I have a personal loan with hdfc with the loan number 44556650. The executive who came to my office and explained all the information regarding the interest and the due date, he said the due date will be 7th of every month but somehow that executive changed the due date to 4th of every month. My salary get credited every 7th and i am unable to pay the emi amount on 4th because of which every time i have to pay the lpc and ecs presentation charges.

I have emailed them so many time but no response they want me to visit some green park hdfc bank and change it. It's not feasible for me to physically visit the office i emailed them that i am the owner of the personal loan and i just want to change the due date please do it.

Still its not change and its impacting my cibil score please help me to close this, my only concern is i want to change my due date from 4th to 7th.

    I have applied for housing loan in above said bank with file no.[protected]. As they were asking for irrelavent documents i have asked to stop the loan process and i have received a mail form hdfc stating that loan was approved and they have deducted rs.11, 800 form my account as processing fess. Due to their internal miscommunication i have been penalized. When frequently asking to refund my money now they denay in refunding stating that the file was already processed.

    Request you to kindly look into the matter and help me in getting my money back.

    Note : i have already returned mails to the people.

        excessive ach return charges debited from bank account

        I had registered for an sip in a mutual fund via ach that was supposed to get debited each month from my hdfc bank account but due to a job change i did have sufficient balance at the time of debit. This happened for 2 months. Now when i added some balance later all the money got debited stating.         I am a hdfc credit card holder.

        One day i received a phone call from your customer executive named neha sukla. She called from phone number[protected].

        She convinced me saying that the invested money towards one hdfc ergo health insurance policy will be return back to me after some verification process completion and the same verification has been done that day. But after a week a fire insurance policy has been activated in my account and rs.10199 has been debited from my credit card.

        She has clearly told me that no money will be debited from my account after the verification process. She has also given the above contact number for further assistance. Now this number is always saying busy. Once someone picked my call also and kept me on hold after few minute they cut off the phone call.
        I strongly object this fraudulent activity and request justice from you. Otherwise i shall close my hdfc cc a/c and will complaint to higher legal authority. More over i will share my experience in the social media to make aware everybody about this type of fraudulent activity done by hdfc credit card department.

        Hope you will take necessary corrective measure and revert my money back.

          Hi, please note that as the premium paid is yet not settled with the policy, hence, the receipt is yet not generated. Customer would be able to download the receipt via online mode from the My Account portal post the premium is settled on the due date.

            I'm surprised to see the hdfc fastag customer care is just not reachable even after giving numerous try. I have also contacted a media person to highlight this in news, as govt. At one side encourages the use of fastag and the other side hdfc is providing a worst service on this regard.

            I had applied fastag through hdfc bank and i got the tag but did not receive any welcome emailer with details of the fastag even after a month. Because of this, i'm not able to recharge my fastag even after receiving my tag.

            I wanted to bring another issue to your notice.in krishnagiri toll, the fastag deducted rs. 65 and separately the toll in-charge collected rs. 90 from me as cash as well.
            Please encourage me to use the fastag as this is demotivating the use of fastag though govt. Is encouraging to use this.

            Have applied for fast tag through HDFC bank on 14.12.2017. I have not received any communication from HDFC till now. When i was applied 2 application reference number issued one is HFR007788 and other is : HFR016862. I have sent both the things in order to facilitate. The cus care no not working it is saying always busy. This worst thing from HDFC
            I received Fastag from HDFC. however, even before i could open it i get messages like your Fastag is used in Krishnagiri toll and amount got deducted whereas i had not travelled to that location. Not able to reach the Toll number provided and not able to create login as i have not received Welcome mailer with Wallet ID.
            Not sure what to do in my case as someone else is using Fastag with my Car number

                Yesterday i inquired abt some investment, i was on the travelling one state to another state, in the mean time a employee forced me to deposit the said amount, i requested to give me the time for 3 or 4 hours, but they refued.                   As per hdfc credit team, they are not funding for individual floors in my area. But before applying for my loan bt, i have cleared my property details with namita sahoo (Sales manager) over phone and she said they provide me loan on that property.

                  As discussed with namita sahoo over phone, she mailed to credit team for refund my full amount rs. 11800. I have discussed with credit team (Sirisha) namita didn’t send any type of refund mail or call to sirisha.

                    Rs. 118 has been debited from my account in the name of adhoc stmt chgs incl st & cess 110417 on 5th dec 2017, without informing me or sending message about that transaction. I have never visited any branch of hdfc bank and never requested for any statement. I want to understand why this amount is taken from me.                       I was booking my flight details from goomo.com and the session got timed out but the amount got deducted from my credit card rs 72429. I had raised a dipute complain to hdfc bank. And i got message from hdfc bank saying that
                      Ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending 9759 for rs. 72479.00 has been credited/reversed by goomo holdings service on[protected]:17:13:05

                      Still the amount is not refunded back to me by hdfcbank.. I keep calling customer care and give me different answers

                        When it was time to open account your people was like sir ye ho jayega, wo bi ho jayega, isme bi discount karva denge, ye charges bi reverse karva denge but hadn't full filled any promises as they were talking about.

