I got my nee hdfc credit card.next month when i got my credit card statement.i saw one assist service applied on my card and1299rs debited from my card.its all fraud.i want to deactivate one assist service and refund my 1299rs as soon as possible.

      I am hdfc credit card holder. Recently i received a message that my oneassist plan is activated. I am not interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my hdfc credit card.
      My plan is enhanced wa privilege single plan and i have been charged rs. 1899/- for it.

      Kindly refund it soon as it was charged without any consent.

        I am a hdfc bank employee i left the company 2 months ago then today i received a mail stating that i should pay company 1 month salary as i have not served my notice period. And they call it as notice period recovery act. When i joined the company no one informed me that i should pay 1 month salary if i leave office with out serving notice period this is not there in any where and apart from that i haven't sign any bond with them. I feel cheated today as it stated if i wont pay to them they said they will take legal action against me i feel disgusting with that bank i curse the bank that it should exist only in memories.

          Hi,

          I had salary account created with hdfc bank 2 years ago by previous company. Recently i changed to new company, they are linked with hdfc salary accounts and have created new hdfc account for me, when i logged in to my net banking it shows the old account details with negative balance. As per rbi guidelines no bank account should be in negative balance and if the account is not in use for more than 6 months or a year, the bank must intimate the account holders and close it. Instead the bank is trying to create negative balance and creating burden to the account holders.

          Earlier, i had good experience with hdfc banking, but now i am little panic after seeing the negative balance charges.

          Kindly waive off the negative balance & close my old hdfc account at the earliest.

          Please share me the email id, so that i will send the account and customer id details.

          Please do the needful.

            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4789 without my concern on date:01/12/2017 for oneassist mfee. It shows in my unbilled amount.

            I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So -
            1) cancel the membership and -
            2) refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-.

              I had submitted the application online for hdfc fasttag on 28 november 2017.

              My application reference number is : hfr013729
              All the documents were uploaded online along with signed application.
              Also, i had paid amount of rs300 online via credit card.

              Since then i haven't been able to check the status of my application. Customer care number given by hdfc [[protected]]is really bad and nobody replies on that.

              Also post submittal of application, neither i received any notification when i will be getting the fasttag or anything else needs to be done on my end.

              Its sad to see that a good initiative by the govt of india is being wasted by banks. I am regular customer of hdfc from last decade but really have to say, the way fasttag initiative is being taken up by bank is not upto the mark.

                I am getting calls (Approx 10-15) daily for credit card security insurance plan. The series of there number starts from "1409". Sometimes they call from mobile number also. I have already denied for any type of insurance plans provided by hdfc. Still getting calls again and again. This is very bad. Kindly resolve this. User does not share his/her details to get torture by banks. Please look into this matter. I have applied for dnc also.

                Hello Sir,

                Thanks for responding. I have already registered my number for HDFC DNC on 4th Dec only. I have received a sms for DNC request.
                The lady that called me has no manners to talk and she was warning me that a charge will get deduct from my credit card if i will not get this insurance plan. She was calling me from different number with "1409" series. She also called me from different mobile number like +91 [protected] and +91 [protected].
                I don't want a deduction of any of my money. Rather i will apply for closing of credit card. And I will apply from some other bank.
                MY credit card no [protected] has been settled but till now we will be closed from cibil clear of full blance payment so help.

                  My name is mohammed zafar residing in bangalore but working abroad, i have two nri joint accounts with my mom in hdfc bank, and i am trying to close one of my account and operate another from feb-2015 but the bank manager ms jyothi sudhindra is not allowing me to close, everytime i get different reasons once they say both the account holders should come & when we go together me & my mom they say ok dont close it or we will do check it etc etc..
                  Even today 04/12/2017 they said to pay the non maintenance amount of 7403 and they will close it but after paying the amount she said no we cant close it... Please please help me from this manager jyothi sudhindra... She is making me cry from past 2 years & 10 months.

                    I had applied fastag from hdfc bank on 3rd nov.
                    It was intimated by bank that i would be getting fastag within a week's time. Until now there is no information about the same (Whether processed, held, etc). The amount has been deducted from the account also.

                    When tried to reach customer care [protected], i always get a message stating "number busy". There is no e-mail address also to contact the customer care.

