Reference my proposal to hdfc ergo lh[protected] on 25 nov 2017.
The company help-center misguided me saying that even though my age is 69, company will accept my heath insurance proposal on basis of medical check up. I paid rs 13090 premium on 25 nov. Then they sent me mail that my proposal is rejected due to pre disease history. This needed to have been told to me before. Company is non transparent and fraudulant as their only aim is to collect premium and keep with them for long time. I requested company for immediate refund but they have not refunded. Please fine the company if required and other action be also thaken as company misleads public with wrong motives.

Hi, There is no doubt that health insurers are issuing policies up to 99 years of age now days subject to medical report. In case of any existing disease/ailment found during medical check up insurer may issue policy with exclusion clause of pre existing one for 4 years from date of issue of policy or may reject your proposal if pre existing one is very serious/complicated. However you may insist insurer to provide copy of report. After rejection of proposal premium paid shall be refunded within 7/10 days deducting medical charges. You should have insisted for providing hard copy of terms & conditions of policy before proposal so that you would have correct decision to go for policy or not.

    Hello,

    Today afternoon at 1.27pm i tired to withdraw my balance amount 2400/- from my balance 2450/- from location (Airoli) capgemini yosemite location.
    But not sure how i didn't got any amount from that atm but instead got message on my cell no [protected] mentioning 2400/- been deducted & balance is 51/-. Kindly get this validated asap as i need it on urgent basis.

    Dear Customer,

    As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation. We would like to inform you that immediately on receipt of your complaint dated November 29, 2017 we had raised a chargeback on acquiring bank vide reference number 1451993. If the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction does not revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day from the date of complaint. Incase the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. A letter to that effect will also be sent to you and the account will not be credited. The status of the complaint will also be communicated to you through SMS on your mobile number. We appreciate your patience in this regard. Please feel free to contact us incase of any clarifications. Assuring you the best of our services.

      I need an email id to write complaint against collection department of credit card and loan.
      I have been facing lot of harassment by collection team of hdfc bank.

      They have been contentiously harassing over the calls and threatening me.

      Need an urgent help to lodge a complaint against them.

      Have been talking to multiple officers from collection but all are different every time and its difficult for me to manage and talk to all diff executives talking to me.

      Please help with relevant email id and mobile number for collection's senior of credit card and personal loan

        Greetings!

        I, trapti varshney, am the proprietor of "rm global consulting". I have my current account with hdfc bank since 2014 in faridabad, sector-16 branch. My account is blocked without any information. I have called in branch, i came to know that it is blocked due to non verification of kyc while the which i have getting is 31st of december, 2017.

        I would request you to unblock my account otherwish i dont have any option rather than closing this account asap as i am unable to visit branch as i am out of station. I will go to other bank.

        So look into this matter and reply asap.

          I purchased honda activa (Honda showroom vadodara, nizampura). The finance guy "nikunj" he told me the scheme of
          Down payment = 11500
          And emi of = 2890 * 18 months

          After all the paper work and all the payments. On the 4th day after getting my activa he said "the emi would be 3390"

          I dont how they are working there as a financial person and the way he talked
          "return the vehicle now or pay the 3390 emi".

          How can i trust that hdfc is secure???

            A company took 6005 rs from my account n later i came to know that it was a fraud. According to rbi guidelines if the customer reports such fraud to the bank, within 3 days, then it's the duty of the bank to refund that much money to customer's account. I reported imimmediately, still after made to wait for 16 days, it's been 1 month, no response. Rude call centre operators.

            So after some more small incidents i m now deciding to leave this bank and open an account in axis bank. I heard a lot about hdfc so i had to choose it even when i wanted to open in axis. Guess what. I was right.

            Hdfc u r no more than a fraud.

              Dear sir / madam

              1. I m swarnjit singh and been associated with you for last two years. I opened my nri account no [protected] with your saket, delhi branch, which i converted into normal account on returning back to mother india in oct 2017. It was smooth going till 15 nov 2017 when i got messages and mails of rs 708/ and again rs 708/- (Twice) being deducted as amb chrg incl gst for sep & oct 2017 respectively.

              2. I have very low balances in the past also but was neither been charged nor been informed for the same. And to my surprise your bank informed me after deducting the amount which i look as charges as other options left with you to surprise your customers.

              3. I am highly dissapointed with this kind of deductions without any prior notice to customers, which force me to write such complaint and at the same time request you to refund the amount.

              4. At the same time, i will also be approaching to the concerned rbi authorities to look into this matter, otherwise the only option left to me to close this account asap.

              5. Looking forward for your postive response.

                Hi sir/ma'am,

                I have the loan on my credit card starting [protected]. I am getting life threatening calls from hdfc card agents claiming they are from hdfc. They have issued me an settlement letter and saying that you have to pay the emi at any cost. I am going through the financial crisis and i am the respectable customer of hdfc bank since 2011. They are mentally harassing me and using abusive language and coming to my office and ruining my good will. That is not at all acceptable. These are the names of members ashok chaudhary, sandeep rana, naresh saini and some others from hdfc. These guys are literally spoiling the office decorum. They don't have manners at all. I am going through hypertension with their behavior. I am just asking for some time and i will pay the amount.

                According to rbi guidelines they cant do these things. Please find below the same.

                Rbi rules:
                (Iii) fair practices in debt collection

                (A) in the matter of recovery of dues, banks / nbfcs may ensure that they, as also their agents, adhere to the extant instructions on fair practice code for lenders (Circular dbod. Leg. No. Bc. 104 /09.07.007 / 2002–03 dated may 5, 2003) as also iba’s code for collection of dues and repossession of security.in case banks / nbfcs have their own code for collection of dues it should, at the minimum, incorporate all the terms of iba's code.

