[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — harassment/warnings/threatening to customers

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I would like to bring to your notice that I got Jumbo LOAN from HDFC which was disbursed forcefully because I was not interested. You may please pull out my LOAN details and recordings using my mobile number [protected]. I was paying EMIs but due to some financial crisis my EMI bounced. I am receiving calls from HDFC daily since morning to late evening and I am requesting to give some time and I will pay. Collection team is harassing like anything. On top of that today I received a call from collection team (Hyderabad - Secretariat) agent name Mr. JUJUBI (HisDy.Manager Mr. Anand). I informed him that yesterday 26th April 2019 I spoke to Manager of collection team and I took time and his manager agreed. Mr. JUJUBI started threatening me and warning me that If I am not making payment immediately he will visit my home. He want to collect money from my family if not he will collect home appliances form my home forcefully and sell it in market to recover pending EMI. He spoke ### words about my family ladies/girls. He bursted like anything started talking about my religion that. His words are '' ALL MUSLIMS ARE FRAUD, STUPID, MUSLIMS ALWAYS CHEATS, KATTON PE BAITHNEY WALE TUM LOG, KUCH KAAM NAI KARTE AND PAISE KHATEY" He also said he will speak in this way only with all muslims and people like me as If he got this training from management. When he disconnected call, I called back. on same number and spoke with Mr. Anand (Dy. Manager) He said he will call back or he will arrange a call back from his superior but no and disconnected call without intimation. I called more than 20 times and requested to take a complaint but no one is ready to take complain and every call got disconnected. Finally they put my CALL ON rejection list I think so because of which I am unable to connect with them. I spoke with Mr. Haribala 5th Floor. Mr. Anand- 6th floor. I informed everyone that I am recording all calls please register complaint or transfer call but no one helped me. Even I informed them that I will file a police case or I will report it to Mr. Aditya Puri still no one bother to talk or understand my concern. I have all call recordings and I am going to publish on Consumer FORUM, Grahak Seva, Facebook, Twitter and all complaint FORUMs/Social media.

There is no agreement between HDFC and me which says that anyone can approach my family or I will be harassed for payments or disrespect my religion or talk ### about my family. No single term or statement according to agreement says that you (HDFC) can do all above things with me. No one has authorisation to approach my family or threat me or harass me or disrespect me, my family and my religion.

I request you to go back to all call recording and I want all call recording to be shared with me and If not you need to share all call recordings to Police and Court of law. I also have call recordings and I will be posting it on social media.

Case not yet resolved. Worst customer service. No body resolved my issue.

Transferred 7500 on 28 Feb to Canara bank beneficiary, account got closed due to account holder passed away, gave several complaints in CC, but not solved, calls disconnected, redirected wrongly to credit card division, need a solution for this complaint
Dear Sir my HDFC current Account is in branch gyanpur with account number [protected] in my account balance is 34979.90 rs. but bank is detected money 2124.00 rs on 05/01/2019 norm AQB ser chgs.
please give me reson when I have maintained the minimum balance
I had placed order for Rs 1045 using Phone Pe.
From Phone Pe end refund amount has been initiated but not from HDFC end.
Bank has not given me refund yet.
