Its been almost 4 months and i have still not received my renewed credit card enough though i have reached these people so many time.. I have complaint it twice still no action has been taken. They just provided me credit card number and told to do payments anyhow. Unless and until i don't have card they still expect me to do payment. I require credit card asap. I need action to be taken asap.

    Hdfc bank, hubli (karnataka) organized champagne to provide dinners club premium credit cards to our company employees (npcil-gov company) as an offer of “free entry fee, free renewable fee”. i submitted all the documents along with my account slip and income certificate duly signed. after few days i received a call from sales manager and after verifying all details, the lady offered me “money back credit cards”. i denied and told her please provide credit cards which were promised. she agreed and after that, until few days i got call from hdfc, but all call were like missed call and just rang 1 or 2 times only, due to that we were unable to pick up the call. since nos. were one way only, i was unable to call back. after no response for 10-15 days, i contact the agent and asked about status of cards, he again offered me “money back cards”, when i denied, he told “since your mobile was not reachable, verification is pending (which was already completed)”. he promised me, i will receive call from hdfc sales manager within few days. after few days when i did not get any call, i again called him, he did not picked up the phone, than i texted him “if you are not going to provide the promised card, please return my documents”. after hat no response received either from hdfc sales manager or the agent. agent is now continuously cutting my calls. agent name is mr. chandru, hdfc, hubli branch. their such cheap market tactic already spoiled image of hdfc in front of plenty of sufferers like me from my township. please return my documents otherwise i will go forced to go for legal course of action.

      Hi,
      Myself rahul.
      My salary account (in hdfc bank) was created in my first company,
      O once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account.
      Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (without informing me or warning me)
      I do not have a debit card (lost few years back and i never requested for a new one)/ netbanking details.
      In my current company hr arranged hdfc guys to open new salary account in hdfc.
      After documents checking they are saying i've 5433/- negative balance in previous hdfc account.
      Hdfc not allowing me to either activating / closing previous account they are saying i've to pay all remaining negative balance for activation or any activity related to that account. they told have to maintain 10, 000/- per month in saving account.
      So what is the use of salary account (zero balance account)?
      This is the worst bank service ever have
      I request you to please take action against this bank.. they have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer..

        Refer my hdfc policy proposal reference:[protected] i have completed all formalities and paid the policy money on june 8, 2016. Completed my medical checkups - but since its online processing neither the customer care email [protected]@hdfclife.com and the provided phone number[protected] none is providing prompt response.

        There is too much of delay - i am happy even they dont issue me policy. I am expecting full money refund as this process is too much time consuming and they are wasting customers time


        The usual service commitment by hdfc life team is 18-22 working days but in my case its more than 57 working days and no progress or prompt action is taken.

          Im vikas arora from garhshankar. my cc account is continue in garhshankar branch that no is [protected]. im realy fedup bcz service is not good of only garhshankar branch. bcz the branch manager ritiraj gaur is not understand the problems of custmors... he is very careless man nd always do fake promises with customers. custmors are free nd workless for ritiraj. juthe promises karke custmors k sath time kharab karte hai. agar kam nahi hona toh seedha boldo sir g kaam nahi hona apke documents mein yeh problem hai ya yeh document kam hai. mjhe 2 months tak inhone es laare mein rakha k apki limit senction ho gayi 15 lac ki. bas senction letter aane wala hai. roz mjhe chakar lagane parthe the bank daily. har k jab main chakar lga lga k thak gaeya toh ek din maine bola sir pls mjhe limit banwani hi nahi pls mjhe mere documents wapis kardo. aur. baad mein kehte apke toh document mein yeh fault hai wo fault hai nd ol that stuf... banda pehle hi bolde agar kaam nahi hona chakr lagwane ka inka kya kaam hai... he is a very bad man... aj 4 mahine ho gaye hai aur abi tak meri file mjhe mili nahi hai... yeh hai hdfc bank ki service... apne links mein sabko bolunga aur kahunga kabhi bi garhshankat branch mein account mat khulwao wo logo ko bewkoof samjhte hai... so its my request pls discontinue my account... tell me formalities of discontinue... thanx for giving that type of service.

            Hi sir/madam,
            This is regarding my personal loan which i have taken from hdfc bank
            Loan number: 22649064
            Problem/issue: i was not paying 3 months emi and now paid rs. 20000/- (receipt no:[protected] on 25/07/2016) but still i’m getting the threaten call from collection executive.
            Collection executive number: [protected]
            Based on his assurance i paid twenty thousand rupees for settlement, settlement amount is rs. 100000 (one lakh rupees).
            Continuously i’m getting harassment call from hdfc collection executive.

            Please let us know how to resolve this.

                I also having same problem, in my hdfc account -7000 rs it showing.In the year of 2014 september i joined in a company there they provide me hdfc salary account. After 2 months i quit that company. After 2 years recently i joined in my dream organisation here i am facing problem with opening a new hdfc account. They said they wont provide new account after 7000 clearance only they will open new account. With out any intimations how it come -7000. Can you please any one help me how to handle this issue. Please provide suggestion.

                Thanks for resolved my issue...Today only HDFC Bank people called me and they resolved my account problem.. Thank you so much... If anyone have problems with HDFC then they just mail your issues to [email protected].. Within two days they solved my account problem.. Really thanks a lot

                  I got a torn note of rs. 500 (left side) from hdfc tower a b cyber greens, gurgaon atm, incidentally there was no guard in the atm and therefore no one to claim however there were guard for dlf building. i tried calling hdfc customer care but could not get through. the call was getting disconnected again and again...