                        I had filed the share transfer request a month before. Your executive had told that it would be done in a week. It's more than 40 days and process is still pending even after completing all the payment which was asked by your company. My account closure is delayed due to your such a pathetic service and they are charging me for low amb. I am planning to take you people to. The consumer court as this is fault of your people and you people asking me to pay for your delay.

                            I did not even apply for smart emi option and bank itself activated it.. Why should i pay for a service that i did not opt for.. Everyday a new features is self activated.. Atleast take permission before activating something and deducted money.. This is a method to make easy money.. Very irritating.. Please get this resolved as soon as possible or else i will have to take up matter at a diffferent level. You have have no options for deactivating services

                              I also recieved a call from hdfc life insurance department and told me for providing a loan of 970000 against hdfc classic assured plus policy for which intially i have to submitt a check of 97000k on the name of hdfc bank, the loan is given for 10 years and i have to pay 9 emi of amount 97000k per year with no interest, now i got it that they all are fake they just make their own incentive by selling their policy and want to complete their monthly target by making people fool, but I pay a half amount of 48500k to hdfc bank so please tell me what do I do my half amount is stuck in this if any possible way to get my money I am very thankful to you please any way is possible to get my money back, i am very thankful to all of you guys for sharing this information and thanks too to consumercomplain.in for this helpful website for consumers .

                                Hello sir,
                                I have the policy no: 90355292, hdfc life easy health & claim number:[protected]
                                As per your hdfclife claim process i have applied the claim on 6th august 2017 for my illness, i have received 1st communication email note on 26 august2017 with the document received: 1: claim form 2:cancel cheque 3:photo id proof 4:discharge summary 5:hospital bill 6: lab report.
                                The pending documents are asked 1: consultation paper related copd & hypertension since detection including 1st consultation paper 2:complete set of indoor case paper with admission & history sheet, tpr/bp chart, dully attested with hospital authority. 3:consultation paper prior to admission in hospital & referral letter to appollo hospital.
                                I have send the pending documents on 18/9/2017 to hdfclife mahalakshmi branch by the courier (Professional courier) pod number:[protected] from your hdfclife panvel branch.
                                Again i have received the communication note on 26 september2017 same as before without mentioning the pending document received or not which is send on 18/9/2017.
                                Your communicating staff admitted that they received the courier send on 18/9/2017.
                                My requirement is that if they received the courier then what the documents they received they must display as per the 1st note. Your responsible staff is failure to display the documents & closing the file without intimating (No email or call). Totally irresponsible among their duties replying (Comment) that due to insufficient documents, we are closing the file.
                                And after long email communicaions still they are replying "to enable us to process your claim, kindly submit the pending documents."
                                What is this? Is this the your motto to say the people "sar utha ke jiyo".

                                Hi, as per claim documents and FR raised, we will require the below listed documents to process the claim ahead.

                                1) Kindly provide all previous consultation paper related to COPD and hypertension since its detection including 1st consultation paper.
                                2) Complete set of indoor case paper with admission and history sheet, tpr/bp chart duly attested with hospital authority
                                3) Consultation paper prior to admission In hospital and referral letter to Apollo hospital.

                                that is what I have said to you I have send these listed documents on 18/9/2017 to your healthclaim section they denied, so Now again I send the same documents scan copies .
                                What does it mean? that your staff lost or misplaced the original listed documents.pl.have a look.

                                Do send the hard copies of the above listed documents to HDFC Life, 11th Flr, Health Claims Team, Lodha Excelus, Apollo Mills Compound, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai 400011. As the team has not received all these documents, hence you have been requested to provide the same.

                                  Hello sir/madam,

                                  My name is ajay kumar balusu.

                                  My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company in feb 2016, so once i left the company and joined in other company in the month of dec 2016, i had to open another salary account in hdfc. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of august. I had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking, recently in my new hdfc salary account they connected to old account with -8300 balance. And till now i didn’t get any messages regarding negative balances, recently i got one message that (Your hdfc bank account linked with adhar card). This message i got in december 2017. So that means till now they didn’t updated any details of mine, so now govt announced to update adhar details mandatory so they now linked by themselves.. Till now i didn’t get even one message or mail regarding the account converting to savings account and balance going into negative. My account no: [protected].

                                    Loan applied at oct and didn't done any progress work and delaying the process by employee. I have waited from october till now and no responds is from their side. They just comfort us with words. I applied for baleno sigma (Sigma) and done booking at guwahati bimal motors. Car have arrived at guwahati and process not complete at manipur hdfc paona bazar branch imphal. I have deposited rs11, 000 at bimal motors after the information from bank. Till now my auto loan is not sanction so from which side i will get this deposited money. I think my loan is not going to be success so kindly give a solution.

                                      I am anumol pg hdfc babk holder... Its so bad to say when approach hdfc nerul branch as i miss my atm card... Am waiting from 7th november till 6th december because my adress issue.. And everybody including ast manager mr prathamesh who was so hesitated to help someone, told me we can do nothing... It was so bad experince... I never experienced such an experience from any other bank... So sad to say...
