I am a hdfc bank credit card holder.
The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5674 without my concern on date : 07/11/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs. 1299/-

    I applied for a fastag for my vehicle on 21/11/2017. I got my online form generated and as requested i signed the copy of the form generated and uploaded to the url
    https://grtprepaidcard.hdfcbank.com/Fastag/UploadForm.aspx

    I paid rs.300 (Issuance fee and topup). My reference number got genrated for the form as hfr012584.

    However i dindt receive any call back or message after i uploaded the final form to the web url provided above.

    I tried calling customer care#[protected]. However no use as it keeps ringing all the time.

    I really feel my money got looted and no response from hdfc bank on the same. Also the website dont take proper inputs from the user. I filled all the information on the online form. However the form i received after has only partial information on what i filled.

    Really waste of time and money.

      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder have just missed 1 months min due that is for nov'17 and am receiving such abusive calls from them pooja gupta has called me several times and literally scolded me like anything i was hospitilised and she already knew this in an accident i had lost my child and as i was seviourly injured could not even see him for the last time and was in hospital for last 18 days now and this lady asked to beg from anyone for 2310 rs and pay else she would send people at my place she harassed as if im a theif and am running away and they are behaving in such a way just for payment delay of 1 month when they know what sort of a trauma im in and her call had given me bp problem as well
      This is something we dont even expect from corporates such as hdfc and they are showing us hell
      Please hire sensible people who atleast know rbi norms that they cant harrass and abuse cystomers

      An amount of Rs.177 has been deducted from my hdfc savings account on 16th November 2017. I have not received any intimation about this deduction. Please credit the same amount to my account as early as possible Also do ensure avoid further inconvenience.

      The website says Cash back of 7.5% will be creditted, but this is never being creditted since last 3 months.

      I have spoken with Fast Tag + HDFC team - They are of no use.

      I Want some higher officials to look into this matter ASAP.

        I am an hdfc credit card holder, number ending 5456. Rs. 1399 has been debited from my credit account on 18th nov 2017 as i have been made a part of the oneassist plan. This plan has been activated without any intimation to me and is a highly fraudulent act.

        I would want my entire amount refunded as early as possible, failing which i would be writing a mail to the ombudsman.

        I haven't received any reply from the bank or from the One Assist team. I want a roll back of the 3 month EMI at the earliest else I will be writing to the Ombudsman as mentioned earlier. In addition to it, I would also want my credit card to be cancelled then and there with me not having to pay a single penny.

        Hope I have made myself very clear with this and would highly appreciate a response from your end.

          Dear concerned from hdfc bank,

          Self was liable to pay only 4000, three years ago and communicating with you to waive off the extra amount you added to 4000, but you people also did not waive off and dragged and self was also waiting for a better decision on this.
          Finally last month, your legal team and i have settled amicably for 8000 rs. Collection team asked me to wait till they send a letter on settlement for 8000, but till now they have not sent. But mean while, they have put a lien on my salary account for 24000 rs., which i have recently opened in your bank.

          Please do think on it that if am the culprit why would i open my salary account again in hdfc bank, if i want to escape from my liability.

          I was call Ur no. [protected] at 17.28 pm on DTD 19.11.2017 Ur executive may be Vikrant attend the call he use rough language and not listen my problem after that he did not pick my call it is very poor service of a leading bank of India shame on u . U are treated like dictatorship in the market.

            I had made an ipo application for hdfc standard life insurance on 9th nov 2017... (Application no.[protected] in the name of jayesh d mehta huf in retail.

            However, i got nil allotment.

            If this issue was under subscribed in retail (90% odd), then why did i not get the allotment?
            Raised a complaint mail to karvy, but no reply!!

            Please give me the reason for non allotment and clarify urgently.

                I have two loans going in Hdfc for a total emi of Rs-2789.00. Due to some personal financial problems I was paying late my emi for past three months... but this month for the emi of 2789.00 they have recovered 6370.00 which is double the emi when I asked the relationship manager on 23/11/2017 he told that they have taken emi bouncing charges and all for past two months that’s why they have charged this much!! And today suddenly they have debited some 1138.00 from my account stating that emi bounce charges for the past three months. Totally I have paid 7500.00 approx for an emi of 2789.00.. we consumers also have difficulties financial which we can’t expect..but this Hdfc is looting money like this.. all my hard earned money.. they won’t inform the customers about the debit of money from your acc unless we find it... HDFC you’re looting my hard earned money!!!

