Complaint marked as Resolved Hi
I am using an HDFC bank credit card last two months. with out my concern somebody as used my credit card on 6th of Dec'17 the amount was. Rs, 5665.00 . I did't get the sms on 6th also, today morning (8th of Dec'17) i am receiving the sms you used the credit card for payzaap wallet so amount deducted like that. I was not used my credit card, i will not share the pin to anyone. So today morning i called to the customer care 08061606161 i have registered the complaint also, complaint no:17342434724. So requesting you to please check who did the transactions and refund the amount to credit card. this is the first time i am facing the issue, i was using citi bank credit card also past two years i was not get like this.
Please check and refund the amount to my card.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
