Hdfc is guilty of sending my credit card statements and submitting them in the hands of a third party despite beingf aware of my address change.

They then proceeded to charge me pealty and interest for not paying credit card dues, despite their fault in not giving me thee credit card statements.

On complaint, they sent me the credit cart proof of delviery which shows that hdfc submitted my personal details and credit card statement for two months to someone else and obtained their signature. They did not even take a mobile number.

I have these proofs with me.

They have exposed my financial details when these should have been protected.

    I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 03/01/2020 As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

      I had applied for a credit card though hdfc bank few months ago, meanwhile hdfc couldn't send me the card due to covod - 19 lockdowm. The delivery address was my office address,

      Last month hdfc had send it to me through blue dart courier to my office, the awb no. For my card was - [protected]

      It has not been delivered to me as due to the coronavirus outbreak my office is still closed. Kindly look into this matter and send my card back to my mailing address, which is my residential address.

      My application reference number is 20c[protected]e1. Please resolve the issue quickly.

        Hello sir,

        I have deposited 50 USD in IQ Option ( Trading app) on[protected] on day time and I withdraw the same amount 50 USD from IQ Option to My bank account[protected] night). After 2 days[protected], I received my money and after some time it is automatically deducted from my account without my knowledge and there is no reference number, nothing mentioned .it is not credited to my iq option account also, where the money gone I don't know. Kindly solve the issue. I have tried to contact your customer care but they are also not picking. I'm NRI, now in Saudi Arabia . So please help me to get out of this issue .

          I praise the way you guys are working, i really impress as you guys are following orthodox systems as well you guys creating your own systmems, which is out the box
          Buy are you aware about the company who are working with you as resourcing partner

          What the hell is happening with the employees in that company. How they are breaking the rules as well humanity.
          Neither salary is as per guidelines. Nor working hours
          A lot of additional il-logical system they have as, last sunday u must work on
          Salary day is 7 of every month but still employees are salary less

          Specially in these days
          Guys this mail is regarding pace but guys, pace is not a company, but hdfc reputation is getting down

          I dont care if they guys shoot me just because of this message

              Bought an i phone11 under scheme where i was suppose to get 6000 cashback within 120 days of purchase.

                Hi,

                This email in regards to weaving away the charges which were sucummed due to minimum payments towards the outstanding of hdfc credit card - 5425.
                Due to the current situation of covid-19 and the subsequent situation of covid-19 and lockdown i am currently unable to bear the interest charges that was imposed on my credit card bill. Taking this situation into consideration and the govt monotorium procedure i am looking to clear the total outstanding amount.
                However this would only be possible if the charges on my credit card which are interest per month is levied.
                I would be hoping to hear from you soon as i am looking to get this amount cleared at the earliest (5th july).

                    I have a personal loan with hdfc, loan act # 7803614 where i have been charged emi for april 2020 twice and i have been requesting bank to credit back the over payment of rs 17, 447.00 but no help.

                    Its been almost 3 months that my money has been laying to bank and i am loosing interest on it.

                    I have been writing email and calling them but no resolution, i know the current situation due to pandemic but ask yourself a question how much money if we have to pay to bank if the situation is vise versa.

                            Hi,

                            I have a hdfc credit card and had purchaed a jio broadband subscriptions worth 6000 rs where the offer stated that i would recieve a 10% cashback if i used hdfc credit card.. I had purchased the subscription in dec 2019, but still have not recieved the cashback of 600 rs.. Its been 180 days since..

                            Please solve it immediately as rs 600 is also very valuable to me as i am paying loans to hdfc credit card..

                              I always used to pay the minimum balance due of my hdfc credit card.

                              For the month of jun 2020, my minimum amount due is too high though i have not used my credit card at all for last three four months and i found the below charges under transactions in my statement for the month of may 2020:

                              Finance charges :some amount charged
                              Smartemi, int nbr: some amount charged
                              Smartemi, prin nb: some amount charged

                              This is a very unacceptable manner of charging interest. It should have been made clear before itself. High interest rate itself is a charge.

                              How can such deceptive practice be carried out that too in this lockdown period?

                              I want these charges reversed.

                              I hope hdfc understand and do the needful.

                                      Am female/28 yes. I have been employed at hdfc bank securities for the past 7 months. During my interview i was told by the interviewer that i have to work sitting at branch only and there is no need for visiting clients. Based on this verbal assurance i joined at hdfc securities porur branch. Later i was forced to visit clients for induction & account openings. Having no other option i continued to work meeting clients & attending induction for account opening. After the outbreak of covid-19 pandemic, i started working from home through tele calling for account opening & nps. Am being forced to come & report at branch office by my reporting head. My house is at containment zone & i don't have any own vehicle for traveling hence i decided to quit my job sighting my health conditions since am already in medication & couldn't travel in this ongoing situation. I requested my reporting manager to accept my resignation sighting the above problems but he did not accepted it & forced me to get clients for life insurance in return for relieving me. Kindly do the needful to get me relieved.

                                        There were some unauthorised transcations were done i my account on 12th may 2020..
                                        I raised a complaint my account upi id and debit card all were blocked... After somedays i got refunded the money back into my account. Then i visit the bank nearest to me to get my money but they told me that ur account is locked for user.. I had submitted a written application to the bank it hv been for than 20 days but the account is still locked.. So plz help me out i hv been locked here i dont hv money...
