Hi,

For last few months, i've been receiving mails from hdfc bank pertaining to some other customer. I've never given this e mail address to hdfc bank and have multiple times gone and tried to remove me from their list but they continue to send me mails. I'm completely frustrated by this now. I tried to make a complaint on hdfc website but there is no option on their website for such kind o[censored]nsolicited mails sent by themselves. This is utter nonsense - first without any information from customer, you start sending mails and then there is no option provided on your website to remove this.in every mail i get, there is an option to unsubscribe and i've done it multiple times but i continue to get mails even now. If one has to make a complaint to hdfc bank, you've to be an existing customer which is not the case with me. So i cannot make a complaint, much less escalate it.

The address where hdfc bank continues to send me emails is [protected]@dbs.com

I've never ever given this address to them. They should tell me from where they got this address to harass me with mails pertaining to someone else and apologise.

    I have applied for used bike loan from hdfc bank. I am from jammu, jandk. I submitted all documents to concern executive, named naresh. I called them continously for their reply and after some days he told me that this bike is not a superbike so your loan for this used bike is rejected. After waisting so many days they rejected and i also paid advance to the owner of that bike which i was going to buy. That money stuck there, then i decided for a new bike but they again waisted around 15 days of mine and after that they again said, your case is rejected.in between again and again i called them and they never called me. I was so frustated because they gave daily a new reason for being delay... This is so much poor dealing from those executives that i never faced before. I am already a customer of hdfc bank, but this is my first time i get harressed so much. Now i am not getting my documents back which are in the bank. Every day he ask me for a new day to return. So thats all for this bad experience...

      I have deposited 5200 rs to payzapp account from my credit card and the money get deducted from credit card but not credited in payzapp wallet i have tried calling on payzapp customercare but the call is not getting connected.

      It's has been 3hours still i didn't get money in either of the banks. Can you please check and let me know the proper inputs.

            Have applied for HDFC Fast tag though the portal on November 18th. I got customer id and wallet id after a week. But the tag is not received yet.

            Mobile numbers are in protected mode. I have been trying to contact them for the past one week using the contacts you mentioned in the other replies. But mostly switched off or no answer. Email Id also didnt give any meaningful response.

            I am a HDFC Fastag customer. I had raised a complaint numerous times to HDFC regarding the wrong Toll charges debited from my FASTAG account. But till date my requests/complaints are not resolved. Each time I get a response telling "OUR BACK OFFICE WILL CONTACT YOU".

            My Complaint – “I was shocked to see that Rs.235/- was debited instead of Rs.40/- in Nelamagala toll plaza on the Bangalore - Mangalore Highway in one instance. Request to refund back the amount". Attached the snapshot for reference.

            And one more thing very important to be noted. Till date I have not received any rebate on the toll transactions even after almost 5 months.

              Its been almost 10 times I dropped a address change and email change form in Hdfc banks..Every time they are missing to update my email id. I don't know whether they have educated staff or illiterates. Can't you guys have common sense of pestering a client for simple reason like this. Are you people don't know the difference between I and L in your keyboard ###. I have attached my business card along with form asked to change my address and email I'd..u guys again missed to add my email I'd..idiot bankers my email I'd PREMCHAND [protected]@GMAIL.COM...How mANY TIMEs do I need to tell u guys to update correctly..it is UPDATED AS PREMCHAND [protected]@ GMAIL.COM. Ask ur CEO to recruit educated sincere employess not a D#### who don't know the difference between I and L..stupidity..I'm wasting my time to posting this add here..HDFC credit catd is useless and very worse I have never experienced.regards prem

                Hello Team, Even after calling HDFC collections team my credit card ending 0803 is still not closed. Your collections team are very impatient that they disconnect the calls made by customers but when collecting they harassed me enough .Customer care is unable to help as its blocked by collections team. I still see this card as active.I want you to close my credit card as soon as possible and update me

                  I have borrow a personal loan A/C No. 42274557 from HDFC Bank of Rs. 414000.00 in Sep-16. After One Year I have received a call from HDFC Bank representative for top-up. Loan not top-up by bank, exiting loan pre-closed and a fresh loan senction A/C 51261618 of Rs. 4, 38, 000.00 with remaining tenure of 5 year (60 month). As per executive rate of interest and tenure as per your exiting loan (A/C No.[protected]. Only top-up amount will be in your account and same add on EMI. But a fresh loan provide me. I have raise a query to customer support executive, they say it's clerical mistake. I have many time mail to bank but not providing solution. interest amount different is Rs. 30911.95 Now bank hold my account as result other EMI is default.

