HDFC Bank charged me Rs 1421 for late payment charges before that they are not communicate to me. Also customer care service not respond well. Also from last six month I was not used or transaction on credit card but they not charged me for late payment.
Also I am tried to contact to HDFC Branch but no one is known about how to resolve the issue and where to I go.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Thanks for the information.
    Your inability clearly shows the gambling that you have played with the debit of reward points from my card. I think more than 1000 reward points have been debited from the total reward points credited, without any reason, since card inception till today. And this is only the reason you are showing your inability to email me the system generated soft copy of My Credit Card to me.

    In addition to this, I do not need credit card statements since inception. Please do not send them through courier as I do not want HDFC Bank to pay the cost o[censored]nworthy things. I already have the printout of all credit card statements since inception. I only need is the reward points statements of credit and debit since inception.

    I, being the holder of the card, want to have the system generated soft copy of the reward points details in the format as provided by me in the last email. If you can not provide from the card inception, then do send me at-least as much as you can or since last 1-2 years of reward points credit and debit statements.

    I hope you can understand the cause for this requirement and will provide as much possible reward points statements(credit/debit) at the earliest.

      I have received one bill of my credit card. One was on june or july 2017. When around 1500 amount has been deducted from my credit card balance and i had to pay for it and got to know it was not a transaction. Reported this long time back. They raised a complaint but it was never resolved. Agn i have spoken with one of their phonebanker and he told me it was due to my non verified card. She connected the phone and completed the verification and as per her no money will be deducted from account but still it got deducted from my account. Which is 1899 /- on my november 2017 bill. I want to raise a complaint against this type unwanted transaction of hdfc bank. Please return my money back.

        As my credit card is showing the 3000 less in the account as compare to massage sent from the bank two days ago. My online statement shows no deduction of Rs.3000 from the credit card account so for this deduction i didn't get any update from the bank. I contact customer care on[protected] from my registered mobile but they wasn't pick the phone from more than 20 min and every call was chargeable also. Also mailed them but no response from then with in two days or till now as mail was sent on 8th of December.

              With due respect i would like to inform you that i have being using hdfc account as my salary account but i left the organization and i thought i would carry forward the same account in the next organization as my salary account but unfortunately hdfc converted my salary account in savings without my knowledge and permission. You should have informed me about the same and on the top you have charged me 4, 287.65. I don’t know for what. It was a salary account where i don’t have to maintain it. I could keep it as zero balance. I am ready to use this account as my salary or savings account but i want this charges to be waived off as soon as possible since it was without my knowledge and permission i am accepting this as a gesture of good will.                 I did a transaction on (09/12/17) the transaction was failed but amount got debited from my account. I have made a complaint and my docket number is hbl[protected] there is no response from them.

                  I am 8+ years old customer of hdfc bank. My account no. Is [protected], i also have credit card with hdfc bank but in last few months i am watching that hdfc bank keep deducting some charges called amb charges.in starting of a/c the hdfc person told me that it is zero balance a/c but then why hdfc bank charging me again and again?

                  As per my knowledge reserve bank of india has not issued any guidelines...

                    My emi date is 4th of every month for rs. 3641/-, in the month of sept. 17 emi was not deduct. Than i have paid online emi on 11th sept.17, than 13th sept 17 bank deduct emi. So two time emi paid to bank. I have call to bank executive please adjust same. But he told that one emi will get refund. On 19th sept. 17 i have received rs. 2992/-. So why deduct my rs. 649/-.in oct 17 emi deduct bank on 4th oct. Than nov 17 last emi was not yet deduct bank. Than executive call to due to last emi payable to bank. I have told to why deduct rs. 649/- in the month of sept.17. He told insufficient balance in your acc. I have told already all month more than rs. 20000/- available in my account in full month. He asked share sept 17 to nov 17 bank statement and asked if available balance than i have refund your amount. I have already 3 time bank statement to miss. Sangeet singh (Sangeeta. [protected]@hdbfh.com) and miss. Bhavana shetty (Bhavana. [protected]@hdbfh.com), but till date not any reply receive from bank. Hdfc bank executive continually harass to me, my friends, wife and my office colleague. I have inform to bank executive i agree to pay emi after refund my deduct amount rs. 649/- or i will adjust this in last emi and pay to bank. But he was not agreed. Please look in to matter on priority basic. And refund my deducted amount at earliest.

