Hi sir/mam,
I am parthiban applied for a personal loan on 27/09/17. It was principle approved on 27/10/17 loan ref. No 52203016.
The amount i got approval is rs.262, 768/- but i received rs 52, 731/-, so i checked with your customer care service they said we closed two existing loan in hdfc bank (One is 2.5lakhs and another one is 2 lakhs), but i have only one loan in hdfc bank that amount of 2 lakhs i taken at dec 2016.
After that i raised the complain (Complaint no is 6268401), they rechecked and clarify that i have only one loan in hdfc bank (2 lakhs). But still now i did`t get the balance amount. So i raised a complaint again on 27th nov in customer care (Complaint no: 6355200).
They replied, the reference number/docket number for this e - mail interaction is[protected], which is also mentioned in the subject line. We are looking into the same and will revert to you within 5 (Five) working days.
But still now i did`t get any response from hdfc bank side. Can you please help me on this
