false promise and insist on applying credit card by an hdfc bank

In month of july an hdfc employee from c-3 branch janakpuri insist me for applying credit card regalia first as i told him i don't need any credit card he told me that there is an offer this credit card has no charges at all either i use or not there will be no extra charges. money deducted

I opened my hdfc salary account in hdfc ramanujan it city chennai branch. While opening my salary account they automatically created my demat account saying that its compulsary and only one time charge is there (1000 deducted at starting).
885 amount was deducted from my savings account on 10th nov 2017 as charge for my demat account. But at the time of opening of account hdfc person told that this account is lifetime free for it...

emi deducted twice

I went to hdfc bank and paid my emi as my salary comes late, but the very next day they deducted again from my account. And this is the second time happening. It has happened with me earlier also. I have also called for complaint number, still either they didn't respond or answered for my query via sms or whatsapp.
