Dear sir,
Today i have received mail from termloans. [protected]@hdfcbank.net. Where they have informed me that my credit card is debited by rs. 1399/- for one assist mfee + 100 for processing fee.

Sir, i just want to inform you that till date i have not received my credit card and it is on the way. Beside of this i also request you to please deactivate one assist mfee from my credit card account and please refund these two amounts i. E. 1499/- in my credit card account.

    Amount deduction by hdfc bank again without customer mistake!

    I have an account with hdfc bank & i am an account holder with hdfc from many years. But few months ago i forgot to pay an installment of 2500 rs of a loan with bajaj finance & due to this bank has deducted minimum rs 300 rs for each trial atleast 30 times in last 1 year.

    Is it fair banking? Does anyone know if bank has any valid reason to do this? I read that it has to do something with ech charges, but still what if some one tries to submit a cheque to take money out 1000 times and this same thing happens? Does it mean they will charge 50, 000 penality for this?

    In my case it was a figure of 784+830+300+ which made a total of more then 30, 000 in last 1 year but i did not care bcoz they were deducting in peices 300 or 400 every month which is not a big amount for me, but this happens with atleast 10000 customers everyday, so it means you are cheating people in billions every day.

    You already gave me this attack 6 months ago once & this time you did this thing again.
    You combined all those small figures of those ach return & deducted more then 10, 000 rs in between 30th nov to 4th dec 31st dec.

    I called your customer service. First 6 times call got disconnected & then 7th time finally got connected with saurav & he gave me illogical answers & tried to make me fool with his smartness as i was just born yesterday.

    Last time i got a reply by one of your employee simarjeet kaur for the same concern which is also tagged in this email.
    She only replied twice but after that no reply.

    So hdfc bank i m going to close my account with you as soon as possible as you are bloody thief & as it was not my black money.
    It was a money for which i worked hard for 30 days like anything & then i got it.
    & i am going to suggest all my friends to make it viral and close their account as well with hdfc as they might also get this attack of a big amount deduction 1 day for no reason.

      Hello,

      Myself rajkumar jain and i am a policyholder with hdfc bank that is sampoorna samridhi policy no : 15586092.

      I am really disappointed with hdfc life insurance. I have paid the amount of almost rs. 245000 in past 5 years as premiums but i am getting 5000 rs. Less (239000) in return of this policy. This is not acceptable.

      Before taking the policy one of your employee told"sir pay 250000 in return you will get almost equal to 5 lacks". Why you people are fooling common man. I am 60 years old man now you only tell me what should i do? Till now i have not collected my maturity amount and i am not going to until my queries are resolved.

        My customer id is 67003366. It is an nri account.
        I have forget my password of net banking. I'm not able to receive one time password to reset the pin since last 45 days. As i'm in abroad i cannot go to bank to give the change of mobile number. I call customer care more than 20 time to give solution. But they say its because of our mobile network operator. I discussed here with local mobile network operator, i'm replied they don't have any block for that.

        I have applied for my debit thinks that it will help me to resolve my otp issues. They send me a rupay card only useful with atm without pin number and only for india. They why they need to send it to abroad.

        Please consider i'm sitting in abroad i'm not able to do anything. Even my return back flight ticket is pertain on my net banking.

        We have looked into the reported sample and we were not able to find any irregularity or issue in delivery. The message in question got a positive delivery report from our partner operator. Also, the test conducted on our internal resources didn't show any anomaly in delivery, All attempts reached correctly the targeted handset. At this point, the issue seems to be an isolated case. Hence please initiate one more attempt and confirm the date and time of attempt on [protected]@hdfcbank.com for further investigation.

          Hi, i swipe my hdfc regalia credit card in bharat petroleum petrol pump located near moolchand hospital new delhi, in the month of oct'17. As per govt. Of india mandate if any one do digital transaction at petrol pump then automatically customer will get 0.75% cash back.

          Hdfc bank unable to do so, and their customer care is also not supporting in this case. Even grievance redressal is unable to resolve it.

          I am using other bank's credit card as well and never faced these kind of issues with them.

          So far i found that hdfc bank has the worst customer care team compare to other banks. I am associated with hdfc bank for last 10 years but now i am thinking to leave them as they cannot take care of their customers.

            I have applied for fast tag with application number hfr014691. I have made the payment 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount) uploaded the required documents, following that i have uploaded the signed application form as well.

            Since then i have been trying to contact hdfc for the application status on the toll free number but no one picks up. Sent an email to hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in no response.
            I'm not sure do i have to do anything else to get this application processed, what is the current status of the application. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know if my application is processed or not, at least i'll try another service provider.

            Thanks for the response, As I mentioned in the original complaint I have Sent an email to hdfc.[protected]@sahaj.co.in but have received no response. Subject Line is "HDFC Fast Tag HFR014691" on December 4th. I tried reaching at [protected] & [protected] one number is not working and other one nobody picks the call.
            I have been with HDFC for 5 years now and this is the worst experiance I had with them. I have sent another email with subject "FastTag ApplicationID HFR014691". Please let me know status of this application.

            Any update on this issue, I received an SMS as fast tag is issued and activated. I haven't got any information on how and when I will receive it. I have sent couple of email to hdfc.[protected]@sahaj.co.in but no response. I hope this issue will be resolved soon and my RF ID will be sent to me via courier. Please do let me know if I have to do anything from our end.

