Hi,
I am debojit sadhukhan writing from kolkata my email id [protected]@gmail.com mob [protected]. Since monday morning 10.30am i am getting constant missed calls from [protected]. I had a 1min talk on monday i remember her name was shrabani, i was not interested in buying her sales offers, till then i am getting constant missed calls from the above mentioned phone no. Please do the need full its being a frustrating situation i am a very busy person every time m getting missed calls whether i am ina meeting or promotion or any professional work i am getting distracted. Would request you to look into the matter else i will have to report it in consumer forum.

    I had applied a accounts close process for mine 4 accounts nre and nro at yours jamnagar branch on 11 april there staff told me do zero balance and i have done after that i went 4 rime to bank and ask update every time thy say different matter.
    1... Thy say under process
    2... Thy say still debit card are link so will take time
    3... Still in 2 branch is under process
    4.. Itz already process

    So i ask them acknowledge also thy say no needs itz auto computer system so i trust them but unfortunately upto now thy not done any proceed and as i was out of india.
    So i humbly request u to do closures proceed

      My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, in 2015 so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month i had called customer care and told them about my problem they told m to contact to my branch. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card. I logged into my account for some reason on and i see that i have rs -7500 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.
      I will not pay this amount at any how..

        Hi

        We deposited our credit card payment cheques on 01/12/2017 for two of our credit card payments in your hdfc branch in gurgaon. The cheques were of sbi and as on date our two amounts have not yet been processed from your bank to be credited in our respective accounts.

        I am sure, hdfc is one of the banks which delays the payments of customers to levy more & more interest on the dues.

        Would appreciate a written reply on why there has been a delay in our payment receipt by hdfc bank. One of your useless call center employees says that it takes 24 hours, another one says it takes 4 days.

        We are decided to make full and final payments of all our credits cards and current accounts as well and close all transaction asap with hdfc.

        In case there are only late payment or forced interest is levied in case of our two credit cards, we would be forced to write to ombudsman ([protected]@rbi.org.in) as well.

          Worst response by hdfc vanagaram branch and the customer relationship manager appointed for me is very irresponsible. I am a account holder past 4 years and do transaction less than 1 crore. Even though my problem is not solved past 20 days. My account is still frozen. My mail id [protected]@yahoo.com.                 Hi my name is suyash minocha, i have taken personal loan this year for 4 lacs, my due date is 7th of every month.

                I lost my job but still i was paying my installments, now my salary date has been changed to 10th of every month.

                I have been trying to explain & provide proof to any one & everyone from hdfc bank who so ever calls me up.

                Now since these people are in collections they are extremely rude not trying to listen & resolve the issue rather shout & just ask for money.

                I visited hdfc bank not keep the account no one helps because my salary does not get credited in hdfc bank & they charge me for not keeping minimum account balance.

                I just cant keep on paying everyone money for which i am after hdfc bank from long time now.

                  Hi this all is still happening. I have too received a call offering loan against policy. They were asking me to pay 10% of loan amount in advance. I said i need only 2lakh. They said you need to apply for min 3lakhs. They are quite smart. They will ask you for your pan card number and all. They will act like genuine, but you can doubt them through their irrelevant questions. Please be safe guys. I agreed with him on call and felt fishy when he transfered my call to finance department and when he asked weird questions. As i felt fishy i checked on google and here i am with u all posting and complaining about same incident

                    We got e-mail about submitting kyc documents a month ago. All the documents are uploaded to website and emailed. No repose on receiving the documents or review of documents. 10 days later there is another e-mail to update kyc details, same again we uploaded documents to website and emailed them. 2 days our account is blocked with no explanation.
                    Their us toll free number is a joke no body lifts the phone. Hdfc bank is a scam try to avoid this bank. No service from these people, un believable.

                            I am a hdfc bank employee i left the company 2 months ago then today i received a mail stating that i should pay company 1 month salary as i have not served my notice period. And they call it as notice period recovery act. When i joined the company no one informed me that i should pay 1 month salary if i leave office with out serving notice period this is not there in any where and apart from that i haven't sign any bond with them. I feel cheated today as it stated if i wont pay to them they said they will take legal action against me i feel disgusting with that bank i curse the bank that it should exist only in memories.

