Hi manager,

I am not at all happy with your service at call center i had register an complaint on the online payment of rs 2500/- for bajaj finace which was done by my debit card the complaint number is 1101547 i had also filled in the form & dispatch it. there was an tat of 15 days i was doing an follow up every week & i was given different dates for the amt to get back in my a/c. on my follow up they kept me on long hold & the resolution was not at all satisfying. last week the call was transferred from the banker to manager & then to his manager saying we would not be able to credit the amt as the complaint is taken wrong that to after 20-25 days then what were banker checking on when kept on hold i. e are the banker not trained enough to handle a/c why are they giving fake & incorrect information to customers & fooling them & keeping them on long hold for more than 20 mins on a charged line i had also asked an call back arranged from them with the resolution but till now i haven't received an call or an email from them. this is really very bad ob hdfc fooling people & to remind i have an co-operate a/c with you ppl very disappointing

    Hi, am using hdfc credit card from last december 2015. I swiped 28000 from my credit card. I have paid 4 months emi. Bus due amount is as same as earliear. I requested them to update and give complete credit card statement but no response from them. They jus call me to recover the bill. Kindly update my paid amount. Every month as i pay it should reduce but its increasing. Check and clarify me to precced my bill.

      I am maintaining a salary account at hdfc bank, branch - shiv nadar university, village - chithara. on dated 04 july 2016, i have deposited rs. 1.25 lakhs at hdfc bank sarita vihar branch (nearest to my home and as i was told that there will be no extra charges for depositing cash at non-home branch while maintaining salary accounts). now, when i checked my account statement i could see that charges are deducted from my account towards the transaction without any prior intimation. and, when i checked with the customer care they are saying charges are applicable as inr 5 per inr 1000 excluding st and other taxes but (this should be not the case with salary account as per the statement given by hdfc executive and previous experiences with other banks). there was no intimation by the person sitting over the cash counter as well about the charges otherwise i would not have deposited there. this is like looting customers by misguiding them while opening an account, substandard employees in their branches who are not even trained to inform customers about such charges and deduct customer amount without any prior intimation. hdfc bank customer care service is also pathetic i had to call 2-3 times and seems executive over the call forget about it after putting the call on hold i. e. very long hold time to respond.

        During the past 2 years my account is inactive and balance is less than 10 k rupees, the bank has charged 600 / month for a total of 6200 rs for the entire year making the balance negagive. as per rbi guidelines these charges cannot be made if balance is below 0 rs, thereby violating rbi guidelines. they have also not notified me through email or post about the charges for not maintaining minimum balance. request you to close the account with no charges.

            Hi

            I have been issued a cc which is been upgraded to ragellia and it had been told by my rm and the person accompanied that it is free of cost card, but strangely after an year i got a bill of 2875 on my card and when i called hdfc phone banking they reply that you are telling wrong it is a chargeable card... I talked to my rm and he assured that the things will be reversed and i also put a mail to show my kyc so that i can get a conformation but no reply on the same and the mail is still pending... Today i saw my statement and got shocked seeing late fee also levied on my card???... This is the height of stupidity and a total fraud by such a so called great bank???

              I have been through so many problems with this bank and they never actually helped me with anything. They took all the opportunity to treat me bad, harass me and what not?
              I'm in conversation with my bank - hdfc regarding my credit card, salary savings account and debit card as i have been victim of scam that took place on 02 july 2016, i've informed the bank and has put a stop on all my information, though there was no monetary loss. Now i requested my bank on 9th of june 2016 to close my credit card permanently so that i can pay it off on emis with them, i have been paying on it from last 6 months on time and the required amount, they still add late fee charges and over limit charges. I will be unable to pay it off, i requested them to discontinue my credit card so that late fee charges and over limit charges can be stopped, i never said no to pay the interest. They said cannot do it until you pay it off. I co-operated with them and i was through scam right after 22 days of my last conversation with the bank. I have everything on closure with them, they refused to close my card twice already, then i wrote to their managing director, mr. Aditya puri and their escalation team reconsidered my matter and looking in it, they promised me either they will enhance my credit limit so that those charges can be stopped or may permanently shut down my card and place the balance on emis including interest in 7 days. They will inform me with the same once they get it straighten out. Now their collection people called me on 11th of july 2016 and i was at my work place, i don't understand whom am i speaking to via email. If the bank's collection team is calling an escalated account, it means bank don't co-ordinate between departments. It's really hard to trust the bank because they have harassed me once before by getting in to my house without any notice and created trouble for my family. I don't want the situation to re-appear.                     I was coaxed into opening a salary account on hdfc kalkaji, delhi branch. hoping for a better service due to its huge size, i must say i was disappointed to my see it take a week for my money to be added into my newly opened account.