                I approached my nearest hdfc branch for the closure of my dmat account before an year for its closure. There is no proper response from the bank staffs and am paying a penalty of 300 unnecessarily every month. I have sold all my shares and i dont have any shares in it. I paid loan amount before time so some of my policy amount was to be refunded to my sbi ac. I visited so many times to hdfc bank ajmer and every time they assured me to repay my policy amount. From last one year to till today no amount is transferred to my account.

                  I am an HDFC customer and having good transactions in whether personal loan payment or credit card payment.

                  But the bank charging more financial charges and Taxes without any reason.

                  The hardly earned money goes unreasonably.

                  Can I get solution for this issue?

                    Hi sir/mam,

                    I am parthiban applied for a personal loan on 27/09/17. It was principle approved on 27/10/17 loan ref. No 52203016.

                    The amount i got approval is rs.262, 768/- but i received rs 52, 731/-, so i checked with your customer care service they said we closed two existing loan in hdfc bank (One is 2.5lakhs and another one is 2 lakhs), but i have only one loan in hdfc bank that amount of 2 lakhs i taken at dec 2016.

                    After that i raised the complain (Complaint no is 6268401), they rechecked and clarify that i have only one loan in hdfc bank (2 lakhs). But still now i did`t get the balance amount. So i raised a complaint again on 27th nov in customer care (Complaint no: 6355200).

                    They replied, the reference number/docket number for this e - mail interaction is[protected], which is also mentioned in the subject line. We are looking into the same and will revert to you within 5 (Five) working days.

                    But still now i did`t get any response from hdfc bank side. Can you please help me on this

                      I am jagadeesh a hdfc card holder and they sold me a medical insurance policy after lots and lots of arguments.

                      The sales team has no manners. They speak in such a way as if they are doing some great help to you by selling the policy.

                      I agreed to the policy and said ok.

                      Now i want to cancel my policy. During my first interaction with the sales people i asked them, what is the process if i want to cancel the policy.
                      They said, you can cancel the policy anytime. The emi you paid till then will not be reimbursed, but you will not be needed to pay the remaining balance.

                      Now i called ergo and asked them to cancel the policy. They are saying you need to make the full payment, till end of 2 years. Only then we will cancel the policy.

                      I mean this is too much.
                      Very bad policy and very bad customer service.

                        My husband account salary on nungambakkam branch. Now he changed his company. So i went with my id proof, his account number and debit card to close the account in maduravoyal branch. Manager also accepts to close that account but authorized person is so harsh to me n disobey to give closure form. She is so harsh that she never give closure form. I asked y u put fine for his account, that also she didn't answer. So i request you assist them to obey atleast customer query.

                          I got e-mail about submitting kyc documents. All the documents are uploaded to website and emailed. No confirmation on receiving the documents or review of documents. 2 days later there is sms stating that the kyc update request has been rejected. Again i uploaded documents to website and emailed them. Again after 2 days the message of rejection is there. My account is blocked with no explanation. I also received a sms from bank on 22nd november, 2017 for updation of kyc failing which the bank shall restrict the transactions in my account effective 15th december, 2017, but the account is blocked before december 2017 only. Currently, i am in dubai. When i contacted the branch manager, he told me to visit branch in india personally. This is very unprofessional attitude on part of bank with a old customer like mine. I can't use my money even through net banking, which i have kept for some transaction which i am not able to pay. I don't know who shall be responsible for this.

                            I am debojit sadhukhan writing from kolkata my email id [protected]@gmail.com mob [protected]. Since monday morning 10.30am i am getting constant missed calls from [protected]. I had a 1min talk on monday i remember her name was shrabani, i was not interested in buying her sales offers, till then i am getting constant missed calls from the above mentioned phone no. Please do the need full its being a frustrating situation i am a very busy person every time m getting missed calls whether i am ina meeting or promotion or any professional work i am getting distracted. Would request you to look into the matter else i will have to report it in consumer forum.

                              I had applied a accounts close process for mine 4 accounts nre and nro at yours jamnagar branch on 11 april there staff told me do zero balance and i have done after that i went 4 rime to bank and ask update every time thy say different matter.
                              1... Thy say under process
                              2... Thy say still debit card are link so will take time
                              3... Still in 2 branch is under process
                              4.. Itz already process

                              So i ask them acknowledge also thy say no needs itz auto computer system so i trust them but unfortunately upto now thy not done any proceed and as i was out of india.
                              So i humbly request u to do closures proceed

                                My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, in 2015 so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month i had called customer care and told them about my problem they told m to contact to my branch. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card. I logged into my account for some reason on and i see that i have rs -7500 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.
                                I will not pay this amount at any how..

                                  We deposited our credit card payment cheques on 01/12/2017 for two of our credit card payments in your hdfc branch in gurgaon. The cheques were of sbi and as on date our two amounts have not yet been processed from your bank to be credited in our respective accounts.

                                  I am sure, hdfc is one of the banks which delays the payments of customers to levy more & more interest on the dues.

                                  Would appreciate a written reply on why there has been a delay in our payment receipt by hdfc bank. One of your useless call center employees says that it takes 24 hours, another one says it takes 4 days.

                                  We are decided to make full and final payments of all our credits cards and current accounts as well and close all transaction asap with hdfc.

                                  In case there are only late payment or forced interest is levied in case of our two credit cards, we would be forced to write to ombudsman ([protected]@rbi.org.in) as well.

                                    Worst response by hdfc vanagaram branch and the customer relationship manager appointed for me is very irresponsible. I am a account holder past 4 years and do transaction less than 1 crore. Even though my problem is not solved past 20 days. My account is still frozen. My mail id [protected]@yahoo.com. Person to contact [protected]. Am currently not in india so contact the above number. Really regret for banking with hdfc.