                    Hi,

                    I had a salary account from hdfc bank since 2011. I moved from that company to banglore from 2011 itself. Now the hdfc account is converted into salary account to savings account (Negative charges) without any proper information through sms/email. I do check with the support services they are stating that we have the rules to convert without the information of the customers.

                    I was really fed up when seeing the negative balance in the account. I was transferred rs.2000 on 14th of nov 2017. Without the proper intimation they taken 2000 rs for amb chrg incl gst.

                    This is not the rules/ terms and conditions they are cheating the customers to make money. Thats why they're offering credit cards, personal loans, car loans for corporate professions to suck the blood of the customers and running this concern.

                    I read the rbi rules and regulations.

                    Rbi says without the proper intimations is not fair for the banks to make negative charges. They has the right to cut the services of banking.

                    There is no proper response from the hdfc till now.

                    I have hdfc salary account and i didnt used this account from 2011 onwards. Then in 2015 from bank they told to pay rs.496 for dormant charges. I was paid that amount and i didnt used that account totally.. Now i was planned to use that hdfc account. So i was paid again dormant and i was transferred my rs.2000 to that account number. However i just saw my statement before transacting rs.8000 from my other account and to my surprise amb chrg incl gst for may2017-mir[protected], amb chrg incl gst for apr2017-mir[protected], amb chrg incl gst for nov2016-mir[protected] are deducted. I would like to inform you that i had switch my job on 2011 itself and from the period of[protected] salary was not credited. For that i was paid rs.500 dormant. And from[protected] i was just transferred rs.2000. Without any intimation from hdfc bank they changed my salary account to savings account. Then why am i charged this amb chrg deductions and for the period of nov 2016, apr 2017 and may 2017.. I request you to credit the amount deducted...

                      I have salary account in hdfc bank and i have ecs for lic in my salary account which is to be debited from my account on 15th of every month.

                      But due to some reasons i am not able to maintain balance in my account on ecs due date from past 4 months.

                      Now my account balance went to negative and i cannot see anything in account statement the reason for negative amount.

                      Do we have any charges for no balance on ecs date.
                      My account is negative for -6635 now.

                          My loan amount of rs 2500000 was never disbursed due to conflict between the bank and the real estate builder. I waited patiently for the matter to be resolved, as some sort of documents were missing from the builder to be registered with the bank, which hdfc told me later "after" sanctioning the loan.

                          I just called regarding a query about hdfc credila education loan and the person i had a word with - komal - contact number - [protected] told me after listening to my case that you would give a non clolaterized loan for a particular amount. I asked to talk to her manager as she was not able to give me all the details. She promised a call back. She then got a call back arranged with another person by the name of mohit and introduced him as her senior. He was an extremely rude and unprofessional person. When i told him that i was recording the call, he disconnected the call. When i called on the number again, komal said she was sorry on mohit's behalf, and she was sitting just in front of him and she also agreed that mohit was in fact not a senior but a colleague. When i asked her to put mohit on line, she started laughing and said he is not there and would arrange a call back. I then went on to ask her to why she was lying. She said she wasn't and even after i asked her over and over again if she an make me talk to a senior, she said no one was available in the office!
                          I also asked her to share an email id for a senior, but she said she could not give me an email id and gave me a random number instead.
                          When i asked mr. Mohit (In fact now i doubt if it is even his real name) that give me a reason for saying whatever he is saying, he said extremely rudely that i could go anywhere else and get the loan.

                                I wish to bring to everyone notice about unfair business practice from hdfc bank credit card team. I tried to resolve it through customer service and escalation mechanism. Trust me, no one is helping even for genuine request.

                                Let me explain it below,
                                I am holder of hdfc bank regalia credit card accompanying with priority pass for complimentary lounge visit at airport.

