Hi

My Credit Card doesn't enable the EMI option. that time i called to customer care they redirect to corresponding bank. Once i reach the bank about this issue they gave me the credit card executor name and number. I contact the person he told to call the customer care.

I am highly disappointed with the kind of response your customer care executive give to customers even Instead of giving me a solution he is arguing with me and telling me that i am misleading him when i am giving the correct piece of communication this is the kind of service HDFC give to customers.

Now i want EMI facility on my credit card so that i can pay and maintain my CIBIL

I want a senior person to intervene and speak to me in this regard

      I have applied for housing loan with HDFC Housing Loan Egmore branch and processing fee was paid by me in full INR.11, 600. They have not processed the application from Legal Department due to individual Patta was not there. Which is fine.
      So i have spoken to customer care[protected] for refund of my processing fee (INR.11, 600) and sent mail to [protected]@hdfc.com on 06/06/2017 11:47 AM and after 2nd remainder he has forwarded the same to Rama Srinivasan on 8/06/2017 12:01 PM.
      I have again sent a remainder mail on 23/06/2017 4:49 PM. Its been more than 20 days after my mail but still no refund has been processes nor any response from HDFC.
      I have attached my mail copy with this complaint. Kindly look into this issue and process refund immediately.

        I deposited 90, 000 in my savings account and they have deducted 172.50 Rupees without any reason.
        This is my first account in HDFC bank and it seems it was not a good decision to open an account with them.
        Please look into this, I need the refund of my money asap.
        I have been an ICICI customer since so many years, they have nevere deducted amount for such lame reasons. Didnt expect this thing from HDFC Bank

          To whom so ever it may concern,

          I have a savings bank account in hdfc bank (arera colony branch, bhopal) from 2014
          For which i gave an application for closing in may2016 in the same branch At that time the bank employe MR.AMIT told me that please take out all the money and sign an form so he will be closing the bank account
          Later on he stopped picking up the phone and the bank messages started comming for not maintaing the minnimum balance in the bank account.
          Afterwards after 3-4 months when i again visited the branch the help desk transferred me to MR.MONU MEHRA then i signed the bank account closure form again and gave them the form then he assured me that the account will be closed in a week or two.
          Then also the minnimum account notification began to come. So i notified the same to mr monu
          And he said that he will be looking after it
          As after sometime one of my colleague mistakenly (imps)
          Deposited an amount of ₹4500 in. That account so the first case in that is if the account should have been closed than the money could not be transferred but as the account was not closed by the bank so the account was running and the money came and the bank deducted all the amount as minnimum account balance charges
          After that when i went to bank so MR MONU MEHRA told me that he must be solving my problem in a week or two and had put up an request for the waiver of the charges
          But since i am waiting from last month nothing has been done and now MR .MONU MEHRA is not answering my call and his senior MR . RITESH is also not answering the call so i cannot understand that for the mistake of MR AMIT, MR MONU should i have to pay an amount of ₹4500 and if i am calling MR RITESH for the same issue so he is not answering my call

            Amount 28 is getting deducted 2 times with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

            In my account statement I can see that 5.75 rs charged multiple times as IMPS transfer fee I haven't even done. Can anyone please explain the reason behind it?

                HDFC life is delaying my maturity payout with out any valid reason. When contacted at [protected]@hdfclife.com they keep asking for documents again and again same set of documents. Once they asked for documents and sent by me was accepted but no progress. When I asked for progress of my payout they ask for same set of documents again. It clearly shows they are holding public money intentionally. My maturity payout is on hold since Feb 2017.

                Today when I asked for the status of payout, again I got email to send document. I lost count how many times they asked for documents and how many times I sent. Very funny matter is they acknowledge receipt of documents, when asked for status they again ask for same documents. How don't know how to deal with this type of Bank. Whoever reading this can you please suggest me. It is taking my time and effort and I am losing interest on my amount.

                Yes, HDFC LIFE is known for delaying maturity payouts by giving exactly the same reason to thousands of customers.
                They think that by delaying, they would earn some extra interest on the corpus.
                Also by delaying, they think customers would come to their office and then they would try to sell policies with your payout funds!
                Shame on HDFC Life.

                    I also recieved a call from hdfc life insurance department and told me for providing a loan of 3 lakh against hdfc classic assured plus policy for which intially i have to submitt a check of 30k on the name of hdfc bank, the loan is given for 10 years and i have to pay 9 emi of amount 30k per year with no interest, now i got it that they all are fake they just make their own incentive by selling their policy and want to complete their monthly target by making people fool, i am very thankful to all of you guys for sharing this information and thanks too to consumercomplain.in for this helpful website for consumers .

                    I also recieved a call from hdfc life insurance department and told me for providing a loan of 7 lakh against hdfc classic assured plus policy for which intially i have to deposite via net banking 70k hdfc bank, the loan is given for 10 years and i have to pay 9 emi of amount 70k per year with no interest, N ALSO they tell me 30% of means 21000 less in 1st emi as commision, please tell me is this true or not as soon as possible

                              The credit card in question were issued by my husband in my name as he wanted to invest in his business. He has been maxing out the cards since then and since otp and other info is sent to his number, i have never been aware of any debt till now.

                              Please consider here that i am the sole earning member of my family which consists of my mother, father and younger brother. I have been paying the fees for my brother's education since 2014, along with the taking care of my maternal family.in my previous job, the majority of the salary went in paying the emis of my husband's credit cards, loan, etc, and the remaining was divided between my brother's educational and my family's monthly expenses.

                              Currently my husband and i are filing for divorce for the reasons mentioned above, as he has been harassing me for more money and has refused to help me in any remaining payments. He has left me even before the legal settlement. I am living alone with no money for now, which has caused serious financial difficulty for my family. My situation is unlikely to improve for the next few months.

                              I do not have the available funds to make my credit card payment. I am going for a financial settlement with my husband, out of which, he will pay me a fixed amount. I still want to make this debt right. I fully intend come to a settlement with the bank for my debts, but i need a bit more time.in the meantime, it would be helpful if you could hold action on my account.

                                I have contact on customer care but they ask me for call to payzapp customer care and when i call to payzapp customer care, they ask me for hdfc credit card customer care. I am very disappointed with hdfc credit card.
                                So, you are requested plz do the needful and give me my reward point 1000.

                                  I am receiving message and calls from hdfc life insurance saying that are you krishna, but i am not krishna and confirmed them clearly through phone and i am getting messages an behalf of name as krishna. I called cc and raised a complaint they said that it was web portal enquiry made by person named krishna and his email was (Krishna. [protected]@gmail.com) on click protect 3d.
                                  How come you keep on sending sms and confirmation called inspite you stopping, the cc exe told that they are not responsible. But they have to stop sending sms or calls on some one name.

                                    I am a preferred customer of hdfc bank. I am also a senior citizen. My account was debited with rs.8000 being the locker rent for 2017-18 on 1st april 2017 without my knowledge, consent or any other information. Then another amount of rs.1200 was debited being the service charges of the locker rent. I surrendered the locker in the 3rd week of june 2017 and asked the refund of three-quarters charges amounting to rs.6900 as i had used the locker for one-quarter only. But i was told that it is not possible to refund this balance amount. As now there are limited sources of income for me this amount means a lot and should be credited to my account asap.

                                      With reference to above subject, on dated-28.06.2017, i made payment of rs. 310 with ref no[protected] from my hdfc rupay debit card at creative petroleum mundra. But the amount was debited from account and not received at pos. I done second transaction of same amount at same pos after that and it was successful. So it is requested to refund the amount to my savings account.
