In context of hdfc life policy bearing policy no 18004919. an amount of rs 1 credited in my account and has been told that pre medical histroy was not shared by the customer so they are not liable to pay any death claim. above mentioned policy was in name of deceased raj kumar seth he died on 21st march, 2016, there's three policy in the name of raj kumar seth in one policy bearing policy no 15522351 got the fund value not the sum assured as was told that there's one premium due inspite of the fact the premium was paid as per my information i went to the bank and crosschecked they gave me the bank statement in which there was entered an amount of 25000 paid to hdfc life. when i went to the branch they asked me to file a new death claim settlement as there's another policy bearing policy no 18004919. after filing the claim i came to know that the nominee is rajveer kumar jaiswal not ranveer kumar jaiswal to get the claim amount u have to bring succession certificate, i have already filed for suggestion certificate. even the policy bond was returned to hdfc life as the bond was not dispatched from hdfc life nor me nor deceased raj kumar seth have seen the policy bond, how could a person have multiple policy with different customer i'd that too with the same insurance company with same bank account. horrible experience with hdfc life insurance

    I am unable to reset my password for Giftplus card it says wrong card number I tried resetting in the forget password option but couldnt and it said incorrect card number.Is there any other link to reset the password for GiftPlus card.Shd i need to post the card number? This gift card was received last year nov and wanted to know if this has already expired.

      I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding your ATM availibility at patrakarpuram in Gomtinagar Lucknow. This is very rediculous that you have not your ATM here even reach & every bank in India has their ATM at this place except yours . So please arrange your ATM as soon as possible to avoid this situation... This is a very big issue that should be resolved..., ...

        Hi Team,
        This is regarding credit card dispute with HDFC bank caused due to unauthorised transaction on my credit card.PFB points in detail.
        I was in UK last year from jan to Oct, I could not check any mails, phone sms from HDFC suring this time, there were some unauthorized transactions happend from jul-2015 till october -2015, I came to know about these unauthorised transactions while I called the HDFC customer care for closing my Credit card.
        1) I have transferred the whole due amount for closing the card on 19th-october(waited for 2 days as it would take 1 day to get credited into the account).
        2) On 20st Oct I called up again to close the Credit card, and came to know I have to pay another Rs.86, I have done that payment too.
        3) On 21st Oct, I called up and asked the team to close the credit card.I did not get any acknowledgment no/SR no on this.
        4) To my surprise there was another transaction happend on 23rd Oct, for an amount of Rs.3457, so I have called up the customer card and asked the reason how it has happened, they said it has not been blocked. I had to argue with the executive but could not help me on this. He took the request for blocking the card to stop any further unauthorised transactions.Also informed me to send a mail cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com mentioning all the unauthorised transactions, I have even done that.
        5) Now, Another problem aroused since there was a transaction happened, payment department of HDFC keep calling me for due amount payment, they keep saying that I have to pay the due amount, they keep calling me and irritate me, they have even sent recovery agents to my home which was totally intolerable.
        I have lost my credit score, and I came to know about this when I have applied for a car loan with ICICI bank.
        6) Now I have got a message on mobile that a conciliation notice has been issued.
        7) It's has been very long and have n't got any proper response from the disputes team. Not sure why disputes team is not communicating with the payments team for such cases.

        I have the proofs of paying the closing amount and mail conversation with disputes team. Please demand to listen to conversation on 19-oct, 20-oct, 21-oct, 23-oct for confirmation.

        I would be very happy if this is resolved soon, I am sleepless because of all these things.

        Prasanna Manager of HDFC bank, Begumpet branch[protected], spoke to me on 17/Aug/2016 and she is trying to convey that investigation on the unauthorized transactions is already done, and no reversal can be done at this time. Also, she is asking me pay the due amount for no impact on my CIBIL score, I said I would not pay a single paisa, then she is threatening me that a legal notice would be sent and action would be taken accordingly.
        Please resolve this ASAP.

          3RD PARTY CASH TXN has been done from my HDFC account without my knowledge. Never seen before such type of transaction being done.

          Moreover there isn't any reference ID allotted to this deduction

            My hdfc all miles visa cr card ws misused on 10.12.15 f in allahabad wen i ws in mumbai. following are d details.

