I had responded as below. Kindly review and do the needful at the earliest.
Please be informed that I had opened my NRE Account on July 22nd 2015 by submitting all required documents including Visa copy.
As you may know a VISA would be issued for a period of time (like 3 months to 3 years); and one has to apply for extension to continue to stay in US
In my case also, the VISA expired on May 18th 2017 and got my H1B Extension (I-797 -A) Approved by US Immigration department till Dec 26th 2018.
So, I had submitted the same copy as proof for NRI status which is a valid one.
(H1B extension would be applied by employer and approved by US Immigration department)
As per my understanding the objective of the ReKyc is to get the updated information and provided the same regarding my NRI status.
Appreciate your kind understanding and do the needful and feel free to check with your Business team or Functional team who supposed to have understanding on the US H1B/Visa process and NRI status.

Form I-797A: Is issued ONLY to people who are currently in the U.S. and are undergoing a change of status (F-1-H-1, H-1-H-1, l-1-H-1, etc.).
The “A” is for change of status approved, which means the applicant can continue to remain in the U.S. and work.
Hence, I-797A will have an I-94 attached to it to endorse the status approved.

Could you please remove restrictions on my Account to honor an ECS request from DHFL for a home loan every 10th of the month (it may come early sometimes).
As I had earlier explained this is completely unacceptable as Bank failed to complete Re Kyc even after a month of submission of documents.
I am really shocked to see this kind of poor response and process (lack of transparency) of one of India's largest Private bank.
