I did not even apply for smart emi option and bank itself activated it.. Why should i pay for a service that i did not opt for.. Everyday a new features is self activated.. Atleast take permission before activating something and deducted money.. This is a method to make easy money.. Very irritating.. Please get this resolved as soon as possible or else i will have to take up matter at a diffferent level. You have have no options for deactivating services

    I also recieved a call from hdfc life insurance department and told me for providing a loan of 970000 against hdfc classic assured plus policy for which intially i have to submitt a check of 97000k on the name of hdfc bank, the loan is given for 10 years and i have to pay 9 emi of amount 97000k per year with no interest, now i got it that they all are fake they just make their own incentive by selling their policy and want to complete their monthly target by making people fool, but I pay a half amount of 48500k to hdfc bank so please tell me what do I do my half amount is stuck in this if any possible way to get my money I am very thankful to you please any way is possible to get my money back, i am very thankful to all of you guys for sharing this information and thanks too to consumercomplain.in for this helpful website for consumers .

      Hello sir,
      I have the policy no: 90355292, hdfc life easy health & claim number:[protected]
      As per your hdfclife claim process i have applied the claim on 6th august 2017 for my illness, i have received 1st communication email note on 26 august2017 with the document received: 1: claim form 2:cancel cheque 3:photo id proof 4:discharge summary 5:hospital bill 6: lab report.
      The pending documents are asked 1: consultation paper related copd & hypertension since detection including 1st consultation paper 2:complete set of indoor case paper with admission & history sheet, tpr/bp chart, dully attested with hospital authority. 3:consultation paper prior to admission in hospital & referral letter to appollo hospital.
      I have send the pending documents on 18/9/2017 to hdfclife mahalakshmi branch by the courier (Professional courier) pod number:[protected] from your hdfclife panvel branch.
      Again i have received the communication note on 26 september2017 same as before without mentioning the pending document received or not which is send on 18/9/2017.
      Your communicating staff admitted that they received the courier send on 18/9/2017.
      My requirement is that if they received the courier then what the documents they received they must display as per the 1st note. Your responsible staff is failure to display the documents & closing the file without intimating (No email or call). Totally irresponsible among their duties replying (Comment) that due to insufficient documents, we are closing the file.
      And after long email communicaions still they are replying "to enable us to process your claim, kindly submit the pending documents."
      What is this? Is this the your motto to say the people "sar utha ke jiyo".

      1) Kindly provide all previous consultation paper related to COPD and hypertension since its detection including 1st consultation paper.

        Hello sir/madam,

        My name is ajay kumar balusu.

        My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company in feb 2016, so once i left the company and joined in other company in the month of dec 2016, i had to open another salary account in hdfc. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of august. I had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking, recently in my new hdfc salary account they connected to old account with -8300 balance. And till now i didn’t get any messages regarding negative balances, recently i got one message that (Your hdfc bank account linked with adhar card). This message i got in december 2017. So that means till now they didn’t updated any details of mine, so now govt announced to update adhar details mandatory so they now linked by themselves.. Till now i didn’t get even one message or mail regarding the account converting to savings account and balance going into negative. My account no: [protected].

          Loan applied at oct and didn't done any progress work and delaying the process by employee. I have waited from october till now and no responds is from their side. They just comfort us with words. I applied for baleno sigma (Sigma) and done booking at guwahati bimal motors. Car have arrived at guwahati and process not complete at manipur hdfc paona bazar branch imphal. I have deposited rs11, 000 at bimal motors after the information from bank. Till now my auto loan is not sanction so from which side i will get this deposited money. I think my loan is not going to be success so kindly give a solution.

            I am anumol pg hdfc babk holder... Its so bad to say when approach hdfc nerul branch as i miss my atm card... Am waiting from 7th november till 6th december because my adress issue.. And everybody including ast manager mr prathamesh who was so hesitated to help someone, told me we can do nothing... It was so bad experince... I never experienced such an experience from any other bank... So sad to say...

              My customer id: 60428720

              I had a/c and credit card with an hdfc bank and i got 2 massage from hdfc bank at 09.54pm and 10.10pm on 2-12-17, which my total amount of 10000 + 6000 = 16000/- is deducted 2 times cash withdrawal from sector 4, vaishli, ghaziabad, ref no was eaw-7363x…7937, spcn[protected]/7101, after see this massage i withdraw some amount 100/- from mumbai atm, but my debit card is physically available with me and how someone can withdraw money from my account at uittar pradesh, but i am staying in mumbai. There is very bad service by hdfc bank debit card data got leaked by hdfc bank to somebody that it's impossible without card and pin to debit amount from my account.
              Also i registered a complaint, my service request number is ref id-1455473, id 1455470 and mump[protected]. I am following up customer care he is telling me that "it is not in my hand, it will be handle from other" and when i ask that when it will be resolve that time he said that "i don’t know".
              But i have issue with my hdfc credit card bill (12000/-) due date coming 8th of dec 2017 if i don’t pay this amount they will be put penalty + 3.5% interest on total amount + 26% gst, if i have that amount 16000/- i don’t have any issue.
              I want my money back and if i do not get my money back then i will complain against your bank in the higher authority.
              Is our money not even secured in bank? What kind of security hdfc bank provide to their customer.
              I have attached here my bank statement for your reference.

