Hi,
I had applied for for fastag through hdfc bank appln. Ref number (Hfr359140) on 11, nov, 2019.
My fastag wallet is created and got customer id and wallet id. But the fastag is not delivered to me till today.
There was no communication from hdfc bank when they will dispatch fastag as well. There fastag customer care nubmber is never reacheable. It is always busy. They didn't provide any email contact for fastag support as well.
If i call the hdfc home branch, they say they don't deal with fastag. So i am forced to raise this compaint here. Expecting a faster resolution.
