Hi I have a HDFC Credit Card, which I am using for last 2 years. It has a limit of 61, 000 and till now I have paid around 45000 rupees. It is showing the dues of Rs.74000. Which I cannot because of bad financial problem. As I see Total limit is of 61000 subtract total payment till now 45000, is 16000 rupees. Due to my bad financial issue I won't be able to pay 16000 rupees as well. Please help me to get out of this situation. I am tired of giving explanations to credit card company. [protected]

    Hdfcbank versovaova bank has deducted rs rs. 393.26 on 9-4-14, ₹280.90 on 12-5-14 ₹280.90 on 14-6-14 and ₹280.90 from my sb account for not maintaining minimum balance of rs.10000/-as far as I know there was a directive from RBI that banks should not deduct money from customers for this reason.please help me.       Dear sir, This is to inform you that i had taken a 2 nos. policy from hdfc life one in 2006 having policy no.10113714 another policy no.12277823 in 2007.in june went i went to hdfc athawagate branch, surat.they told that there is a recession in market hence you will have 2 options one is to surrender the policy and one is to getting transfer in new policy. But i had surrendered the policy and i got my amount 112650/- in sept.2014.but on 19 october i received the call from insurance verification dept.delhi how much policy you have and what type of service i am getting from insurance co.but while conversation they informed me that i get the short amount from hdfc life against policy no.12277823.if you will to get another amount before diwali. So, i told that if i will get back my fund value return i will ready to take.so, they informed med that we are forwarding your complaint to hdfc life.so, i received the call from hdfc life. Mr.Subhash jain from hdfc life marketing dept.is says that you had received only 50% fund value from hdfc life which is invsted by hdfc life in market and balance 50% fund valu which is invested by him in another 3 companies that amount is pendins and it is transferred in agent account who had given me the policy. And you will get around 92000/- amount with in 10 to 12 days for that you have to take a new policy for generating the agent code and 18000/-premium which is refundable with to me. Total amount will be refundable around 1, 10, 000/-with in 10 to 12 days. But now mr.subhash jain is not contacting to me from that day and when i calling to hdfc life they are able to connect with mr.subhash jain. Also, i already informed by mail from 1st day itself for all the conversartion but the customare care department is also, not responding .       There is no use of sending any complain to HDFC life. Their employees are also indulge in these fraudster.Everytime you will get the same auto generated response.

      The above policy document was delivered to you at your correspondence address after the consent received from you with the signed proposal.
      As we have not received your cancellation request within the free-look period, we wish to inform you that we are unable to process a refund of premium paid towards this policy. The provision is also mentioned under ‘Option to Return/withdraw’/’Cancellation in the Free Look Period’ section of your policy document.
      As per company policy we had done a welcome call and you have successfully completed the call thereby giving us your consent toward issuance of the captioned policy.

        While offering credit card to me the bank representative not explained me the charges applicable while withdrawing the cash from ATM. & now they charged 300 RS per transaction... I requested them to reclaim them to me in upcoming bill but they are avoiding the same.

            I(Suresh Baddika) have taken loan#22274920 in your bank and I completed 26 months EMI's so far with out any due. I called to the customer care for preclose details for my loan. They mentioned 4.4% service tax towards the preclosure charges from October 1st, 2014, and this is not intimated to me. When I took the loan they the executives told me that I can preclose my loan after completion of 24 EMI's with ZERO percent. Now they are telling as per the RBI guide lines we are charging 4.4 percent towards preclosing the existing customers. My strainght question to the HDFC Management why other banks are not charging the preclosure charges. Your bank looks like looting money from the customers in every possible way. I have taken 4 loans in your bank so far and the bank people took the money for preclosing one loan and processing for another loan in a same time. This is happened to all my 4 loans. I finally want to give complaint on this to Executives of HDFC Bank, how this bank is taking money towards preclosing, processing and other mandatory insurance premium for every Loan I took. Since 6 Years I am maintaing my good relationship with your bank. Now I decided to stop my relationship with your bank. I took my first step to avoid this bank in future by cancel my credit card in this bank. And I will convey this incident to all my people in my circle how HDFC is taking money.

              Dear sir, This brings to your kind notice that I use the credit card no [protected], I have used this card in September last week till now. I was told that we get interest free credit period for 50 days starting from the day of credit. No information was given to me regarding the bill cycle. When with my own curiosity I asked today the phone banking number regarding my dues. I was told that interest has been charged on my dues. This is totally wrong and I strongly object to this as no bill, no sms or mail was provided to me regarding my dues and I was under this impression that I get a 50 days leverage. I am a very old customer of HDFC bank with more than 12 a/c of me myself and my family and I believed HDFC to be a transparent body with clear instructions.                 Hi, This is of grave concern that HDFC Bank has issued a credit card on my name to another unknown person. Even after repeated mails and calls, the issue is still not resolved. Below is the details : 1. I already have a HDFC Credit card, which is valid till 2016. But, without any prior notice /information, the bank transferred the card and registered a new credit card on my name. The due amount was also transferred to the new card. 2. The new card and PIN was then delivered to some unknown person (not to me). I have raised this issue with Customer centre & Grievance Redressal forum of HDFC, but to no result. 3. Now, the bank has been calling repeatedly to my home number (instead of calling me ) and asking to make payments. I have told and written them clearly that I cannot make payments against the new card, which I do not even possess. God knows, who has that card and what he has done with it till now. 4. Even after repeated mails and calls, the issue has not been resolved and they keep on adding Finance and Late payment charges against my name for a card that I do not have with me.                     with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation re. cogarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this...