                      I am facing problem with hdfc bank. I have transferred funds through neft netbanking rs. 40000/- on dated 05/12/2017 reference number: n[protected] to sbi beneficiary. The said amount has been not credited to the beneficiary account due to beneficiary bank ifsc code changed. The beneficiary sbi branch said your amount will return to same account within 48 hours because ifsc code not matched. After 5 working days i contacted hdfc customer care and share my problem that my neft amount not reversed to my account. But till now my neft amount not credit to my account.

                              I am highly dissatisfied with the facility provided by hdfc bank to update the address through net banking. I intend to update the address of my savings bank account and uploaded the signed copy of my aadhaar card towards the same. The webiste displayed a message stating the address will be updated within 2 working days upon successful verification. The 2 working days are already passed and there isn't any update about my request. Is this the kind of service which you are proud of?

                              On top of that, my account has been blocked due to kyc documentation and one of my emi is missed (1st time in my 10 years of banking with you) and this will affect my credit history. I am completely pissed off by the kind of customer service or rather disservice.
                              I want my address to be updated asap so that my account becomes active

                              Note: i am an nri and have your customer service personnel to use common sense and stop dishing the standard statement "please visit the branch to update the address"

                                late fee and finance charges reversal

                                I have been charged late fee and finance charges for my credit card for october, november & december where in the reason for delay was bills not received on time.                                 Hi,

                                I am hdfc bank customer. I have withdrawn rs. 10000 from hdfc bank atm in united bank of india's atm in farrukhabad on 18 nov 2017. 10000 amount was deducted from my account but no cash come from atm. I have waited there 30 min. But no cash come.

                                I have registered complaint against this disputed amount on 21 nov 2017.

                                And they said that they resolve my issue with 7 - 15 working days. I have called many time on hdfc customer-care, they always replied that my complaint was in process. After 21 working day i called them and ask for my money. They check and said that my complaint is still in process. I have requested them to register another complaint again my last complaint.

                                  I really feel bad for stating that hdfc bank is really bad service provider at all. Requesting all not to open account in hdfc bank. I have done a transaction from flipcart, wherein order was not placed, but amount was deducted from my account.
                                  Most disgusting thing is, they dont care for customer.. That they don't entertain in bank, and ask to contact customer care, wherein they dnt revert back. 15 days back i have drop a complain on this. They just only generate transaction id, and again then no revert.
                                  They think we peoples are fool, roaming behind them. They think we dnt have any other work, so we can waste time behind them.
                                  Even i tried reaching customer care, but they say "just wait we are tranfering the call, and they disconnect the call".
                                  So 3rd grade bank.

                                    I am not getting response on this incident from you and from your mail id so i am pasting here

                                    1) what kind of training you provide to your agents, why they dont respond customer calls or messages if any question
                                    2) can you elaborate the benefits with some rough figures, or percentages
                                    3) for policy no. Xxxxxxxx - the lock in period is 2 years, if you want i can send the screen shot from the policy document, and my questions were what is gsv and ssv and if i surrender how much i will get or its like i pay 1l for 2nd year and i get less than that 1l then what is the use of paying 1l in 2nd year
                                    Plz chk the chat agent also told it is 2 years

                                    4) thanks for deactivating ecs, the agent also did not tell if i pay yearly i will get a benefit of 5k per year - that kind of guidance they are providing
                                    5) how do i change the frequency of the payment, why i am unable to do that online - this is the only option i see in policy document which customer can change, why system is not allowing
                                    6) how can we change the paying term to less
                                    7) agent told it is life long policy but i came to know that it will cease after the policy term, is it not misguiding the information and cheating by agent - what kind of actions you will take from hdfc to agent for misguiding and forcing customer to take policy
                                    8) agent told i will get more than 36 lakhs but i dont see that in policy document
                                    9) i see some bonus of 14950, can i know the details on this
                                    I tried to chat online but the chatting person could not answer these questions and i also asked how rs 14950 is shown as bonus and what is the company performance of previous years and how it will be in coming years

                                    14950 is just 1% of the sum assured
                                    Why there is no transparency, hdfc should provide the past details openly

                                    And there is no escalation method in HDFC life, you will get a simple diplomatic reply and the process is 14 days if you respond, can you please be transparent and provide your escalation mail IDs if you really want to server customers
