Sir,
Actually when i lost my debit card then i apply for a new debit card but after getting my old lost card then i denied to take a new debit card from the hdfc bank executive after some days bank automatically deactivate my old debit card. So i want my old debit card to be activated again plz help me out hdfc bank...
Plz sort out my issue as early as possible.

    Cancellation of one assist membership
    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 2227 without my concern on date:19/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

      I have a salary account created 5years ago by my first company and i have not been using it for more than 2 years.
      I was shocked to see the negative balance -9k in my account charging every month in the name of charges.
      As per rbi rules they are not supposed to charge any make it negative balance account just by imposing charges.
      Unable to connect hdfc customer care either
      How can i get my charges waived off and close the account?

      Hdfc employee has told me that I have to pay the charges, when I questioned about RBI public notice issued he didnt respond and asked me to contact customer representative.
      Which of no luck reaching them and getting resolved.

      I had a salary account when i quit my job it was converted to saving account and started deducting charges and now it stands at -9k Acc no-[protected].
      Paying rs.9000 is highly impossible for me pls understand.
      An employee from hdfc has sent me a closure form but then he was asking me to pay the charges.
      As per RBI it clearly states you cannot charge and make it negative by imposing non maintenance charges as you are not serving the customer in this case.
      Please do the needful and help me close the account by waiving off the charges or I will be forced to lodge a complaint with the banking ombudsman.

        I have account [protected] in ludhiana sunder nagar branch since 2009. As i was not using this account anymore, i requested my hometown branch to close this account. They asked me to fill a form so that they can send the same to ludhiana branch and can get my account closed. I had given that filled form to them around 2 months back. Besides, they asked me to withdraw the amount currently there in account so that account can be closed. I did the same and zero balance was left in this account. But my account did not get closed even after 2 months of request. Moreover, on 27th oct, rs 3220 was credited to my account by income tax deptt. As it refund for last year. But i didn't get any notification for that. I got notification on 15 nov that rs 1062 has been deducted from your account in two transactions of rs 708 ref. No. Mir[protected] and rs 354 ref. No. Mir[protected] for not maintaining minimum balance in account. I was really shocked and angry to see that hdfc has not closed my account, and still deducting my money on baseless charges. Please refund me this amount of rs 1062 at the earliest.

          On aug'17 i got the call from hdfc executive for insta loan rs.18, 000/- but during sanction these amount they are not fully information provided to me and blocked these amount (18, 000/-) in my credit card. When i have escalate the matter to higher level to bank executive they are not providing proper response, and month on month they are charge penalty to me and my phone emis failed. I need your help & support as soon as possible.

          I have called up to Mr. Bithin Banerjee but he told that he has no recording copy received from anyone.

          Request to all of you I have no problem to pay outstanding amount but pls somebody talk to me ([protected])
          but at first ensure to waive of[censored]nwanted penalty.

          This is really very much painful for me since last 3 months not a single person call me to give final resolution.

            I have made payment of 1000 rs towards hdfc credit card no. [protected] from hdfc account no. [protected] on 18th oct 2017. But the payment didnt got credited and now my card is blocked and late fee, gst and igst charges are also incurred on credit card

            Though i am honest and punctual customer for making payment, i am facing problem from your side.
            I want complete reimbursement of 1000 rs + late fee + gst +igst charges.

                Dear sir,
                I wish to complain about call received by me from the so called termination department of hdfc life insurance.
                The person introduced himself as rajeev saxena, relationship manager (Mob no. [protected]).
                The person told me that i had taken a policy in the year 2010 and paid a premium of rs.30, 000/- towards the same. I was also given the policy number 10085328 dated 23 march, 2010 and was told that since i had paid the premium for only 1 year, my policy had gone to their department for termination. The amount with interest of the policy as on date is rs. 63, 000/-
                I was told that if i take another policy (Hdfc life classic assure plus) by paying rs. 60000/-. My terminated policy would be merged with the new policy. After i receive the policy documents, i would just need to call him for the cancellation of my new policy and i would get rs. 1, 23, 000/- within 90 days.
                I was told that the cheque of rs. 60, 000/- would be in the name of hdfc standard life insurance company ltd. Since the call was supposed to be from hdfc life and cheque was also in the name of hdfc, i didn't have a doubt.
                The person arranged a call from another hdfc office. The person explained the entire policy details who then arranged to send a representative to my house to pick up the documents and collect the cheque of rs. 60, 000/-.
                I was told that by rajeev saxena that when i receive a verification call from hdfc office, i should not mention about my earlier policy as according to the company rules, linking of earlier policy with new policy is not allowed. The authorization for linking earlier policy rests only with the termination department.
                I correlated this statement with my experience of mobile operators where certain authoriztion rests only with the retention department. So, i complied with the instructions given to me.
                Rajeev saxena told me that after receiving my insurance policy kit, i must inform him to cancel my policy; in that case, i would be paid rs. 1, 23, 000/- within 90 days. I again complied with what was told to me. As i had physically received my policy kit, there was no question of any doubt.
                The details of my new policy are policy no. 18951363, client id: 24212753, plan: hdfc life classic assure plus
                Thereafter, i had been following up with rajeev saxena but every time he told me that processing is getting delayed and i would surely receive the money. Last when i spoke to him, he told me that the cheque of rs. 1, 23, 000/- is ready and it would soon be despatched to me. Since, then no body picks up the phone and i also never not got any respose to my messages.
                Two days back, i received a call from mobile no. [protected]. The person introduced himself as mohit bhardwaj from hdfc claim settlement department of your chennai office. He told me that my cheque of rs. 1, 23, 000/- is ready since long and asked me that why i didn't collect it.
                When i told him that i had no confirmation of it from your end and further it is hdfc which had to send it to me, to my surprise, he told me that i need to pay third party verification fee of rs. 18, 450 to obtain noc and this amount would be refunded to me within 15 days. He told me that he would help me to obtain noc for which hdfc has a tie up with max company and that i would receive mail from the company for the payment.
                As, i was suspicious of such strange terms, i requested him to send me a mail for the procedure (As explaind by him) which he has sent me. I also requested him to send me the photograph of the cheque of rs. 1, 23, 000/- which he initially refused saying that he was not authorized to do that but later sent the same through his personal mail id.
                I request you to investigate the matter and let me know the facts and your report of the entire episode.