                                I visited mumbai t2 lounge with family in month of june, 2017 for which i was charged rs. 5276.34 for 1+2 pax including me. Before entering the lounge i confirmed with guys standing outside that whether any charged will be levied if my family join me in lounge. It was clearly told to me that if my lounge visit is below permissible limit than no charges would be levied.

                                Again in july, 2017 rs. 1790.64 was charged twice for visiting mumbai & bengaluru airport in which i was the sole visitor of lounge.

                                After 3 months suddenly i was charged and hdfc bank credit card customer support did not bother to justify the same. This is a big fraud happening in hdfc bank credit card desk by charging the fee on complimentary lounge visit due to change of policy without intimation to client.

                                This has left no option but to contact consumer court for cheating rs. 9, 502.26 to customer through hidden charges by hdfc bank.

                                As per your October month mail, you are claiming that notifications for charging on Priority pass has been sent.

                                I simply asking for that communication sent from HDFC Bank...Disclosure for charging lounge visit to Priority pass holder is received in month of November statement. Snapshot attached for your reference.

                                Non Priority members are charged Rs.750/- upfront at Airport Lounge contrary to that $27 is charged after 3 months to Priority card holders.

                                Request to reply in this open forum...why hiding from people when you right ???

                                It's a clear case of cheating...Will expose you in social media.

                                Justify your charges in consumer court.

                                I had similar situation, I was charged twice for using Priority Pass in July, but the bill came in Oct/Nov. there was no proper intimation from HDFC about the change in policy.

                                Customer care says mail was sent, it is updated in HDFC website. Nowadays we get so many mails everyday, how it is not possible to check each & every, some mails are ignored as promotional mails, some goes to Spam/Junk. It is not acceptable to communicate important business decision/policy sent as mailer. It should be done by sending hardcopy letter to communication address.

                                This clearly indicates the intention of HDFC bank card team, they are always trying to find opportunity to cheat the customer.

                                i too had similar horrible experience with hdfc.i have filled a complaint.lets see what it turns out to be.
                                I have used the Priority pass issued to me by your HDFC bank and after about 3 months o[censored]sing the same, I have received the following charges in January statement - I have not gotten any verbal or direct communication and neither was i informed about the same either by the "Personal Banker" who calls me every month from HDFC or the Lounge people.

                                Also, I have seen clear communication at the lounge that I shall be paying for the card only if I sign a receipt stating the same, and I haven't signed any receipt for the same.

                                There was no transaction alert even after multiple transactions and all of these suddenly reflect at one go in my account.

                                After 3 months new charges are now reflected.

                                If there is a transaction, communication should come then on the card, to alert the consumer, send an email or SMS, should be done in a week latest or be visible in the statement of the account. No phonebanker calls you or alarms yoy about the same. it takes atleast 6 months for a consumer to understand the charges which has costed me more than 20000 as fees which is completely unacceptable. Even the person swiping the card doesnt share these details, if I havent signed any receipt how am I liable to pay this money to the bank??

                                  I have taken the personal loan during my career in chennai with repetitive calls from the bank representatives forcefully.

                                  A year ago i have lost my job and became unemployed. Since i have no source of income to pay the emi, i have called the customer care and they have recommended me to visit nungapakkam branch.

                                  I have directly traveled from my hometown 300 km to visit the branch to resolve my situations on 30th june 2017 at 3 pm.in nungappakkam branch, there is a guy who asked me to come inside and asked so many questions on how i lost the career and he said this is the month end so he promised that he will be giving resolution in few days. I got his mobile number and came back to hometown.

                                  So again i have started recieving calls for unpaid emi and representative have visited my home in which my relations are staying. This made me terrible.

                                  Lot of people are hiding themselves after getting a loan. But for my honesty i got the worst gift ever from hdfc.

                                  People out here please advise me to take any legal action on them for humiliating me in front of relations and not responding to my situations.

                                    Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation.

                                    I did not get any call to renewal/activate this one assist membership. But the one assist mfee of rs.1399 is automatically debited from my hdfc credit card (Ended with 1399) on 2-nov 17. Also, on 22-nov 17 one credit entry is shown as dial an emi (Smart emi) of rs.1399.

                                    Plz refund my money and deactivate this one assist membership..
