have not signed them and my signature has been forged completely.Again I have not performed or undergone any medical test where I found that my medical test has alreay been performed by some other anonymous person. Hence, the medical examination done from your company's end was also forged totally. According to IRDA's grievance Redressal policy I can apply for cancellation until my request is addressed. In the IRDA's grievance redressal guidelines, there was clearly mentioned " a complaint shall be considered as disposed of and closed when :- (a) The company has acceded to the request of the complaint fully. (b) where the complaint has indicated in wriying, acceptanceof the response of the insurers. (c) Where the grievance redressal officer has certified the company has discharged its contractual, statutary and regulatory obligations and closes the complaint. Hence, I request you to look into the matter and investigate the matter as soon as possible as I have already lost my entire savings and hopes of my life. I have to kill myself along with my entire family if I do not get my money refunded. I pledge and beg to help me and please do the needful and take necessary steps to cancel the policies and refund me the money back. Looking forward to your kind help and eventually If my appeal of cancellation and pledge to get my money back gets rejected I will be compelled to take legal actions and also will ask for help from media to stop this fraud racket run by Hdfc Standard Life Insurance company………. My point is if you have checked all note then there must be recorded video .If you are right then its a loss for me but it my right as a customer to verify it .                         Hi This is Arvind Solanki faced a serious problem with HDFC credit card. I have good relationship with HDFC bank since last 3.8+ years regarding my personal account and credit card. I started using hdfc credit card in 2011 (card#[protected]). I got this card when I was in Bhubaneswar Orrisa. Due to my job requirement i have moved to delhi 3 years back. after some time i called to customer care regarding my credit card closure as limit was not good and they denied. I thought that i should close this card and get a fresh one with increased limit (This was the suggestion from one of their customer care executive on call). when i called customer care again to close this card they said there is no procedure to close your card on phone and asked me to send some form to close/address update/ mob update whatever i wanted to do. Then i thought lets continue with this card so lets update my new address/Mobile number (as both are changed after moving to delhi). I filled the form and dropped into a dropbox at hdfc bank's sector-56 branch but my address and mobile number never get updated on my CC statements. I still thought that there might be some failure in delivery and continued with the card till the expiration of the card. This card was about to expire in oct-2014, i visited hdfc bank branch in Gurgaon regarding the proper closure of this card as there is no credit card department in gurgaon as per bank manager. Card got expired and new card has been issued on my name without asking whether i need or not, they did not even asked me that where do we have to deliver this card, not even a single email notification, nothing at all and i dont know where that card is??? I called customer care regarding the closure and they said, i have to fill up a form that is available on their site for closure and believe me guys there is no form for closure is available on HDFC site... I called again they said ok no form available then write an application and send us through HDFC bank. I have written an application dropped in HDFC dropbox in gurgaon branch and my card is never get closed. I called customer care regarding the my application is not taken in consideration for closure and they said, I can close my card only if i have my mobile number ON which i have given in credit card 3 years back in Bhubaneswar. can you imagine that. After a long discussion he said that please clear your all dues and we will close your card permanently(i felt good after listening something positive) i did payment of my outstanding amount(1103.59 INR) and called again, customer care executive said that we did not received you payment till now so we cant close your card and asked to wait till the payment received. called next day and they said yes your payment is received but we can not cancel your card on phone. I have given every verification about me then why do you need that mobile number only... I said if you want to send some verification code or something please use my email which i have given in credit card. After a long discussion executive put me on hold and said that please talk to my boss/senior... A lady came on the phone with and she was talking very rudely. She said if i want to close my card i have to get my old number activated that i was using in Bhubaneswar and there is no other way. Your card will not be close for all your life time. i have called customer care almost 10 times wasted lot of time. Now My question to HDFC are: 1. Is this the right way to deal with customers. 2. If i don't have my old mobile number then my email will not considered why? 3. Do you think that harassing your one customer can give you more profit or making them happy can be more profitable. 4. Do you think that after all this i ever use HDFC credit card again. 5. Do you think i would suggest HDFC to anyone anymore. I will wait for your answers.                           Hi, This is in reference to my Trading Account Number-1572259 of HDFC Securities Limited. The SBI Ex-Split took place on 20th November, 2014 and I originally had 2 shares of SBI in my account. After the Ex-Split as per the terma and conditions I should have 20 shares of SBI in my account but the same has not been credited in my Portfolio as of now. Please advise in this regard as to by when this requisite amount of 20 shares will be credited in am Trading Account. Would greatly appreciate your assistance in this regard.                             