Below information i have emailed after discussing with hdfc fastag customer support executive... No reply as of now. I have applied fastag from hdfc bank portal on 28-nov-2019. 2 times i have attempted and both the times after i filled all the mandatory details, during payment i have an error from website saying “session timeout, please try after sometime” Transaction 1:[protected]:10:11:29 Transaction 2:[protected]:10:20:34 Money has been deducted from my credit card, i did not see any refund back in my statement after 5 days also. Please refer snapshot of transaction updates from hdfc bank credit card statement and sms details. Can you please refund the amount back to my card. What is this "BRN CASH TXN CHGS INCL GST" an amount of 178.50?? Totally dissatisfied!!!

HDFC Bank on Sunday 24/11/2019 . I paid Rs 500. I received the fastag No. I even registered my details on Fastag site. I am yet to receive the FASTAG. The helpline cannot be reached, I managed to get the email address and sent a mail.
No response till now . HDFC BANK NEEDS TO IMPROVE.

Applied the fast tag from HDFC online portal and after the payment, it deducted money from my credit card and the portal takes to error screen.
I am not sure if the amount will be refunded or not.