                  Your bank officers convinced me to open a dmat account which they told me will be free of charge for me as i m preferred customer. But later after completion of all formalities received a msg deducting rs 2999/- from my saving bank account no [protected] in july 2017. I had submitted complain letter to the bank but they are not responding. I feel cheated by hdfc and have not yet activated dmat account.

                        nri - kyc update issue - account blocked despite many re-kyc attempt

                        Found this forum and feel to share my experience and issue with kyc update.

                        I am keep receiving emails from hdfc for kyc update and my a/c debit transaction have been blocked. Funny thing is the email i received from them to update kyc it’s mentioned [protected]@hdfcbank.com and i have tried to send them few times and i received failure bounce back ‘user unknow’- antispam.
                        However, i have already submitted all my kyc...

                        What the hell is this? When i never got any letter, how could they say that they sent a letter?

                        I already wasted 10-12 days on it... Please tell me the exact reason so that i can apply a credit card from some other bank rather than wasting my time with hdfc.

                          Hi, i have debited my hdfc bank debit card of rs 1098 from savings account on 03/12/2017 for membership activation fee.
                          Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

                          I don't need this wallet protection plan. Pls deactivated my membership policy and refund the same into by account

                          Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                          And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                          I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                            Hi there:

                            I would like to report you about the misguiding incident happened on 16th november 2017 with opening of hdfc ergo health suraksha regain sum insured 300000 inr family floater plan with premium amount 17958/- for 2 years. On 16th nov[protected] inr debited from my hdfc regalia credit card ending 5042 against the purchased policy and policy got cancelled on 17th nov 2017 without any valid reason reported by akansha panwar (Relationship manager) who sold the policy to me and misguided till 27th december 2017 that policy is in procedure and will come soon to me. She told me that your premium amount has been increased so the policy has been cancelled.

                            I don't understand why policy has been cancelled after payment made. I need a proper clarification from the department and compensation about the loss of increased premium amount. I could purchase policy from other companies but you guys left me no option as i have to pay premium as per different age slab. I had also words with hdfc ergo department and they confirmed policy hasn't cancelled by them despite delay and cancellation done by hdfc bank.

                            Please revert asap that i can make decision as per my need.

                              Hdfc has deducted total 1534 from my salary account. I have been following up from last 15 days but hdfc is not even bothered to answer. I have salary account in hdfc so i cannot close it. Please if someone listening please refund my money or plz help in refund. I am a patient of ankylosing spondilitis and it is very hard for me to do job. I am working just to fulfill my family needs. Please rbi, government of india if anybody can help. Hdfc bank doesnt cares about their customers. Please help if there is still humanity left.

                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs.1899/- from my credit card number ending with 6625 without my concern on date:15/11/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                                    Payzapp had a cashback of 50% up to rs.100 on bookmyshow.
                                    I booked a movie on 6th november 17:06:17 hours for amount of rs.201.24

                                    It was promised that the cashback would be credited within 7 working days.
                                    But even after mailing to [protected]@payzapp.in many times and calling to only support center [protected] regularly the cashback has not been credited till now.
                                    Such fake apps should not be allowed to exist itself.
                                    Playstore is full of negative reviews now and i feel like uninstalling the app but i want my deserved cashback of rs.100

                                      I have submitted all the documents required to close personal loan viz. Application, account statement, print out of the email containing approvals for waiver of foreclosure charges, address and id proofs and cheque of my hdfc bank savings account for transferring amount to loan account, to hdfc dabwali branch (District sirsa, haryana) on 04/12/2017 at 9:30 am i. E. At the start of business hours. Complete two working days are over, so far the loan has not been closed. Also i have not received any satisfactory response from the branch manager., when i called him, he simply stated that he is trying and it will take time.
                                      I'm wondering how much time it takes to close an account.
                                      With the intrinsic and whole hearted i'm thankful to hdfc bank for waiving foreclosure charges in closure of personal loan which have created more value for hdfc bank in my heart but the response and behaviour of branch people has hurt me who are simply saying that we are trying to close the account for the last two days but it will take more time.
                                      Other than the interest loss for every passing day, being a banker it's really difficult for me to come again and again to the branch for a simple account closure.
                                      It's an humble request to your goodself to kindly intervene and get the account closed at the earliest.

                                      Today is the last day of this week, it's amazing to the maximum extent that HDFC is not able to run closure in an account even in a weeks time