                    My name is sukesh marla and i hold current account in hdfc with name train it - my customer id is 58346125 with personal customer id of 58346126.

                    I also hold a saving account with customer id 34683218

                    I have several mutual funds, rds associated with hdfc too.

                    Recently i had a very bad experience with hdfc. I used to receive several notifications about re-kyc. I ignored them and i consider it as my mistake.
                    Here is my take on same.

                    1 - we get hundreds of advertisement sms from hdfc regarding the various products in hdfc. Even after showing no interest we get call regarding your marketing team.
                    My question - why didn't we get a single call regarding re-kyc if it's that important? Why its limited to sms which is usually ignored.

                    2 - why didn't there was not even a single sms/email notification which said "your transaction is blocked because re-kyc is not done" when the transaction was blocked because of no re-kyc.
                    I would have completed the re-kyc part as soon as i found that transaction was blocked. I came to know when i tried to do the online transaction 3rd or 4th time. Initially, i thought it’s a simple system problem. Error in net banking is even more strange - "unable to proceed transaction" – why reason is not displayed. It would have given indication and i would have taken a decision. It just make hdfc automation system bad

                    3 - when it was account opening - hdfc customer care came to my home and done all the formalities. He has done several follow-ups too before that.
                    My question is why the process is not same for re-kyc? Its like run behind the customer, once get it ignore them.

                    4- if i have not followed bank policies bank should have closed my bank account itself and must have given cheque of remaining amount in the personal name. Who gave them right over my money. Instead of closing account, they blocked the transaction. How can they do that?

                    5- why don't they have any online portal for updating re-kyc? Everyone don't have enough time to do all these formalities. When it comes to "open new account" hdfc does all formalities then why can't it happen for re-kyc.

                    6- saturday-25 nov, i have submitted all the documents in hdfc branch. Still, my transaction is not active.

                    I had credit card payment to do, i had rd amount to be deducted, i have my salaries of my employees – hdfc won’t take in charge of these things.

                    I accept my mistake of not doing re-kyc. But it would have never happened if they would have done one of the first five points mentioned above.

                    They say, i can’t even close my account before re-kyc which i don’t know how many days it will take to complete.

                    Kindly help me with enabling my transaction earliest so that i can close my account with such selfish bank and go on with another one.

                          All the above accounts has been seized since[protected] because of kyc documents. We have already submitted all related documents with filled forms as per our bank account branch instruction on[protected]. All the documents were submitted in hdfc bank branch, manak vihar, new delhi-110092. It is very difficult to survive now because we can not make a single rupees online transaction. We have visited so many time the manak vihar, new delhi branch. But still they are failed to complete the process.

                          Please suggest how to run our business. It was our big mistake to have all accounts in hdfc bank. Even our payments also returned which were transferred by our clients. When we ask to branch manager, they reply to us that some cases are older than us, it is very shameful to listen. It seems that these days hdfc bank’s working style is 50 years back.

                            Hi,

                            I applied for personal loan (Bt+top up) through sales person. As he discussed with me there will be processing fees (Rs. 999) only. But when i received disbursement advice, i surprised with charges they (Bank) applied to me. Details is as given below.

                            1. Credit ptotect premium paid to bank - rs. 5246
                            2. Franking charges paid to bank - rs 555
                            3. Gap interest booking - rs. 1690
                            4. Gap interest booking short received rs 1690
                            5. Proc essing fees from customer rs 1769
                            6. Short received (Initial money) rs. 7570
                            For the above concern when i called to customer care, representative ask to contact sales manager. But since morning till 8 pm. His phone is busy.

                            Can anyone help to where i can complaint for it. Or shall i go to consumer court for it as misguidence.