                    I'm using Hdfc salary A/c & also the credit card. Since I've no salary credits in the account, my A/C is in minus balance. The settlement manager Mr. Narender Gaddam from begumpet, hyderabad has called me for a settlement process. I was asked to submit 2 cheques for 2 instalments & 1 cash payment initially. When I said I've minus balance in salary A/c to pay the 2 cheque instalments. He has given me a commitment to hold the minus balance till I finish paying the settlement amount. After paying 1st instalment as cash He has not turn back to me nor he's taking my call on his mobile. He's not even available on the office landline.
                    The telecaller Sameera has crossed all the limits while on call.. such a rude & arrogant language. I seriously pitty the manager for not taking any action on my complaint about the issues.

                        I have been following up with HDFC Credit cards across all their escalation departments in vain for the past 10 months for an incorrect charge on my account. I had confirmed with the bank via customer service that there were two transactions one declined and one successful on the very next day but after the statement was generated there were two transactions for the same amount. One was reversed after speaking with customer care only to be reversed in 4 months and hence have been applied with finance charges and other charges. The card is now blocked all the points accumulated taken off and I have been answering to calls and writing emails to have this sorted. But in vain.

                        Even the grievance readdressing process is nothing more than of the customer care level with pre programmed answers and dependency on other departments than a independent department looking into the issue raised.

                          Hi.. I'm an hdfc customer for last 10 years with a savings account and i have a hdfc credit card with the same bank. I missed to make 2 months credit card payment and hence my money in savings bank account was put on hold.
                          I called up the bank customer care asking with whose permission they put my savings account on block status not allowing to access my own money

                          They replied sir kindly make the 2 months payment and we will release your account from hold status. Since i had no access to my own money with the bank i borrowed money from my friends and made the payment

                          Post making the payment both the bank and credit card team says we cannot release your account since your card is in permanent block status you have to make full outstanding balance payment.

                          I have been talking to customer care reps and even visited branch but nobody seems to help, they only say sir wait for collection teams call for a solution on this. I have raised a complaint with credit card team on this still no response and i'm standing nowhere with no money to access anything.

                          Is this what customer service and customer experience hdfc bank is talking about and feeling proud to be the top most bank in india.

                            Inspite of clear guideline that dec 31 is deadline for aadhar linking out of blue our account has inactivated i was informed that it is re kyc issue. Am not sure which country will allow that out of blue one fine day when all your credits are done you decide to deactivate. There is huge problem as vendor payments and salaries are to be paid and you suddenly close.
                            I am looking at ways in which the business can be done with banker who understands the issue.
                            They might be doing compliance on their own accord (Not rbi) but surely they have lost a customer.

                            Even if you have some concerns you can always intimate the client of Freezing ...
                            Also not a single SMS has come after Oct 25th till Dec 8th when account was made inactive
                            Let me be blunt you want to use the MONEY INTEREST FREE from gullible customers

                            Now recently our current account has been disabled on 8th Dec WITH NO INTIMATION
                            which has caused us immense hardships and pain as this credit balance which is primarily our working capital.
                            Further to this your Branch Manager, Relationship managers refuse to talk to us(not picking up calls)
                            I have call logs, email to support this. On 11th afternoon after being on hold the customer support for HDFC person for close to an hour told me that due to RE:KYC issue and ONLY CREDITS CAN HAPPEN and you cannot WITHDRAW.I told her that all KYC documents were submitted on Nov 10 and if there was an issue why did the bank wait till 8th Dec to freeze our account (as your bank waits for all money to credit)

