[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank fastag session timeout | |
Hi, I was applying for hdfc fastag online, entered all the details and paid rs.500 through my credit card but didn't get any acknowledgement finally it was session timeout. I again tried one more time but again the same issue. So totally 1000 (500+500) rupees deducted and no communication regarding this yet and amount is also not refunded. I tried calling fastag customer care number but this is also not working. Could some one from hdfc bank look in to this? Date of transaction:[protected] Vehicle no. I paid for fast tag on 29th Nov but I did not get any confirmation mail from HDFC as informed during FastTag processing. Now I am trying to contact on [protected] but nobody assist me. Company is cheating with customers providing wrong toll free number.

Hello sir, in my HDFC account one assist membership 1300 ₹auto debited I want cancel this membership pls cancel this as early as possible. Or tell me how to deactivate this plss it's my request I don't want this one assist

I have complaint about my debit card EMI...when I bought the thing from amazon it was showing 861 per month till 12 month..but yesterday I got a msg that the EMI will be1696.so please tell me what is happening. I called HDFC care also...but they are saying this problem can only be resolved by you..so please kindly solve the Matter..
