I came to know that my saving account has been debited for rs. 118.00 on 02 dec 2017 towards adhoc stmt chgs incl gst 241117-mir[protected].

I don't remember going to any branch for requesting any statement.
I want to understand why this amount is taken from me. I tried calling the customer care number but did not receive any proper response. Please help.

Kindly revert my money to my account.

    Since last 3 month i am unable to recieve my payment of my policy no[protected]
    Which was already complaint (Complaint no - hli005629dg) by me.
    So many time i talk to hdfc life executive firstly they told me for buy another policy on behalf of this policy, i was done same and submit the documents to executive he give me a complaint no & told me the that i have got money within 45 days but still i have not get any money.
    So i requested to you please help me, i will very thankful for it.

      The bank charged me for use of priority lounge even though three visits were allowed free wen they offered membership to regalia credit card. Tis was their usp

      Also i was charged for three people even though i was alone

      Instead of giving me the proof, the bank reverted with a bland statement and enclosed a link to how i could cancel my credit card

      A simple issue and they act so high handed

        We are connect with hdfc last 18 years, ​ asking call center officers only no[protected] try many time not pickup, ​finely we find ur id online then we request/share problem ​​
        Now we are facing problem with our branch hdfc0000583 new colony gurugram current a/c [protected] blocked due to kyc last 15 days, we are submitted all documents like gstin 06bhvps9511d1zx
        Gst online confirmation, pan, voter id and aadhaar id with stamp/sign aadhaar also we confirm submitted online banking confirmation message we rec our gst id with stamp/sign and gst online also confirmation with mention tax payer regular, gst active information print with stamp/sign ur staff demanding form 6 we are asking ur employee form 6 guideline the have no answer?
        We are asking ur employee other option without the have no answer?
        Sir g every weak we are ignore other bank person request us to open current account why?
        Sir g we are sending attached our documents ids if sufficient pl active our account otherwise unlikely we open account in other bank to clear our client payments and firm cheque now 3 cheque are return due to account block and around 9 lac cheque are in our ​​drawer kindly help suggest what we do next we are already facing problem last 15 days?
        Our closed complaint case 6380530 and 6360987 without solution​/​suggestion​ ​638111​7​ ​ ​
        ​ ​​we are confirming other banks they confirm us attached stamp/sign documents sufficient to kyc and no need to any form 6.

          My name is imrankhan. I am regular saving account opening for hdfc bank as date on 20/11/2017. But, i submitted all documents with 10000 rupees cheque. From hdfc bank nungabakkam branch. But, i am not getting any sms, any email, my account no from banker end. But, 10000 rs cheque has been cleared at 28/11/2017. But, not helpless persons for bank in charge or customer care. What i do do.

              I am trying to close my saving account with hdfc bank for last 3 years as i so not require the same but whenever that has been submitted to them they have returned it back stating that there is a credit card linked to that account so get that card closed first and they are not able to provide me with the details of credit card and have every time asked to contact phone banking and whenever i contact phone banking they say that there is no credit card linked to that account. I a a senior citizen and i dont require that acccount still they are charging everytime for non-maintainence also. Please help as i have posted complaints in hdfc banks website also but the bank has become so big that they are not bothered of small customers and their complaints

                Dear hdfc bank,

                My customer id 63560492; i had submitted rekyc through email on oct 30th 2017 to branch manager as there were no changes on my address.
                I have been advised to submit online for faster completion, and i did the same on november 1st

                Later when i called customer care, was able to get someone after 30 minutes and been told that they didn't received through online.

                Followed-up on email and called branch manager as well, somehow the debit restrictions were removed and it helped my ecs cleared on nov 10th..

                Now, again my account been restricted.

                There is no way to verify the status of rekyc done or not in online.
                There is no reference number when submitted through online.
                This is like bank wants to know about the customer, but they hide even basic information and no courtesy.
                I had uploaded yesterday (Dec 1st) again through online and no reference at all to track or no way to know the status.

                As usual the customer service always says they are busy and have to wait forever, and even if we get they are not able to help due to the scope of their access.

                Appreciate if you review and help in getting this sorted out sooner.
                Also, please ensure to have transparency of this process.

                I had responded as below. Kindly review and do the needful at the earliest.

                Please be informed that I had opened my NRE Account on July 22nd 2015 by submitting all required documents including Visa copy.

