          Dear sir/mam, my name is chandan kumar sharma. I am one of the credit card member of 'HDFC Credit Card'. I am getting threatening calls from HDFC third party collection no. [protected]. Because I was late on payment for one month for which I received a new bill with the interest which I need to pay before 4th of November 2014. I am a salaried person although I have inform them I will make the payment of total due bill before 4th of November they calling me on my cell phone they calling my family threatening them so far I have made all the payment on time this was the first time I was late on my payment they are trying to take the payment illegally by threatening and harassing me and my family I would request you to look into the matter as soon as possible why I was not informed legally firstly and why I was touchier ed, treated in human on each call they insulted me I want proper and legal answer from them.

            Sub :- Cancellation of my Policy/Document no.[protected] Premium Rs.1 lks, HDFCSL Young star- Super premium due to mis-selling by your staff, Regd, . Dear Sir, I am an defence personal & having an rank of an Major in the Indian Army presently posted in North East of India having my family based in Hyderabad. On one of my visits in the month of July 2014, I happened to come to your above cited bank’s branch, to make an Fixed deposit on my son’s name. I was immediately approached by your staff & was lured into guaranteed returns investment plans (fetching more monies than an Fixed deposit), as discussed & projected by your staff and my signatures were taken on your blank application forms. I was assured by your staff that the yields from this investment would be guaranteed and would fetch me much more yields (15% p.a. minimum) than an bank F.D. and that no investment would be made in the stock market what so ever. I was not even told the product name nor the details of the product & I believed your staff, based on their verbal commitments & assurances. Your above cited policy/Document was handed over to my wife in my absence, without any explanation, some time back, as I was away from home due to my service requirement of Armed Forces, as cited above. On my return yesterday, I have had a detailed look at your above cited Policy & am shocked to note the contents of the same. To my utter surprise, your office staff have given me an Unit Linked Investment Plan which does not guarantee me 15% annual yields, as committed by your personal. I have not been told of any charges, what so ever, towards the ULIP policy. Instead the risk is of the total investment, is totally bourne by me as per your policy document. More so, I am an border line diabetic since the last two years & you have filled in my blank signed forms, as if I do not have the same. Hence, as I was totally misled at the time of signing the forms by your staff at your branch, I hereby want you to cancel the above cited policy immediately & request you to refund me the entire amount without any deductions, what so ever. Please do the same immediately, within the next 3 days, so that I do not have to escalate the issue to your Managing Director & other consumer forums. I feel deeply hurt & cheated by HDFC Bank. Please remit the amount of Rs. 1 lakh to my savings account no.[protected], immediately & oblige. Thanking you, Your's faithfully, Major Ananth Babu.               Dear Sir / Madam, I am really at pain while writing this mail. It is really very difficult to get time from our busy schedule to write on this type of issues. We used to take insurance policies for peace of mind but if it becomes a cause of botheration then it is better to get rid of it. I took a policy from HDFC life in Oct'11 but I could not get policy documents till Feb'13. I am forwarding all those communications which I had to do to get my policy with name change as in original policy my name was also written wrongly. After so much written communications, HDFC accepts fault at their end and they send me modified proposal and then I make the payment of next premium in the month of March'13 and also informed you about the same. Even after that paid amount was returned in my account after two months. I was ignorant about that and next year again I make the payment of my premium well in scheduled time of Oct'13 and when that premium amount came back to my credit card account in the month of Dec'13 then I enquired about it and your customer care told that my policy is incomplete. I am really fed up with this policy and I will request your goodself to kindly return my money with minimu 12% return including two premiums which you kept for two months otherwise I have to go to IRDA grievance cell for this purpose. I am forwarding all my past communications to make you understand how much pain you people have given me for no fault of mine. If I go to IRDA or consumer forum then I am going to ask for financial compensation for this pain which is due to in-efficient operation at your end. It is really very surprising that even after acknowledging fault at your end and sending modified policy, you have sent back premium amount without any communication to the customer for its reason. Earlier communication regarding non-receipt of policy and wrong details in policy :- Dear Mr. Ravi K Chikkam, I do not want to bother you but it seems I do not have any option left.I, Rakesh Kumar Chakraborty, was contacted by Mr. Rahul Bisht, Mobile no.-[protected] in the month of Oct'12 for a meeting to inform about a very good financial proposal. He came to my flat and explained me about your policy Sampoorn Samridhi and I feel poilicy is okay and I had given him a cheque of 50, 000/- rupees. After that I received two communications from HDFC life. One is receipt of my cheque for the above mentioned policy and another one with further requirement so that policy fomalities can be completed. I informed about this communication to Mr. Bisht and he told that there was some problem at insurance company end and it was sorted out and your policy is ready. After that, since Nov'11 I had contacted him number of times for my policy but he never gave me any appropriate response. Later on, he stopped picking my phone. Simultaneously, he gave me Mr. Atul ([protected]) contact details and told me that Atul will forward my policy to me. It's more than 1 year now and till date I have not received my policy. I am suppose to deposit its next installment now but I do not have any policy and without it how can I deposit next installment. I have sent an mail to your customer care after fed up with poor response from Mr. Bisht and Mr. Atul this weekend and instead of getting my original policy I received a revival quotation. If I did not receive a policy then should I pay its premium. As last communication I received is related to some further requirement then how do I know that whether my policy documents requirements are over or not. How do I know its renewal date. I have policies from other private players also and there I use to get intimation from them in mail as well as in mobile for policy renewal. But, in this case I did not received a single intimation and when I complained about it in your customer care then they have forwarded me revival quotation with its validity till today. Why should I make any payment without receiving my policy? Why should I be penalised without any lapses from my end? If your executive or franchise are irresponsible then should your customer be penalised? Why can't you take displinary action against these two executives. I have forwarded their number also to track them. Please do the needful so that I receive my policy at the earliest. I want to pay my policy's next premium also but only after getting my original policy and without any penalty. If I did not get any positive response from your side then I will be compelled to go to outside grievance cell for redressal of my problem. You will get the policy document shortly. We assure you the best of our services always. Warm Regards, Kalpana Customer Service Officer Dear Luis J Lebo, I think I got a similar response from your customer care executive also. Should I assume that there is no meaning of approaching grievance cell of HDFC Standard life? You have not even bothered to see that your company has not even put my name correctly in the policy and I think that is the reason I could not get any proper response from customer care when I want to know whether my policy is at all completed or not. When I could not get any proper response from your customer care then I do not have any way out but to be dependant on your sales man. I contacted him number of times firstly to inform that there is a communication from HDFC that due to some technical problem my policy is not yet ready and then to inform that I have not received my policy. Will you please tell me if I did not receive policy then why should I fill indemnity bond to state that I have lost it? Is it responsibility of customer to ensure that courier guy delivers policy to the customer or it should be responsibilty of your organisation? Is it the way to treat your customers? If I am not wrong the there is a clause in policy that after getting the policy customer can surrender its policy if he/she finds any mismatch with stated terms by sales agent. In my case even after a year, I have not received my policy and I have even given you names of persons who came to my place on behalf of your company and their contact numbers. Have you even tried to contact them to know howmany times I had contacted them for my policy. I am sure you may not have bothered to do that and you are trying to penalise your customer for neglegence of your sales agent. If I did not receive a policy then how can I pay for its next premium? If my name in policy is not written correctly then why should i accept this policy? I think your company is taking advantage of lack of awareness of most of the customers but I am not going to pay even one rupee extra for neglegence of your sales agent and your courier agent. Can you show my signature on your courier company sheet that I have received my policy. I am challenging you, if you can show my signature on receivinfg paper then I will pay you double penalty. But, dear you can not do so because I know how courier boys are fooling their customers and employer. I am not going to pay any penalty and I will not sign any indemnity bond as I have not lost policy. If these two conditions are acceptable to you then I will make payment for my next premium without any additional charges after receiving my policy otherwise you please refund my deposited money with at least 12% per annum interest without any further delay. If you do not do it very soon then I will be bound to approach IRDA grievance redressal cell.

