HDFC Bank Fastag — fastag blacklisted - no resolution so far

My fast tag has rs:- 180/- still it is showing as black listed. I called hdfc fast tag customer care many times, still no resolution, they just ask me to call 1033 and those guys says authority to black list with issuer bank. Nobody is taking the owner ship of getting this resolved, every one is passing the ball to other court. Here is my customer id. Customer id[protected] Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

This is to inform you that in spite of amount being deducted at all toll plazas on the spot, the company is also erroneously manually deducting amounts (total amount: Rs. 755/- deducted erroneously) from my fastag account for no reason.

Hi,

As a customer I am aware of the toll free number. I have called them atleast 10 times regarding similar issue. But none of them so far have shared this email id. Instead all I have heard from them is that the request has been sent to back end team and that issue will get resolved in 3 days time. I think this is lack of proper training. Also there is no senior person in call center to whom I could talk. I dont know how to term this, whether irresponsible or ignorance.