                    To top it, my debit card (which is brand new) keeps getting declined for some strange reason! well, i could change the pin, which makes me firmly believe it's not blocked (wait, why would it be blocked again?!)

                    I cant activate funds transfer (which is self activated in every other bank ac out there) without registering my mobile number.
                    I swear i had my cellphone number written in the ac opening form! why isn't it registered yet?! to top it, i can't send the registration message via the phone either because the response always states "you have either provided wrong details or its already registered."

                    Update: HDFC Kalkaji Branch Manager rang me up to let me know the issues facing my accounts have been fixed. I acknowledge that the complaint has been resolved and this thread is no longer valid.

                      I am having account in chidambaram hdfc bank.. Now i am in saudi arabia.. Recently i opened nri account in this branch..In this account opening kit not having pass book and atm pin also.. Today my family persons went to the branch with proper id card of mine to get the atm pin and the passbook, the branch persons not ready to give that to my family persons they simply told we only give that to the account holders only.. Please clarify me how is possible to come to india from saudi arabia for a single passbook and atm pin.. Thank you..

                          Hi, i have a personal loan with hdfc since 2 years. They initially told me it's 14% interest and for 3 lakhs i m paying the loan for 5 years, 7019 as my monthly instalment comes up to 420000. Apart from this sinotice email 2 months the loan department and account department is charging me too many charges and deductions and when i call up the departments, they say that the bank charges twice from account end separately and loan dept separately. I am tired of paying all the charges and it has exceeded almost 40000 in 2months. People, please don't rush and hurry up for personal loan offers just because u r in need of money. Because you end up paying 1:2 of what you take from the bank.

                            I have opened a savings account with the bank at anna nagar, chennai.
                            In order to open a trading account and demat facility, the bank is insisting on my signing a power of attorney form (Which allows the bank to hypothecate, sell etc) of any holdings.
                            I have serious objections to such a demand, which is almost coercive., and uncalled for. Mine is not a borrowing account.
                            Matter is known to branch manager ms. Kavitha. This is about one month old.
                            While the bank professes attention and care, this is an example of bureaucracy and indifference, to what the customer is saying.
                            Would you please set right your attitudes.?

                              With due respect i would like bring to your knowledge that, i am one of the customer of your bank. Availed so far personal and auto loans.
                              With reference to my auto loan no. 19923200, i am paying rs 9079 per month. This will be over by 05th oct 2016.
                              Sir, since last month (June 2016) onwards, inspite of having sufficient amount in my central bank account from where ecs is done, is not deducted properly. Finally i got a call regarding this problem and i have paid the amount with an additional of rs 633.
                              Sir, the same has been repeated in this month (July 2016) also, so far no message / no phone call regarding the status. Sir, i am having sufficient funds in my account. Also i want to clarify that one more additional auto loan is also taken and i am paying rs 9276 per month. This second loan emi is properly deducted but why this emi rs. 9079 is creating problem for me with an additional fine.
                              Kindly resolve the problem so that being a customer of hdfc bank i should not loose the faith.

                                This is in context to my father's (Satish mali) sad demise who held an insurance for loan against property-lap (Sarv suraksha policy numbered :[protected].

                                He passed away on 25th of october, 2015. Against which i made a claim since he had a policy with hdfc ergo, which stood as a guarantee against any uncertain circumstances. Unfortunately, i was not settled any claim, instead was handed over the repudiation letter for rejection of claim. This policy was also made compulsorily subscribed to by hdfc banker as it was loan against property claiming it to stand as a guarantee on the event of any uncertainty.

                                Also, i did not receive any support from hdfc bank since they themselves say to be two different entities when it came to settle claims, when same bank acting with his representative asked to subscribe for hdfc ergo policy compulsorily.

                                Also, when asked from hdfc ergo support, i was walked out stating the repudiation letter says it all.

                                We, me and mother, expect to get support from hdfc ergo, since the purpose of insurance is to provide the assistance needed at bad times. Also it is difficult for us to pay the loan emi which stands as a burden upon us since my mother is a house-maker and i have just passed out from the institute.

                                Kindly look into the matter and give us an amicable solution.

                                  I am a hdfc credit card holder. my cc no. is [protected].

                                  One day i received a phone call from your customer executive. she told her name as miss nupur and called from phone number[protected].
                                  She convinced me saying that one hdfc ergo health insurance policy will be issued to me against rs. 9166/- and after few days the money will automatically reverted back to my account.

                                  Accordingly i believed her words and agreed. on 27/06/2016 the amount (9166/-) was debited in my cc a/c. but till date the amount has not been reverted back.

                                  I strongly object this fraudulent activity and request justice from you. otherwise i shall close my hdfc cc a/c and will complaint to higher legal authority. more over i will share my experience in the social media to make aware everybody about this type of fraudulent activity done by hdfc credit card department.

                                  Hope you will take necessary corrective measure and revert my money back.

                                  Some guy from this number [protected]
                                  Claiming himself as hdfc cc Department channei.
                                  He said once my insurance tenure will complete without any claim than all amount will ve refunded with intrest by hdfc cc department bot from hdfc ergo Department.

                                    Hi, i am a customer of hdfc life insurance. the policy number: 17982808 and the product is click2 product plus. i have taken this policy in the month of sep or oct 2015 from the branch (olympia tech park, chennai branch). have done all the process and formalities as they asked me to do. have provided the documents as required.

                                    From the starting onwards i am facing lot of issues and troubles while communicating to the branch as well the hdfc insurance office. what are the documents which they have requested, had handover to the hdfc bank (olympia tech park chennai) peoples. but sometimes they miss up and requested again and again. but still i follow up with them and provided everything. while taking the policy, i had requested to ecs clearance for the payment transaction. they have selected that option as well. but some time later the ecs process not happening from my account and i am getting messages and emails from policy office. while checking the branch they said i have to sign a form and need to submit again. the process i have done on the day itself and handover to branch.in may month again was getting messages and emails saying that i did not made the payment of the policy. while checking the branch peoples they promised me, next month onwards you won’t get any trouble and they have taken the action about this. but still am seeing the issue and the payment is not clearing thru ecs. today when i spoke to customer care, they said the document is not yet updated and i need to make the due + late fee + and other charges also. i am fed-up of all such a bull things. can anyone respond me back with the solution?

                                      Its a totally fraud bank interms of commitment and services. QOS is poor upto 0%. I opened an account and was not able to accees net banking due to mobile number not updated and it didnot happened upto a month passed. Their one of senior manager was making commitment it is going to happen by today or by tomorrow by EOD. But didn't happen. It was showing the value of service if this much irresponsible respont by managment peole.

                                        I, mr.snehal c shah maintaining a banking relationship with hdfc bank from last one decade and more and am pleased to share that it was wonderful journey banking with hdfc bank.
                                        I am having two saving a/c and was having one salary a/c (which was transfered into saving a/c without any message)
                                        I would like to bring to your notice that i have been charging amq and amb from last 2/3 years for all of my account and was completely not aware about this as we are not use to print our pass book on daily basis as we do in other nationalized bank.
                                        Since this are our saving account there are times we use our saving for our expenses because we save for that and really am not aware that my all accounts are getting debited because of amq/amb.
                                        Sir i really would like to continue banking with hdfc as all my demats a/c are with hdfc . i banking with you from last one decade
                                        I personally request you to look into this matter and help me as i come from middle class family and money which is been debited from my account is hard earned money which means lot to me.
                                        And i also want to clear that i was having salary account which was converted into saving a/c and as mention above there is only one customer id under which there are three saving a/c for each there is minimum balance criteria which have to maintain it.
                                        I would like to resolve all the issues regarding these and would appreciate to look into this matter so that it will give me peace of mind.
                                        One of the main reason is my customer id show total amt in minus, totalling of all the three a/c but if there is sufficient balance in one account, then also amb/amq is been deducted from another account.
                                        Dear sir, i request you to look into this matter as this in todays market even nationalised banks are giving better option and services because now a days everything is online banking from all the banks,
                                        Request you to look into this matter as it is mentally making me sick as all my hard earned money (till date appx 20, 000 inr has been deducted from my a/c in form of amb/amq)
                                        I do not want to fight but just need your help to close this matter asap.