Dear HDFC Team, I would like to inform you that your bank's branch is in N A C Manimajra Chandigarh. I opened an account under Prime Minister Jan Dhan scheme, And just two months are going to be, but neither do I have a message to open the account or any bank kit I have received by post. Whenever I've been talking to your bank officials, they do not give any satisfactory answer. Kindly help me, because when I talk to bank officer so they say, they keep sending documents that we will soon open an account. Now you tell me what your customer's bank account in 3-4 months is open. I know that if my account is not being under the scheme of PMJDY so far, my account had been opened long ago.. We bring to your notice that we are in construction business from last 25 years in this vicinity and we are one of the reputed builder. In the matter of housing loan of our customer MR. Rodney Periera . who has applied for housing loan at AGASHI branch . After having completed all the formalities and paper work, the disbursement was delayed by weeks.So, naturally as a builder, we had approached the manager and made inquires about the status of the loan application.But to our surprise, the manager replied very rudely and even told us that you can apply to any other housing loan institution. We are very sorry to state that for a reputed bank like you, we aspect customer friendly service.We hearby request you to make inquiry in the matter and take take necessary steps, so that in future such incidents are not repeated.We are having many saving and current accounts with your bank for last so many years.In case, we do not get any satisfactory reply, we will be forced to snap all relation with your bank.                                 I have been told by HDFC customer care that i can convert my transaction into EMI. now after making transaction they are saying that you are not eligible for this offer.However still i am getting five emails per that i can convert my transaction into EMI.                                   Hello, I enrolled for Smart Pay, so that my Internet bill and mobile bills are automatically paid. Even after enrolling for smart pay my Internet bills was not paid for 2 months (1411 *2 = 2822 plus 100 late fine) and because of that I had to pay fine to my Internet Service Provider. I accordingly called the Customer centre Team on 29th of Oct and asked them to cancel the smart pay as I didn’t want to go through any further complication. I paid my bills on my own on the same day for Rs-2922. After 2 days my card was again charged for 2922 amount. I called the Customer Service again and informed about the same. The representative assured me that there is no such charge. I just checked my Statement and figured out that I have been charged twice for 2922. I would like to inform that your Customer service is pathetic and agents are amateur without any product knowledge. There are number of instances wherein I was provided wrong information. The Supervisor to whom I spoke with Manju Singh on 29th of Nov was behaving as if she is doing a favour by talking to me and is good for nothing and she doesn’t deserve to be there at first place. I am frustrated to the level that I can no longer tolerate this Credit Card and your Customer Service. Regards, Saurabh Sinha

                                    Hello Sir, I am a Tata Consultancy Services Employee holding my salary account in HDFC bank. On 18th Nov, I applied for personal loan amounting 2.5lakhs for my marriage purpose. Till now HDFC is dragging my case by the verification department. Sorry to say but I am totally frustrated and irritated by the way this verification team is handling. I provided all the relevant documents that needed for a personal loan. the verification team came to verify to my house in the weekend without informing me and they asked some wrong person without asking my house owner and reported that owner did not indentify him. Atleast they should have informed me. I was not there as I went to market and some guy called me and he asked all the details. I answered and assumed that verification was done as I was not aware of the verification proceedure. After 3 days on asking the status I came to know that loan was rejected due to negative verification. On calling the same number just to ask how he can give negative as he himself went to wrong place I got the answer like "Kya Police Chor Ko Pakadne Jata He toh Kya Bolke Jata he" ... "Jo Mila Wohi Likha"..."Asey Hi Verification Hota he". So sir is this true that HDFC bank treat their customer as "CHOR/Thief". I belong to a reputed IT company and your bank is treating me in this manner. Again on request to Sales department yesterday reverification was done and verification was positive. I was there in my home as I was on sick leave. Today on enquiry I came to know that due to lack of office verification loan again got rejected. I don't know how they verified at office while I was on sick leave. And also no call came from their end. I don't know what's going on. Specially in Kolkata verification team thinks that they are some kind of CBI personnel dealing with fugitive/thief. I was having that trust factor on HDFC bank but now I have decided that this will be my 1st and last time I will never ever approach your bank for any thing as the result will be waste of my precious time that cannot be imagined and the tension I am carying in my head. Now I think that I should have approached some other bank for this. This is simply harassing your customer. Also I am having my HDFC bank salary account. What else these people expect from us. Who is going to repay my lost time. Your site says that withing 48hours preapproved personal loan. But I show the reality.People apply for personal loan because it's a speedy and faster way to get money and they must be having some problem thats why they are asking for loan. But here in my case verification team is playing. Writing all the crap in their report without even doing their job properly. It's quite a common sense that if I am not informed or called how can I provide my office verification. And they even don't try further once done means done. Let customer suffer. Requesting you to look into this matter and if possible take some action against this verification team. All my time got wasted and I dont know what to do next.This has been the real test of my patience. Thanks & Regards, Naba Pattanayak [protected]
