I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 1/1/2020 in uni store, pheonix mall, pune. I was told that i will receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end. I haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 150 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

1. I have bought an iPhone in stores in Jan 2020 first week using HDFC Credit card. I was told that i will get 6000 cash back in 120 days.
2. I have not received any cash back even after 150 days.
3. I have raised a complaint here.
4. No one from HDFC has contacted me. But i think Consumer Complaints have forwarded the issue to HDFC.
5. I got the cashback today.

As a customer and as a fellow human being, i completely can understand that COVID-19 Pandemic situation. I would like understand one thing that you guys have not stopped sending us the credit card bills or loan EMIs. Wonderful that i have started receiving calls from HDFC that if i need personal loan, excellent. But why HDFC is not processing the cash back amount which you have promised to do so within 120 days. It's almost not 160 days. And i see so many people are having issue with the similar concern. I think this is not fair on your part. Please resolve the issue asap.