            1.10-dec-2015 rs.2, 571.25 seth automobiles

            3. 10-dec-2015 rs. 16, 865.00 madura fashion & lifes

            Aft lodging a complain and doing all d needful as said by hdfc the matter is unresolved. the above mentioned charges are charged to my cr card statement every month. unfortunate part is wenevr i hv called the customer care to kw y the disputed amt is charged everytime i hv got diff ans from diff executives. one said u hv 2 pay d disputed amt other said u need nt pay as u hv produced d proof, other said u r nt being charged d disputed amt. wen asked hw to interpret d cr card stm der also i got diff ans. wen i mailed to ask d bank to educated me to interpret my cr card statement dey did nt guide me on d matter. i ws been told by d executive to subtract all the debits from the credit in order to arrive at the amt due, wic ws nt acknowledged wen i asked on mail. dis shows der is no co-ordination among d depatments. the confusion still remains. nw they hv started to levy financial charges for non payment of dis amt. i ws tld by d executive that the bank will inform you in case u hv to pay d amt wen d matter is resolved. my humble request to hdfc tru dis forum is to resolve dis matter asap and also give clearity to understand my monthly statements, also 2 increase co-ordination amongst d departments.

              This complaint is regarding Hdfc bank charging 100 Rs for cash deposit to 3rd Party count which is terribly a loot.

              RBI should take a strict action regarding this being a Pvt bank they are not authorised to charge any rubbish charges if such bank can't make profits they should better collaborate with some other bank or shut it down.

              The management is making such impossible decision as if they are government

              By this complaint I wanted just to take RBI or any other authorised govt body to stop such nonsense charges from Pvt banks.

                I booked a flight through HDFC smart buy with goibibo partner. After booking it was mentioned that "Your booking is under process. We will confirm your booking via Email/SMS in the next 60 minutes." But still I haven't received any confirmation. They are not replying to email and not able to get in touch with customer care person even after holding the phone for 30 mins. And the amount has been deducted from the credit card.

                  I paid my postpaid bill worth 410/- through payzap amount is deducted but its not reflecting. On the same day I booked my train tickets as well worth of 489/- this is akso same thing happened no ticket booked but amo deducted. Its been 1 week no response I wrote so many mails and also I called number of times no response.

                  This is not the way to serve customers, I need immediate response and also I want my amount back Asap.

                      Sir, my mother was hospitalised and we were in dear need of money person from this number called us up stating he is from hdfc bank and he shall provide with a loan against insurance policy of 1 lakh my father took the policy and inspite of promising 1 week, he stated that it shall take another 1 week but till than as per rbi rule you have to deposit 43000 in some person account as he is working for rbi. My innocent father with need of helping my mother deposited that money as well.

                      Sir now that person has taken the money and switched of his phone, insurance company refuses to help us saying that we had given insurance and are off not part of the said person who had promised us loan. My father is seriously depressed and we are still in need of the money, i just want that person to know what he has done if possible give me his address

                          Hdfc giving fake statements about hdfc life policy, which is absolutely bogus, whereas there are some simple policies in other government firms which will give good returns.

                          I suggest not to ever buy hdfc life products

                          I happened to check my HDFC life policy details it's says something while the guy who sold it to me promised so many things. Whereas my investment adviser says they have cheated me. Saying I wil not get the. Money I have put.
                          Please do not sell such products to general public.
                          I have seen ads of hdfc lufe saying pay 1000 n get 2 crores. Blah blah.
                          There is a big racket going in. First of all hdfc life is unprofessional .
                          People of India should be aware of this .

                            Hi sir/mam,
                            I sonam gupta, credit card holder of your bank. My credit card has expired in july 2015 and i have applied for the renewal of the card before 4 months from your delhi branch. Your branch staff has told me to fill the form and write the application for the renewal. I have done the same whatever they told me. But after 10 days i did not received my card then again i've contact with the branch and they told me to fill the form again and write the application too so i've again done the same procedure but still i did not receive my card. Now tell me this is the way to entertain the customer from your side. Really my experience is very poor with your services. You are brand name this is not expected from you atleast. You are the bank and there are millions of customer are connected with you, but if you are not able to provide a better services to your customer then no one will stay with for a long time. Even i was thinking to open an account in your bank but now with this experience i never open any account in your bank and tell others also not to open.