                    It is hard to believe that hdfc is getting such a bad reputation once it comes to fastag handling. Even bank representative through whom i applied the card is also unable to contact customer care in this regard or help me in following up.
                    Do let me know how do i check the status and if there are any other alternate number to contact customer care and to check the status.

                    If the process is held, i would like to cancel the application request.

                    Regarding phone numbers, i called the numbers on 27th Nov. Below is the status:
                    9910410169 - The one who received the call informed me that he is not the concerned person.
                    9910410166 - No one answered the call.

                      My hdfc credit card rewards points has been redeemed on 24th nov 2017 and was vouched against it in chroma retail. The value of each voucher is worth of rs 5000 against hdfc reward points of 2000. After a week of my redemption, i have received an sms on my mobile stating (Dear customer, this is regarding your last redemption on my rewards catalogue. Please note that at the time of redeeming the gift voucher, point balance was not sufficient. As a process, the remaining points or equivalent amount would be debited to your account. No action is required by you. Helpdesk help. [protected]@gyftr.com / [protected]). When i checked with the customer care of hdfc reward point centre, there response was very rude and had threaten that im liable for paying that amount for their technical glitches or clerical error. To be precise i have not violated nor cheated but only followed as per hdfc reward point terms. Inspite of this they are forcibly charging me for there mistake. It looks like hdfc is marketing their vendors by fooling the public with their reward schemes.

                        I have my credit card dues pending. Due to some unwanted circumstances i did not pay the amount. Now my family members and relatives are getting calls from hdfc bank team and my relatives are getting harassed. I have been put through shame and this has affected my mental well being. I am totally ready to suicide if this harassment does not stop today. I am the one who is responsible for this due amount and my family members should not be harassed at any condition. Please take appropriate action or hdfc bank will be responsible for any mishappening. I hope for an immediate action.                             I got this msg from hdfc as i have returned the order to myntra. Still i can not see the amount reflecting onto my account statement.

                            It's already been three working days and i am worried as i have returned another order too. Hope the issue would be resolved and won't have to face everytime.

But after that there is no update regarding my application.. Please do the needfull. I need to find my credit card application status asap!!! Expecting some help from your end...                                 Hi hdfc care support,

                                This is with regards to the security concerns using net banking.
                                (Please take this into account as a suggestion)

                                When transferring amount to the added beneficiary, it doesn't ask for any otp/verification.
                                Ideally it should ask some security verifications, also when transferring amount to the added beneficiaries.

                                Please let me know why there is a lack of the major security verification in the net banking and also let me know if you already have these ideas in the pipeline items that should be implemented.

                                  I tried to book for tatkal ticket on
                                  September 1st 2017 (11:05 am) from my debit card. When i book, my money deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. It gets cancelled. Till now my money was not refunded to my account. Please take this as a serious issue & response me as soon as possible.

                                    I applied for hdfc fastag on 27-oct-17 and my application reference number is hfr006713. Even after 1.5 months, i did not receive my fastag. I already pais rs300 online. After 2 days of application, i got a mail from hdfc to send the documents as email since there server was not working. I sent the documents immediately and after that no response from hdfc. The toll free customer care is of no use. Nobody attends the call in the contact number provided in the email. Is this service provided by hdfc. I was a customer of hdfc for the past 16 years. I was really disappointed with the service of fastag from hdfc. Please refund my money of rs300

                                      Hi sir,

                                      I have hdfc bank account opened in syntel as a salary account in 2010. Main branch is tiruvanmiyur, chennai. Accnt num is [protected] - raghuvamsinathreddy.
                                      It is salary account and i was assured by hdfc agent that i don't have to maintain minimum monthly balance for this account. Currently i am not using it because as i moved to another company and they have asked me to open an account in different bank. I see that nearly 3000 has been deducted from my account and now the balance is negative. I shifted to another city and bank people asking me to go to main branch to close the account. First of all i am not ready to go to chennai simply to close this account and i didnt even get any intimation about this deductions. Can you please refund the money back to my account. I didnt use this account as i don't need it if you are going to deduct money like this without intimation you are doing fraud and more over i dont understand why i cant close this account in any hdfc branch when everything has become online.

Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date.