                (B) in particular, in regard to appointment of third party agencies for debt collection, it is essential that such agents refrain from action that could damage the integrity and reputation of the bank / nbfc and that they observe strict customer confidentiality. All letters issued by recovery agents must contain the name and address of a responsible senior officer of the card issuing bank whom the customer can contact at his location.

                (C) banks / nbfcs / their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the credit card holders’ family members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and misleading representations.

                    Today i tried to debit some amount from hdfc atm located in telibagh lucknow-226002 near my place. Firstly i tried to debit 1000 rupees, but it showed unable to process then i again tried to debit 2000 rupees in this thought that 500 rupee note might not be available. After transaction, amount was not dispensed from atm. I stood there for 15minutes but nothing happened neither any guard was present there. Please revert back my amount as soon as possible.

                      Hi all, i had a hdfc salary account from[protected] in madhapur hyd however in 2012 i moved to bangalore for studies. I had approaced the bank and asked them what needs to done and they had informed me to nothing. I also had 10, 000 rs in my fixed deposit.in 2015 i went back to hdfc thinking i can use the money i had put in fixed deposit only to realise all the money in my fixed deposit has been taken by the bank stating that i had kept the minimum balance. Now in 2017 when i tried applying a loan i realized my cibil score is low, and i had never used my credit card and had completely forgotten abt it since it was valid only till 2013 and now i am not getting any help in closing the account, i am even willing to pay the outstanding amount of 2000rs to close the account even though i need not since i never used it and the validity is only till 2013, but none of them at the bank know what to do. Such losers for 2000 rs my loan itself is not processed. Private banks are big cheaters.

                          My current account at hdfc bank #[protected] has been blocked becuase of rekvc updation and i have submitted all required documents but still after 8 days account has not been unblocked all my transactions are stacked up as this is business account. We are facing lots of problem as bank is not giving us definite date when account can be unblocked. I am unable to pay my credit card payments and loan payments if bank puts paneltiesand interested over late payments we will notbgoin to pay as this is not our fault. I hope you understand and quickly unblock the account.

                              I applied for a fastag for my vehicle on 21/11/2017. I got my online form generated and as requested i signed the copy of the form generated and uploaded to the url

                              I paid rs.300 (Issuance fee and topup). My reference number got genrated for the form as hfr012584.

                              However i dindt receive any call back or message after i uploaded the final form to the web url provided above.

                              I tried calling customer care#[protected]. However no use as it keeps ringing all the time.

                              I really feel my money got looted and no response from hdfc bank on the same. Also the website dont take proper inputs from the user. I filled all the information on the online form. However the form i received after has only partial information on what i filled.

                              Really waste of time and money.

                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder have just missed 1 months min due that is for nov'17 and am receiving such abusive calls from them pooja gupta has called me several times and literally scolded me like anything i was hospitilised and she already knew this in an accident i had lost my child and as i was seviourly injured could not even see him for the last time and was in hospital for last 18 days now and this lady asked to beg from anyone for 2310 rs and pay else she would send people at my place she harassed as if im a theif and am running away and they are behaving in such a way just for payment delay of 1 month when they know what sort of a trauma im in and her call had given me bp problem as well
                                This is something we dont even expect from corporates such as hdfc and they are showing us hell
                                Please hire sensible people who atleast know rbi norms that they cant harrass and abuse cystomers

                                An amount of Rs.177 has been deducted from my hdfc savings account on 16th November 2017. I have not received any intimation about this deduction. Please credit the same amount to my account as early as possible Also do ensure avoid further inconvenience.

                                I have spoken with Fast Tag + HDFC team - They are of no use.

                                  I am an hdfc credit card holder, number ending 5456. Rs. 1399 has been debited from my credit account on 18th nov 2017 as i have been made a part of the oneassist plan. This plan has been activated without any intimation to me and is a highly fraudulent act.

                                  I would want my entire amount refunded as early as possible, failing which i would be writing a mail to the ombudsman.

                                  I haven't received any reply from the bank or from the One Assist team. I want a roll back of the 3 month EMI at the earliest else I will be writing to the Ombudsman as mentioned earlier. In addition to it, I would also want my credit card to be cancelled then and there with me not having to pay a single penny.

                                  Hope I have made myself very clear with this and would highly appreciate a response from your end.

                                    Dear concerned from hdfc bank,

                                    Self was liable to pay only 4000, three years ago and communicating with you to waive off the extra amount you added to 4000, but you people also did not waive off and dragged and self was also waiting for a better decision on this.
                                    Finally last month, your legal team and i have settled amicably for 8000 rs. Collection team asked me to wait till they send a letter on settlement for 8000, but till now they have not sent. But mean while, they have put a lien on my salary account for 24000 rs., which i have recently opened in your bank.

                                    Please do think on it that if am the culprit why would i open my salary account again in hdfc bank, if i want to escape from my liability.

[protected] at 17.28 pm on DTD 19.11.2017 Ur executive may be Vikrant attend the call he use rough language and not listen my problem after that he did not pick my call it is very poor service of a leading bank of India shame on u . U are treated like dictatorship in the market.

                                      I had made an ipo application for hdfc standard life insurance on 9th nov 2017... (Application no.[protected] in the name of jayesh d mehta huf in retail.

                                      However, i got nil allotment.

                                      If this issue was under subscribed in retail (90% odd), then why did i not get the allotment?
                                      Raised a complaint mail to karvy, but no reply!!