                              Policy refer : 16804475, complaint # hdfcsl[protected]

                              I applied for policy cancellation and hdfc life insurance sent me surrender value (of rs 31, 191/-) document for my confirmation. i signed off this document and handed over at vikhroli branch as on 23rd apr 2016. they informed me that i will get my money back within 10 working days. even after 15days they not credited any amount in my account. i followed up with branch many times and each time they gave me nonsense reason.
                              After 1 month i. e as on 31st may only rs 22, 807/- was credited in my account. when followed up with customer service center via mail they are given useless excuse that surrender value which was signed off by me was on 23rd apr and their new quote is generated as on 26th may and they paid accordingly.
                              My complaint is:
                              1. hdfc life supposed to credit my full amount within 10 working days of my policy surrender i. e by approx 02nd may 16 which they failed.
                              2. they changed quote rate of my surrender value as on 26th may 16 (almost 1 month after my policy surrender), and they neither informed nor got confirmation from me
                              3. as on 31st may 16 they credited only rs 22807/-
                              Hdfc life customer service (mr. s. santosh) not ready to explain their reason behind intentional delay and changes in quote rate. i fed up following up for last 2 months. kindly resolve this issue as earliest as possible.

                                  I am very much happy for your below response and for customer first thinking. This is always expected from such a nationalized bank.

                                  Please note:

                                  Application not process as because my home is not in Kolkata City.

                                  I had also some quires below regarding the same:

                                  1. Why bank promise me for a credit card from my home address accordingly when banks are interested in Metro cities peoples only?!?
                                  2. What is my benefit whereas as a salaried persons from last 9 years?!?
                                  3. Why HDFC bank personal waste my time and also played with me/my emotions and my living! Who has gave them such permission?!?
                                  4. Why me types of genuine customer not getting minimum service from such nationalize bank?!?
                                  5. And finally at least I need a 30-40 Lac own property in Kolkata city for getting a 75K values credit card right?!?

                                  My application never processed only due to locations issues!

                                  It is clear that Peoples those lives outside 4 metro cities in India has no social values whosever he or she in front of Indian private bank! They never get them credit card/service accordingly there salary accounts! Whereas if I could arrange a fake address of Kolkata city I will got credit card even not required rather than anything! I have a another query also! If really our country/peoples economics and financial condition will developed if banks only focus the peoples who lives in cities of India?!?


                                  However today I have re-applied credit card via HDFC national/main website putting location Purulia (HDFC also have branch here- Branch name Purulia- Pn-723101, Dist- Purulia. West Bengal )

                                  Application Rederence No- DCC[protected] . Snapshot attached for the same with this mails. e-approved also!

                                  Kindly look into above current application whether I will eligible or not this time as a Indian citizen! Applied this time in HDFC national website by putting home branch name! Application is also successful.

                                  I am sending you my last month Airtel Post Paid bill also as a personal/address verification purpose along with Aadhar Card.

                                  Please let me know which card is suitable for me before final processing. My variable pay amount of my CTC you can see clearly credited in March Pay slip along with Bank statements. Hence don’t forget to look that also.

                                  I am ok with Money Back Card but Please go for that card which has low interest charges.

                                    Why your bank official is not processing for issuing credit card. Your executive is not coming to my rent house and they are not giving correct information to bank. I am staying there in rent house. All the rent receipts i have. The executive wrongly informed to the bank that i am residing in a company providing room. Why your executive is behaving this irresponsible manner. That is why my credit card is very very late. At the same day my colleague in the same company filled the form & i also filled the form, he got the credit card, but i am not getting till yet. I am totally disappointed for your behavior. This is a serious issue from your employee side. Why you are behaving like this.

                                      My bank has charged rs.115 as program management fee for a quarter. How a bank can charge a fee without intimation. As a privilege customer they should relive a customer and not charge him. The bank themselves declare a customer as privilege and charge them as privilege customer is completely illogical. If this type of charges made i will definitely want to be out of privilege customer and be a normal customer.

                                        Below is my last mail to hdfc credit card department

                                        Hdfc bank credit card application reference number[protected]n1.

                                        After so many follow-ups final again i received same response after 1+years useless transaction done by me.

                                        I was hdfc user from last 7 years and due to mistake done by your bank i am suffering from 1.5 years.

                                        Now whenever apply for credit card i always receive above mail.

                                        I fail to understand one time i was eligible for top most card (Regalia) and now i m not eligible for any hdfc card being a corporate a/c holder in hdfc bank. Strange???


                                        Please help to get the right answer.
