I am a hdfc bank customer. Hdfc bank put a hold of my saving account number [protected].
Hdfc bank put a mirevenue hold through gefu of amount 704.36.
I contacted nearest branch angul. They said they cant help me in this i have to contact customer care. I tried too many times but call not connected. Please tell me what to do.

    Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending *64 for rs. 8999.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:05:29:25. This is the msg i got but my refund was initiated onjune 3rd itself. Help

      I attach a image of two transactions. I didn't get why these deductions are done because i don't do the second transaction in the image and also i didn't get any sms about these. I would like to know about this. And please respond me as soon as possible. I don't like that money get deducted without any information about that deduction. I have tried to talk customer service but didn't satisfied they told all other information except these two deductions (By purpose they are ignoring).

        I have purchased a macbook pro 13"on 28 january, 2020 with rs. 7000 cashback scheme from hdfc bank. The payment was done using hdfc bank debit card and the payment receipt says""you are entitled for a cashback of rs. 7000 on your transaction. It will be posted in customer account within 120 days from the last date of transaction month on a best offer basis to all open and active card members accounts only".

        Now, it's been more than 120 days and i haven't received any cashback from the bank.

        I would like to receive my cashback in my bank account as soon as possible.

            Respected sir
            Iam vinayaka SA holder of hdfc account [protected], on 4th june 5113.42rupee has been deducted in the name of MCTF and it as no reference number, I haven't made any such transactions. So please resolve this issue and credit back the deducted amount asap . Thankyou

              My Name is Ritik Tyagi. there were 1152 rupees in my account on 3 June but I don't know how there is show -3847 rupee but I did not do any Transaction. When I checked my account statement its show me two transactions one is 2000 and 2nd is 3000. I want to know how it is possible if only 1152 rupees in my account so how can I withdraw 5000 rupees and there is no reference number in transactions. and I also did not do any transaction. this is my salary account if salary will come then I lose 5000 rupees. please see this.

                The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rs. 892.79 as mi revenue hold through gefu, ac number is

                Ifsc: hdfc0002323
                Branch: metpalle

                The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful. I also tweeted but no response.

                  Purchased a apple macbook from a croma store on 6th january 2020 and was promised a cash back of inr 6000 on the transaction within 120 days from last date of transaction month. It has been well over 120 days and i made the payment via my debit card emis. Of the 6 emis - 5 have been paid for already and last to be paid in month of july 20.

                    I have bought my iphone 11 with hdfc bank debit card on 19/01/2020 from a local shop in mumbai. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of rs. 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven't received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                      I surrender policy on may -09 -2020, as per initial discussion whole process will take max of 10 working days.

                      But now almost 20 days about complete still not getting any proper response each customer care telling we are working and you will get update.

                      I have communicate 5-6 mail now when i spoke today customer care person (Sirisha) telling today they will update by eod.

                      I am sure am not going to get any call.

                      today i have got a call from HDFC Life they told they are going to transfer 80000 what is that i am not sure, my deposit amount was 180000, now in portal my fund value is showing 190000. i declined the transfer, they are trying to convince me

                        On 14th april, 2020, rs. 999 got deducted from my hdfc credit card for amazon prime. I am not using amazon prime and i called amazon help desk about the same and they said that the amount has not been deducted from my registered accounts.
                        Then i approached hdfc credit card help desk bur i could not reach anybody.
                        I need a refund of this amount. How do i get it?

                          Hey, i purchased an iphone 11 on
                          16th january 2020 from imagine stores, elante mall chandigarh. The said purchase was made with my hdfc credit card with the scheme offered by the bank of instant payback of ₹6000 on this sophisticated gadget within 120 days but unfortunately i have not received the promised cashback yet and due to the shortage of staff because of covid19 i have not been able to reach hdfc bank’s customer service.
                          Consequently, i’m posting it here it will be 6 months on 16th of june, anticipating the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

                            I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 1/1/2020 in uni store, pheonix mall, pune. I was told that i will receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end. I haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 150 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                            Thank you for the platform to raise the concerns of consumers. 1. I have bought an iPhone in stores in Jan 2020 first week using HDFC Credit card. I was told that i will get 6000 cash back in 120 days. 2. I have not received any cash back even after 150 days. 3. I have raised a complaint here. 4. No one from HDFC has contacted me. But i think Consumer Complaints have forwarded the issue to HDFC. 5. I got the cashback today. Thank you.

                            As a customer and as a fellow human being, i completely can understand that COVID-19 Pandemic situation. I would like understand one thing that you guys have not stopped sending us the credit card bills or loan EMIs. Wonderful that i have started receiving calls from HDFC that if i need personal loan, excellent. But why HDFC is not processing the cash back amount which you have promised to do so within 120 days. It's almost not 160 days. And i see so many people are having issue with the similar concern. I think this is not fair on your part. Please resolve the issue asap.

                              Not able to understand why an amount of rs 8, 000 suddenly deducted on 2nd june 2020 in reference to 30th may 2020!
                              On 30th may tried to withdrawn but the atm was running out of money of rs 200 so it first debited and credited! But again with mctf reference deducted rs 8, 000 on 2nd june. Please return the amount.

                                Mirevenue hold through gefu, last month the 4 or 5k amount deducted from my salary account.. This is happening every month. Now my account is in negative balance 4, 147/-.in this crisis also bank people are charging. Please resolve this issue..

                                This issue happening many times. Please try to resolve as soon as possible. If you people are not resolved this issue then i am going to close my salary account..

                                I need to stop my all payments through ach or ncs or others.

                                Please stop the automatically payments..

                                      I have purchased a mobile from amazon.in on march2020 on emi basis. On apr2020 and may2020 they have collected rs9590.67 and rs9834.49. Due to lockdown the delivery of item is delayed and hence i cancelled the product on may18. They have accepted my request and refund has been initiated and have provided refund reference number#3548891. Till this date, refund has not been credited in my account. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful. Delayed payment will attract interest @18% or rs100/day.

                                        Its been more than 130days, and i havent received cashback of 6k.
                                        Now please me know if your bank is going to pay late fee fine?
                                        Bcoz whenever customer is not able to pay the bill on time, you fine them.
                                        Please let me knw whats your action.
                                        I can't wait longer. I want solution. I had wrote couple of mails but no response (Hbl=[protected].
                                        In my bill it was clearly mentioned that "cashback will be credited within 120days". And today is 134 day.
