More than a week back on 09-nov-17, i made a payment of rs. 600/- for 2 fastag's. The same evening, i received an sms stating a single fastag has been created with 400/- as balance and 200/- as deposit. This is not what i paid for, i paid for 2x fastag's for 2 different cars. I also uploaded the rc, aadhar and dl copies on your website during the online application and still only 1 fastag has been created?br...

I have taken a car loan of amount 2, 00, 000, with 24 months tenure. At the time of taken they said 20, 058 will be the interest, it means 9170*24 months=2, 20, 058.but they were charged additional amount of 3600, without asking me they included accidental insurance....

My credit card was permanently blocked due to delayed payments, two months ago i remit the full amount for my card, can i unblock my card now ?

I have been charged for not maintaining min balanace (Mir[protected] but this account is opened on oct 1st and theres money in this account from initial day and there was a 200$ cheque with hdfc bank for one month also and you created havoc during account opening by opening the account with mis spelt customer name on my decit card and cheque book also and now you charged...

On 16 sep 2017 deduction was done from my account with out any information. If you want to deduct, kindly first inform. so kindly check why are you deducting this type of amount without any future information...
it is highly regrettable and pls refund my balance. other wise i will go through the RBI nd suggest everyone to avoid HDFC...

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- plus sevice tax rs 100 from my credit card number ending with 5743 without my concern on date:16/11/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

I added 5000 rupees to my payzapp wallet, when the amount was being transferred to bank account. It showed like amount exceeded error. But amount got debited from my payzapp wallet.
Its been more dhan 13 days. Still money has not been refunded.

Uploaded all docs, made payment and sent signed scanned copy on the hdfc fastag link. No receipt confirmation no mail id, toll free not reachable is this a fake site?? Does anyone know who this matter can be escalated to. I have not been able to reach anybody in hdfc who knows that there is such a site. My hdfc branch on richmond road is unable to track any detail or person from hdfc for clarifications....

I had a salary account in hdfc which i am not using since long due to which i recieved a message to close account on calling telephone banker they told i have a negative balance of rs. 9000 due to non maintainence of avrge balance but in there monthly statment they have never mentioned about that negative balance.

But suddenly on 16/11/2017 i have seen my account and shocked because of negative balance (-1284). Why the bank is charged i don't understand till now. I was using a credit card of hdfc bank. The credit limit was 30k. I used for a year and i never track like howmuch everymonth bill is coming. I was getting the the bill and i was paying the amount. But for one month i was unable to pay the bill so i called to credit card department and i informed to them like i will pay the 2 month bill at the time with late fine. They told its not a problem.

Ad hoc statment charge ₹118 deduct from my account
Without information dated on 16/11/2017
When i reach to branch regarding they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.
But my point is that if i cant visit at branch on 16/11/2017 and dont take any statment according to my account so why they charge me ₹118.
So need to clearification from bank or reverse my ₹118 to my account...

I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr008637. I had received e email with the reference number. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Dear hdfc card dispute team,

Yesterday night 1 fraud transaction have been done from my credit card. After this fraud transaction, i got a call from hdfc care and he cross verified this fraud transaction and blocked my card for security reasons.
That time i was not using the credit card anywhere and it was with me. How is this possible??