                As you may know a VISA would be issued for a period of time (like 3 months to 3 years); and one has to apply for extension to continue to stay in US

                In my case also, the VISA expired on May 18th 2017 and got my H1B Extension (I-797 -A) Approved by US Immigration department till Dec 26th 2018.
                So, I had submitted the same copy as proof for NRI status which is a valid one.
                (H1B extension would be applied by employer and approved by US Immigration department)

                As per my understanding the objective of the ReKyc is to get the updated information and provided the same regarding my NRI status.

                Appreciate your kind understanding and do the needful and feel free to check with your Business team or Functional team who supposed to have understanding on the US H1B/Visa process and NRI status.

                Form I-797A: Is issued ONLY to people who are currently in the U.S. and are undergoing a change of status (F-1-H-1, H-1-H-1, l-1-H-1, etc.).

                The “A” is for change of status approved, which means the applicant can continue to remain in the U.S. and work.
                Hence, I-797A will have an I-94 attached to it to endorse the status approved.

                Hello HDFC Team,

                Could you please remove restrictions on my Account to honor an ECS request from DHFL for a home loan every 10th of the month (it may come early sometimes).

                As I had earlier explained this is completely unacceptable as Bank failed to complete Re Kyc even after a month of submission of documents.

                I am really shocked to see this kind of poor response and process (lack of transparency) of one of India's largest Private bank.

                HDFC Website shows "it would be updated in our system within 2 working days. Subject to successful verification". I had uploaded again on Dec 1st all the requested documents, but still no resolution.

                From past 1 month no proper resolution or response on emails too as well where I had sent to Branch manager and to KYC team.

                If there is a delay in your Bank process, you should not put restrictions on Customer Account. This is completely unfair

                I am forced to waste my time and effforts for your Banks poor response and process.

                I have ECS due on 10th. Appreciate if you help resolve in next 2 days and ensure not repeating for other customers.

                  Dear team,
                  I got salary account, [protected] with hdfc bank ltd since mar2015, resigned from employer and same has automatically migrated to regular savings account of mab 10k without any prior authentication of me and started to charge my account monthly 600rs almost 20k rs. Here started the problem and really frustrated with the hdfc bank services and process for account closure. Here am exploring the stages wise issues faced and still facing the problem for closure of the account.
                  My account got linked to dmat, personal loan, apy because of this unable to close the account and bank charges are growing like anything almost charged me 20k above ….
                  My struggle to close account
                  1. Dmat closure:
                  I left the organization nov16 and requested the dp (Account number :01695516 dpid:[protected] closure team to close the dmat account on nov16 its self to avoid annual charges from mail id [protected]@gmail.com the only mail id given to all my personal accounts, received the reply “mail has to be sent through registered mail id, after enquired bank updated wrong email id [protected]@gmail.com because of their operational error my account got pending for closure till the date. One fine day i went to the head office provided the request for email id updation and same has updated after regular follow ups and complaints. At last my email id updated and sent a mail to the closure team but replied annual charges are pending. Iam raising the questions below
                  Why i have to pay annual charges? Not used any of your services and additionally all of my time spending to send mails to your team? Wrong mail id updated at your end at time of account opening?

                  2. Personal loan: 4288662
                  Requested to change si to other bank account where i am holding nil balance account previous employer given that without any annual charges same has updated after two months, now within two months instead of expedite the request hdfc bank started to levy charges for cheque bounces almost two months charges amount round off 2000/- how a normal person will pay these charges additionally all my credit history gone. Iam really hurry to close my hdfc account but these are the barriers stopping me to close the account don’t know how this private organizations regulated and who will save the layman from this exploitation.
                  Note
                  The below one is recent incident, very funny one and complained by me bank first debited the charges instead the loan emi amount,

                  I had a personal loan 4288662 and emi 7198/- due on this 07oct2017 due to request submitted to change debit instruction to other bank but chq presented under customer i'd 60246623 and showing hold balance of 7198/-, after knowing this same fund 7198/-transferred to hdfc and account balance showing as zero. On the same day informed the concern department the way how i explained to you. I thought that things are going smoothly but suddenly i received belows msg
                  For "inr 6, 490.00 dr to a/c no xx4452 towards 1210 overdue loan - 4288662 recovered val 12-oct-17. Clr bal inr 708.00.
                  Shocked and complaining to you what happened...
                  You first collect your loan amount due or imposing frivolous charges, what process you are following, we are not rich to cover all your npa, never fare at all.
                  3. Apy account:
                  When the central government giving the target to the contribution of apy the first bank supported to the govt is hdfc bank, now i am planning to close the account and need the funds back but no branch has clear answer and process simply customer care reply visit the branch, after visited no information regarding that.
                  Because of this my account accumulating charges monthly who will save me from hdfc bank ltd.
                  Since one year please check all mails from mail id [protected]@gmail.com to hdfc bank to all concern departments regarding this you get evidence of my writings, i can go for companies tribunal and claim for the inconvenience caused for the closure a salary account but our system is very slow to solve the cases that to against no 1 bank in india. Our pm supporting the privatization without proper regulatory system to monitor the exploitation.
                  Last hope left ombudsman, hoping the best to all my long standing problems.
                  My request is close my dmat account and apy account and waive off the personal loan charges then i never look back to hdfc bank …..

