Dear team,
I have made payment of 1000 rs towards hdfc credit card no. [protected] from hdfc account no. [protected] on 18th oct 2017. But the payment didnt got credited and now my card is blocked and late fee, gst and igst charges are also incurred on credit card

Though i am honest and punctual customer for making payment, i am facing problem from your side.
I want complete reimbursement of 1000 rs...

This is raviteja chitluri. An amount of 1000 & 1500 deducted from my hdfc account with out my knowledge on 13/11/17 & 14/11/17 respectively. I had already raised the complaints for both the issues. The following are the complaint numbers :