                  How should get replaced currency against torn note of rs. 500. image is attached

                  HDFC has started deducting amount of 115 for something called "programmanagement fee" without informing me first. HDFC should have notified me first else it has no rights to deduct such amount. Please refund back the amount or else I will go to consumer court and will also get my account closed. I am not interested in paying such unnecessary fees.

                    I would like to inform you that i issued a cheque of rs. 14, 775/- on27/06/2016 for payment of my hdfc life insurance premium policy no.16148416 but my cheque was returned. i am told that premium has been increased by rs.50/ now rs.14, 825/-i never heard that premium increases!. even if it is increased then hdfc life insurance should have informed me by email, phone, sms. have you sent notice to me.! how i will know that premium has been increased. why hdfc bank has not debited insurance premium from my account which is auto debited for insurance premium. i deposit the cheque on 27062016 bank officer informed me on 22nd july after gap of 25 days! had earlier inform me i could have issue fresh cheque at increased premium. or why your staff hasn’t taken the cheque rest rs.50/- only i could have paid them through another cheque. now they are telling me to pay penalty - why should i pay penalty for no fault of me. this unfair and unwanted. if i shall not get justice then i will withdraw my policy. kindly tell what i have to do withdraw my policy. its disgusting and oblige.

                      I had filed a complaint with hdfc bank [mumc[protected] ] 10 days back regarding my
                      I'm in bangalore and my debit card is with me.
                      And in delhi 4 atm transactions have been made from my debit card.
                      I don't trust hdfc security anymore. I'm really heart broken that i have lost 36k.. I can't bear this much loss. And i am going through all this coz of your pathetic security services.
                      I would like to inform you that in my bank details you can see that today i have made a pos transaction in bangalore at tallado salon. Around the same time 4 transactions from my account from delhi..

                      I also want to know that hdfc bank asked me to file an fir before they can act on my complaint. But as i am in bangalore, i tried filing fir in bangalore but police did not agree to file it here as the crime happened in delhi. Luckily my parents are in delhi and we wre able to file fir over there.
                      I want to know if the crime had happened in some other state where i cant go, hdfc would not act on my case as fir will not be there. Should i close my account with hdfc?

                      Its been 10 days. HDFC has not acted upon it. I submitted my documents to marathalli branch in Bangalore which had customer dispute form and the FIR copy. I had also sent all the proofs to complaint i raised with HDFC over the emails. WHen i get calls for the verification over my case, they dont have the FIR copy. When i get another call for verfification they dont have my dispute form, when I had submitted it one week back in an hdfc firm.. This is the level of inconsistency in the services of hdfc bank.
                      Really Pissed.

                        My home loan a/c no.[protected]
                        I have fully paid the principle component on 5th july.
                        But hdfc bank tried to debit emi as ecs after the loan has been finished on 11th july.
                        Even i wrote to hdfc home loan brach by mail not to deduct emi as ecs on 5th july but they didn't reply.
                        Can you believe?
                        Not only that, after paying homeloan fully, i didn't have sufficient balance in my bank so ecs returned.
                        Then hdfc bank imposed a fine for ecs return as inr 402.50 on 21st july.

                        Can you believe, after paying home loan fully, a bank like hdfc is trying to deduct ecs and imposing fine inr. 402.50 for ecs return?

                        This is cheating, this is really not fair, i need inr. 402.50 back to my bank account...

                          I am an existing hdfc bank account holder for over 12 years now (preffered customer) and i had a totally free visa signature credit card without any annual fee. sometime in 2014 my card was "upgraded" by hdfc to regalia card which gives more reward points on every money you spend, and that too life time free card.

                          Now every year i am being charged around 2800 rs. why???
                          I talked to my relationship mgr, she asked to complain in customer care.
                          Customer care refused to revert. i also asked to downgrade my card or close the credit card. nothing happened, money didn't come back.
                          I got busy in work now a yer passed and now this year again the charges are slapped.
                          Really hdfc?
                          This is how you make money?

                              On hdfc credit card login, unable to reset my password, it shows error message "unable to carry out your instructions, pls try again later"
                              From the past one week im try to change the password but the same error message coming!

                                Dear sir,

                                I have get two-wheeler loan 2004 through centurion bank calicut byepass branch. Completed the two-wheeler loan, after completion of my loan i have received the original rc book from bankers. My vehicle no. Kl-11- t. 517. That time they have told me noc send through by courier but till now i have not receive the noc

                                We need the noc to proceed further.
                                As per the current situation me and family are not available in india. So please send noc to my email id or the below given address as soon as possible.

                                  Reference number: 18305464. I have paid the premium and completed all the formalities. I have completed my medical check-ups.

                                  There was inordinate delay in processing and after nearly 90 days that too after a lot of follow up over phone/mail, they came up with a response saying that a specific medical test was not done and i have to again undergo medical test for that and pay for the same. I tried to reason out that it’s not my fault as the tests were done at a laboratory identified/registered with hdfc. And if any test was not done, it is not my mistake.

                                  Disappointed with the service, i demanded a full refund of the premium, but the company deducted the charges and refunded balance amount.

                                  I want proper response from the company to this...

                                      I was working in motherhood hospital sarjapur, bangalore last year 2015 april, company has opened the salary account till august i worked than i quitted. Now i have started working from last month june in this company also same account hdfc, so thought to continue same account. After deposting the cheque of 13k, immediately they deducted 1000k change, again within a week 600. After enquiring they said that the bank will turn my salary account into saving, now you people are deducting my hard earning money. I want to close this account.