                    Why is hdfc so careless about these operations.

                      I am using a credit card since 3years. My total dues was Rs.28138.08, and I have paid the amount through net banking from a/c [protected] on 30-Oct-2017. My credit card is also link up with this a/c. This month I see due amount is Rs.846.13 where as I have paid all the due balances.

                        I transferred 15000 from my hdfc account to andhra bank account through imps. Amount is deducted from my hdfc account but not credited in to andhra bank account. I have sent 2 hours back still not credited.

                          On 2nd december, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst 241117-mir[protected]". I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

                          We have checked our records and confirm that the charge of Rs. 177.00 levied to your account on December 02, 2017 pertains to third party cash transaction done on November 24, 2017 for Rs. 4000.00 at Addanki branch. Third Party means any individual other than the account holder. The TPT charges are applicable to Salary account as well. HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network.However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.                             I have done tata sky dth recharge through payzapp on 30th october of 2000₹, at that time payzapp has 10% scan & pay offer maximum casback 200₹, minimum transaction of 100₹ but i haven’t received my cashback.

                              Hi,
                              I received a new hdfc credit card which i am not using. It's not been activated at all.
                              I am receiving a bill of rs. 4000 approximately without even making a single transaction.
                              It was a free card and there are no annual charges on this card.

                              There's some insurance policy allotted on this card which i didn't asked for. And has been assigned without my confirmation. I have called multiple times to hdfc credit card department but nobody listens. They provide this number which is out of service[protected].

                                I have a current account with bank, pune fatimanagar branch, we travel a lot and today in up. While transferring to my own savings account it says declined due to kyc. The bank dint even send a mail nor sms nor call intimating kyc requirements. All they say is rbi did this not we. And i am stranded in an unknowing state without funds. And the bank is not at all helping in any way and says you have to personally come and visit home branch

                                  Please note that since more than one month hdfc bank not giving service for my credit cards unable to pay online payment. I had already called several times to customer care no. [protected] but everytime i got reply that within 72 hrs complaint will be solved. I prefer do not use hdfc bank credit card if you are thinking to buy or applied for the same.

                                    I have to applied a bike loan on my internet banking pre-approved loan its my salary account and u have to reject my loan for showing a ric issue. Around past 1 month i have to received a passport for being a police verification same address and i have also using a hdfc credit card and also a icici and sbi card from same address. Please resolve this issue asap. I have applied some loans in personal loan and u have also cancelled for ric issue.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I am an employee of an private bank.
                                        On 25th of oct, one of your employee sanjay lenka (Mob no - [protected]) along with sujit sahoo (Employee id - fin402) from finmart marketing came to my branch for sourcing credit card.

                                        As per mr. Sanjay, on basis of visiting card and salary slip, i will be issued a credit card that will be zero fees for life time. There will be no joining fees, annual fees and renewal fees.

                                        But sorry to say,
                                        1. Card was processed after 25 days of submitting the documents that to after reminding and calling mr sanjay for 3 times.
                                        2. On 29th nov, i received the card, which was a money-back card and after enquiring found that there will be fees of rs 500 for joining fees and rs 500+ get for renewal fees every year and to nullify the same i have to purchase for rs 50, 000.

                                        Now, either cancel/surrender the card or change the card to zero fees for life time.

                                        Being in hdfc one of best service industry, and this type of mis selling that too to another banker is unacceptable.

                                        Please look into the matter and do the needful and materialise before the bill get generated.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        At the time of sourcing there was No option 1 or Option 2 also any If clause. Nothing was informed to me, the only Informed was on basis of Salary and Visiting card, it will be a life time Free card.

                                        Now, where it comes Option 1, 2 and if Clause.

                                        Contact Mr Sanjay Lenka(Sourcer) if any doubt else ask sourcer to meet me.

                                        Kindly confirm whether the card will be Life time Zero or Not.

                                        It has already been 9 days and already 2 mails have been sent for cancellation of the Card Permanently but no response till now.

                                        Please confirm the status. Such type of False Commitment and Mis selling is not expected from Your Bank
