I hold a general poa of my friends. I handed over two passbooks of their account to hdfc employee candolim goa branch in july 2018. Both the passbooks have been lost in the bank. The bank has given me new passbooks with a few entries. I have been asking them for a financial statement since inception of the accounts so as to prove that i did not withdraw any money from the accounts. (In this power of attorney i have the power to open, close and manage accounts so i do not want them to think i have used their money).
The hdfc bank refuses to give it to me. I have wasted so much time trying to get them to do the needful besides having gone through so much stress.

    Today date - 10/01/2020
    I have applied for fastag almost a month back (9/12/2019). Which they sent to i don't know which address in gwalior. Then i called custmare care (Maybe 30 or 31 dec 2019) and by god's grace and my patience. Finally got connected to 1 executive who assured me i will get it delivered in 3 to 4 working days.
    I have been continuously calling [protected] but phone is always busy.
    Such a pathetic service i didnt expect from hdfc.

      I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal on 10.12.2019 and paid required amount, but till date no communication is received from hdfc about delivery. When i inquired with local hdfc bank branch, they give me the link about getting status. When i checked with this link, it observed that, the fastag issued from your end but returned to your mumbai office again without informing/ calling me and the message from blue dart port is "returned to origin at shippers request.
      Request you to look into the matter and revert on urgent basis as it is almost one month over.

        A message from bluedart

        (Your hdfc fastag shipment is undelivered for address related issues. Please contact hdfc fastag for redelivery, else it will be returned to hdfc fastag within 6 days) was came on date 4-1-2020.

        So blue dart said me to give docket number to collect fastag. I have no docket number.

        during this exercise i found that by mistake wrong entry was done during filling in online form. So fastag not reached at my proper address (A - 438, saurabh park society, b/h - samta flats, p. O. - subhanpur, vadodara, gujarat. Pin - 390023.

        i reached at hdfc bank, ellorapark branch, vadodara for same issue, he said me that he has no power to solve it.

          I have applied for a fastag through hdfc bank on 26-nov-19. The confirmation said i will receive the fastag within 7 working days. I have not received the tag up to date. I have called the hdfc bank fastag helpline on [protected] multiple times and i have repeatedly been told it will reach me within few days. However, the tag has still not been received.

            I have not received my Fastag yet. Its been almost a month, since I have applied for Fasttag through HDFC online banking portal.

            Below are my HDFC Fastag reference details:

            There is no intimation regarding my application processing. I have.applied more than 7.days before. I.request to immediately confirm.my application status. It was a big mistake to.apply online. Nobody is picking up 24 hour contact no. given for query. Pls treat it as most urgent.
            My hdfc fasttag havent received i applied on 30 november but upto now no response.i received sms on 4th saying fast tag issued successfully with customer id[protected] but upto now i havent received what is this

              The bank has charged me rs 100 for depository charges on demat account which isn't using by me for years. I have enquired the same about their office at sl plaza, palarivattom kochi on[protected]. But have not got any solution. Also, they said some around 2300rs charges are still their in demat account and it will deduct from my bank account once their is credit. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side.

                  Cancellation of One Assist Membership
                  I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899- from my credit card number ending with 9912 without my concern on date:07/01/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899

                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online on dt[protected] and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount & 300 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr865763. There is no update.

                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. No tracking link found

                        I have been with hdfc for 8 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status. ([protected])

                          The Credit Card jumbo loan has been debited twice from the account. I had already paid the EMI but it got deducted again automatically where I had never activated auto pay for that, please look into the issue as I have other commitments which is pending and my account balance is in negative. This may affect my cibil score. So please do the need quickly and credit the amount back to my account.

                            I have applied for hdfc fastag.in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.

                                I have converted my account as basic saving deposit account on 24th july 2019. I have already submitted the application for the same and i have also have hard copy of this but still they didn't converted my account as bssd and charged me as non maintenance charges.

                                I have applied for fasttag through hdfc but didn't get any update on the delivery of the same. I got the email the fastag account is activated but the tag was not yet delivered.

                                  Please BEWARE before you even think to take any HDFC policy.
                                  PPR Policy no[protected]
                                  I have been misled by hdfc life through HDFC agent w.r.t. policy number 14318012.

                                  I have paid pemium of 3 years - Rs. 1, 80, 000 excluding service tax

                                  I was informed that If for some reason I have to surrender this policy, I shall get minimum amount of rs. 154, 211 after 3 years.

                                  Same has been stated in a very very very small font on the policy document as well. When I applied for surrender few days back, I was told that value of the same is 70, 128.

                                  I have worked very hard to earn money and I just cannot accept that hdfc life - through HDFC agent and HDFC is cheating me by taking my 3 years instalments.

                                  This is not acceptable. I have been HDFCs customer for very long time and I have never faced any issues with the bank. But this is really intolerable. This is very disappointing HDFC promises to give you the benefits but with such hidden terms and conditions that you are going to regret it for sure.
                                  Please BEWARE before you even think to take any HDFC policy.

                                    I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable.

                                        My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my school, so due to some problem i left the school . Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of ocyober i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking. I logged inn 10th januaryr 2019 and i see that i have rs -2139 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                                        HDFC Bank agent call me and make my account balance zero and said go to nearest branch and fill the account closure form and submit to branch manager . I have done it but my account is not closed and from nxt month negative balance starts continuously till now
