Im a customer of hdfc bank i purchased a fastag online from hdfc bank. On 3dec 2019. Till date 9jan 2020, i have not received the fastag hdfc is not refunding the money. The staff is too arrogant and there is no progress. Not only i want the money back, but i want compensation for the extra money i spent at toll booth and harasmment due to th long queues at booths and visits to hdfc bank. My total claim is 5000 for deficiency in service by hdfc Was this information helpful? | |||

My fasttag is still not delivered to me i played 500 rs on 1st dec 2019. Application no hfr 821438.

Recently, i lost my HDFC food card. I have blocked it and applied for new one.
Please let me know what is the procedure to transfer the balance from old card to new card.

06Dec2019 I had applied for HDFC fastag and rs500 was debited from my hdfc account but still, we are unable to receive FASTAG sticker.