                I would like to complain against agent who called for payment, she used inappropriate language and was rude while speaking as she said "hdfc bank tere baap kaa hai kya" which is really not appreciate as I have only missed 1 payment not more than that.her name was bhagyashree.please take strict actions for calling and harassing people for payment.                   Yesterday evening I received a call from Nelson Manickam Road HDFC Bank
                  (phone number is[protected]/[protected] between 5.30pm to 6.30pm. The telecaller named SATISH asked me to pay my EMI, when i asked him to represent my cheque he said he cant, the only thing he said is that he will send a person for collection. I said i will pay it directly, he irritated me that paying to the collection executive is the only way. when i started shouting, the other end person said he will send 4 to 5 memebers to my house!!! My BP raised and i asked him to send people to my house, he said to talk with my like a road side rowdy and was talking without respect. Since then, Im searching the address to raise an police complain over him.

                  Today morning i got the same call from the same number, this time a lady talked with me, i politely wanted to know the address but she also made me mad and give the call to another person so as called team leader, he too was talking like a jerk. All the telecaller there talking like a ____________. Is HDFC bank having telecallers or rowdies in the collection department? Im mentally tortured with these people and i want to make an complaint in this regard.

                  I request consumer court to take action. Also please suggest anything on my query. Please do make an internal investigation.

                  If I meet that fellow and slap or kick use my shoe or blast using very slum words, will bank take legal action?