                              Hi,

                              I had salary account created with hdfc bank 2 years ago by previous company. Recently i changed to new company, they are linked with hdfc salary accounts and have created new hdfc account for me, when i logged in to my net banking it shows the old account details with negative balance. As per rbi guidelines no bank account should be in negative balance and if the account is not in use for more than 6 months or a year, the bank must intimate the account holders and close it. Instead the bank is trying to create negative balance and creating burden to the account holders.

                              Earlier, i had good experience with hdfc banking, but now i am little panic after seeing the negative balance charges.

                              Kindly waive off the negative balance & close my old hdfc account at the earliest.

                              Please share me the email id, so that i will send the account and customer id details.

                                I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So -

                                  I had submitted the application online for hdfc fasttag on 28 november 2017.

                                  My application reference number is : hfr013729
                                  All the documents were uploaded online along with signed application.
                                  Also, i had paid amount of rs300 online via credit card.

                                  Since then i haven't been able to check the status of my application. Customer care number given by hdfc [[protected]]is really bad and nobody replies on that.

                                  Also post submittal of application, neither i received any notification when i will be getting the fasttag or anything else needs to be done on my end.

                                  Its sad to see that a good initiative by the govt of india is being wasted by banks. I am regular customer of hdfc from last decade but really have to say, the way fasttag initiative is being taken up by bank is not upto the mark.

                                    I am getting calls (Approx 10-15) daily for credit card security insurance plan. The series of there number starts from "1409". Sometimes they call from mobile number also. I have already denied for any type of insurance plans provided by hdfc. Still getting calls again and again. This is very bad. Kindly resolve this. User does not share his/her details to get torture by banks. Please look into this matter. I have applied for dnc also.

                                    Thanks for responding. I have already registered my number for HDFC DNC on 4th Dec only. I have received a sms for DNC request.
                                    The lady that called me has no manners to talk and she was warning me that a charge will get deduct from my credit card if i will not get this insurance plan. She was calling me from different number with "1409" series. She also called me from different mobile number like +91 [protected] and +91 [protected].
                                    I don't want a deduction of any of my money. Rather i will apply for closing of credit card. And I will apply from some other bank.
                                    MY credit card no [protected] has been settled but till now we will be closed from cibil clear of full blance payment so help.

                                      My name is mohammed zafar residing in bangalore but working abroad, i have two nri joint accounts with my mom in hdfc bank, and i am trying to close one of my account and operate another from feb-2015 but the bank manager ms jyothi sudhindra is not allowing me to close, everytime i get different reasons once they say both the account holders should come & when we go together me & my mom they say ok dont close it or we will do check it etc etc..
                                      Even today 04/12/2017 they said to pay the non maintenance amount of 7403 and they will close it but after paying the amount she said no we cant close it... Please please help me from this manager jyothi sudhindra... She is making me cry from past 2 years & 10 months.

                                        I had applied fastag from hdfc bank on 3rd nov.
                                        It was intimated by bank that i would be getting fastag within a week's time. Until now there is no information about the same (Whether processed, held, etc). The amount has been deducted from the account also.

                                        When tried to reach customer care [protected], i always get a message stating "number busy". There is no e-mail address also to contact the customer care.

                                        It is hard to believe that hdfc is getting such a bad reputation once it comes to fastag handling. Even bank representative through whom i applied the card is also unable to contact customer care in this regard or help me in following up.
                                        Do let me know how do i check the status and if there are any other alternate number to contact customer care and to check the status.

                                        If the process is held, i would like to cancel the application request.

                                        Dear Bejoy,

                                        Thank you for the response.
                                        I have mailed even to [email protected] by checking the reply given to other complains.
                                        Even i didnot get the response.

                                        Regarding phone numbers, i called the numbers on 27th Nov. Below is the status:
                                        9910410169 - The one who received the call informed me that he is not the concerned person.
                                        9910410166 - No one answered the call.

                                        Do let me know if you can arrange a call back from the CRM.

                                        I had applied for the fastag from hdfc online on nov 15th december. But since then i have got no response from the hdfc fastag and i am also unable to reach their sales number:[protected],

                                        My account has already been deducted .