                              I would like to inform you that i am holding hdfc credit card. I was not able to pay the installments for 2 months as internet ban was going on in kashmir i called customer services and stated them that i will not be able to pay the payment as internet is not working here they simply stated that you would have to pay 5000 after 2 month as minimum due they also promised me they will waive off my late payment charges after two months i made the payment of rs 5000 and when i called customer care i was shocked by their response that they do not waive any late payment charges after that i told them till the time i am not getting my late payment charges waived off i am not going to pay rest of the emi's. I also told them that time to block my card till the time we sort out this matterbut they did nothing. My total outstanding that time was 6300 and its showing rs 17267 i am ready to pay my original amount which i was supposed to pay as the amount was only 6300. They had charged around rs 10500 as late payment charges in span of 6 months. Now i want to know the legal procedure so that i can deal with this thing.

                                I have applied for hdfc fastag online on november 6 2017 and completed its all online formalities made payment for tag and an initial recharge of rs.500/- also. Then i received their application form to be signed and upload back on their site and did the same too on the same day. Since i didnt get any response from hdfc fastag for a weeks time, i called to their provided customer care number for sales and service[protected] and they gave a reply like they have a server issue and so applications from nov 1st to nov 10th has not yet received at their office and guaranteed that they will get the same on next week and will process it out
                                But i didnt get any intimation through message or mail for the same. So i again tried to contact the customer care and replied that still mine is not dispatched so gave another two mobile number saying that these are the numbers of their executives in delhi and they will help me out ([protected], [protected]). But when i tried they didnt respond or will be call waiting. Its being almost a month now. I could have got the tag in a day or week if i have applied offline at tollgates or fastag centers. Its a worst service from hdfc in this regard and i hope i will get a solution for the same at the earliest

                                  My name is kishore makhija with dp id 2453658, today i executed trade in derivative for bharti infratel order id [protected] as i wanted to close my trade i put an closing order id [protected] but after that i wanted to modify my order as position was in gud profit but was getting error as exch is down, i called the person who executes order he said he can't do anything as system is not working properly, i was not able to do anything was just reply as we are sorry sir, but now my trade is open and i am in loss, who will bear the loss, and they are charging more for their services and not providing the same also.

                                    I have a hdfc regalia credit card in ending with 7412 and i have an issue going on since jan 2017. The bill for the month of jan 2017 which i got on 13/01/2017 had total dues of rs. 4, 567.56 and the due date for the same was 02/02/2017. Due to some personal hardship i could not pay the dues in time and it was delayed by a week. I made the payment on 09/02/2017. I was expecting some interest to be levied in the next bill and i was ready to pay it. But when i received the next month's bill it showed total finance charges and interest of rs. 3, 778.92 which is around 83% of total due rs. 4, 567.56.

                                    Immediately after seeing this i contacted the hdfc credit card customer card through email and told them to look into this and send me the details calculation of charges as i was not satisfied by the charges.

                                    I asked for such details for around 2 months continuously but i never the details i asked for. I always got a reply that the interest and mark up fee has been charged at certain percentage and this is not in isolation of my card account only.

                                    I even called the customer care for helping me provide the details but they also did not gave me any such details.

                                    Then in october i got a call from the collection department of hdfc credit card saying that you have not paid the outstanding please clear it, i explained them the whole case, name of the lady is ms. Deepika. She told me that higher amount of charges are because i made a payment of rs 50, 000 on 15/01/2017 immediately after my jan bill got generated and since i missed the deadline interest has been charged at total outstanding amount and not just on 4567.56 which is totally [censored].

                                    The payment that got late was rs. 4567.56 and the interest has been charged some other amount for which the bill is even not generated. After that i have been getting many phone calls from hdfc credit card for the payment and every time i have to explain them the whole case and nothing happens.

                                    Once i told the executive to put a waiver request which also got rejected and my card is now blocked.

                                    Through this complaint i want to inform hdfc that i am ready to pay the late charges for 4567.56 which is genuine but not on any other amount and even not the accumulated interest which has been getting calculated every month.

                                    Request you to resolve the matter on urgent basis since i dont want my card to remain block.

                                    I have written such a big essay and you still need more elaboration. Wow !!!

                                    My whole question is about some extra-ordinary charges charged in my bill for the month of January. I was charged 3, 778.92 being interest, late fees and other charges on total outstanding of Rs. 4, 567.56. I was questioning this February and i got the answer in the month of October, so i am now listing down my concerns

                                    1. for the period from February till October my charges should be reversed as nobody from HDFC gave me the explanation i wanted.

                                    2. for the month of January my excess charges should be waived as the interest has been charged on 4567.56 + Rs. 50000 which i spent on 15/01/2017 but the bill for Rs 50000 was generated in end of Feb and i made the payment for January bill in Feb starting so there is no point considering 50000 in interest calculation. further keeping in view my past records from before January i hardly missed any payments' due date and my record was good so by that virtue also the charges should be reversed.

                                      Have applied for hdfc fastag. The reference no is hfr013613. Have uploaded all required documents and made a payment of rs. 300/- also. The signed application form has also been uploaded in the link provided via email.
                                      The toll free no provided in the website is not working. What is the procedure to check the status and how does this function. Will hdfc be delivering the tag to our address?