                          Dear sir, With reference to above proposal no. I have paid amount of policey on 28th august. On 4th sep I received for medical which I completed medical procedure on 5th sep. Again I received the letter stating that for my policy there is rate up OR if I undergo medical test again at my own expense and if report is normal, then there will be no rate up. I have completed re medical on 27 sep at my own expense. Yesterday when I called customer care, to my surprise i came to know that there is no re-medical issued in my proposal. I asked customer care executive mr. Sefal to lodge complaint. He provided me complaint no. I called customr care and I was speaking to mr. Murli, TO MY SURPRISE I CAME TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NO COMPLAINT LODGED YESTERDAY INSPITE OF ME HAVING COMPLAINT NO. Does it mean that executives are providing complaint nos randomly as per their fancy, ??????????????????????? Really pathetic service experiend by me. My policy is not issued even after completing all procedure from my side for more than 17 days (more than 10 working days). And more than 43 days since my a/c got debited. Please help me to me know whether my policey will get issued...??????? I have mailed several times customer care but I am not receiving any revert. I am calling customer care but they are telling me that since my policy is in proposal stage we dont have details n I am s uppose tto contact my agent. Please help. Vishal Dhamsania [protected]

                            Dear HDFC Representative This may sound offensive to you but your bank sucks... BIG TIME!!! To start off, my customer id is 47377563 and I am fed up of the who work for HDFC. I do not give a damns as to who you are and what you do but I am not letting HDFC get out of this that it has created. First off, I used to be a classic customer for HDFC and some one from your stupid bank pushed me into the preferred status. Full of and lots of headache to get myself back to the classic customer status. Second point of contention - I wanted to purchase a car and applied for a car loan. I was told that I did not need to submit any documents as I was pre approved for a loan of around 8.7 lakhs INR. The stupid loan guy rejected my loan and told me on my face that I would not get any loan authorized if he could help it. Well, I had already put down a deposit and this attitude did not help especially after the classic - preferred issue. That is when I decided to cut off every tie with HDFC. Thereafter, I have tried calling your helpline to pay off my credit card dues and to end this entire relationship but it takes some from your bank to call me and threaten me to really push me off the edge. Now, I do understand that I owe some money which is due on my Credit Card but I refuse to pay anything till such a time that the very employee who thought he could get away with giving me a deadline on the payment as if I owed him money, will call me and apologize to me. Not only that, I am not going to walk into one of your stupid bank branches and fill out some stupid application. Take a bloody cheque and be done with it. No more charges and no more phone calls. Every call that is made to me will be met with choicest of abuses, that I can promise you. I shall wait for a reply for a period of 48 hours from the time of sending this letter and if Mr. Gaurav does not apologise to me, this is what I am going to do... 1.) I am going to post on every online forum e.g. FB (HDFC page and all media pages), twitter, mouthshut, bankbazaar, Complaint board, Consumercourt.in, ComplaintsBoard, Consumer Pain, Complaints Blog, Complaints India, iComplaints, Client Complain, Indian Consumer Forum, Complaint Bolo, Yahoo and not to mention the countless consumer forums all over Internet. 2.) Hire people to distribute pamphlets across all HDFC branches in Delhi NCR to ensure that every HDFC customer and potential customers across the city know about how HDFC deals with its erstwhile customers when they try to leave. 3.) Contact a lawyer to file a case of continued mental harassment against HDFC and seek criminal proceedings against the bank's employees for encouraging such a culture. You could have fooled me once before but not this time round. I am going to screw you and hit you where it hurts. P.S.2 - I have bought the most awesome car. NO THANKS TO YOU THOUGH!!!

                              Withdrawal 5000 rupees using ICICI bank ATM using HDFC ATM card, but got only 4600 rupees, in between 500 rupees notes got 100 rupees note, immediately contacted security guard of icici ATM, he has given mobile number of icici bank, called to that number, he told me that the money will automatically refunded in 48 hours, but not credited, again call to that person, he told me to contact HDFC bank only, then raised a complaint to HDFC bank, complaint number is 810296, after 10 days again called to HDFC no response. Again telling to contact icici bank, playing with each other without giving my money back. Also HDFC customer care people telling that my transaction is correct one because they got this statement from icici bank, I need one clarification from icici bank, how can you people can tell the transaction is proper and I got my full amount from atm, have you checked the CC CAMERA VISUALS PRESENT IN THE ATM, first check that, without doing that how can you know whether I got 100 rupees note in place of 500 rupees note. need my money back as soon as possible. Both HDFC and ICICI bank people not responding for my questions and telling any thing about complaint and when can they credit my bank to my account.                                     Dear Sir, I have taken one policy from HDFC life in 2009. I paid 3 premium by direct debit option. In 2012 I missed to keep balance in my account and could not visit any branch as I am settled in abroad since few years. I tried to contact some agent by call or by my relatives in India but no one helped us to provide the status of my policy. So, policy remain unpaid till date and now they replied few days back that we have to pay our three installment with interest amount 23850 if we want to continue. I sent them request to waive the charges so I can pay pending amount. But they are not giving any reply. I sent many reminders but no reply. I also request them to give calculations if I want to surrender but no reply. Kindly note that we are getting very poor service from this company. After selling product, no one is there to help us.