                            We are not experts but all these we feel HDFC BANK uses fraudulent practices to keep the money(INTEREST FREE)

                            With our understanding this situation we need to be compensated on following :

                            For everyday of locked account we should be credited at the rate of Overdraft for entire current
                            account balance. Also We need to compensated for all our business liabilities that might occur
                            due this unplanned action from the HDFC bank's side. We as law abiding citizens are willing to furnish all
                            details that are required from your side as per RBI norms not as per HDFC request.
                            But we are NOT GOING TO ALLOW YOU TO USE OUR MONEY INTEREST FREE.

                            IF THE ABOVE CONDITION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE WE REQUEST YOU TO STOP THIS RE KYC and CLOSE OUR ACCOUNTSand GIVE US AN DEMAND DRAFT on NAME of F

                              I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the account number is [protected]

                              I have linked axis bank personal loan to my hdfc account to deduct amount via ecs. Unfortunately i have not maintained the balance for the few months in 2017.

                              So i have paid axis bank personal loan on november 29 2017, the actual amount inclusive of fine. But hdfc bank has deducted rs. 7608.55 (Attached).in all the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

                              Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account.

                                I have been sold hdfc life policy no. 19531775 by fraud call. I have been interacted with (Ashish malhotra ([protected]) and his team member raman ([protected]). As per ashish he is hdfc employee and wanted to help me activate my old policy. As per him, this policy would be deactivated and the fund would be transferred to my old policy and would be activated.
                                When i enquired about this policy it is showing active and the agent name was mentioned sabir khan (The contact detail i have got from hdfc life toll-free 45032628/2222), i have never interacted.

                                It looks like a big gang is working in this kind of fraud and the beneficiary is the prime suspect.
                                I doubt whether all these activities are happening to sell the policy?
                                Need your help to recover my money and put the culprit behind the bar.

                                  I have been charged for ​using ​
                                  Priority pass on my credit card, for domestic entry of rs ​1790.64, 1790.64&
                                  & 1790.10 dated ​06.10.2017 & 11.10.2017​ & igst as well on all these charges which comes to 966.86 rs.
                                  I was not aware of the charges for domestic entry as i had not received any intimation through mail or sms. Only after receiving the bill i got to know about the charges., we have been using only hdfc credit cards for all our family members and we are your preferred customer since years. We also have a corporate account with hdfc bank. I further request you to reverse the charges as i have been kept in the dark and have not been informed about the changes in priority pass charges for domestic use.

                                    One of my friend took loan from u n she didn't pay installment n daily m receiving thousands of calls as i was in reference no. Today i received call from these two numbers [protected] and [protected] and that female used extremely rough language and abused me. Kindly take necessary actions against her and ask her to apologize me on [protected].. Otherwise i ll go at grievance redressal n consumer court as well

                                      Hello,

                                      My name is proloy das, holding the policy #:[protected]/1.

                                      I applied for a credit card from hdfc. Soon after, i received my card, i got a call from hdfc ergo stating that i will have to buy an insurance from hdfc ergo, otherwise my card will get cancelled. I was told that it was a mandatory purchase, or else, my credit card will become invalid within 3 months. So even if i did not want to purchase the insurance, i was compelled to purchase it.

                                      Also, the insurance agent said that i will get a call from some other 3rd party agency to verify if i want to purchase the insurance or not. I was specifically warned that if i do not say "yes", i will not get the insurance and my card will become invalid soon. So i did exactly as i was instructed. And i was informed that it will be a lifetime coverage.

                                      Now, today, all of a sudden, when i was speaking to my relationship manager from hdfc, i came to know that it was not mandatory for my card. This is ridiculous. So to sell your worthless insurance, the marketing executive bluffed me and made me purchase the insurance.

                                      So, i want immediate action on this. Please cancel this policy right away and reimburse me for whatever payment i have made so far, otherwise i will have to file a complaint against hdfc ergo.

                                        My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on september 2015 and i see that i have rs -5411 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer
