I had booked a ticket from jammu to srinagar on 23rd may 2016.

The booking status was shown to be pending and later i was told that the booking failed and the amount would be refunded to me withing 7 working days.

Since then i have called their customer support 'n' number of times. Each time i got only one response that the refund is under process and...

It is to inform you that I have been observing in my bank statement that whenever I get my card swiped in Petrol Pumps, a fuel surcharge gets deducted from my account.
Last time it was on 22nd May, 2016 when I used my card to make a payment of Rs. 100, a fuel surcharge of Rs. 11.45 got deducted from my account on 24th May, 2016.br...

I have been commited in written for amount to receive as surrender value with two employees.Firstly HDFC Bank as sourced by them & told to visit HDFC LIFe to surrender dociment.There also I was given same amount as market was 480 points up.I went previously to surrender this policy in Dec'15 where they sold me one more policty by suggesting to wait till market is up.

2. DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP+ST[protected] Charged 68.92 Indian Rupee.

I used to ignore but know it is costing me more money.

Because of this later on neither could i update my address or phone number online. (Since they needed an address proof) to update the address. Today I tried to book irctc ticket twice using hdfc net banking from IRcTC web site.My transactions are rejected by hdfc bank twice and i have the screen shot for that also.I got the transaction rejection message twice from IRCTC.But my money was deducted twice from my account.the total amount debited from my accout isalmost rs 1300.This is really frustrating and get my amount credited to my account...

My JP miles on JETprevilage HDFC debit card is not getting credited to my JET flying miles account. I have tried calling the HDFC cutomer services multiple time and jet airways customer service too.

This is compalane for hdfc bank. Account balance deduct automatically rs 3438.93/-.
According me my account balance is 5764.74/- on date 8 june 2016 in account statement showing right but account balance showing rs 2326.81/- on date 08 june 2016.

I have spoken to so many people regarding the policy, but didn't get any satisfactory response. I did buy this policy from HDFC in January 2016 . I wasn't not aware that the agent who was asking to purchase the policy was given me the fraud information.


I wrote 1st email to HDFC on 1st March 2016 when I came to know that person is not giving me all the benefits which he offered me when he called...

I was approached by the bank executives to apply for a credit card.
I applied for the same. They collected a hell lot of document copies from me.
No communication for a month.
After trying hard I could able to contact the guy who pitched the sales to me.

This is really frustrating. I am not happy and also would not advice other for hdfc bank....

Money is getting in my HDFC bank salaried account without any prior notification. Every month I'm seeing deduction of amount 100 rupees in my account.

I don't know the reason why they are deducting the amount without any prior notification. Among all the bank's I feel Hdfc have worst service being provided to the customers.

Also, for credit cards related issue they ask us to send an letter to Chennai address....

I have a HDFC credit card since 2010, i have cleared huge balances twice with them. Now i have a balance of 36000 Rs. The minimum due on that was 1800 Rs.
