[Resolved] HDFC Bank — false lifetime free credit card promise and charges applied | |||||
Sharad rathod from hdfc branch sahakar nagar pune as to apply for a regalia, infact on my behalf applied the card from my laptop promising that its a free life time card. Now i have been charged with 2950 as the fees while i have not even used the card even once, when reached to this person he has directed me to customer care and has shown not responsiblity towards any of this apart from this this person has midirected me earlier during the inventments in funds where he has sold the wrong product like ulip while being informed multiple times that we wish not to invest in the same. Request to help on this as this has not only become a mental harrasment i have been following now with call center and got a response that we cannot do anything on this. My credit card ending with xxxxxxx4926 is now invalided and I am not yet received any card . my address change form also submitted. we cannot able to contact or talk with customer care department. please arrange to provide a provision to talk with your representative through phone.

I haven't take any policy but money had been deducted from my credit card. I have complaint regarding this in bank many times but always ignored..