                      Hello Sir, Myself Karthikeyan and I purchased my credit from HDFC bank few days back. I clearly confirmed with the HDFC Credit Card agent whether my card has "Dial an EMI" facility or not. Agent confirment that my card is eligible and I can avail it through net banking after the purchase. I also confirmed about the "Dial an EMI" option when HDFC people called me for verification. So, today after I made my purchase and when I tried to convert my purchase to "Dial an EMI", I see that option to be unavailable in my Credit Card Net banking. When I enquired about the same to their "Customer Care", they clever say that the offer is applicable to my card but we don't know when you will get it. The Customer care agent "Mr. Praveen Kumar" said i might get within days or even after months. When I was asking their agent while buying the card he said I am eligible by default. But now when I say the same to the Customer Care the exact words are "We apologise on behalf of our agent but you dont have the offer currently." If the agent had said the same when I was buying the card, I would have found BETTER bank compared to this CHEATING HDFC. I want a clear reason why HDFC agent lied to me and why the offer is not applicable for me currently. Thanks Karthikeyan R. [protected]

                        Hello, I have done IMPS transfer of 25000 rupees from HDFC bank to Citibank account. Received a SMS saying that transcation is timed out and contact bank with ref no. when i contacted HDFC with reference number, they asked me to wait for 3 days and if amount not debited, i need to register a complaint. This is very bad customer serivce by HDFC bank with no proper guides to solve the issue. IMPS Reference Number:[protected] herewith i request HDFC bank to process this as soon as possible as i am in need of this transcation done in a day. Thanks

                          Hi Sir / Madam, I am using HDFC credit card from 2011, almost from past 3 years. I have upgraded my card for thrice, and did lakhs of transactions on the card. Till March 2014 everything went good. But after March 2014 you people stopped co operating with me. There are no offers given for me on card, at the time other people having offers on card. Particularly, regarding the EMI conversion of the billed amount, you people made me as not eligible customer for EMI. Till now i did not missed any payments, may be i would have missed due dates, but paid single penny also. I had a Jumbo loan on my card till July 2014, i have paid every month EMI very regularly. After closure of Jumbo loan when i asked for loan one more time, people said i am not eligible for loan on card. I took personal loan from HDFC bank in 2013, i paid all EMIs without missing. I got the loan with Interest rate of 13.75%. But after closing the loan, when i asked for another loan people started asking for increased interest rate of 17-19%. What was the wrong i did, i was not able to understand. By the way i am having Savings account also from HDFC bank. When i called to customer care for helping me regarding the EMI conversion on a particular purchase on my card, people said they were not able to. When i asked them why i am not eligible now, and all of my friends are eligible, they had given me a rude answer. "You are not eligible sir, thats it. we cant help you. If you want you can close your card, and they are ready to help with the closing of card" - I did not expected this kind of answer. Sorry for asking like this, what is the procedure to close my account and Credit card both. Please let me know the procedure to my personal mail which is mentioned below.                             Pathetic Sales Service, completly looted, where employee blaming each other for the act. After wasting my time and money, they blame each other. Can HDFC will task these people Ms. Shreeya and Lalan Singr ([protected]@hdfcsales.com). What happen to HOME loan file no:[protected], According to Shreeya I am not suppose to process the loan, why then HDFC taken money and asked for other documents, after submitted documents, saying rubbish reason for rejection. (Shreeya saying because land is belong to my wife and sister name, HDFC cannot process the HOME LOAN).                               Lalan Singh ([protected]@hdfcsales.com) was the contact person, after a month time HDFC bank (Ms Shriya, raipur branch) told me that my loan cannot process as the land is belong to my wife and sister name that I initially told them before applied for a Loan. They asked me processing fees of 7306.00, taken from my account (ICICI[protected] on dt. 15.10.2014 and also asked me for numbers of documents, here also I spent 3k. I don;t know if HDFC bank new this rule that I cannot avail HOME loan if land is belong to my wife and sister name they why they file it, why then taken money, why they asked other documents?                                 HDFC SL ProGrowth Flexi insurance plan. (Purchase date 18th December, 2013). Below are the complaint points: 1- I have been told that premium paying term is 5 years but actually it is 10 years. 2 - Also, I have been told that at maturity, I will be getting Rs. 3 lakhs or NAV value, whichever will be higher. But, in actual, I will be getting NAV value. From above statements I was mislead by HDFC personnel (during confirmation call too) that after paying Rs. 1.5 lakhs (30, 000 yearly) during 5 years of premium paying term, I will be getting NAV value or Rs. 3 lakhs whichever is higher. But in actual, 1. I need to pay Rs. 3 lakhs for 10 years, which is double the amount I have been told. 2. And I won't be getting at maturity at least Rs. 3 lakhs. I will only get NAV value, which may be less than Rs. 3 lakhs. As per reply from HDFC against complaint raised, I should surrender the policy after 5 years. Hence, I would like to cancel the contract and want my paid premium back (Rs 30, 000.00) along with interest for the period from policy purchase date till resolution.
