Dear team,
I am an employee of an private bank.
On 25th of oct, one of your employee sanjay lenka (Mob no - [protected]) along with sujit sahoo (Employee id - fin402) from finmart marketing came to my branch for sourcing credit card.
As per mr. Sanjay, on basis of visiting card and salary slip, i will be issued a credit card that will be zero fees for life time. There will be no joining fees, annual fees and renewal fees.
But sorry to say,
1. Card was processed after 25 days of submitting the documents that to after reminding and calling mr sanjay for 3 times.
2. On 29th nov, i received the card, which was a money-back card and after enquiring found that there will be fees of rs 500 for joining fees and rs 500+ get for renewal fees every year and to nullify the same i have to purchase for rs 50, 000.
Now, either cancel/surrender the card or change the card to zero fees for life time.
Being in hdfc one of best service industry, and this type of mis selling that too to another banker is unacceptable.
Please look into the matter and do the needful and materialise before the bill get generated.

At the time of sourcing there was No option 1 or Option 2 also any If clause. Nothing was informed to me, the only Informed was on basis of Salary and Visiting card, it will be a life time Free card.
Now, where it comes Option 1, 2 and if Clause.
Contact Mr Sanjay Lenka(Sourcer) if any doubt else ask sourcer to meet me.
Kindly confirm whether the card will be Life time Zero or Not.
It has already been 9 days and already 2 mails have been sent for cancellation of the Card Permanently but no response till now.
Please confirm the status. Such type of False Commitment and Mis selling is not expected from Your Bank
