I have not given any such mandate... Why such message from hdfc bank..

    This is youdon sangmo. Here is my policy no 17482840 and the date of issue on[protected] actually my policy have 5years login period. But unfortunately i have only 10, 000/- in my own account. Which i can't takeout. As you know. That's my minimum balance which i have to keep in my account. If i have less then 10, 000/- in my account they will detected from my account as per bank rules. Therefore i can't manage with this money. I truly need the money. I would like to request you to kindly understand my situation and allow me to withdraw my policy. Do the needfully.

      Hello sir
      i remitted rs 1475/ thro paytm from my android mobile and after having provided my bank debit card of my bank and then having receivedAOTP, the amount was sent to the desired destination. Amsg from bank was also received showing deduction of the said amount from my account on[protected]. but it is shocking to report that the said money never reached to that place and authorities relied to me that they have NOT RECEIVED the said amount
      NOR THE SAID AMOUNT HAS BEE GOT REFUNDED AND DEPOSITED INTO THE ACCOUNT FROM WHERE PAYTM WITHDREW MONEY.
      A MSG RECEIVED ON MY MOBILE READS LIKE THIS

      ADDED RS 1475 TO UR PAYTM WALLET TRANSACTIO ID...
      GET UR PAYTM BHIMUPI ADDRESS.
      I AM NOT AWARE WHAT FURTHER TO DO TO GET MY REFUND BACK FROM PAYTM NOR I POSSESS DETAILED KNOWDELGE YO HANDLE PROCESS OF PAYTM. FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE OF PAYTM IS DISMISSAL

        PFA the transcripts considering which I had planned this purchase that too after confirming from both Amazon and HDFC bank customer care and these guys had confirmed that my purchase was valid for the below mentioned two offers:-
        1) BUY NOW AND PAY IN 2018 EMI HOLIDAYS OFFER.
        2)GET 10% CASHBACK IN YOUR ACCOUNT.

        this should have been done automatically. Plus in addition to this I also have one more query regarding the additional EMI charges of 900 something incurred in my account I need clarification on that as well kindly reply to me asap .
        In the below attached documents you can easily see that the purchase was made on 30th if September till the offer was valid.

          This is prasad,
          i am using HDFC credit card since last 2 years.last 2 months i didn't pay the amount on time.
          i said i will make the by the end of the month.As i said i paid the amount 24-11-17.
          but the when the agents called me(21-nov to 22-nov) i
          collection agent didnt listen and started abusing me with bad language,
          this is the agent no:[protected](21 nov-22 nov).
          i even complained the their manger surprisingly he said we dont know who called you.
          i said i got the call just min before from the same which i mentioned above.
          but he said we dnt know
          i said i will rise the complaint.
          he said do what ever you want.
          i even tried to complain in HDFC credi card collection cell ([protected])section they didnt answering the call.

          how can we stop this ###
          i have to pay just 1700/- just delayed payments which is actually (gst +interest+tax) thats it i didnt even spent single rupee last two months

          i need to track that guy but i dnt know how to do that

            Recently i have received hdfc regalia credit card and as part of that hdfc ergo insurance got activated without notifying me, i got to know that after some amount was deducted from my hdfc credit card (900inr for policy, 100inr for emi conversion and 18inr for tax)

            I called hdfc credit card customer care and also hdfc ergo customer to inquire how this policy got activated they said it got activated as part of credit card application but no one informed me about this.

            I have seen lot of complaints on this topic in this forum, looks like hdfc is doing cheating, they don't inform about the policy and they just activate it and they say they got request from the application which is not fair, hdfc does telephonic verification of credit card but at that time they should asked about this but they are not doing that and silently activating the policy, which will directly points to the big loop hole in the system to cheat the customers

              Manju was the lady who was really rude and don't have manners to speak to customers at all. Just because i had some personal issue i didn't made my credit card payment but the way she dealt was not at all professional. Either someone give training to her about how to speak. Today when i told her that the payment is made yesterday then she denied it and said it's not reflecting. I mean check your system please it's been done and who have you rights to check my expenses and balance. If she can see my balance then definitely would have seen the transaction also.

                      I paid 6016 for hdfc life insurance premium policy 18826763 using hdfc credit card under my name vigneshwaran g with starting 4893 and ending 4413. Amount got debited from my credit card but got a 501 error message in hdfc life.

                      I haven't received any mail/sms confirmation from hdfc life. Please let me know whether the payment is processed by hdfc life or not.

                          Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation.

                          I did not get any call to renewal/activate this one assist membership. But the one assist mfee of rs.1399 is automatically debited from my hdfc credit card (Ended with 7968) on 22-nov 17. Also, on 22-nov 17 one credit entry is shown as dial an emi (Smart emi) of rs.1399.

                          Plz refund my money and deactivate this one assist membership..

                            I recently applied for a hdfc bank credit card. Two days back i got a message from bank that it has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card for one assist membership, which i noticed today. I am not interested in this membership.                               I applied for credit card yesterday at tezpur branch, assam. I was told that verification call will come and i should reply it.
                              Yesterday one call came for verification.
                              Today two calls came from two ladies numbering [protected] and[protected]. They told that they were calling from hdfc bank and tried to force me to take insurance wallet for one year at rs 1899.00. I was not told about it before and i do not want to do insurance wallet.
                              I have now started to wonder what more tricks your people have to extract money from customers as i assume it is with your consent that these workers of you are pressurizing customers.
                              If not how come they know my details?
                              I refused to do insurance wallet but will see on account only if your people have deducted money from my account.
                              If verification is so much necessary, why don't you mail for confirmation?
                              I see tremendous lapse in customers security.

                                  We have done a policy bearing policy no.14446869, but till date we have not received the policy certificate.in time of premium payment we have try to contact with the agent but not got any response for him, so we have pay the premium from our own. So we request you to kindly either remove our agent and appoint a new agent as soon as possible or we will pay our premium from our own. And also provide us the original policy certificate on earliest.

                                    I have been there in the branch of hdfc, baltana. Kalidhar enclave for many times but they always said today we have not our manager. Only he will do that. Each and every time they have only this to say. I have no time to go there after few days. I do work, i have no extra time to come there. Please do action against the employees working there. I am waiting for the response.
